U radu je na osnovu snimka stanja izvršena analiza uzroka nastanka glavnog problema procesa proizvodnje i službe kvaliteta , a to je loš kvalitet proizvedenih pločica u preduzeću „Polet keramika“ i na osnovu izvršenog ocenjivanja uzroka, primenom FMEA analize došli smo do najktitičnijih uzroka za koje su u radu preporučene mere unapređenja, čija primena bi doprinela rešavanju postavljenog problema.

Prispevek predstavlja pregled znanih lastnikov vzhodnoazijske keramike, posebno porcelana, v Sloveniji v 19. stoletju – natančneje od odprtja Regionalnega muzeja za Kranjsko (kasneje Narodnega muzeja Slovenije) leta 1821 do velikega potresa v Ljubljani leta 1895. Slovenski lastniki porcelana, ali 'navdušenci', ki so predstavljeni v raziskavi, so osebe slovenskih korenin, za katere lahko na podlagi zanesljivih virov potrdimo, da so v svoji lasti imeli keramične ali porcelanaste predmete vzhodnoazijskega izvora ter jih kasneje darovali Deželnem muzeju za Kranjsko. Z vključitvijo analize zbirke Narodnega muzeja in analizo primarnih virov, kot so publikacije, inventarji in slikovno gradivo, raziskujem, kaj nam posamezni predmeti povedo o lastnikih in kako nam lahko pomagajo pri rekonstrukciji zbirateljstva keramike in porcelana vzhodnoazijskega izvora v slovenski zgodovini.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas keramik, maka perlu pengendaliaan tingkat kadar air powder secara ketat yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Hal ini penting, karena keberagaman mc powder yang besar dapat meyebabkan kualitas keramik yang rendah ketika dilakukan proses pencetakan dan pembakaran, yaitu suatu keadaan dimana terdapat keretakan pada bagian body keramik sehingga keramik mudah pecah. Kualitas keramik tergantung dari kualitas body dan konsistensi warna/motif terhadap standar yang diinginkan oleh konsumen. Ukuran yang merupakan variabel kualitas yang paling penting adalah pada kekuatan keramik. Kekuatan keramik itu sendiri tergantung dari kualitas powder yaitu tingkat kadar air powder (Moisture content powder). Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas keramik dengan cara mengendalikan tingkat kadar air powder yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Mc powder merupakan karakteristik material yang harus dicontrol secara ketat setiap jamnya di unit Body preparation. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengendalikan Mc powder serta mengukur kemampuan proses mesin Spray dryer yaitu dengan metode pengendalian kwalitas statistik dan indek kemampuan proses yaitu : indek Cp dan Cpk. Ketika Mc powder terkendali secara statistis baru di hitung kemampuan prosesnya apakah cukup capable atau tidak, dapat diketahui dari nilai indek, nilai indek yang baik adalah lebih besar dari 1.33, yang berarti bahwa mesin Spray dryer tersebut mampu memenuhi spesifikasi atau standar yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan Dengan mengacu pada analisa diatas, maka perlu adanya tindakan perbaikan terhadap kondisi mesin dan kwalitas material agar mesin mampu menghasilkan Mc powder yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi diinginkan oleh perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas keramik dan mengurangi biaya produksi total akibat kesalahan proses Kata Kunci : Spesifikasi, Indek kemampuan proses, Mc powder

V prispevku je obravnavano keramično gradivo s treh gradišč starejše železne dobe, kjer so potekale raziskave zadnjih trideset let in ki pomenijo izhodišče za vzpostavitev kronološke slike naselbinske keramike na Krasu. Poleg stratigrafskih podatkov predstavljamo ugotovitve makroskopske analize tehnologije keramike in primerjalne študije najdb z drugimi sočasnimi najdišči na prostoru Caput Adriae. Vzpostavljena kronološka slika naselbinske keramike je prvi tovrsten poskus pregleda keramike za obravnavani prostor.

Abstract:
Starije željezno doba na prostoru istočne Slavonije, zapadne Bačke i zapadnoga Srijema naseljavale su zajednice koje se povezuju s materijalnom kulturom grupe Dalj. Kontinuitet u naseljavanju i pokopavanju na istim položajima može se pratiti od kasnoga brončanog doba. U novim istraživanjima groblja iz kasnoga brončanog i starijega željeznog doba u Sotinu pronađeno je 119 grobova. Radi se o paljevinskim grobovima, pri čemu su spaljeni ostaci pokojnika s ostacima nošnje i osobnim predmetima u većini grobova bili položeni u žare te poklopljeni zdjelom u funkciji poklopca. U grobovima starijega željeznog doba bili su položeni i keramički servisi sastavljeni od lonaca, šalica, kantharosa i zdjela koji su sadržavali piće i jelo – popudbinu u pogrebnome ritualu. Interdisciplinarne analize konteksta, nalaza i uzoraka omogućavaju detaljnije interpretacije pogrebnih običaja, identiteta i statusa pokojnika kroz analizu pojedinačnih grobova. Siguran kontekst u kojem su povezani keramički nalazi i nakit omogućavaju i detaljnije datacije inventara unutar starijega željeznog doba na prostoru Podunavlja, sagledanoga u mreži komunikacija i utjecaja vidljivih na predmetima i u pogrebnim običajima.

