Abstract:

Text vychází z teoretického předpokladu, podle nehož je zásadním východiskem každé sociálněvědné analýzy rasismu to, že při snaze o pochopení fenoménu "rasy" začíná zkoumáním jazyka, forem vědění, interpretací a praktických konsekvencí, které z těchto interpretací vyplývají. Každé vědění o "rase" je propojeno s praktikami moci, které konstituují hierarchické řády klasifikace subjektů a objektů. Rasistická ideologie takto vytváří své subjekty a objekty, tj. skupinu rasistů a skupinu stigmatizovaných. V souvislosti s reprezentací rasově definovaných Druhých a jejich sociálních identit v tomto textu představujeme tělo jako diskursivní objekt, do kterého jsou prostřednictvím ideje rasy umísťovány symbolické hranice nečistoty, nenávisti, ale i zdraví či touhy. Diskurzivní řád "rasy" není vedlejším produktem, nýbrž jedním z významných kulturních forem modernity. Při konstituci národního státu, jeho zdravé, plodící, rozmnožující se populace umožnila ideologie rasismu pojmout a ospravedlnit jak koloniální boje navenek, tak normalizační boje uvnitř národa.

Abstract:

Príspevok sa zameriava na problematiku bezpečnosti na železničných priecestiach, ktoré predstavujú v železničnej doprave veľmi dôležitý prvok. Autori príspevku mali k dispozícií podrobné údaje o tragickej nehode z roku 2009, kde došlo k usmrteniu dvanástich osôb, ako aj k ďalším vážnym zraneniam osôb. Podľa analýzy príčin a priebehu nehody vyplýva, aké dôležité je, aby na železničných priecestiach, kde nie je možné mimoúrovňové míňanie cestnej a železničnej dopravy boli nasadené najmodernejšie zabezpečovacie prvky.

Abstract:

Článek je věnovaný problematice záchranných a likvidačních prací složek integrovaného záchranného systému při reálné dopravní nehodě bez přítomnosti nebezpečných látek. V dnešní době se stále častěji setkáváme s mimořádnými událostmi různého charakteru, kdy významnou část zahrnují právě dopravní nehody. Teoretické i praktické poznatky ukazují, že zajištění požadované úrovně spolupráce záchranných složek může přispět ke snížení ztrát na lidských životech a snížení poškození zdraví účastníků zasažených mimořádnou událostí. Cílem článku je simulace společného zásahu složek integrovaného záchranného systému při reálné dopravní nehodě. K dosažení uvedeného cíle je použita síťová analýza, konkrétně metoda kritické cesty, která představuje sled vzájemně závislých činností s nejmenší časovou rezervou. Získané výsledky demonstrují jednu z možných variant optimalizace zkoumané činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení dopravní nehody.

Abstract:

The aim of my diploma thesis is the analysis of traffic accident quantity on roads (highways and motorways) of Central Bohemia. My personal contribution to this topic is the particular analysis of accident frequency within Central Bohemia between 1994 and 2007. Nobody has dealt with such an analysis in frame of this region until the present. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic definitions are expounded from the theory of traffic accident frequency and the partition of traffic accidents according to different criteria, and the classification of roads. There is a situation described in Central Bohemia for each type of classification for mentioned years. The practical part of the thesis is divided into three sections, which analyze problems from different points of view. In the first part, there are detected reciprocal relations between basic indicators of traffic accident frequency in the particular districts of Central Bohemia. The next part targets the analysis of time series of causes and results of traffic accidents within this region, in particular months of mentioned years. The aim of this part is to describe the trend of time series by acceptable methods and to estimate their supposed development in the following 12 months. In the third and final part of the thesis, the analysis of less commonly considered causes of traffic accidents are performed, as is directional conditions, status of road surface, visibility, weather conditions and transversal setting of communication. The target of this final part is to verify whether these factors significantly influence the number of traffic accidents on different types of roads.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of using GPS when analysing road accidents. The history and structure of U.S. global positioning system, Russian GLONASS system and European Galileo system are described. GPS receivers are sorted out by the possibility of use. The thesis deals with the methods of refinement GPS and how the vehicles can be monitored using GPS. In the practical part of this diploma thesis measurements with several types of navigations were made. And a comparison of accuracy of measured data with the real situation where the car was found at the moment of measuring followed and how fast was gone.

