Full textThis study of economical geography gives importance to the role of the small towns of oriental mitidja in the regional space by the angle of their commercial structures. The study includes an analysis of the studied zone in the regional demographical dynamic, of the commercial structures of the urban organisms (sedentary retails and weekly markets) and the regional spatial structuration generated by commercial flux. The work as a whole is articulated with the study of algiers's influence from which it brings to light the dominating role on the own opening of small towns and them role in the spatial regional organization. So, this study constitutes a good approach to dependency's phenomenous of the towns situated in the suburbs of the capitals of the third world

Full textEngaged in the struggle of national liberation, the U. G. M. A. Movement will assure the promotion of students who will be initiated to power. The intelligentsia's claim of governing the state in the name of the know-how and historical determinism incarnate the type of "modern" state and its corollary, the industrial modal will be done to the detriment of the classical functions of the intellectual. So this later's interest centrates on the state's concepts and "modernity". In one hand, the social changement conditions and on the other in the way of setting it up. This vision has as origin the belief in historical delay which Algeria must overtake, this fact hails the intellectual in three points: his knowledge and capacity to set it up in his society, his relation to the state and party and finally to the other. The intellectuals will be responsible of the process of revolutionary transformation in the center of bureaucracy. The appeal to the economical substratum as a mean of social structuration will become superfluous concerning all efforts of thoughts on "real history" and alters the intellectuals in administrators of economy

Full textThis research operates a change in the mode of construction of research object in the sciences of Linguistics. It tries to understand, through an anthropological and sociolinguistic survey by interviews, the subjective relationship of young Algerian speakers with regard to their languages (Algerian, Arabic, Tamazight, French). Although attitudes towards these languages have been imposed on the analysis in order to clarify the particularly complex status of the languages used in Algeria, this research attempts more particularly to understand a relationship often taken for granted: the subjective relationship to their so-called language of "religion", "the Arabic language" (without further specification). Many questions have prompted the sociolinguistic and anthropological inquiry from which the questioning centered on the myth of the sacred in the Arabic language begins.Intrinsically linked to the Koran, this body of an imaginary Umma to which all Algerian Arabic and Berber speaker imagine belonging to or not, the Arabic language creates ambivalent positions among its speakers. What are the subjectives positions of Algerian students motivated by success, driven by their dreams, with regard to the Arabic language of religion? Does the multi-diglossic dimension that inspires the fluctuating positions ("language / dialect") designations lead to specificities among Algerian-speaking and / or Berber-speaking speakers? If so, what attitudes and representations contain this god-glossic ideology? Do the speakers assume the "sacred" designation associated with the Arabic language? Is the linguistic imagination (the language of Adam, of Paradise, pure, our language, the language of intercomprehension) likely to influence the linguistic behavior of Arabic speakers? Indeed, who better than an Arabic speaker to explain the cleavage between a kind of exaggerated respect for the form of what is designated "language" on one side, at the same time, its stigmatization on the other. Could it be the order of the fetishism of language? Answering these questions reveals how each of the young Algerian speakers interviewed expresses their subjective relationship to their language of religion and schooling: sublime for one, horrible for the Other, the sacred language has "More than one trick up its sleeve "

Full textThe linguistic situation today in Algeria characterised by the co-existence of certain codes, namely dialectal Arabic, literal classical Arabic, French and Berber, by a bilingualism Arabic- French, by a diglossia and above all by a linguistic policy of arabization and a linguistic planning. The diglossic situation set up at the independance is four decades old. It has schematically put into contact Algerian dialectal Arabic with literal classical Arabic adopted in 1962 with an official and national status. This is a dynamic situation. Indeed this contact and this co-existence of those two variants have lead to the emergence of an intermediate form used more and more by Algerian speakers in general and by staff in particular. What are the specificities of this new language ? What are its tendencies on the phonetic / phonemic, the grammatical, the morpho-syntactic and the lexical level ? This thesis atemps to bring over an answer to these questions by using functionalism as a theory and as a descriptive conceptual instrument
