The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of multi-criteria decision making in practice. The main aim is to demonstrate the possibilities of involvement the parametric programming in multi-criteria linear programming (MCLP). The first, theoretically oriented chapter, describes the necessary theoretical knowledge. In this chapter is presented the role of financial planning together with essential relationships, by which is determined the rest of the work. This chapter also discusses the issue of multi-criteria linear programming including a description of selected a priori methods. The selected a priori methods are lexicographic method, utility function method, minimization of the distance from the ideal solution and minimal component method. The second chapter is devoted to the practical application of multi-criteria optimization portfolio with a parametric budget. For all the analyzed methods are firstly discussed models without integer conditions, and consequently their modification with these conditions. For the purpose of this work was used solver in MS Excel spreadsheet along with the created macro.

The thesis inquires into the issue of involving stakeholders in the process of implementation of the regional strategy for tourism development, in which the priorities for the realisation of tourism politics in a given area are indicated. This process is being investigated in two domestic regions and one region abroad. The aim of this work is to formulate a set of measures based on identified good practices that will lead to an improvement of the process of involving stakeholders in the implementation strategy for the development of tourism in the South Bohemian Region. To achieve the objective, the thesis utilises findings from previous research, which is then developed towards the proposal and verification of the methodology for determining the attitudes of key groups of stakeholders towards the process of cooperation with the regional destination management organization during the implementation of the development strategy, or rather its priorities

Today there is a great interest in the strategic markets or priority markets in the world. The list includes such countries as Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Vietnam. World find them priority because they hide a great potential and dispose of large amount of wealth, important for the future prosperous development of the whole world. It is clear that other economies that are not in the list, try to establish business relations with these countries and strengthen their positions on their markets. All BRIC countries are currently considered as the priority markets. In my work I tried to describe the current situation in the development of bilateral trade relations between the Czech republic and the BRIC countries. BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) - a young forum of strengthening dialogue and cooperation with major countries among the dynamically developing countries, whose role in the global economy and politics is constantly increasing. During the last decade the BRIC countries became the "locomotive" of economic development in the world. Approximately 50% of world GDP growth in 2010, including the period after the crisis, was produced by BRIC countries. The Czech Republic is a relatively small economy, for which penetration to international trade plays an important role, and therefore for Czech exporters should BRIC markets become in the near term the main object of concentration.

Hypotéza očekávání (HO) termínové struktury úrokových sazeb je jednou z nejdéle používaných ekonomických teorií. Ji? od svého vzniku byla předmětem výzkumu mnoha ekonomických a ekonometrických studií. I p°es intenzivní výzkum trvající déle ne? 100 let jsou d?kazy o její platnosti sporné. Důležitými výjimkami v tomto ohledu jsou práce B. Hansena, J. Campbella a R. Shillera, kteří dokládají platnost HO pro případ dlouhodobých "US Treasury bonds", dále A. Longstaffa jehož studie se zaměřuje na krátkodobé instrumenty na amerických trzích a K. Cuthbertsona, který studuje londýnský trh mezibankovních depozit. Tato práce zkoumá platnost HO pro krátkodobé úrokové sazby Pražského mezibankovního trhu. Vzhledem k nejednoznačnosti výsledků v této oblasti aplikuji řadu statistických metod s cílem podrobného zmapování dynamiky sazeb PRIBOR.

This thesis deals with the analysis of bank mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The basis of this analysis is a theoretical setting out the specifics of mortgage loans and analysis of all parts of the credit process. Subsequently, following the same principle, are analyzed specific mortgage products of a selected commercial banks. The thesis examines a course of the credit process for each client's products, their characteristics and conditions placed on the client. The thesis also deals with the analysis of interest rate and volume of mortgages in the context of changes in market interest rates and credit volumes in the economy.

