Abstract:
Article summarizes results of study detecting the best varieties of peas cultivated in Latvian organic farming conditions. Study was conducted with new varieties of two species of crop peas: Pisum arvense L. (Pink flower varieties) – Retrija, Almara and Vitra, and Pisum sativa L. (White flower varieties) – Lasma and Zaiga. All varieties were selected in Latvia. The best among white flower varieties in terms of crop productivity was Zaiga variety, where yield was 1.45-1.48 t ha-1. Among pink flower varieties of peas, the most productive was Almara variety, with crop productivity of 1.36-1.69 t ha-1. Retrija variety of peas excels other studied varieties by total protein content and taste properties.

Pendidikan Sosiologi Pedesaan di Indonesia adalah “arena-akademik” dari almarhum Prof. Dr S.M.P. Tjondronegoro. Tulisan ini bertujuan menunjukkan arena-akademik dari almarhum tersebut sebagai wadah pelembagaan dan pengembangan pemikiran sains sosial, khususnya di Bidang Sosiologi dan Antropologi Terapan dengan fokus pengorganisasian pembangunan desa. Dengan systematic review method, tinjauan atas isi dokumen, dan wawancara dengan alumni terpilih dari Program Studi (Prodi) Pascasarjana (Pendidikan Magister Sains dan Doktor) Sosiologi Pedesaan (SPD), Departemen Sains Pengembangan Masyarakat, Fakultas Ekologi Manusia, Institut Pertanian Bogor dicatat, bahwa kurikulum prodi ini, tidak lepas dari pemikiran almarhum. Bahkan, mata-mata kuliah yang diampu oleh almarhum bersama pendiri SPD lainnya, yaitu almarhum Prof. Sajogyo dan almarhum Prof. Pujiwati Sajogyo terus dikembangkan, hingga saat ini telah menjadi berbagai mata kuliah dan unsur dari tiga kompetensi peminatan mahasiswa dari Prodi SPD untuk pendidikan magister sains. Tiga peminatan tersebut adalah (1) Pengembangan Masyarakat, (2) Kajian Agraria dan Ekologi Politik, dan (3) Digitalisasi Desa dan Perubahan Sosial. Benang merah pemikiran almarhum menjadi penjalin tiga peminatan tersebut adalah pemikiran tentang sodality yang menjadi akar dari desa mengelola pembangunan secara berkelanjutan.

Dzieło Selvy Almady (Entre Ríos, Argentyna, 1973) zgodne jest z dwoma tendencjami charakterystycznymi dla współczesnej literatury latynoamerykańskiej: z odkryciem przestrzeni peryferyjnych w zapomnianych prowincjach w odpowiedzi na procesy deterytorializacji i transnarodowości, z jednej strony; oraz z tworzeniem intymnych mikroświatów, które domagają się konstruowania subiektywnych tożsamości, często sięgających do dzieciństwa, z drugiej. Wokół tych elementów obecnych w opowiadaniach i powieściach Almady zogniskowana jest narracja. W centrum jej analizy znajdują się rożne przejawy przemocy. Przemoc u Almady jest wszechobecna: powracającym tematem jest śmierć, agresja, przemoc wobec kobiet i zbrutalizowany język. I właśnie ta przemoc w jej różnych obliczach, stanowiąca najważniejszą cechę utworów Selvy Almady staje się przedmiotem analizy prezentowanego artykułu.

Abstract:
The main focus of this thesis is the potential use of Matecat as a source of data on the way translators carry out their work. The software allows its users to download a file called ‟editing log”, which contains data about the translation project carried out; some of these data, namely the ‟post-editing effort” and ‟time-to-edit” statistics, concern the work of the translators, and can be used as tools to evaluate the way they work. The project within which the software has been used is the localization of AlmaRM, the web-based platform used by the University of Bologna to manage incoming and outgoing mobility. The localization of the platform can be viewed as part of the general effort of the Univeristy towards greater internationalization. As part of the localization process, files whose content belongs to different textual typologies were translated, making it possible to test the effectiveness of Matecat's default MT engine (based on the Google and Microsoft APIs) on different kinds of texts. The thesis is composed of five chapters: the first is introductory and is concerned with the context in which the localization project was carried out and its purpose; the second chapter is an overview of the main aspects of the translation world related to the project and the literature about them; the third chapter guides the reader through the different parts of the project carried out; the fourth chapter details the analysis of the editing logs associated with the project; the fifth chapter recaps the whole dissertation and presents the final thoughts on the results of the analysis.

