Abstract:
Article summarizes results of study detecting the best varieties of peas cultivated in Latvian organic farming conditions. Study was conducted with new varieties of two species of crop peas: Pisum arvense L. (Pink flower varieties) – Retrija, Almara and Vitra, and Pisum sativa L. (White flower varieties) – Lasma and Zaiga. All varieties were selected in Latvia. The best among white flower varieties in terms of crop productivity was Zaiga variety, where yield was 1.45-1.48 t ha-1. Among pink flower varieties of peas, the most productive was Almara variety, with crop productivity of 1.36-1.69 t ha-1. Retrija variety of peas excels other studied varieties by total protein content and taste properties.

Pendidikan Sosiologi Pedesaan di Indonesia adalah “arena-akademik” dari almarhum Prof. Dr S.M.P. Tjondronegoro. Tulisan ini bertujuan menunjukkan arena-akademik dari almarhum tersebut sebagai wadah pelembagaan dan pengembangan pemikiran sains sosial, khususnya di Bidang Sosiologi dan Antropologi Terapan dengan fokus pengorganisasian pembangunan desa. Dengan systematic review method, tinjauan atas isi dokumen, dan wawancara dengan alumni terpilih dari Program Studi (Prodi) Pascasarjana (Pendidikan Magister Sains dan Doktor) Sosiologi Pedesaan (SPD), Departemen Sains Pengembangan Masyarakat, Fakultas Ekologi Manusia, Institut Pertanian Bogor dicatat, bahwa kurikulum prodi ini, tidak lepas dari pemikiran almarhum. Bahkan, mata-mata kuliah yang diampu oleh almarhum bersama pendiri SPD lainnya, yaitu almarhum Prof. Sajogyo dan almarhum Prof. Pujiwati Sajogyo terus dikembangkan, hingga saat ini telah menjadi berbagai mata kuliah dan unsur dari tiga kompetensi peminatan mahasiswa dari Prodi SPD untuk pendidikan magister sains. Tiga peminatan tersebut adalah (1) Pengembangan Masyarakat, (2) Kajian Agraria dan Ekologi Politik, dan (3) Digitalisasi Desa dan Perubahan Sosial. Benang merah pemikiran almarhum menjadi penjalin tiga peminatan tersebut adalah pemikiran tentang sodality yang menjadi akar dari desa mengelola pembangunan secara berkelanjutan.

Dzieło Selvy Almady (Entre Ríos, Argentyna, 1973) zgodne jest z dwoma tendencjami charakterystycznymi dla współczesnej literatury latynoamerykańskiej: z odkryciem przestrzeni peryferyjnych w zapomnianych prowincjach w odpowiedzi na procesy deterytorializacji i transnarodowości, z jednej strony; oraz z tworzeniem intymnych mikroświatów, które domagają się konstruowania subiektywnych tożsamości, często sięgających do dzieciństwa, z drugiej. Wokół tych elementów obecnych w opowiadaniach i powieściach Almady zogniskowana jest narracja. W centrum jej analizy znajdują się rożne przejawy przemocy. Przemoc u Almady jest wszechobecna: powracającym tematem jest śmierć, agresja, przemoc wobec kobiet i zbrutalizowany język. I właśnie ta przemoc w jej różnych obliczach, stanowiąca najważniejszą cechę utworów Selvy Almady staje się przedmiotem analizy prezentowanego artykułu.

