L'edizione di un atlante linguistico e sempre fonte di giustificato orgoglio per l'autore ed e nello stesso tempo fonte di allegria, di entusiasmo per chi si accinge a servirsene. II detto vale anche per l'apparizione dell'Atlante linguistico istrorumeno. Tuttavia, all'allegria si associa un sentimento di malinconia: si tratta di un pezzo della Romania che a poco a poco sta scomparendo, l'istrorumeno. II fenomeno non e proprio sorprendente, ne eccezionale: per limitarci al mondo romanzo si con­ statano territori latinizzati o romanizzati nell'epoca antica, l'epoca dell'espansione della forza politica romana e della lingua di Roma, dove la latinita fu sommersa nel corso della storia dalle ondate di altre lingue. Un esempio geograficamente vicino all'istrorumeno ci e offerto dalla sorte del dalmatico scomparso alla fine dell'Otto­ cento. "La morte di una lingua" e l'espressione abituale per un tale fenomeno. Certo, una lingua non muore: si tratta di un processo meno poetico, anzi molto prosaico. Per varie ragioni la gente a poco a poco abbandona la lingua materna e ricorre ad usare, dapprima nella vita sociale, poi addirittura in famiglia, un'altra lingua, evi­ dentemente di maggior prestigio.

Utifrån en bakgrund i karikatyrens principer, utforskas idén om karaktärsdesign och hur ondska som en allegori kommuniceras i dess visuella attribut. I huvudsak studeras den animerade tv-serien Adventure Times antagonist - The Lich. Strukturalistiskt semiotik används för att se karaktären genom en sammanflätad kontext, innehållande av seriens narrativ, karaktärsdesign och ondska som en allegori för att se vilka tecken som används för att kommunicera allegorin. Det psykologiska konceptet Jungianska arketyper används som förklaringsmodell av ondskans allegorin och The Lich kontrasteras med andra karaktärsexempel från populärfiktion. En diskussion syntetiseras om hur allegori kommuniceras i The Lich likt metaforer. Genom att sammanföra liknelser som kan tolkas utifrån tecken kan kommunikationen överskrida till en allegorisk kommunikation, där enbart kopplingen emellan andra tecken per se kan överföra ett allegoriskt budskap.
From a background in the principles of caricatures, this paper studies about how the allegory of evil is communicated in a character design’s visual attributes. Primarily the animated cartoon series Adventure Time’s antagonist - The Lich – is studied. Structural semiotics is used to view the character from within an intertwined context, containing of the series’ narrative, character design and evil as an allegory to subsequently determine what signs are used to communicate evil. The psychological concept of Jungian archetypes are used to explain the allegory of evil and The Lich is contrasted with other character examples of popular fiction. A discussion is brought fourth how allegory is communicated like metaphors through The Lich’s character design. By putting metaphors that derived from signs together, the communication can transcend to an allegorical communication where only the connection between signs per se transmits an allegorical message.

The helium-cooled Gas Fast Reactor (GFR) is one of the six reactor concepts selected for further development in the frame of the Generation IV International Forum (GIF). Since no gas cooled fast reactor has ever been built, a small demonstration reactor is necessary on the road towards the full-scale GFR reactor. A concept of this demonstrator is called ALLEGRO. The French Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives (CEA) developed between 2001–2009 a pre-conceptual design of both the full-scale GFR called GFR2400 and the small demonstration unit called ALLEGRO (75 MWt). Since 2013 ALLEGRO has been under development by several partners from Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. No severe accident study of ALLEGRO using a dedicated computer code has been published so far. This paper is the first attempt to perform computer simulations of the ALLEGRO CEA 2009 concept, using MELCOR version 2.1. A model of the ALLEGRO CEA 2009 concept has been developed with the aim to perform safety analyses; to confirm that MELCOR can be used for such a study, to investigate what scenarios lead to a severe accident and to study in detail the progression of the severe accident during the in-vessel phase. Several pressurized and depressurized protected scenarios were investigated; four of them are presented in this paper. It was observed that even long-lasting station blackout (SBO) without further failures of the passive safety systems does not lead to a severe accident as long as there is enough water in the decay heat removal (DHR) system. Loss of coolant (LOCA) transients with DHR system in the forced-convection mode can lead to peak cladding temperatures causing limited core damage in the early phase of the accidents, but without further development into core meltdown. On the other hand, LOCA combined with SBO leads to excessive core melting in orders of minutes, which represents a weak point of ALLEGRO 2009 concept. Recommendations were formulated for the further development of the ALLEGRO concept.