Questo elaborato finale descrive e discute il progetto di localizzazione dell’applicativo web AlmaRM dell’Università di Bologna. Il progetto, svolto nel merito di una collaborazione tra l’Area Relazioni Internazionali dell’Unibo (DIRI) e il corso di laurea magistrale in Traduzione Specializzata della Scuola di Lingue, Letterature, Traduzione e Interpretazione, nasce dall’esigenza di internazionalizzare le piattaforme web dell’Università di Bologna, in seguito all’aumento vertiginoso dei corsi di studi internazionali e delle iscrizioni di studenti stranieri. Al progetto hanno preso parte quattro studenti, tra cui l’autore di questo elaborato, assistiti e supportati dai professori del Dipartimento di Interpretazione e Traduzione. Il lavoro è stato ripartito tra gli studenti nel seguente modo: due traduttrici, un revisore e un gestore del progetto (il sottoscritto) che ha anche svolto la seconda revisione dei testi. Il presente elaborato si propone di fornire una panoramica generale del progetto di localizzazione intrapreso, tentando da un lato di problematizzare l’inadeguatezza delle risorse a disposizione per le fasi di traduzione e revisione, e dall’altro di descrivere il software di traduzione assistita utilizzato, MateCat, fornendo un’opinione personale sulle funzioni che esso offre per la creazione e la gestione del progetto di traduzione.

Abstract:
This dissertation concentrates on the translation of institutional academic texts. The translation is part of a larger project aimed at localising AlmaRM, an online platform used to monitor international mobility and managed by DIRI, the International Relations Division of the University of Bologna. The present work is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 gives an overview of localisation and provides information on its history, definitions, and role in GILT model. Web localisation is also analysed in depth, considering both aspects of cultural adaptation and web usability. Chapter 2 offers an insight into the target language of the translation: English as a Lingua Franca (ELF). English language varieties are listed and a few definitions of ELF are provided. Some attempts made by scholars to determine its status as a language variety are reported. Subsequently, aspects such as internal variability and importance of function and context in ELF communication are described, while taking into account the role of the English native speaker and of ELF in Europe. Chapter 3 identifies the causes and consequences of the internationalisation process experienced by the academic world, with a focus on its outcomes, such as the creation of academic websites and of institutional-academic genres. It also introduces the AlmaRM platform and the features of its localisation project, whose tasks were assigned to four students. The resources provided for translation, namely monolingual corpus, translation memory, and terminological database are also presented. Moreover, an overview of the CAT tool is provided: MateCat is analysed and evaluated from the translator’s point of view. Chapter 4 contains an analysis of both the source text and its translation. After assessing the translation skopos and analysing the source text, some strategies for translating into ELF are mentioned. Several issues and problems faced during the translation process are then examined through different examples.

With gaining the independence and the emergence of a new state the linguistic situation in Kazakhstan has been changed. The restoration and return of historical names, the fi xing of unifi ed rules of the transferring of Kazakh toponyms into other languages became the basis of national onomastic policy of independent Kazakhstan. After the law “On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan” adopted in 1997 the activity on improvement of orthographic norms and formulation of new rules of transferring geographical names from Kazakh into Russian started. As a result of these acts many distorted names of inhabited localities and administrative-territorial units are gradually being put into an appropriate norm. Many of them are still to be corrected according to new “Law on Administrative - Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (December 8, 1993.) and Presidential Decree (December 29, 1995.), Government Resolution (March 5, 1996.) where the rules on Russian transferring of Kazakh onyms were approved. Due to such activity to former capital of Kazakhstan Alma-Ata was returned its original name Almaty. Thus, in our article we decided to give our point of view on some issues relating to grammatical adaptation of toponym Almaty in Russian language.

