Full textOur project arises from the concern that affects many people, little or no information on how to follow a diet that contributes to a personal goal in terms of health and physical. It is a business project called Fit Box, which seeks to promote health habits through a healthy diet that provides a benefit according to the user's needs. For this, users must specify certain data such as age, weight, height, number of times they eat food, sex and desired goal. This project offers a division and distribution of the main groups of macronutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates and fats that the user should consume at each meal, as well as different food options for each group of macronutrients. For this, the project will be aimed at women and men, between 18 and 50 years old, who reside in Lima and are characterized by their interest in a healthy life through food and have an objective that is based on food. In the first stage, experiments were carried out in order to obtain necessary information about the problem and the development of the solution. In the second stage, experiments and validations were carried out to determine if the project is viable. Projections indicate that the current value of our project is a total of S / 187,700, indicating that the project is profitable. Also, a recovery of the investment in the second year so that our project would be viable as an investment.