Kedai Almarsa merupakan kedai kopi tempat berkumpulnya orang-orang yang ingin menikmati seduhan kopi atau hanya sekedar bersantai dengan kerabat. Ramainya orang-orang yang berdatangan terkadang membuat antrian panjang pada kedai tersebut. Minimnya karyawan yang bekerja pada kedai, juga membuat karyawan kesulitan dalam hal melakukan pencatatan pesanan. Proses pemesanan dan pembayaran pada kedai yang masih manual memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pemrosesan pemesanan dan pembayaran pada kedai serta dapat menghambat kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Kedai Almarsa (SIPEKA) untuk mempermudah sistem pemesanan maupun pembayaran yang ada pada almarsa kopi tanpa harus mengantri terlebih dahulu. SIPEKA ini dapat digunakan oleh pelanggan dan karyawan sebagai sistem pemesanan pada Kedai Almarsa Kopi. Selain untuk melakukan pemesanan, sistem almarsa kopi juga bisa digunakan untuk melakukan pembayaran secara non tunai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada pembuatan SIPEKA adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari requirement definition, system and software design, implementation, integration and system testing, dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah SIPEKA dapat memberikan fitur pemesanan secara online, fitur keranjang, fitur rekomendasi minuman, fitur riwayar pemesanan dan transaksi, serta fitur notifikasi update pesanan

Abstract:
É reconhecido por vários autores o carácter visual da escrita do artista português Almada Negreiros (1893-1970), mas as múltiplas derivações e interpretações que daí podem surgir têm ainda muito por explorar. Neste artigo procuro fazer algumas dessas interpretações sobre o intercâmbio entre o pictórico e o literário que ocorre na obra de Almada Negreiros, com ênfase precisamente no intercâmbio, isto é, não notando meramente a criação de imagens visuais literárias — o que tem sido o foco dos estudos literários — mas entendendo que a escrita de Almada deriva de uma concepção de vanguarda e de arte assente no primado da visão e que a sua prática e teoria pictóricas determinam a sua escrita. Por outro lado, abordarei também a revisitação que faz em pintura da sua obra literária. Mais do que um diálogo entre duas artes, o pictórico e o literário em Almada estão profundamente interligados e a obra daqui resultante constitui-se um exemplo da inventividade que resultou da ruptura de fronteiras entre as artes operada pelas vanguardas do início do século.

Their origin and development. How they affect the action, jurisdiction and process. And how they protect themselves. We address them from a chronological plane and in the four jurisdictional orders of the ordinary jurisdiction. We have taken into account the teachings of Professor Almagro Nosete, although it is a “proper” work and it is apart from all the considerations that the honoree had to highlight.

The problem of violence has become a central part of European politics and of each human being in the European countries. We have heard reports of massive rape rituals in Bosnia, we are witnessing a Belgium in deep sorrow because of the slaughter of its daughters, we are experiencing gang wars in the inner cities, In every country, racism is creating death and pain and fradually the knowledge of violence against women and children in their own homes is reaching our consciousness. Most of the time, this violence is talked about in the media in terms of gangsters, devils, murderers, bandits, drug addicts, blacks, nazis, rapists or just thieves, Very seldom are the perpetrators talked about as men, and almost never are they understood within the concept of masculinity. Even when the fact undoubtedly is that they are, in almost every case, men. One of the most important things is that we need to know more about how masculinity is created. What does it mean that the violators are men? What implications will this have for the understanding of violence? What is the specific relationship between masculinity and violence? And: How will it influence the politics of violence - the work against violence in the media, in the streets and in the society as a whole? These types of questions will be the guidelines of our talk here today. Let us go straight to the heart of the problem. While the media and the public's attention are concentrated on the violence which occurs in the public sphere, they are forgetting the violence in the private sphere. Our claim is that the violence which we see in public is largely rooted in the private sphere, It is violence carried out in the private sphere which is transferred and extended into the public sphere. In other words, it is the private violence which should claim our attention, and it is against this violence that the efforts to combat violence should be directed. Focusing on private violence will also enable us to bring to bear a clearer gender perspective. Even though we know that women use violence against men and children, private violence mainly consists of men's violence against those nearest to them: girlfriends, wives and children. Let us therefore spend the few minutes we have presenting three perspectives on men's violence against women, in order better to get to know these men.

