An analytical of new theoretical model has been developed to study the Capacitance characteristics for an optically controlled Gallium Arsenic Metal Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor MESFET (OPFET) doped uniformly. It has been presented here for an analysis of extrinsic and intrinsic parameters such as, gate capacitances including both of the gate-source capacitances gate-drain capacitances under dark and illumination condition. Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a recent assembly process which has been developed at the British Welding Institute (TWI) at the beginning of the 90's. The translation and the rotation of the tool during the FSW process generate the flow and plastic deformation of the material which had been often differently interpreted in contradictory manner. It can be introduced in a Free Gas Model to approximate crystal lattice effects in the Doppler broadening of the neutron cross sections. In the last decade, a few research works proposed analytical or Monte-Carlo perturbation schemes for estimating uncertainties in neutronic calculations due to thermal scattering laws. However, the relationship between the reported results with Teff was not discussed. The present work aims to show how the effective temperature can measure the impact of the thermal scatt

The finite difference method shows its superiority in 1 or 2-dimensional moisture diffusion modelisation in terms of processing time as well as accuracy. The paper applies the finite differe

The main reason being that, in all the configurations predicted so far, the nonlinear index modification required to observe plasmon-solitons corresponds to light intensities orders of magnitude higher than the damage threshold of typical nonlinear mate

Abstract A unique analytical and hierarchic methodology for mastering the clamping and the sealing analysis of an automotive engine block assembly is presented. The different levels of finite element modelisations are described; a flowchart of the entire process analysis focused on the cylinder-head multilayered metallic gasket technology is presented. Numerical results and correlation between these results and engine reliability tests and specific static tests are illustrated using the industrial application of a Renault engine to demonstrate the efficiency of the approach.