ABSTRAK Peningkatan kegiatan industri batik yang sangat pesat selain memberikan dampak postif bagi perekonomian masyarakat juga berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan sekitar, dimana limbah cair yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan industri tersebut terdiri zat zat organik dan polutan yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan sekitar. Pengolahan limbah cair dengan berbasis teknologi membran keramik mampu memberikan keunggulan yang menjanjikan. Pada penelitian kali ini, membran keramik yang digunakan adalah bebahan dasar C-Aktif Kulit Kacang Tanah (KKT) dengan perbandingan komposisi Tanah Liat : C-Aktif Kulit Kacang Tanah: Serbuk Besi adalah : 5% : 92,5% : 2,5%, 10% :87,5% : 2,5%, 15% : 82,5% :2,5% . Membran Keramik C- Aktif KKT di aplikasikan untuk mengolah Limbah pewarna sintetis Dylon Hb05. Variabel yang digunakan adalah komposisi C-Aktif KKT, tanah liat, serbuk besi, waktu operasi, tekanan operasi pompa sedangkan parameter yang diamati adalah karekteristik membran berupa SEM - EDS serta COD, warna dan pH limbah sintetis awal dan akhir proses. Dari hasil analisa yang didapat bahwa karekteristik membran keramik C-Aktif KKT yang dihasilkan berdasarkan uji SEM adalah bersifat terbentuknya pori-pori yang banyak yang belum seragam (Asimetrik) dan hasil uji EDS menunjukkan bahwa persentase unsur-unsur penyusun terbesar yang terkandung dalam membran keramik C-Aktif KKT adalah unsur O sebanyak 53,92 %, Si sebanyak 19,77 %, Al sebanyak 15,84 % dan unsur C sebanyak 22,08% . Pada aplikasi pengolahan limbah warna sintetis bahwa terjadi penurunan nilai COD, Warna dan Ph dimana di dapat % penurunan COD 97 %, % degradasi warna 94 %. ABSTRAKPT. Surya Siam Keramik adalah sebuah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang keramik lantai dan keramik dinding. Pada penelitian ini penulis membahas tentang mesin yang memproduksi keramik lantai yaitu mesin pressing PH-1400. Penulis menganalisa efektifitas mesin pressing yang digunakan untuk memproduksi dalam periode Januari 2016 sampai dengan Desember 2016. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Dari hasil analisa selama periode Januari 2016 sampai dengan Desember 2016 nilai OEE berkisar antara 71.55%-92.00% dengan rata-rata nilai 83.56%. Hasil perhitungan nilai availability rate berkisar antara 84.32%-93.00% dengan rata-rata nilai 89.28%, nilai perfomance rate berkisar antara 77.18%-99.73% dengan rata-rata nilai 94.01%, dan nilai quality rate berkisar antara 99.53%-99.73% dengan rata-rata nilai 99.65%. Nilai OEE masih berada dibawah standar kelas OEE yaitu 85%. Penulis memberikan usulan perbaikan melalui perawatan pada mesin yang baik seperti inspeksi dan preventive maintenance secara berkala atau dengan cara mengganti mesin pressing dengan yang baru. Hasil perhitungan biaya perawatan lebih murah yaitu sebesar IDR 2,142,866,208.46,- dibandingkan dengan biaya pembelian mesin baru sebesar IDR 5,476,266,340.08,-. Abstract:
The consideration of the relationship between pottery studies and the application of hard sciences in archaeology includes the scrutiny of the importance of pottery studies in the history of archaeology as a discipline, and especially the differences in the approach to material culture between European and North American researchers. After modest beginnings during the 19th century, petrographic analyses were introduced into ceramology during the first decades of the 20th century, mainly thanks to the works of Anna Shepard. She was one of the initiators of the first conference on the ceramic technology, held as early as 1938. For archaeology in general, it is significant to note that the beginning of pottery studies, stressing the importance of social anthropology as well as the application of hard science methods, markedly predates the expansion of processual archaeology.It is also vital to explore certain tensions and differences in approaches to ceramics, exiting today as the consequence of polarization inside archaeology, among researchers primarily leaning upon natural sciences, and the ones regarding material culture as the product of cultural processes. Archaeometry is widely applicable in ceramology, above all in identifying the pottery recipes, raw material provenance, firing regimes, and many other aspects that are the consequences of various cultural practices. Maybe paradoxically, the researchers leaning towards natural sciences have most frequently embraced the concept of technological choices, presupposing that every human activity is the consequence of social relations, leading artisans to choose one of several technical possibilities, depending upon social norms. On the other hand, ethno-archaeological research relativizes to a certain extent the “solid” and unambiguous results of natural sciences, more readily accepting the concept of technological style, i.e. considering the socially influenced technological traditions. The concept of archaeological biomarkers, i.e. research into the remains of organic matters on ceramic vessels, indicates the differences between the scientistically oriented European archaeology, as opposed to the North American, dominated by the anthropological dimension of research, and pottery is not treated as a mere source of data, but as an object of research in its own right. An additional difficulty in pottery studies is presented by the essential misunderstanding between archaeologists and natural scientists, also present in Serbia. We are still faced with the insufficient knowledge of possibilities of analytical techniques. On the other hand, the majority of research is conducted by the natural scientists, resulting in one-sided or multidisciplinary outcomes, and interdisciplinary studies are extremely rare. At the same time, although with exceptional possibilities, natural sciences applied to the research into the past are not infallible, and have been criticized on several levels, concerning the issues of raw material provenance, as well as identifying the remains of organic material on pottery vessels. Interdisciplinarity should undoubtedly be considered as an advantage in archaeological research, but we should bear in mind that the aim of pottery studies is the understanding of people and processes in the past, so the ultimate responsibility of interpretation rests upon archaeologists. For this very reason, they are obliged to understand the advantages as well as limitations of analytic techniques, and above all to formulate the theoretical framework, research topics and hypotheses.

