Abstract:
Die Hauptaufgabe von Telekommunikationsnetzen liegt in der Übertragung von Signalen bzw. Daten zwischen physisch voneinander getrennten Endsystemen, wie beispielsweise Festnetz- oder Mobiltelefonen, PCs, Fernsehoder Radiogeräten (Obermann & Horneffer 2013, S. 1). Dabei war für lange Zeit das Telefonnetz (Public Switched Telecommunication Network – PSTN) das bedeutendste Telekommunikationsnetz, das Zugang zu allen Haushalten und Gebäuden über Landesgrenzen hinweg gewährte (OECD 2008b, S. 4). Seit geraumer Zeit ist der Telekommunikationssektor allerdings von disruptiven Veränderungsprozessen geprägt, die mit der Entwicklung von Next Generation Networks (NGNs) einhergeht (Schwemmle 2009, S. 5). Während zuvor die Bereitstellung eines spezifischen Dienstes nur über Aufbau und Bereitstellung explizit dafür ausgelegter Netzwerke (sog. dedizierte Netze) möglich war (Obermann & Horneffer 2013, S. 1), führten technologische Entwicklungen, aber auch veränderte Marktgegebenheiten dazu, dass Netzbetreiber und Kommunikationsdienstleister ihre Netzwerke zu neuen, auf dem Internet Protocol (IP) basierenden Netzwerkarchitekturen migrieren (Marcus & Elixmann 2008, S. 19).

Abstract:
Motivated by the possibility of electrochemical control of phase separation, a variational theory of thermodynamic stability is developed for driven reactive mixtures, based on a nonlinear generalization of the Cahn–Hilliard and Allen–Cahn equations. The Glansdorff–Prigogine stability criterion is extended for driving chemical work, based on variations of nonequilibrium Gibbs free energy. Linear stability is generally determined by the competition of chemical diffusion and driven autocatalysis. Novel features arise for electrochemical systems, related to controlled total current (galvanostatic operation), concentration-dependent exchange current (Butler–Volmer kinetics), and negative differential reaction resistance (Marcus kinetics). The theory shows how spinodal decomposition can be controlled by solo-autocatalytic charge transfer, with only a single faradaic reaction. Experimental evidence is presented for intercalation and electrodeposition in rechargeable batteries, and further applications are discussed in solid state ionics, electrovariable optics, electrochemical precipitation, and biological pattern formation.

Abstract:
A ironia verbal é tema de inúmeras pesquisas científicas no âmbito dos estudos da linguagem, não reunindo consenso em relação às suas especificidades, nomeadamente quanto à sua natureza e às suas marcas ou índices textuais. Nosso objetivo principal, neste artigo, é questionar o funcionamento da ironia e os recursos mobilizados para sua efetivação e reconhecimento. Para tal, adotamos como aporte teórico Ducrot (1987), Maingueneau (1997), Muecke (2008), Guimarães (2001) e Attardo (2000), sendo o exemplário utilizado oriundo de Modesta Proposta e outros textos satíricos, de Swift (2005); um excerto de Montesquieu (apud MAINGUENEAU, 1997); e Cuca fundida, de Allen (2013). Como resultado preliminar, prevemos que a ironia verbal tem como pressupostos fundamentais a assunção de um enunciador (ou ponto de vista) absurdo e o caráter facultativo de suas supostas marcas intrínsecas.

Abstract:
Nosso ensaio procura compreender o sentido atual da Teoria Crítica de Herbert Marcuse. De início, fazemos a contraposição de Marcuse à versão mais contemporânea da Teoria Crítica, representada pela perspectiva normativa de Jürgen Habermas e Axel Honneth. Notamos, em seguida, a insuficiência deste modelo crítico diante dos desafios contemporâneos, conforme a crítica de John Abromeit e Amy Allen. Ambos apresentam os limites da segunda geração para compreender o avanço do pensamento conservador. Recuperamos aqui as reflexões de Marcuse sobre os limites da democracia burguesa nos anos 1970. Este será o mote para pensarmos uma perspectiva de Teoria Crítica diversa da normatividade. A experiência crítica de Marcuse é marcada pelo contorno dos acontecimentos e dos corpos, o conteúdo material das questões morais – elementos centrais para o embate contra a cultura do medo que alimenta o autoritarismo nas vias democráticas.