Le but de cette recherche est de démontrer l\'identité d´origine entre l\'âme du monde et les âmes individuelles, soulignant leur égalité de niveaux. On cherche, avec cela, combattre une vision persistante jusqu\' à aujourd\'hui chez quelques commentateurs, selon laquelle les âmes individuelles procéderaient de l\'âme du monde. Notre stratégie repose sur deux piliers: d\'abord, nous avons essayé d\'observer ce que Plotin a à dire sur la question, pour ensuite observer la nécessité de cette fraternité des âmes à la cohérence de la doctrine de l\'âme plotinienne. Nous avons remarqué, ainsi, l\'origine du problème au traité IV 9 [8], démontrant, après, la position de Plotin, à travers l\'analyse des huit premiers chapitres du traité IV 3 [27]. C\'est là que le philosophe énonce clairement la fraternité entre les âmes individuelles et l\'âme du monde. Ensuite, nous avons examiné les implications de cette doctrine pour le reste de la théorie plotinienne de l\'âme, en particulier en ce qui concerne l\'autonomie de l\'âme humaine. Au cours de cette deuxième partie de notre vérification, nous avons d\'abord remarqué le caractère double de l\'homme : d´une part, âme supérieure et divine, d\'autre part, composé animé, appartenant à la nature. Ensuite, à travers la consideration du traité III 1 [3], nous avons observé la postulation des âmes individuelles en tant que principes de causalité, à côté de l\'âme du monde. Avec ceci, le philosophe essaye de rendre compte de la possibilité de la liberté humaine et de l\'attribution de la responsabilité personnelle. L\'exigence de Plotin, cependant, est la purification de l\'âme, avec laquelle sa vraie nature est récupérée: essence intelligible. C\'est seulement à ce moment que le plein exercice des facultés intellectuelles est possible. Ainsi, l\'âme individuelle, ayant sa source dans l\'hypostase Âme, est en mesure de retourner vers le supérieur et de s\'assimiler à Dieu. En considérant l\'âme individuelle comme principe causal de la liberté humaine, Plotin empêche l´abdication de notre nature divine. Bien que ce soit double la constitution de l\'homme, une telle duplicité ne doit pas se faire d\'illusions sur notre véritable identité, demeurant au sommet.
O objetivo desta investigação é demonstrar a identidade de origem entre alma do mundo e almas individuais, ressaltando a igualdade de patamar em que se encontram. Procura-se, com isso, combater uma visão persistente até os dias de hoje junto a alguns comentadores, segundo a qual as almas individuais seriam derivadas da alma do mundo. Nossa estratégia baseia-se em dois eixos centrais: em primeiro lugar, procuramos observar o que Plotino tem a dizer a respeito da questão, para, em seguida, observar a necessidade desta fraternidade entre as almas para a coerência da doutrina plotiniana da alma. Notamos, assim, a origem do problema no tratado IV 9 [8], demonstrando em seguida a posição de Plotino, através da análise dos oito capítulos iniciais do tratado IV 3 [27]. É aí que o filósofo enuncia claramente a fraternidade entre almas individuais e alma do mundo. A seguir, observamos as repercussões desta doutrina para o restante da teoria plotiniana da alma, em especial no que tange à autonomia da alma humana. Neste segundo momento de nosso exame, notamos, inicialmente, o caráter duplo do homem: por um lado, alma superior e divina, e, por outro lado, composto animado, pertencente à natureza. Em seguida, por meio do tratado III 1 [3], observamos a postulação das almas individuais como princípios causais, ao lado da alma do mundo. Com isto, o filósofo procura dar conta da possibilidade de liberdade humana e de atribuição de responsabilidade pessoal. A exigência de Plotino, porém, é a purificação da alma, com a qual sua verdadeira natureza é recuperada: essência inteligível. Somente assim é possível o pleno exercício da faculdade intelectiva. Deste modo, a alma individual, tendo sua fonte na Hipóstase Alma, é capaz de voltar-se para o superior e assimilar-se a Deus. Ao equiparar a alma individual a princípio causal garantidor da liberdade humana, Plotino impede que abdiquemos de nosso caráter divino. Embora seja dupla a constituição do homem, tal duplicidade não deve nos iludir quanto à nossa verdadeira identidade, residente no alto.