The aim of this thesis "Regional analysis of the impacts of the projects of the Operational Programme Prague Adaptability (focused on the priority axis 3 Modernization of initial education)" is to find some allocation, aiming and impacts of approved funds of the priority axis 3 Modernization of initial education from the Operational Programme Prague Adaptability, using financial, quantitative and qualitative analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical apart there is analysed the structure of EU funds as well as the implementation of the Operational Programme Prague Adaptability. The practical part covers the financial allocation, the structure of the recipients, the location of the realization of the approved projects and their focus. It makes use of the methods of quantitative and qualitative analyses. The financial and quantitative analyses are defined according to various criteria (e.g. priority axis, recipients, calls etc.). The qualitative analysis guarantees the focus of the completed projects, the impacts and their importance for the surroundings. The expert method is used a semi-structured interview with some experts, a questionnaire survey and the method of cartograms. At the end there are summarized the findings from the individual parts of the thesis.

The diploma thesis is focused on the effectivity of time management skills of three chosen managers. The thesis is split into two parts.
The first part of the thesis provides theoretical basics of time management, basic terminology and methods of time management are layed out for further use in the second part of the thesis.
The second part of the thesis consists of guided interview, time frames and questionnaire which are used to identify individual approaches and problems in time management of three chosen managers, who are representing each level of management (lower, middle and top level) and come from various types of business organizations.
Based on the data provided by the second part of the thesis, the problematical parts of the time management are identified for each manager and recommendations are offered to each individual.

The diploma thesis deals with time management in work of three managers.
The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on study of scientific literature. It is focused on management, managers personality, managers functions and roles. Thereafter, time management techniques and methods are described. Information from theoretical part provides a complex base for the practical part.
In the practical part, the organization and managers, who are the subject of this thesis are described. For the time management analysis was used time frame, forms for analyzing interference and forms for identifying the major time consumers. Furthermore, individual conducted interviews with each manager were made. The interview revealed the managers attitude to the importance of the time factor in their managerial work.
On the basis of information obtained from analyzes and interview, the shortcomings were discovered. Recommendations for elimination of shortcommings were suggested together with recommendation for more efficient use of time.

Ketvirtojoje dalyje nagrinėjamas Šiaulių m. bendruomenės sveikatos tarybos narių požiūris apie sveikatos politikos formavimą ir įgyvendinimą Šiaulių m. savivaldybėje, bendruomenės sveikatos tarybos bendradarbiavimo galimybes ir vykdomos veiklos vertinimą.In the Master‘s Thesis, the principles of health policy development and implementation from Health Community Council of Siauliai city municipality are analyzed. In the theoretical part, analysis of the Health Community Councils activity of Lithuanian municipalities, the European Union and the Lithuanian health policy documents and their implementation in the community are investigated in a theoretical aspect. Data results on Health Community Council health policy activities and inter-agency cooperation are analyzed as well. In the fourth part, there is considered the approach of Health Community Council members to state their opinion about health policy development and implementation, collaborative capabilities and performance assessment in Siauliai city.