Abstract:
Tento článek se zabývá procesem syntézy žárovzdorné forsterit-spinelové keramiky za použití vysokoteplotního popílku a reaktivního oxidu hlinitého jako zdroje oxidu hlinitého. Vstupní suroviny byly rozemlety, smíchány v různém poměru a vypáleny při 1500 °C po dobu 2 h. Vypálené zkušební vzorky byly charakterizovány pomocí RTG difrakční analýzy a rastrovacího elektronového mikroskopu. Rovněž byla zkoumána pórovitost, nasákavost, objemová hmotnost, žárovzdornost, únosnost v žáru, odolnost proti změnám teplot a korozní odolnost vůči účinkům taveniny železa. Výsledné vlastnosti byly poté porovnány v závislosti na zdroji oxidu hlinitého. Přítomnost spinelu ve vzorcích vedla ke zlepšení mikrostruktury, mechanických vlastností, odolnosti proti změnám teplot a také korozní odolnosti. Zejména směsi s 10–20 % spinelu měly nejslibnější výsledky.

This diploma thesis deals with probability of fracture ceramic head of total hip endoprosthesis during tests by the standard ISO 7206-5. In the first part is made stress analysis with method of finite elements in program ANSYS. Six types of ceramic head with different geometry was analysed for ideal geometry of head and shaft, and also for shape imperfections from nominal conical shaft and head. The final values of principal stress from stress analysis were entry values for the second part – probability of fracture analysis. Weibull weakest-link theory was applied, namely 3-Parameter and 2-Parameter Weibull distribution.

Abstract:
Synthesis and bulk analysis of composite ceramic oxide materials and materials with perovskite-defect structure is presented within this work. Syntheses of these advanced ceramics materials were carroed out by using of nonconventional techniques (microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis and polycondensation techniques) and by conventional mechanochemical activation followed by high temperature solid state reaction. X-Ray difraction (XRD), Rietveld analysis, scaning microscopy (SEM), microalysis EDS-SEM, thermal analysis (TG), infrared spectroscopy (IR), determination of particles size and specific surface area were used for description of synthesized products. In case of perovskite system based on La-Sr-Fe-Ti-O electrochemical properties were studied. Part of work was focused on chemical analysis of synthesized composite oxide materials and decomposition hard structured products by using of nonconventional fields.

Load was obtain from experimental in vivo measurement on three patients, whereas two of them was the same weight. As input variables were use contact forces, especially knee bend and standing on one leg. Furthermore they will be considered shape deflections from ideal cone, especially circle deviation, cone deviation and cone plus circle deviation together.