Parmi les siècles XVII et XVIII, le culte des âmes du purgatoire a proliféré au Portugal persistant jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Les textes, les rites et les images étaient partie intégrante d'un système de représentations, faisant la liaison entre les vivants et les morts, par la croyance dans l'au-delà. Au cours des siècles, l'église a essayé de modeler le corps de ses croyants, à partir de la croyance au purgatoire, où les âmes auraient purgé ses péchés, avant d'atteindre le paradis. Pour ça, à partir des peurs et insécurités des croyants, practices purgatives de l'âme encore en vie ont été encouragées par les autorités ecclésiastiques. Des pratiques tels que votes, confession et dispositions testamentaires ne sont qu'une tentative de gérer le futur dans le temps du Purgatoire. D'un autre côté, les croyants ont cherché, à partir de motivations sensorielles et practices intégrés dans les habitudes, apaiser la peur de la mort et de l'au-delà, où la punition du feu était proportionnelle à leurs péchés dans la vie. Des images comme "Alminhas" et retables faisaient partie de cette structure, à partir de la performance des croyants face à eux. Dans ce sens, proposons une étude historique et anthropologique qui explique comme la foi a modelée et continue à modeler les gestes du quotidien
Between the XVII and XVIII centuries, the worship to the souls of purgatory has spread in Portugal till the point that it still persists today. Texts, rites and images were part of a system of representations, which used to link alive and deceased, through the belief in the beyond. Throughout the centuries, the church tried to shape the body of their believers, from the belief in the purgatory, where the souls would purify their sins before reaching the paradise. Aiming that, from the fears and uncertainty of believers, acts of expurgation of the souls still alive, wen encouraged by the ecclesiastical entities. Practices like suffrages, confession and bequest wills were a way to attempt managing the future in the purgatory time. On the other side, believers tried through the sensorial stimuli and internalized practices in habits, to appease the fears in the death and in the beyond, where the fire punishments were proportional to their sins through the life. Images like "Alminhas" and altarpieces were part of that structure, from the performance of the believers towards them. In this sense, an historical and anthropological study, explaining how that belief shaped and is still shaping the quotidian gestures, is suggested

Le but de notre dissertation c'est d'étudier la théorie et la pratique de l'institution de chapelles funéraires au bas Moyen-Âge (Portugal, 1400-1521), cherchant aussi à comprendre soit comment elle a contribué pour le processus d'affirmation de l'âme comme sujet de droit, soit les pratiques religieuses des laïcs. Le 1er chapitre explique comment, à travers la fondation d'une chapelle funèbre, se construisait sur le "corps physique" du fondateur, une réalité aussi corporelle (corps formel, institutionnel). Le 2ème chapitre explicite les fondements canoniques et théologiques de la "propriété des âmes", partant de la réflexion théologique-juridique et étudiant aussi sa réception par les laïcs. Le 3ème chapitre a étudié la relation entre les chapelles funéraires et la Couronne. Le 4ème chapitre analyse la fondation de chapelles de laïcs dans la Lisbonne tardo-médiévale, entendue comme un processus d'institution des âmes comme "héritières", dans la pleine acception du mot
The goal of our dissertation has been the study of the theory and the practice of chantry foundation, in the late Middle Ages (POrtugal, 1400-1521), trying also to understand both how it has contributed to the process of affirmation of the soul as a legal person, and the religious habits of the laity behind it. The first chapter explains how, through the foundation of a chantry, an "institutional body" as built upon the "physical body" of the founder. The 2nd chapter dwells on the canonical and theological basis of the "soul's property", studying also its reception by the laity. The 3rd chapter focus on the relationship of the chantries with civil (royal) power and justice. In the last chapter it has been studied the foundation of chantries in late medieval Lisbon, seen as a process of institution of the soul as "heiress", in the full legal sense of the word

