Abstract:

<p><p>I denna undersökning behandlas kreditprövning vid svensk mirkrolångivning. Undersökningen är om ALMI:s mikrolångivning som är statsfinansierad och vissa av Nordeas krediter, exempelvis krediter till nystart av företag, som per definition är jämförbar med svensk mikrolångivning. Syftet är att undersöka och förstå eventuella skillnader och likheter i de nämnda kreditgivarnas kreditprövning vid mikrolångivning.</p><p>Empirin baserades på material från Nordeas och ALMI:s Webbsidor samt de intervjuer som genomfördes med respondenterna på respektive företag. Sedan sammanställdes materialet som tillsammans med teorier om kreditprövning, lade grunden för en undersökningsmodell som fungerat som stöd i analysen.</p><p>Det finns många likheter i Nordeas och ALMI:s hantering av kreditansökan. Det kan förklaras av att kreditgivning innebär risktagande och för att minimera riskerna följer båda kreditgivarna vissa principer som är grundläggande för kreditprövning. Den tydligaste skillnaden är att ALMI inte behöver ställa krav på säkerheter och därför inte behöver ta hänsyn till det vid kreditprövning. Nordea måste däremot ta säkerheter i beaktande då lagen kräver det. Dessutom har ALMI större riskbenägenhet än Nordea som kan förklaras av att de har krav på sig att lyckas med ett visst antal företagsstarter medan Nordea främst har lönsamhetskrav.</p><p>Slutsatsen från studien är att Nordea och ALMI har snarlikt tillvägagångssätt vid kreditprövning med den skillnaden att ALMI inte ställer krav på reala säkerheter samt att kunderna får mer hjälp för utformningen av affärsidé och finansiering.</p></p>

Abstract:

Ceramista<br>Esta propuesta visual nace desde la dísciplina de la cerámica y se centra en su significado místico; la transformación de los elementos, hecho que ha sido considerado sagrado desde los albores de esta práctica y con mucha mayor profundidad en el chamanismo y la alquimia. Tanto así que estos últimos, tienen la creencia de que todo nace y viene de una sola fuerza. Con este planteamiento calzo mi propuesta; que está ligada a la muerte y a la problemática existencialista, lo que se expresa en los ritos funerarios y los residuos corporales, ambos como respuesta a una necesidad del ser humano por conservar parte de la vida, para recordar y ser recordados. De este modo, acudo a la urna fúnebre (vasija de cerámica contenedora involutiva del difunto y también parte de su ajuar), como base para plantear cuestionamientos en torno a la disciplina. La urna en sí pasa a segundo plano y deja hablar a la materialidad cerámica, las tierras y los residuos corporales (pelo, dientes uñas y huesos), expuestos al interior de frascos de vidrio que se entrelazan con las nebulosas de estrellas, ya que comparten los mismos químicos en su composición. Desde hace unos años, los científicos vienen planteando una relación directa entre los compuestos presentes en la tierra y en el medio extraterrestre. Mi propuesta plástica es: La instalación de 26 frascos de vidrio dentro de cajas de madera donde 13 de ellos tendrán en su interior; cabello, uñas, dientes y un hueso humano, los frascos restantes contendrán diferentes componentes de la tierra, que conforman como explicaba anteriormente, parte de nuestro cuerpo y el de las estrellas. Refuerzo esta idea con la disposición de siete cajas y empleando vidrio post formado coloreados con pigmentos de sobrecubierta para vidrio, con imágenes que simulan nebulosas junto con huesos modelados en forma directa en material cerámico.

Die Einführung des Amtlichen Liegenschaftskataster-Informationssystems (ALKIS®) in den 16 Bundesländern steht kurz vor dem Abschluss. Im Jahr 2015 werden voraussichtlich alle Bundesländer auf ALKIS® umgestellt haben. Damit liegt ein neuer Katasterstandard vor, in dem großes Potenzial für Mehrwerte in vielen Verwaltungsbereichen, für die Geoinformationswirtschaft und den Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland ingesamt steckt. Eingegangen wird auf die ALKIS®-Produktfamilie bis hin zu zeitgemäßen Darstellungs- und Downloaddiensten als Teil einer AdV-Strategie zur Bereitstellung von Geobasisdaten. Die Perspektiven richten sich – zum Teil auch historisch bedingt – besonders auf das Grundbuch, die Finanzverwaltung, die amtliche Flächenstatistik und die dritte Dimension im Liegenschaftskataster.

Abstract:

Alois Hába ist Autor von drei Opern: Die Vierteltonoper Die Mutter (Matka), Hábas op. 35 (beendet 1929), wurde im Jahre 1931 in München uraufgeführt. Die tschechische Erstaufführung hat 1947 in Prag stattgefunden, zum drittenmal wurde diese Oper vom Ensemble des National-Theaters in Prag einstudiert und beim Musikfestival Prager Frühling und beim Musikfest Maggio musicale in Florenz im Jahre 1964 aufgeführt. Die Oper Neue Erde (Nová země), op. 47 (beendet 1936) sowie die Oper Es komme Dein Königreich (Přijd\' království Tvé), op. 50 (beendet 1942), sind unaufgeführt geblieben. Können wir angesichts dieser Tatsachen mit Recht über Alois Hába und seine Bedeutung für die Entwicklung der modernen Oper überhaupt sprechen?