AbstractALMA, the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array, provides a large collecting area at a location on a high dry site, endowing it with unparalleled potential for sensitive spectral line observations. Its wide frequency coverage, superb receivers and flexible backend will ensure that that potential is met. Although in the Southern Hemisphere, its tropical latitude ensures good coverage of the northern sky. Since the last meeting on astrophysical masers, the ALMA team has substantially enhanced its capability for line observations. Japan's entry into ALMA has provided increased sensitivity with the addition of the 16 antennas of the Atacama Compact Array, equivalent to eight additional 12m telescopes. The first four cartridges for the baseline ALMA receiver packages (to be augmented by three other bands owing to Japanese participation) have been accepted, with performance above the already-challenging specifications. At first light, ALMA will offer nearly complete frequency coverage of the millimeter and submillimeter spectral windows, ensuring coverage of a variety of masering transitions. ALMA's flexibility as a spectrometer has increased with the enhancement of the baseline correlator with tunable filter banks, and with the addition of a separate correlator for the ACA. As an example of the increased flexibility, ALMA is now capable of multi-spectral-region and multi-resolution modes. With the former, one might observe e.g. four separate transitions anywhere within one of four 2 GHz bands with a high resolution bandwidth. With the latter, one might simultaneously observe with low spectral resolution over a wide bandwidth and with high spectral resolution over a narrow bandwidth. Thus, one could simultaneously cover an extremely broad velocity range while providing high spectral resolution of groups of lines within that range. Several science examples will be presented illustrating ALMA's potential for transforming the millimeter and submillimeter study of masers.

En la presente Investigación se estudió el desarrollo de un “Sistema de información de almacén para mejorar el control de inventario en la empresa Chanta Romero Soldadura y Servicios E.I.R.L”. Lo cual tuvo como objetivo general mejorar el control de inventario en la empresa Chanta Romero Soldadura y Servicios E.I.R.L, Se utilizó un sistema de información el cual estuvo orientado a la organización de datos procesados. El tipo de investigación que se siguió fue aplicada y pre-experimental. Se utilizó como método de análisis de datos la Prueba Z de Diferencia de medias y como metodología de desarrollo ICONIX, puesto a que se sometió a selección y se comprobó que es la más aceptable para el logro de la presente investigación. Además, con el sistema implementado se logró disminuir el tiempo promedio de ingreso de productos al almacén en un 63.49%; además se redujo el tiempo promedio de registro de salida de productos del almacén en un 75.18%; así mismo se logró reducir el tiempo promedio en la obtención de reportes en un 86.85%. Trata-se, por um lado, de analisar criticamente o obstinado rigor interartístico derivado da dupla obediência criativa do (para)futurista e poliapto criador Almada Negreiros e, por outro lado, de dissertar, in absentia, dos quatro hors-texte duplos do (pro)futurista e mitificador Santa-Rita Pintor, reproduzidos no segundo número da efémera e marcante publicação literária portuguesa.Destarte, inter alia, além de dissertarmos sobre a questão dos futuristi primários no que diz respeito desses dois ‘futuristas derivados’, ponderando a pensée contraditória e o pensum amalgamático que alicerzam a sua elaboração, procuramos ler as transitivas e concretas criações em palavras e/ou imagens de Almada e Santa-Rita – isto é, distantes de qualquer ‘imaculada concepção’, pretendemos decifrá-las, decodificá-las e/ou interpretá-las dentro dos referentes programáticos e efetivos de um futurismo tou court. I futuristi and the Futurists of Orpheu(Santa-Rita Pintor and Almada Negreiros)ABSTRACT: This article takes as its starting point the (well-) known Almadian idea that the magazine Orpheu represented the “Portuguese meeting point for literature and painting” – that is, the crossroads for affaire verbale et visuelle which defines it fundamentally and which the publication takes as its guiding principle. It is our intention, on the one hand, to review the obstinate inter-artistic rigor which is derived from the dual creative obedience to the (para) futuristic and multi-faceted creator Almada Negreiros and, on the other hand, to discuss, in absentia, of the four dual hors-texte by the (pro) futuristic myth-maker Santa-Rita Pintor, reproduced in the second number of this ephemeral and remarkable Portuguese literary publication.Thus, inter alia, in addition to discussing the question of the first futuristi with respect to these two 'derived futurists', considering the contradictory pensée and the amalgamated pensum that lay the foundation for their preparation, we endeavour to read the transitive and concrete creations in the words and / or pictures of Almada and Santa-Rita – that is, far from any 'immaculate conception', we aim to decipher them, decode them and / or interpret them within the programmatic and effective respect of a tou court futurism.