O presente projeto individual em contexto real de trabalho da 23ª edição do Mestrado em Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho pretende aplicar os conteúdos lecionados ao longo deste mesmo curso e todas as competências adquiridas. Este projeto vai ser realizado no Instituto Cardiologia de Almada, situado em Almada. Este projeto tem como objetivo a elaboração de um Plano de emergência interno para o ACPA da delegação de Almada. Após a caracterização do edifício, serão identificados os riscos internos e externos e os seus meios de segurança contra incêndios, tendo em conta os diplomas legais em vigor e ainda a elaboração da organização da emergência. Abstract:
1917'deki Rusya devrimlerinden sonra, Güney Kafkasya Sovyet Rusyası, Almanya ve İngiltere arasında bir savaş alanı haline geldi. Bu durumda, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu, Güney Kafkasya’nın kaderine kayıtsız değildi ve ilk önce Nuru Paşa, Azerbaycan Türklerine Kafkas İslam Ordusu kurma konusunda yardım etmekle görevlendirildi. Azerbaycan mücadelesinde Türklerin rakipleri sırasında ErmeniBolşevik çemberi ve İngilizlerle Almanya da vardı. 1918’de Güney Kafkasya’da gerçekleşen süreçlere yaklaşımda Almanya ile Osmanlı İmparatorluğu arasında yanlış anlamalar yaşanıyordu. Haziran 1918’de, Gürcistan’ın tam kontrolünü elinde bulunduran Almanya, Azerbaycan’a karşı aynı şeyi uygulamaya koymayı planlıyordu. Bu planı gerçekleştirmek için Tiflis’teki Alman temsilciliği, Azerbaycan’ın batı kesiminde yaşayan Alman nüfusunu Türklere karşı bir araç olarak kullanmayı düşünüyordu. Alman göçmenler 1818’de Almanya’dan gelmişler, Azerbaycan’ın batı bölgelerinde yerleşmişlerdi ve 1918’de 8 alman köyünde 6 bin ahali yaşıyordu. Tiflis'teki Almanya büyükelçisi Schulenberg’in emriyle bir grup Alman subay Gence yakınlarındaki Helenendorf köyüne gönderildi ve Alman nüfusuna Azerbaycan hükümetine itaat etmemeleri ve sadece Tiflis'teki Alman büyükelçiliğine başvurmaları talimatı verildi. Nuru Paşa’nın emriyle komutanlar Helenendorf Almanları ile bir araya geldiler ve Kafkasya İslam Ordusu’nun Azerbaycan’ı Ermeni Taşnak silahlı kuvvetlerinden temizlemek için geldiğini söylediler. Gence çevresindeki Ermeni çeteleri, 1904’ten beri Alman halkını tehdit ediyorlardı ve bu nedenle Almanlar da Nuru Paşa’nın Ermeni çetelerini silahsızlandırmak konusundaki önerisini beğendiler. Kısa bir süre sonra Kafkaz İslam Ordusu ve Alman köylüler işbirliği yaptılar-silahlı Alman taburunun yardımıyla 13-14 Haziran 1918’de, Gence kasabaları silahlı Taşnak gruplarından temizlendi ve ermeni çeteleri silahsızlandı. Daha sonra Helenendorf’tan gelen Alman nüfusu da Bakü’nün savaşlarında aktif rol aldı. Kafkas İslam Ordusunun bir parçası olarak Helenendorflu Almanlardan 10 kişi İngiliz ve Taşnaklara karşı savaşlarda görev yaptı. Alman köylüler, ordu merkezlerine ürün, giyim, at, araba vb. getiriyorlardı. Kafkas İslam Ordusuna Batı Cephesinde Rus ordusu tarafından ele geçirilen Alman kökenli askeri esirler de yardım ediyorlardı. İslam Ordusundaki Almanların sayısı çok azdı, ancak orduya katılımları ahlaki açıdan önemliydi. Çünkü Almanya Bolşevikleri gizlice destekliyordu ve Kafkaz İslam Ordusunun Bakü’ye girmesini istemiyordu. Her şeye rağmen, şanlı Türk ordusu Bakü’ye girdi ve kurtarılmış Bakü Azerbaycan’ın başkenti oldu. Azerbaycan’da yaşayan Almanlar, Gürcistan’da yaşayan Almanların aksine, Almanya’nın elinde bir araç olmadı ve Azerbaycan yasaları çerçevesinde hareket etti. Şüphesiz, Kafkas İslam Ordusu, Osmanlı Devleti Azerbaycanı desteklemeseydi, her şey farklı olabilirdi.