Abstract:

A master’s thesis deals with a problem of traffic accidents on pedestrian crossings. A theoretical part describes causes and following responsibilities of all participants of the traffic accident. Furthermore, the theoretical part analyzes a traffic system and its individual parts. A practical part of this thesis describes all measuring tools used for collection of data during the analysis. The data was obtained during a real traffic on chosen pedestrian crossing in Brno A tool used for analysis is called eyetracer. Furthermore, an evaluation of collected data and following analysis were carried out. Eventually, results were compared with reports about accidents which happened on chosen pedestrian crossings.

Abstract:

Increase the probability of prevent road accidents by installing autonomous systems in a vehicles is the current trend in the field of active safety with a focus on pedestrian safety. The work deals with the evaluation of intervention of active safety systém for pedestrian detection assembled in series production. Benefit of active safety systems to prevent road accidents can be achieved, for example, early warning driver of a potential collision situation sufficiently in advance to reaction and post-maneuver (braking, yaw, ..). The evaluation of the intervention of active safety systems, which aim to prevent an accident with a pedestrian is necessary to experimentally evaluate the behavior of these systems. The main objective of this work is to test the selected systém based on different types of reál accidents. Atthe time of the measurements and present, are not for experts and specialists in the field of road traffic accidents publicly accessible data about the behavior of such a systém. The work aims to evaluate the behavior of the Volvo systém in inducing reál traffic situations. For the evaluation of this systém are precisely analyzed fatal traffic accidents with pedestrians in the urban area (speed of vehicles up to 60 km/h). Simulated traffic situations by their nature cover the most common critical situations in urban traffic. Expert community and the professionals who deal with the solution of traffic accidents receive this work valuable data to deal with such accidents. Based on these measurements give more expert input data to solve a collision with a pedestrian. The basis for understanding the behavior are created graphs of distance, speed and time at a key moment of the collision. These key moments include entry a pedestrians to driving corridor of the vehicle, system's response to conflict situations, warn the driver and then autonomously brake active safety systém

Abstract Master thesis is focused on The Application of Data from Vehicle Electronic Control Units in the Analysis of Road Accidents. The theoretical part deals with the electronic systems of vehicles and their control units, diagnostic processes, retrieving accident data from the controls unit and the need for these data in the analysis of road accidents. The experimental part focuses on obtaining data for crashed vehicles, interpretation of such data and assessment of their usefulness for analyzing road accidents. This master’s thesis presents an overview of the basic forces acting on the vehicle, the basic methods of analysis of accident, collection of data used in the analysis of accidents, an overview of the basic performance criteria and thresholds used in the homologation test of occupant protection in a frontal impact, used crash tests, homologation tests and specifications for these tests. Attention is paid to Euro NCAP crash tests and to homologation tests of vehicles Skoda Octavia with aim to try to compare them with selected accidents in terms of depth and character deformation and evaluate findings comparision.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis focuses on the problem of driver inattention as one of the main factors contributing to the traffic accidents occurrence. The importance of this topic has been introduce on the basis of the literature review. The theoretical analysis includes terminology in the field of accident analysis related to the topic of this dissertation thesis. Existing methods for driver behavior analysis have been introduced as well as the selected resuls of existing research studies focused on the driver inattention. Research gaps have been identified on the basis of the research review, on some of them has been focused this work. The defined problem situation points to the need to find and verify the relevant modern methods for analysis of driver inattention, respectivaly influence of selected distracting stimuli on the stages of driver information processing. The series of measurements also provides quantified data, especially with regard to the perception duration of selected distracting stimuli.