The aim of this work is to analyse axisymetric tasks by norm ISO 7206-5, which is used to determination of static strength of ceramic heads. In the numeric analysis there will be considered form variances from nominal conicalness and circularity of stem sections i.e. possible variances caused by production. Furthermore form changes of recess inside of the head measured on real samples will be considered. All these variances from nominal values are necessary to analyse in more details, because they can participate in destruction of ceramic heads. The stem system, ceramic head and load cone (DHK) will be simulated as a 2D axisymetric task and 3D quarter symetrical task. That is why is necessary to undertake also comparing analysis of 2D and 3D tasks and compare results or eventually evaluate the error. This problem is solved using of Finite element System ANSYS 11.0.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with computational modelling of ceramic foams and analysis of influence of structural manufacturing defects (like broken struts, closed pores and material clumps) have on foam strength. Model of foam geometry was discretized using beam elements in order to decrease computational cost. In place where several struct join, rigid beam element was used so that the increased stiffness is better modelled. Closed walls of pores were modelled and discretised by shell elements. Influence of loading direction was analysed on foams containing no defects and then influence of amount of defects in foam on strength was further analysed. Highest strength show foams created by cells whose structs are oriented in direction of loading. These were losing strength most rapidly. Foam with structure of rhombic dodecahedral cell was least influenced by presence of closed pore defects but it also showed lowest strength even without defects. Cells with struts oriented in direction of loading experienced biggest drop in strength. Kelvin cell is a compromise. It was shown that difference in strength of strut with constant and varying cross-section is tenths of percent.

The thesis named Analysis of Czech export development in chosen field - glass industry, jewellery glass describes a development of glass and ceramics industry in Czech lands and in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze export development of glass and ceramics products, mainly in the 21st century. Conclusions are based on data of Harmonized System from the Czech Statistical Office. It is clear that the importance of export of glass, jewellery and ceramics is not as high as it used to be before WWII, however, the value of export increased in 2010. The future of the Czech glass-work is represented by orientation to technologically sophisticated products which cannot be easily produced on the cheap Asian markets.

Abstract:
Modern analog systems processing signals with very small amplitude are prone to distortion, which is caused by leakage between signal traces. Causation of this is contamination of insulating gap, which insulates these traces. Goal of this thesis is to design and manufacturing of test structure, which allows classification of influence of contamination on substrate on leakage, and another goal is classification of technologiacal processes in light of contamination of substrate with electroactive inpurities. Based on results of this experiments are defined rules leading to optimizing of properties of manufactured structures. Attention is applied to ceramic substrates with conductive traces which are created with thick film technology.

Abstract:
Mano magistrinio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ aplinkosauginę būklę ir aplinkosaugos vadybos sistemas bei auditą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti literatūrą aplinkosaugos vadybos ir audito tema. 2. Surinkti ir apžvelgti duomenis apie AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ veiklą. 3. Įvertinti AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ aplinkosauginę būklę (daromą poveikį atmosferai, vandeniui, dirvožemiui, triukšmo). 4. Išnagrinėti gamybinio proceso metu susidarančių atliekų tvarkymą. 5. Apžvelgti AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistemų taikymo efektyvumą įmonėje. 6. Išnagrinėti aplinkos apsaugos audito taikymo efektyvumą įmonėje. Iškeltiems uždaviniams buvo atliktos šios išvados: 1. AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ įdiegta aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistema skatina įmonę įgyvendinti gamtos išteklių taupymo ir atliekų mažinimo galimybes. 2. Didžiausia bei moderniausia keraminių plytelių gamintoja Baltijos šalyse pagal gaminamos produkcijos kokybę, pažangias technologijas, įdiegtą šiuolaikišką keraminių plytelių bandymo laboratoriją atitinka Europos standartų keliamus reikalavimus. 3. AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ turi labiau sumažinti iš technologinių įrenginių išmetamų teršalų kiekį produkcijos vienetui, efektyviau išnaudojant įrengimų našumą. 4. Gamybos proceso metu susidarančios atliekos tvarkomos prisilaikant atliekų tvarkymo taisyklėse iškeltų reikalavimų. 5. AUSRA PAKALKAITE THE ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION STATE, ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND AUDIT THAT WAS PERFORMED IN A JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “DVARCIONIU KERAMIKA” The aim of my Master thesis is to analyze the environment protection state, environment protection management systems and audit in a joint-stock company “Dvarcioniu keramika”. The tasks of the work: 1. To analyze the literature about the management of environment protection and audit. 2. To collect and review data about the activities of “Dvarcioniu keramika”. 3. To evaluate the environment protection state of “Dvarcioniu keramika” (how it influences atmosphere, water, soil, and its noise). 4. To analyze the treatment of waste that is gathered during the manufacturing. 5. To overview the effectiveness of application of environment protection management systems in “Dvarcioniu keramika”. 6. Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá numerickou simulací B3B zkoušky. Byla provedena rešerše v souvisejících oblastech. Poté byly provedeny numerické simulace této zkoušky pro mnoho různých konfigurací (rovný, zakřivený a zakřivený vrstvený vzorek) pro disk a desku. Byla zjištěna hyperbolická závislost mezi tloušťkou a f faktorem. Závislost f faktoru na křivosti byla lineární. Byla provedena demonstrace možnosti prasknutí na rozhraní vrstev. Poslední část ukázala, jak by zanedbání vlivu zbytkového napětí mohlo vést ke špatnému vyhodnocování experimentů