Se realizó la evaluación de tierras para uso agrícola en la llanura fluviomarina dentro del municipio de Tuxpan, Nayarit, con base en un levantamiento de suelos semidetallado. Se evaluó la aptitud relativa agrícola, mediante la modificación del modelo Almagra del sistema MicroLEIS 4.1, el cual permite definir la aptitud relativa agrícola, de lo cual resulta el Almagra-Tuxpan, al crearse una base de datos con las condiciones específicas de esta región. Con base en el modelo Almagra-Tuxpan se determinó la aptitud relativa agrícola para cada una de las unidades de mapeo de suelos y se evaluaron los niveles de aptitud de 12 cultivos tradicionales (fríjol, sorgo, maíz, tabacos (Virginia y Burley), chile, jitomate, melón, sandía, jícama, cacahuate y algodón). El 21.73% presenta una aptitud buena para la mayoría de los cultivos evaluados, el 59.98%, una aptitud moderada y el 18.43% nula capacidad. En general excluyendo las unidades de aptitud nula, los suelos de este municipio tienen una aptitud para algodón, maíz y sorgo. Los dos últimos se cultivan intensamente y el primero sería una alternativa para la región.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo reducir los costos de almacenaje de conservas de pescado en la empresa Inversiones Quiaza S.A.C. El diseño de la investigación fue de tipo pre experimental, aplicándolo a una muestra de cinco trabajadores, que representaban la mano de obra directa encargada del manejo de las conservas de pescado del almacén. Se emplearon técnicas como encuestas y guías de observación directa para obtener información del estado actual de la gestión de almacén; se determinaron los costos anuales por unidad de almacenaje; con la aplicación de la metodología PHVA se desarrolló la implementación sistemática de las actividades de gestión para el almacén, se aplicó la metodología System Layout Planning (SLP), para obtener la distribución eficiente de los espacios. Los principales resultados estuvieron orientados hacia la optimización de los espacios, que redujeron los tiempos de traslado en las actividades de almacenaje y despacho, que a su vez redujeron las horas hombre trabajadas logrando la reducción de los costos de la mano de obra directa. La investigación concluyó que la implementación del sistema de gestión de almacén redujo los costos de almacenaje en un 14.52%, es decir un ahorro de S/. 0.18 por caja anual; los costos por despacho se redujeron en 7.41% es decir, un ahorro de S/. 0.10 por caja anual; el costo por metro cuadrado se redujo en 61.61%, es decir un ahorro de S/. 610.16 por metro cuadrado anual.

A análise concentra-se em um conjunto de aspectos centrais de A Cena do Ódio, poema que Almada Negreiros escreveu para publicar em Orpheu 3, em 1915, sob a luz da teoria que ele mesmo elucidou em um texto publicado dois anos depois, a 1ª Conferência Futurista. A análise, portanto, gira em torno das ideias da multiplicidade e da destruição, e sua manifestação ao longo de vários fios temáticos, como o ódio, o sexo e a própria linguagem.

Los episodios traumáticos del pasado dictatorial ocuparon en la literatura argentina un espacio central. Chicas muertas de Selva Almada inicia el diálogo con ese corpus en dos planos: por un lado señala la invisibilidad de los feminicidios durante el retorno de la democracia. Por otra parte, el texto recupera la pregunta sobre cómo narrar la violencia extrema que –iniciada en el aforismo de Theodor Adorno (1955)– recorre las discusiones en torno a las formas del relato sobre el pasado reciente. Este trabajo explora en el texto de Almada las nuevas memorias sobre el feminicidio que emergen en el campo literario en un contexto de profunda sensibilización social sobre el tema.