Civilinės atsakomybės esmę nusako jos tikslai. Autorius darbe nagrinėja visas civilinės atsakomybės funkcijas, jų sudedamuosius elementus, pasireiškimą nacionalinėje ir užsienio valstybių doktrinoje ir praktikoje, probleminius klausimus. Atlikus tyrimą autorius daro išvadą, kad pagrindinės civilinės atsakomybės funkcijos yra kompensacija ir prevencija, nors pastaroji yra mažesnės reikšmės. Civilinės atsakomybės pobūdis lemia kompensacinės funkcijos neginčijamą svarbą žalos atlyginimo procese. Šios funkcijos esmę išreiškia visiško nuostolių atlyginimo principas. Visiškai atlyginti nuostolius – tai grąžinti nukentėjusįjį į tokią turtinę padėtį, kokia būtų nepadarius žalos. Kartu šis principas reiškia, kad iš žalos padariusio asmens negalima išieškoti daugiau, nei nukentėjusysis patyrė žalos, nes tai reikštų nepagrįstą nukentėjusiojo praturtėjimą. Darbe autorius taip pat aprašo, kaip kompensavimo funkcija pasireiškia Lietuvos teisinėje sistemoje ir koks funkcijos pasireiškimo būdas yra dažniausiai pasitaikantis praktikoje. Darbe analizuojama ir pabaigoje padaroma išvada, kad visiško nuostolių atlyginimo principas negali būti absoliutus. Visa apimtimi civilinės atsakomybės kompensavimo funkcija negali pasireikšti atlyginant neturtinę žalą, esant ribotai civilinei atsakomybei, o taip pat atsižvelgiant į būtinumą taikyti sąžiningumo, protingumo ir teisingumo principus. Prevencija pasireiškia dvejopai. Pirma, a priori, t.y. teisės pažeidėjas žinodamas apie gresiančią atsakomybę... [toliau žr. visą tekstą]The essence of the civil liability is expressed by its goals. The paper deals with the functions of the civil liability, theirs constitutive elements, their manifestation in national and foreign countries doctrine and practise, problem issues. At the end of the research the author makes conclusion that the main functions of the civil liability is the compensation and the prevention though the last is of a secondary importance. The nature of the civil liability determines undisputable significance of the compensatory function in the loss indemnifying process. The essence of the compensatory function is expressing by the principle of the compensation of damages in full. To compensate damages in full – is return the aggrieved person in such property state that would be if there are not occurred damages. Together with above mentioned such principle means that from the person by whom the damage was caused can not be recover more than the aggrieved person has incurred losses because otherwise the aggrieved person shall be considered as in the position of the unjust enrichment. The author in the paper also describes how the compensatory function manifests itself in the Lithuanian legal system and which nature of such manifesting is mostly occurred in practise. In the paper is analysing and in the end is making by the author a conclusion that the principle of the compensation of damages in full cannot be absolute. This thesis focuses on a priori analysis as a part of teacher's lesson planning. The theoretical background consists of the Theory of didactical situations in Mathematics (TDSM). In TDSM, the a priori analysis is seen as one of the teacher's tools that he/she has when planning a lesson. The goal of the thesis is to analyse differences between a priori analysis as described in TDSM and the reality in teacher's practice, to compare lesson plans of experienced teachers with those of students and demonstrate the significance and application of a priori analysis in teacher's and researcher's practice. The thesis consists of three parts, theoretical, experimental and applicational. In the theoretical part, the main concepts of TDSM linked with a priori analysis are explained and the issue of teacher's lesson planning is presented. The experimental part starts with a pre-experiment. Its results contributed to precise the structure of a priori analysis for further use. This thesis is concerned with analysis and implementation of Time discontinuous Galerkin method. Important part of it is constructing of algorithm for solving nonlinear convection-diffusion equations, which combines Discontinuous Galerkin method in space (DGFEM) with Time discontinuous Galerkin method (TDG). Nonlinearity of the problem is overcome by damped Newton-like method. This approach provides easy adaptivity manipulation as well as high order approximation with respect to both space and time variables. The second part of the thesis is focused on Time discontinuous Galerkin method, applied to ordinary differential equations. It is shown that the solution of Time discontinuous Galerkin equals the solution obtained by Radau IIA implicit Runge-Kutta method in the roots of right Radau Quadrature. By virtue of this relation, error estimates of the order higher by one than the standard order can be obtained in these points. Furthermore, almost two times higher order can be achieved in the endpoints of the intervals of time discretization. Finally, the thesis deals with the phenomenon of stiffness, which may dramatically decrease the order of the applied method. The theoretical results are verified by numerical experiments. In the first part of this thesis we are concerned with the constitutive the- ory for incompressible fluids characterized by a continuous monotone rela- tion between the velocity gradient and the Cauchy stress. We, in particular, investigate a class of activated fluids that behave as the Euler fluid prior activation, and as the Navier-Stokes or power-law fluid once the activation takes place. We develop a large-data existence analysis for both steady and unsteady three-dimensional flows of such fluids subject either to the no-slip boundary condition or to a range of slip-type boundary conditions, including free-slip, Navier's slip, and stick-slip. In the second part we show that the W−1,q norm is localizable provided that the functional in question vanishes on locally supported functions which constitute a partition of unity. This represents a key tool for establishing local a posteriori efficiency for partial differential equations in divergence form with residuals in W−1,q . In the third part we provide a novel analysis for the pressure convection- diffusion (PCD) preconditioner. We first develop a theory for the precon- ditioner considered as an operator in infinite-dimensional spaces. The system of financial help is one of the most discussed topic after enter Czech Republic to EU. The mechanism of financing project is a little bit difficult, it offers many opportunities of development. A point of this diploma thesis is analysed present situation in Central Bohemia region with a view of tourist trade, it means if there is a development of tourist trade and what kind the financial resources are allocated. The financial help in the part of tourist trade is represented by Common Regional Programm 2004-2006 and Regional Operational Programm NUTS II Central Bohemia 2007-2013. The analysis of four part of Central Bohemia region was made in the diploma thesis due to their influence of development to tourist trade and allocation of financial projects. This study, by analysis of the technology project performance assessment model, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the relationship between multi-criteria dimensions and assessment indicators, established a science and technology R & D evaluation model prototype for research units. The evaluation model, which is composed of four dimensions and twenty assessment indicators, is used for each study case and a questionnaire survey is conducted among corporate unit supervisors and project leaders at all levels. The study also investigates possible causes by the statistical analysis of weights and sorting from all dimensions and indicators in this model. The dimensions in order of importance are as follows: "Industrial Benefit", "Application “, “Output, “and “Achievement Diffusion.” The top five evaluation indicator weights in sequence are "Technology Transfer", " New Venture Creation ",” New product/New Service Development ", "Patent Application " and "Commissioned Industrial Service.” The research results provide institutions in this case 3 suggestions:1. The top 70% indicators of the survey result propose to be performance valuation indicators for research units；2.Gradually establish the internal performance evaluation mechanism.3.Yearly review each indicator of the performance evaluation mechanism, and adjust properly. This study can be served as a reference, for these cases in this study and other research organizations.