İnteraktif sözlükler, topluluk kurallarına uymak şartıyla bireylerin anonim bir hesap adı altında serbestçe fikirlerini ifade ettiği ve tartışabildiği platformlar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Özellikle güncel olaylarla ilgili anlık olarak haber almak/vermek için sıklıkla başvurulan bu platformlar, bilgi çeşitliliğinden dolayı çoğu zaman medya araçlarının bile önüne geçmekte ve gerek üyeler gerekse diğer kişiler tarafından bilgi elde etme aracı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu platformlardan birisi olan Ekşi Sözlük, diğer sözlükler arasında en çok öne çıkan interaktif sözlük olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Paylaşılan bilgilerin güvenilirliği tartışılsa da anında haberdar olma ihtiyacını karşılama özelliğiyle öne çıkan Ekşi Sözlük, pandemi sürecinde haber sağlayıcı olmuş, bu bağlamda kullanıcıların hem haber verme hem de haber alma amacına aracılık etmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışma Ekşi Sözlük’te sars-cov 2 virüsünün yol açtığı pandemiye ilişkin entrileri incelemektedir. Çalışmanın kapsamı sars-cov 2 virüsüyle ilgili içeriklerle sınırlıdır. Ülkemizde virüsün tespit edildiği ilk tarih olan 11 Mart 2020’den 11 Mart 2021 tarihine kadar olan bir yıllık süreçte pandemiyle ilgili girilen entriler araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın amacı pandemi sürecinde bu platformda pandemiyle ilgili yapılan paylaşımların içeriğini ortaya koymaktır. Ayrıca bu platformların gündelik yaşam pratiklerinde haberleşme amacına ne ölçüde hizmet ettiğini belirlemek de amaçlanmıştır. İlgili entriler içerik analizi tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Çalışma, haberleşme aracı olarak interaktif sözlüklerin kullanımının toplumsal yaşamdaki rolünü ortaya koyması açısından önem taşımaktadır.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün Adolf Hitler hakkındaki düşünceleri ve söyledikleri Türk tarihçileri kadar Türk milleti için de oldukça merak konusudur. Bu konuda yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda Alman Dışişleri Bakanlığı arşivinde biri 4 Temmuz 1934 diğeri ise 8 Haziran 1935 tarihli iki belge olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 4 Temmuz 1934 tarihli ilk belge, Ankara’daki Alman Büyükelçilik Müsteşarı Wilhelm August Julius Fabricius tarafından siyasi bir rapor olarak Alman Dışişleri Bakanlığı’na hitaben kaleme alınmıştır. Söz konusu raporu Fabricius, o tarihte Ankara’daki görevi sona eren Sovyet Büyükelçisi Yakov Zaharoviç Surits’in kendisine iletmiş olduğu ve gizli kalmasını istediği bilgileri esas alarak düzenlemiştir. Bu bilgilere göre Surits, görev süresi sona erip Türkiye’den ayrılmadan önce Cumhurbaşkanı Gazi Mustafa Kemal Paşa’yı ziyaret etmiştir. Surits, Fabricius’a, Başbakan İsmet Paşa’nın da hazır bulunduğu bu ziyaret esnasında Mustafa Kemal Pasşa’nın 30 Haziran 1934’te Almanya’da gerçekleşen Röhm Darbesi esnası ve sonrasında yaşanan olaylara niçin değinme gereği duyduğunu ve bu olaydan yola çıkarak Adolf Hitler ve yeni Alman hükümeti hakkında nasıl bir düşünce ve kanaate sahip olduğunu açıklamıştır. Bunun yanı sıra Mustafa Kemal Paşa’nın, Röhm Darbesi ile İtalya’da Mussolini ve Rusya’da Bolşeviklerin iktidarı esnasında yaşananlar arasında nasıl bir bağlantı kurduğunu ve Türkiye’de kendi dönemindeki olaylar ile niçin kıyaslama gereği duyduğunu aktarmıştır. Aynı zamanda Mustafa Kemal Paşa’nın söz konusu darbenin gerekçesi hakkında İsmet Paşa’dan neden çok farklı düşündüğünü de ortaya koymuştur. İlk raporun kaleme alındığı tarihten yaklaşık 11 ay sonra, bu kez Almanya’nın Ankara Büyükelçisi Frederic Hans von Rosenberg, Alman Dışişleri Bakanlığına hitaben siyasi bir rapor kaleme almıştır. Söz konusu raporda Rosenberg, Türkiye’de görev süresinin sona ermesi dolayısıyla Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’e yapmış olduğu veda ziyareti esnasında yaşadıklarını aktarmıştır. Bu ziyaret sırasında Atatürk’e bu kez Başbakan İsmet İnönü dışında Dışişleri Bakanı Tevfik Rüştü Aras da eşlik etmiştir. Görüşmede Rosenberg, Atatürk ve İnönü’nün yeni Alman hükümeti ve lideri Adolf Hitler’e karşı nasıl bir düşünce ve kanaate sahip olduğunu öğrenmiş ve bunu kendi dışişleri bakanına iletmiştir. Araştırmamızın amacı, söz konusu iki belgeden yola çıkarak Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün Adolf Hitler hakkında iki farklı tarihte söylediklerini o tarihlerdeki olayları ve ortamı dikkate alarak değerlendirmeye ve gerçeklerle ne derece örtüştüğünü irdelemeye çalışmaktır.