Abstract:
Le sujet principal de la thèse sont les systèmes de particules en interaction sur des graphes soit deterministes soit aléatoires. Les systèmes de particules en interaction sont des processus de Markov qui décrivent l'évolution de particules indistingables en interaction forte les unes avec les autres qui sont utilisés pour modéliser des phénomènes d'épidémies, de dynamiques des populations ou des processus chimiques. Dans la première partie de la thèse nous avons analysé l'ordre stochastique et l'attractivité dans une classe de systèmes de particules avec des naissances, des morts et des sauts de plus d'une particule à la fois qui dépendent de la conguration de manière très générale: nous avons utilisé l'attractivité pour obtenir des resultats d'ergodicité pour des modèles d'epidemie et pour construire des mesures invariantes non-triviales pour des modèles de dinamiques de métapopulations. Dans la deuxième partie de la thèse nous avons analysé les marches aléatoires coalescentes sur des graphes aléatoires, les graphes small world. Nous avons montré que le nombre de particules d'un processus de n marches aléatoires coalescentes renormalisées qui partent d'une ensemble particulier sur le small world converge vers un processus coalescent de Kingman. Nous avons aussi obtenu des resultats detaillés sur le temps de rencontre de deux particules sur le small world.

Abstract:
This chapter examines parts two and three of Capital, where Karl Marx claims to reveal “the secret of modern society,” the capitalist exploitation of labor power, and which corresponds to Dante's circles of force. Marx's critique of capitalist exploitation takes aim at “cleanly generated” capitalism. It is what capital does with and to labor power, rather than any distributional causes or effects, that constitutes exploitation. Capital bends labor power to an alien and unnatural end, using it to generate a surplus excessive of the aims and needs of the laborers. The monstrous productivity of capital—in particular, the overwork it enforces—is inherent in this mode of exploitation. The chapter first considers the views of Pierre-Joseph Proudhon and the Saint-Simonians regarding exploitation before discussing the novelty of what Marx does with exploitation in Capital, drawing attention to his arguments on surplus labor.

Abstract:
Dans la filmographie de la réalisatrice française Karin Albou (1968-) les personnages féminins sont à la recherche d’une identité sexuelle et spirituelle. Karin Albou explore les tensions entre présent et passé et la négociation d’une identité multiculturelle avec un regard marqué par la subjectivité féminine et le désir. Dans La petite Jérusalem (2005) et Le chant des mariées (2008), elle explore les passions et la sexualité des femmes évoluant contre un univers fermé, dans lequel la confrontation au désir bouleverse leurs certitudes. Dans ces deux films, la recréation du hammam montre un espace d’intimité reliant la chaleur et l’humidité où le corps se laisse aller dans l’eau, élément féminin par excellence. Le hammam devient ainsi un lieu d’affirmation féminine et de souci de soi qui concerne leur identité individuelle mais aussi celle collective. Dans ce lieu de sociabilité féminine, la femme se rapproprie son corps par la reconnaissance et la libération de celui-ci dans un espace où il se détend, loin de la pression du regard masculin. Associé à des rituels traditionnels comme celui du mariage, le bain allie pour les femmes pureté, fertilité et festivité, en intensifiant le bonheur de la féminité.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/XXVColloqueAFUE.2016.3116

Abstract:
Les principes de programmation et de gestion adaptables centrés sur l’apprentissage, l’expérimentation et la prise de décisions basée sur des faits gagnent en popularité chez les bailleurs de fonds et les partenaires de mise en œuvre dans le monde du développement international. L'adaptation exige un apprentissage de manière à ce que les ajustements apportés au cours du projet soient éclairés. Cela exige des méthodes de collecte d’informations qui fassent la promotion de la réflexion, de l’apprentissage et de l’adaptation, au-delà de données préalablement précisées. Une concentration sur l’adaptation modifie la réflexion traditionnelle sur le cycle des programmes. D'une part, elle fait disparaître les séparations entre la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation et, d'autre part, elle recadre la réflexion pour prendre en compte la complexité des problèmes de développement et des voies de changements non linéaires. Le soutien de structures et de processus de gestion est essentiel pour encourager la gestion adaptable. Les organisations de mise en œuvre et les bailleurs defonds expérimentent avec la manière dont les passations de marchés, la sous-traitance, la planification du travail et les rapports peuvent être modifiés afin que la programmation adaptable soit encouragée. Des systèmes de suivi, d’évaluation et d’apprentissage bien conçus peuvent aller au-delà des exigences en matière de redevabilité et de rapports pour produire des données et des enseignements pour une prise de décisions et une gestion adaptable basées sur les faits. Il est important de continuer l’expérimentation et l’apprentissage de manière à intégrer la programmation et la gestion adaptable dans les politiques et pratiques opérationnelles des bailleurs de fonds, despartenaires pays et des entités de mise en œuvre. Nous devons consacrer des efforts continus à la constitution d'une base de faits qui pourra contribuer àla gestion adaptable de manière à ce que les résultats de développement international soient atteints.