The title of the thesis is The Possibilities of Strategic Tourism Development in the Strakonice District and it was written in the academic year 2009/2010. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the primary and secondary potential of tourism development in the Strakonice district, to suggest the possibilities of strategic tourism development and define its priorities and precautions on behalf of the executed analysis. The partial aim of the thesis is defining the examined area and its situation analysis. The other part focuses on collecting the primary (questionnaire survey) and secondary (literature, internet, magazines...) data, SWOT analysis and problem analysis. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to evaluating these two analyses, explaining the priorities and measures, that should increase the numbers and level of tourism in given region. Nonetheless does the conclusion of the thesis include confirming or contradicting operational hypothesis set in advance. After evaluation of recent state of sights of culturally-historical interest, natural potential, accommodation and catering facilities, traffic and supporting infrastructure, economical situation, tourism organisations and SWOT analysis, a vision for the forthcoming period of time was set. According to this vision, the Strakonice district should, thanks to its varied places of attractiveness offer, become a competitive and prospering area in terms of tourism. For reaching this state, the conclusion sets four aims, which are further concretized in respective priorities and measures. These aims, priorities and measures are based on the conceptions of tourism evolution for both Czech Republic and South Bohemian Region. The given aims include development and improvement of tourism infrastructure and services, increasing the propagation of given district, improvement of the recent state and building a new traffic infrastructure and transport services. The last aim focuses on wider interconnection of tourism subjects, which requires opening a destination management office at first place.

This thesis aimed to assess the level of processes occurring in the selected company using the methods of process management and propose any changes. Selected company is the joint stock company SAG. In the theoretical part, the author defined the basic concepts and methods of process management, the output of the literature review. In the practical part, the analysis and evaluation processes in selected companies to identify those business processes that have priority in terms of their performance. Based on the priority business processes, subprocesses have been designed with low performance affecting a large number of critical factors, which were proposed changes to increase efficiency of these subprocesses.