This diploma thesis focuses mainly on general Eliáš. The goal of this thesis is to explain the relationship of Alois Eliáš with the czech resistance during 1939-1942. The thesis analyses the resistance activities of Alois Eliáš and their hidden and public manifestations. The existence of Schmoranz's group and other important facts is resolved in this connection. Abstract:

As vigas celulares ocupam um lugar de destaque crescente na construção de pontes em concreto protendido. Dentro desta opção, a tendência moderna é de se construírem pontes unicelulares cada vez mais largas, o que traz como conseqüência um aumento considerável da flexão transversal em seus elementos, especialmente em suas almas, submetendo-as a uma combinação de cisalhamento com flexão transversal que pode atingir valores importantes. Este trabalho tem por finalidade apresentar um novo critério de dimensionamento das almas das vigas de seção celular, incluindo o caso do estado limite último de fadiga. Este critério foi idealizado a partir de uma análise crítica dos modelos vigentes, os quais são analisados e comparados por meio de gráficos de interação relacionando força cortante com flexão transversal, que permitem a escolha da melhor opção para as situações de projeto. Desenvolveu-se uma investigação experimental, a fim de verificar a validade do critério de dimensionamento desenvolvido. Foram analisados os seguintes modos de colapso: esmagamento das bielas comprimidas de concreto, alongamento plástico excessivo dos estribos e ruptura dos estribos por fadiga. Os resultados experimentais mostraram uma boa aproximação do Critério de Dimensionamento Proposto e revelaram novidades nos ensaios de fadiga: a ruptura dos estribos por fadiga se deu por etapas, um estribo de cada vez, num processo gradual. A ruptura por fadiga ocorreu sistematicamente próximo à ligação da alma com a mesa inferior e não no dobramento dos estribos.<br>Box-girders have received a growing attention in the field of prestressed concrete bridges. The modern trend is to build wider unicellular bridges, which leads to a considerable increase in the transverse bending moment acting mainly in their webs. These are subjected to a combination of shear force and transverse bending moments, which may reach important values. The purpose of this thesis is to introduce a new design approach of box-girder webs, including the Ultimate Limit State due to fatigue. This design approach is derived from a critical analysis of the current criteria. The different criteria for the design of box-girder webs are analyzed and compared by means of shear-bending moment interaction diagrams as an attempt to identify the more realistic one. An experimental investigation has been undertaken with the purpose of verifying the validity of the new developed approach. The following failure modes have been considered: crushing of the compressed struts, excessive plastic deformation of the stirrups and rupture of the stirrups due to fatigue. The experimental results have shown good agreement with those predicted by the proposed approach. Furthermore, the tests have revealed new aspects of the fatigue behavior: the rupture of the stirrups due to fatigue occurred in stages, one at a time in a gradual manner. In all cases the failure took place near the top face of the lower flange and not at the corner of the stirrups.

Tesis para optar al grado de Magíster en Lingüística mención Lengua Española<br>Autor no autoriza el acceso a texto completo de su documento.<br>La presente investigación analiza los rasgos morfosintácticos en la crónica chilena colonial La restauración de La Imperial y conversión de las almas infieles (h. 1693), escrita por el fraile mercedario Juan de Barrenechea y Albis. En primer lugar, pretende describir un conjunto de fenómenos del manuscrito: haber con sentido posesivo en vez de tener, haber en construcciones temporales en vez de hacer, tener como auxiliar en vez de haber, el futuro de subjuntivo (-re), el gerundio preposicional, el orden variable de pronombres personales átonos, el pronombre relativo quien con valor plural, el superlativo formado con el sufijo –ísimo, la variación en el género de algunos sustantivos, el empleo del verbo ser en vez de estar y, por último, el voseo reverencial y dialectal americano. En segundo lugar, contrasta los fenómenos descritos con los rasgos lingüísticos característicos de Chile y de otros territorios americanos del siglo XVII (Tucumán, Buenos Aires, Costa Rica y Puerto Rico). La existencia de la mayoría de estos rasgos en nuestro corpus no solo se explicaría porque forman parte del español de Chile y de algunos zonas americanas del siglo XVII, sino también por el nivel sociocultural alto del autor que le permitió la creación de esta obra especialmente culta de la producción colonial chilena.