Abstract:
Denne rapport præsenterer en række centrale resultater af et forskningsprojekt med fokus på daginstitutioners indsatser og betydning for pædagogisk personale, børn og familier under COVID-19 pandemien i Danmark. Forskningsprojektet har indsamlet data i perioden april 2020 til august 2020, og særligt i perioden fra midt april til juni, hvor alle landets daginstitutioner genåbnede efter cirka en måneds nedlukning af landets offentlige institutioner som følge af regeringens retningslinjer. Der er ligeledes indsamlet data i perioden august til oktober 2020, og igen i perioden januar til februar 2021. Der er således tale om tre empiriske nedslag hen over cirka et år af pandemiens forløb i relation til daginstitutionsledere og pædagogisk personale i landets daginstitutioner. De data, der ligger til grund for denne rapport, omfatter en spørgeskemaundersøgelse rettet mod daginstitutionsledere og en spørgeskemaundersøgelse rettet mod pædagogisk personale i daginstitutioner, geografisk fordelt over hele landet. Fælles for spørgeskemaundersøgelserne er et fokus på at udforske, hvordan daginstitutioner har arbejdet under COVID-19 pandemien, dels under selve nedlukningen i marts-april, hvor flere af landets daginstitutioner har fungeret som nødpasning, særligt for forældre med kritiske samfundsfunktioner, og dels under genåbningsfaserne, der officielt blev påbegyndt i midten af april og især har forløbet hen over forår og tidlig sommer 2020. Derudover er der ad to omgange foretaget en række forskningsinterview med daginstitutionsledere. I første omgang blev der foretaget 10 forskningsinterview i perioden august til november 2020, og i anden omgang er der foretaget 8 forskningsinterview med daginstitutionsledere fordelt på landets daginstitutioner omfattende perioden januar til februar 2021. Formålet med dette forskningsprojekt har været at kortlægge og udforske, hvordan daginstitutionsledere og pædagogisk personale i en række danske daginstitutioner for 0-6-årige børn løfter den store samfundsmæssige udfordring at håndtere COVID-19 pandemien på landets daginstitutioner.

