The diploma thesis is focused on creation of marketing strategy of educational company 1. VOX, a. s. that is active a couple years in the adult education market. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the company's current situation, then formulate a proposal for an optimal marketing strategy, which would be consistent with company objectives. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical framework - the process of marketing strategy and description of analyses used - the general and occupational external surroundings analysis, internal analysis, Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. The methodology part describes the methods of collecting and processing data from surveys conducted. In the practical part the author deals with the description of 1. VOX, a. s. activities and thorough analysis of internal and external environment. On the basis of these analyses the author formulates a specific marketing strategy, including proposals of deficiencies elimination and recommandations of potencial improvements.

The goal of this thesis is to perform situational analysis of Czech Dermatological Center, l. t. d., and to design marketing strategy mainly for third and the fourth quarter of 2016, which will lead to increase in competitiveness and market share in the Czech market. To achieve this objective quantitative method of questionnaire survey has been used for mapping satisfaction of customers with the marketing mix of the company. In addition we also did clinical studies to verify the hydratation effects of the thermal Uriage water. Within the situational analysis, the external and internal analysis was performed. The results of this analysis were summarized by IE matrix and the company's strategic position was designated. After the appropriate marketing strategy was suggested, that is focused on increasing of competiveness and also on increasing of market share of Czech dermatological centers, l. t. d., in the Czech market. The main recommendations are primarily - optimalization of the product portfolio, intensification of sales promotion, development of interactive communication and use of printed advertising.

This thesis deals with the marketing strategy of a company F AIR spol. s r. o.,which is the first flying school in the Czech Republic and has its main domicile at the Benešov airport. The objective of the thesis is to analyse the marketing strategy and the marketing environment of the company, and to propose feasible changes of the contemporary strategy. In order to achieve this objective, I have applied several subanalyses and my own marketing research. The accumulated figures are evaluated in the final SWOT analysis. This Masters Thesis deals with an analysis of promotion mix of the company Enterprise. The objective of this thesis is to introduce company Enterprise Holdings along with its marketing and communication strategies. Furthermore, it includes a survey that was conducted in order to discover respondents awareness of Enterprise Rent A Car marketing activities and additional products. The recommendations are introduced on the basis of the surveys results. These strategies are crucial for understanding the thesis practical part. The marketing research and the methods of information collection are explained in the last chapter of the thesis theoretical part. The practical part is divided into three main chapters. The company Enterprise Holdings is introduced in the first chapter including its brands. There were conducted two analyses in the first chapter: a competitive analysis and SWOT analysis. The second and also the most elaborated part is focused on the marketing and communication strategies of the company. Additionally, the objectives of the entire company are described there as well as the goal achievement. The conclusion does not include only the survey evaluation but also the authors recommendations. These recommendations target at companys weak points and try to increase awareness of the company among European citizens.

The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable export strategy for the company Preciosa Figurky, s.r.o. in Chile. The first chapter briefly characterizes that company, and describes its economic situation and business strategy. Other chapters are devoted to the analysis of the current marketing mix of the company, mutual trade relations between Czech Republic and Chile and there is also a detailed PEST analysis of Chilean market from the perspective of domestic entrepreneurs. The last chapter proposes a specific export strategy, where the greatest emphasis is placed on communication strategy. Main goals of the thesis are running strategy situation analysis for the club of veteran vehicles, giving analysis of its marketing mix and setting new tools for its future promotion. Recommendations for the marketing procedures are backed up by renewed web space, which contains redaction system and is linked into optimized advertising campaign, too. Research methods were chosen according to considered financial possibilities of the club. They consist of structured interviews with people familiar with the matter, as well as club data analysis and overall statistic data analysis. Expert tools for web designers and consultants were used while creating the web advertising campaign. Conclusions of the thesis lighten the similarities between marketing mix of nonprofit organization and small entrepreneurship. Next, the fresh new site with internet promotion is boosting the money earning activities. At the same time, it speeds up communication both inside and outside of the club, all together strengthening its member's loyalty to the club.

The main idea of the project called Evelyna Expeditions is to offer the possibility to participate on the expedition of yacht Evelyna on her journey around the world. Yachting is getting more popular among Czech tourists, but some of them desire even bigger adventure and want to exploit the potential of boat to explore places on the earth which are accessible only from the sea. The project is designed especially for these people. Theoretical part of the thesis explains the different stages of marketing plan (situation analysis, marketing objectives, marketing strategy, budget, action plan) and gives recommendations how to work with them.