Die Komponisten Alois Hába und Slavko Osterc haben Jahre hindurch schriftlichen Kontakt miteinander gehalten, von dem insgesamt 55 Briefe erhalten geblieben sind: Die Briefe von Osterc an Hába befinden sich im Besitz des Národní muzeum Praha - Ceské muzeum hudby Praha (Nationalmuseum - Tschechisches Museum der Musik Prag), die Gegenbriefe Hábas im Besitz der Narodna in Univerzitetna Knižnica Ljubljana (National- und Universitätsbibliothek Laibach). Wie aus dem Kontext hervorgeht, ist diese Korrespondenz wahrscheinlich nicht vollständig erhalten geblieben, was aber das Verständnis der vorhandenen Briefe nicht beeinträchtigt. Ihr Inhalt bietet reiche Informationen über die persönliche und künstlerische Position der beiden Komponisten in jener Zeit und darüber hinaus auch wesentliche Details zur Geschichte der Internationalen Gesellschaft für Neue Musik (IGNM).

Dans L'homme sans contenu Giorgio Agamben fait le constat d'une crise sans précédent de la transmission. Nos collections, nos musées, ne sauraient dissimuler que nous-mêmes, esthètes sans contenu, n'aurions peut-être rien d'autre à transmettre que ce vide et ce qui le dissimule. En attendant une " éthique provisoire " s'impose pour savoir comment conserver, et parfois restaurer, un patrimoine architectural. C'est dans cette perspective que nous proposons une lecture du Culte moderne des monuments écrit au début du XXè siècle par Aloïs Riegl, historien et théoricien viennois. La thèse comprend deux volumes. Le premier volume se compose de quatre parties. Dans une première partie - Acropole. Penser aux monuments - nous étudions comment le monument a été pensé par Hegel et, depuis Hegel, par des écrivains et des philosophes (Schopenhauer, Jünger, Hugo, Alain, Valéry, Gilson). Dans une seconde partie - Pronaos. Les paradoxes de la restauration - nous comparons comment, à travers quelques paradoxes, Ruskin, Viollet-le-Duc, Boïto et Riegl ont abordé le problème de la restauration. Dans une troisième partie - Cella. Une lecture du Denkmalkultus - nous nous livrons à un commentaire appuyé sur une terminologie qui se différencie sur quelques points majeurs des traductions françaises existantes. Objet complexe le monument est le lieu où l'expérience humaine du temps découvre une multiplicité de registres. Dans une quatrième partie - Agora. Ethique de la transmission - nous analysons quelques-uns des apports post-riegliens à la problématique de la transmission (S. Agacinski, C. Brandi, R. Debray). " L'impératif de conservation " est inséparable aussi bien d'un refus des logiques de domination que de l'emprise de la nostalgie. Pour conserver il faut créer, et créer dans le souci du monde. Our museums and art collections simply conceal the possibility that each of us, aesthetes without substance, has noting else to hand down to posterity other than this void and that which hides it. Meanwhile, a " temporary ethic " becomes necessary in order to know how to conserve, and occasionally restore, an architectural monument. It is with this in mind that we propose an analysis of the Culte moderne des monuments, written at the beginning of the 20th century by Aloïs Riegl, viennese historian and theorist. The thesis is made up of two volumes. The first volume includes four parts. In the first part - Acropole. Reflecting on monuments - we examine how monuments were analyzed by Hegel and by other writers and philosophers after Hegel (Schopenhauer, Jünger, Hugo, Alain, Valéry, Gilson). The " obligation of conservation " is inseparable from a refusal of the logic of domination as well as from the grip of nostalgia. To conserve, one must create, and at the same time, must be concerned for the world in which we live. The second volume is a bilingual study of the Culte moderne des monuments. A Work Project, presented as part of the requirements for the Award of a Masters Degree in Management from the NOVA – School of Business and Economics<br>Altis Hotels Group is a successful family owned hotel group that holds a portfolio of several hotels in Lisbon, Portugal. Despite the success in the Portuguese market, aspects 3 such as the current economic crisis led Altis to consider the option of internationalizing and exploring opportunities in new markets. Initially, the company’s competitiveness in the Portuguese market was analysed in order to understand whether it has the necessary skills to pursue internationalization. This analysis was followed by a macro-environmental study of the country of destiny - Spain, and an analysis of characteristics of the hotel industry as well as opportunities to be explored in the city of Madrid. In the end, taking into account all of the previously mentioned analysis, an implementation plan is proposed.

Abstract:

Alois Hába ist Autor von drei Opern: Die Vierteltonoper Die Mutter (Matka), Hábas op. 35 (beendet 1929), wurde im Jahre 1931 in München uraufgeführt. Die tschechische Erstaufführung hat 1947 in Prag stattgefunden, zum drittenmal wurde diese Oper vom Ensemble des National-Theaters in Prag einstudiert und beim Musikfestival Prager Frühling und beim Musikfest Maggio musicale in Florenz im Jahre 1964 aufgeführt. Die Oper Neue Erde (Nová země), op. 47 (beendet 1936) sowie die Oper Es komme Dein Königreich (Přijd\'' království Tvé), op. 50 (beendet 1942), sind unaufgeführt geblieben. Können wir angesichts dieser Tatsachen mit Recht über Alois Hába und seine Bedeutung für die Entwicklung der modernen Oper überhaupt sprechen?