Abstract:
Questo rapporto evidenzia come le discriminazioni strutturali e l'esclusione sociale influenzino le percezioni e gli atteggiamenti nei confronti del vaccino per il COVID-19 tra le comunità rom in Italia. Uno degli obiettivi è mettere in luce il ruolo che le autorità pubbliche e le comunità possono svolgere nel sostenere l'adozione del vaccino e nel contrasto ai più ampi processi di esclusione sociale.1 Le risposte contraddittorie che lo Stato italiano ha fornito durante la pandemia di Covid-19, insieme alle forme di esclusione già in atto, hanno comportato un aumento della sfiducia delle comunità rom nei confronti delle iniziative statali, impattando anche sull’adesione alla campagna vaccinale.2 Questo documento si propone di supportare e informare le amministrazioni locali e le istituzioni sanitarie pubbliche coinvolte nell’assistenza e nei processi di inclusione delle comunità rom in Italia. Il presente documento si basa su una ricerca condotta di persona e a distanza dal novembre 2021 al gennaio 2022 in Italia con le comunità rom e sinti di Milano, Roma e Catania. Sebbene queste comunità si caratterizzino per diversità storica e per differenti forme di identità linguistica, geografica, religiosa, sono state individuate delle somiglianze nel modo in cui hanno vissuto la pandemia di COVID-19 e nelle decisioni a proposito del vaccino. Questo documento è stato sviluppato per SSHAP da Iliana Sarafian (LSE) con i contributi e le revisioni di Elizabeth Storer (LSE), Tabitha Hrynick (IDS), Marco Solimene (University of Iceland), Dijana Pavlovic (Upre Roma) e Olivia Tulloch (Anthrologica). Abstract:
Denne rapporten er skrevet på bakgrunn av prosjektet «Verdier i barnehagen» (2010-2013), et samarbeidsprosjekt om utvikling og forskning i syv barnehager. Målet har vært å studere kommunikasjon av verdier mellom voksne og barn, og samtidig å støtte opp under og utfordre de voksnes arbeid med verdier i barnehagen. De syv barnehagene i prosjektet kommer fra to ulike kommuner i Rogaland. Den ene er en bykommune, den andre en landkommune. Initiativet kom fra Universitetet i Stavanger (UiS) som våren 2010 inviterte de to kommunene til å delta i prosjektet. Prosjektet har blitt finansiert dels av kommunene og den enkelte barnehage, dels av UiS og senere NordForsk. Fem forskere, universitetslektor Kristin Fugelsnes, førstelektorene Elisabeth Ianke Mørkeseth og Monika Röthle samt universitetslektor Berit Tofteland har medvirket i alle faser av studien. De fire forskerne hadde ansvar for én eller to barnehager hver. De fulgte barnehagen ”sin” gjennom hele prosjektperioden, både i utviklingsdelen og i forskningsdelen. De har også intervjuet personalet på den avdelingen de har filmet. Professor Eva Johansson står for prosjektidé og har vært leder av prosjektet. Hun har utført de fleste intervjuene i studien. Forskergruppen har sammen kontinuerlig arbeidet med å utvikle og gjennomføre prosjektet. Ytterligere en forsker, førsteamanuensis Berit Zachrisen, kom inn høsten 2013, og har deltatt i forskergruppen og arbeidet med rapporten. Prosjektet hviler på et nært samarbeid mellom barnehageansatte og forskere. Respekt for de ansattes kunnskap har vært sentralt gjennom hele prosjektet. Det betyr at det er de ansatte i barnehagene som selv har utarbeidet mål og arbeidsmåter i forhold til de verdier som de mener er viktige i forhold til sin gruppe av barn. Forskernes rolle har vært å støtte og utfordre prosessen uten å komme med ferdige løsninger. Slik bygger prosjektet som sådan på verdier som tillit, respekt og medvirkning. Prosjektet startet høsten 2010. Arbeidet i barnehagene, både med utviklingsprosjektet og med konstruksjon av data til forskningsprosjektet, foregikk frem til våren 2012, det vil si i til sammen to barnehageår. I denne perioden arbeidet de ansatte i barnehagene med verdier på ulike måter, og forskerne støttet dette arbeidet ved å arrangere seminarer og inspirasjonsdager. Én barnegruppe i hver barnehage ble i de to årene fulgt systematisk ved hjelp av forskjellige forskningsmetoder. Denne avdelingen kaller vi heretter forskningsavdelingen. Forskernes arbeid med analyse av data og rapportskriving foregikk i hovedsak etter at prosjektet i barnehagene var avsluttet, mellom 2012 og våren 2014. I mars 2013 holdt forskerne et tilbakemeldingsseminar der foreløpige funn fra prosjektet ble presentert. Prosjektet ble i 2013 utvidet til et nordisk prosjekt, «Values education in Nordic preschools: Basis of education for tomorrow», finansiert av NordForsk og deltakende universiteter i alle de nordiske landene. Den nordiske delen av prosjektet kommer til å pågå ut 2015. Denne rapporten pretenderer ikke å fremstille sannhet, men å gi et bilde av det komplekse arbeidet med verdier som pågår i hverdagens mange møter mellom voksne og barn. Vår forhåpning er at rapporten skal leses for å gi kunnskap, inspirasjon, refleksjon og støtte i det videre arbeidet med verdier. Den er ikke en vurdering av den enkelte pedagog eller barnehage. Arbeidet med verdier er, som flere av deltakerne har sagt, et arbeid som ikke avsluttes når prosjektet gjør det; det blir aldri ferdig!
