Abstract:
Destaca as vertentes educativa e inclusiva no Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE), Plano de Ac?a?o da Cimeira Mundial da Alimentac?a?o, das Nações Unidas, Lei Orgânica da Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional (LOSAN) e Política Nacional de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional, no Brasil. A análise tem suporte na pesquisa descritiva e em incursões histórico-dialéticas, salientando as dinâmicas e enlaces dos retrocitados documentos. Conclui, realçando convergências na formação de hábitos alimentares saudáveis, inclusão alimentícia local e regional, fortalecimento de comunidades da Agricultura Familiar, povos e comunidades indígenas, quilombolas, entre outros. Ressalta, por último, o fato de a sintonia dos documentos nacionais e internacionais não elidir a instabilidade da segurança alimentar e nutricional brasileira, após sucessivas interrupções à atuação do Conselho de Segurança Alimentar, no Brasil (CONSEA).
