Intrusion alarm systems are installed and operated in a variety of public and private buildings having very different uses. Therefore, intrusion alarm systems require different types of interfaces to allow effective operation by humans. This paper provides a set of functional requirements for intrusion alarm systems, followed by an overview of selected IAS user interfaces. Keywords: electronic security system, interfaces, security

Advanced systems for auto safety are an ongoing need in our current mobile and ever expanding society. The safety and security of automobiles is becoming an ever, difficult problem Face recognition systems have been promised to provide many different security applications. The goal of this research has been the development of an optically based computer system, which will locate and track the head, face, and eyes of a driver. The system will then determine the driver's identity and verify his/her authorization to operate the vehicle. While the car is in operation, the system will also determin

In this paper, an alarm system for four types of emergency states (explosion, car accident, earthquake and fire) is developed. This system divided in to two parts: transmitted part (Arduino, sensors, GSM, GPS), and emergency part (center site, sub center sites). Center site is included (Android phone, Server), Sub center sites (helping centers) represented the mobile phones of competent authorities like police center or hospital. The alerting in this system as a SMS message is sent by GSM. The system used Haversine formula to determine the nearest sub center from emergency state that receives

Research on Thias (Thief Alarm Indication System) safety device of livestock in animal cages based on the Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) and the Arduino microcontroller has been done. This research aims to design and characterize an alarm system or test the success rate of the alarm system. This study can be used as an alarm when livestock theft is occurring. The method used in this research is divided into three stages, design, manufacture and testing. The working principle of this alarm system, when the laser beams hitch the LDR, then the high value of the resulting LDR then produces an alar

This paper proposes to design security measures based on the radioactive material package as the basic unit. The principle of four-layer defense in depth is put forward. Based on the concept of self-security intelligence, combined with out-of-vehicle monitoring, in-vehicle monitoring, and Beidou positioning technology, a security system for transport of radioactive materials was designed. It realized the perception, early warning, delay, and alarm functions and greatly improved the security.

In this paper, we proposed a mobile security system based on IP camera network video surveillance by improving the traditional monitoring methods. This system includes three parts: Android mobile client, cloud server, IP camera monitoring terminals. By setting IP cameras at 24 fps but only sending one frame each second, we can infer the situation by analyzing of the single image and reduce the amount of data transmission. User can check the live scenes and send control commands to monitoring terminal or receive the push information from the server to freely give alarm signal to users anytime,