Abstract:
In the Gas Fast Reactor development plan, ALLEGRO is the first necessary step towards the electricity generating prototype GFR. The ALLEGRO start of operation is planned by 2020. This needs to define all design options in 2010 and to start detailed design studies in 2013. ALLEGRO is a low power Gas Cooled Fast Reactor studied in the European framework. It is a loop type, non electricity generating reactor. Its power is about 80 MW. Several objectives are assigned to ALLEGRO. At first, it will demonstrate the viability of the GFR reactor system, no reactor of this type having been built in the past. Most of the GFR architecture, materials and components features are considered at reduced scale in ALLEGRO, excluding the energy conversion system. ALLEGRO will rely on the same safety options as the reactor system. In addition, the ALLEGRO core will allow the progressive qualification of the GFR ceramic fuel, with the possibility to load some ceramic carbide or nitride sub-assemblies in a first MOX core, with SiC/SiCf cladding and wrappers. When such unit test will be considered convincing enough, the diagrid and circuits are designed to accept full high temperature ceramic cores. The core neutrons can also be used to irradiate structural materials with fast neutron spectrum and in a large temperature range. The core can also include innovative irradiation fuel devices (samples or full bundles) for other reactor systems. Finally, branches on the main intermediate heat exchanger will allow the testing and validation of high temperature components and processes. The pre-conceptual design of ALLEGRO is shared between European partners through the GCFR 6th R&D Framework Program. After recalling the role of the European partners in the different design and safety tasks, the paper will give an overview of the current design with recent progresses in various areas like: • Core design and neutron performances, • The design of experimental advanced ceramic GFR fuel sub-assemblies included in several locations of the MOX core, • Fuel handling principles and solutions, • System design and global reactor architecture which is largely influenced by the Decay Heat Removal strategy (DHR) for depressurized accidents.

Abstract:

Since no gas cooled fast reactor has ever been built, a medium power demonstrator reactor — named ALLEGRO — is necessary on the road towards the 2400MWth GFR power reactor. The French CEA completed a wide range of studies on the early stage of development of ALLEGRO, and later the ALLEGRO reactor have been developed in several European Union projects in parallel with the GFR2400. The 75 MW thermal power ALLEGRO is recently being developed in the frame of European ALLIANCE project. As a result of the collaboration between CEA and MTA EK new improvements were done in the CATHARE modeling of ALLEGRO. In particular, the capability of simulation of breaks located in the crossduct (concentrically arranged pipes with the hotduct located inside the colduct) has been developed. A first scenario of hotduct break has been simulated, that does not lead to the depressurization of the system because of the crossduct technology. Nevertheless this transient leads to a high bypass of the core. Then a scenario of full rupture of the hotduct and the colduct has been tested, leading to beyond design state with depressurized situation combined with a large bypass of the core. However this study shows that the peak cladding temperature can be kept below the cladding melting point using nitrogen injection. In this paper the CATHARE model implemented for the crossduct rupture scenario and the results of the simulation are presented and discussed.

Abstract:
In the frame of the international forum GenIV, the Gas Fast Reactor is considered as a promising concept, combining the benefits of fast spectrum and high temperature, using helium as coolant. In the Gas Fast Reactor development plan, ALLEGRO is the first necessary step towards the electricity generating prototype GFR. ALLEGRO is a low power Gas Cooled Fast Reactor studied in the European R&D framework. It is a loop type, non electricity generating reactor. In the current preliminary viability studies ALLEGRO safety system relies on centrifugal blowers in case of depressurised conditions. The present study concerns the use of blowers in case of nitrogen injection. It is a well-known fact that heavier gases (than helium) enhance natural circulation. The use of such gases (nitrogen is considered) can also enhance forced convection. A specific work on the impact of the use of alternative gas on blower behaviour is presented. Transient behaviours in depressurised situations are computed with the CATHARE2 code and analyzed. Applications to GFR concept are also described.

Aukro (Aukro.ua) найбільший і найпопулярніший Інтернет-аукціон в Україні, що існує з 2007 року і з самого свого заснування міцно утримує позиції лідера. Інтернет-аукціон побудований на відомій східноєвропейській платформі Allegro, перші сайти на якій з’явились у Чехії (http://aukro.cz), Польщі (http://allegro.pl). Найвідомішими у СНД сайтами, побудованими на цій платформі, є російський сайт «Молоток.ру» (http://molotok.ru), казахський (http://aukro.kz) та український Aukro російською (http://aukro.ua) та українською мовами (http://ua.aukro.ua). Так само, як і Інтернет-аукціон eBay, Aukro має відкритий програмний інтерфейс – API доступу до Web-сервісів, за допомогою якого можна розробляти програмне забезпечення, що підвищує зручність роботи як продавців, так і покупців Інтернет-аукціону: масове завантаження описів лотів, відстеження обраних лотів у реальному часі і т.п. Для всіх перелічених вище аукціонів спільним таким програмним забезпеченням є ALoader, що працює на персональних комп’ютерах. Ураховуючи суттєву зручність використання мобільних пристроїв для оперативних торгів, для польського, чеського, російського та казахського варіантів платформи Allegro були розроблені відповідні мобільні додатки для пристроїв під управлінням Google Android. Актуальність розробки визначається тим, що для Інтернет-аукціону Aukro відсутнє програмне забезпечення для мобільного доступу з все більш широко поширюваної платформи Google Android.
