Má-li zůstat sociologie transnacionalismu coby sociologické odvětví inovativní, měla by být schopna podněcovat reflexivní analýzu svých vlastních kritických projektů. Teorie transnacionalismu se zaměřují na transnacionální fenomény a zkoumají způsoby, jakými jsou nacionální fenomény teoreticky uchopovány v sociálních vědách. První aspekt vede k příslibu porozumění tomu, jak sociální podmínky a kulturní procesy konstituují transnacionalitu. Druhý pak teoriím transnacionalismu umožňuje zachytit způsob, jímž jsou do konceptuálních rámců a teoretických perspektiv akademického diskurzu zakódovány vztahy dominance. Tato studie se zaobírá teoretickými dilematy generovanými kritikou metodologického nacionalismu. Tím, že bere vážně rekonstruktivní interpretaci dřívější formy metodologického nacionalismu, plně uznává důležitost teoretické logiky v sociologii a zvažuje otázku metodologického nacionalismu v termínech konfliktu mezi alternativními teoretickými rámci.

Článek analyzuje horizontální působení základních práv na základě strukturální analýzy souboru hodnot a systémových, případně protisystémových elementů v právu. Dotýká se tak relevance dichotomie soukromého a veřejného práva, kterou popisuje na kauze přípustnosti bankovních poplatků, jejíž řešení v českém a německém právu se podstatně lišilo. Přijmeme-li jako východisko ústřední roli právních principů a hodnot v současném právu a rozšíříme-li Jestaedtovu tezi o ústavě „za“ (psanou) ústavou na obecnější myšlenku existence práva v podobě nepsaných normativních standardů na pozadí psaného práva, pak naznačený konflikt mezi smluvní autonomií a základními právy je nutné vnímat šířeji: nejen jako konflikt pozitivněprávních úprav v ústavě a zákonech soukromého práva, ale i fundamentálních zásad a hodnot v obou těchto právních odvětvích.

Problematika sdílené ekonomiky je v současné době velmi aktuální téma mající svůj význam v mnoha odvětvích národního hospodářství. V oblasti dopravy je možné pozorovat využití některých principů sdílené ekonomiky, zejména v rámci služeb, které spočívají ve sdílení kapacit osobních aut při přepravě osob (BlaBlaCar, Zipcar, DriveNow atd.). S přihlédnutím k situaci, kdy meziročně narůstá počet přepravovaných zásilek, naskýtá se prostor pro využití principů sdílené ekonomiky nejen pro přepravu osob, jak tomu již je, ale také právě při zajištění přepravy zásilek. Vzhledem k tomu, že v České republice nebyla tato problematika komplexně řešena, je nutné před případným stanovením strategií implementace principů sdílené ekonomiky při přepravě zásilek ze strany příslušných veřejných institucí či ze strany podniků ověřit, zda jsou v České republice vytvořeny vhodné podmínky pro takovouto implementaci. Cílem článku je zhodnotit aktuální situaci v České republice v rámci implementace principů sdílené ekonomiky při přepravě zásilek z vnějšího prostředí, konkrétně s využitím PEST analýzy.

Diploma thesis called "Financial analysis of the industry of musical instruments" deals with analysis of financial health of producers of musical instruments during the years 2008-2013. There were chosen three Czech and three European companies. It was also made their comparision with the European industry of musical instruments. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part there is described selected methodology which includes horizontal and vertikal analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models and correlation analysis. In the next part there are presented the specifics of musical instruments industry. After that individual companies are introduced and followed by application of the methodology defined in the first part. The main outcome of analysis is that companies and industry are very sensitive to global economic situation. The impacts of financial crisis in 2008 really damaged this companies and industry of musical instruments.

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the banking industry, which uses the tools of fundamental analysis. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the characteristics of the banking industry which distinguishes it from the other sectors. The first part deals with the characteristics of the banking sector, to use global and sectoral fundamental analysis. In the second part there is a comparison of the banking sector with other sectors such as commodity companies, cyclical companies and companies engaged in the production and sale of comsumer goods. The third part is the calculation of the intrinsic value of a company Komerční banka, a.s. A dividend discount model, profit models and an Excess return model are used in the third part.

The thesis analyses competitive environment of suppliers of concurrent quality control technology in industrial enterprises and research laboratories. The thesis provides concepts for a creation of competitive advantages and related higher evaluation of costs and diferentiation than competition. Further it compares technologies from various manufacturers, comparing economical and technical parametres. The evaluation of results follows a presentation of approachs to achieve the most efficient competitors fight management. The thesis also include prognosis of future conditions in the business technology sector on Czech and Slovak market and concept of an appropriate format of effective competitive intelligence. In conclusion there is a presentation of a quality and quantity concept evaluation with emphasis on economic gain of presented solution.

The thesis deals with the assessing of investment opportunity in the field of renewable natural resources. Fundamental analysis is carried out on First Solar which is a company producing solar modules. Thus, the work is focused on the area of photovoltaics. To determine the company's value, the method of discounted cash flow is used. The overall situation of the company is analyzed by the implementation of global, industry and company analysis.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze Czech republic's wine industry environment. Models used in the thesis are typical for strategic analysis and examine both macro and micro view of the examined entreprises. Firstly the PESTLE analysis will be conducted, describing political, economical, social, technological, legal and ecological aspects relevant to the industry within the Czech republic. Secondly I focus on the particular characteristics of the analyzed sector in terms of product differentiation, market size, competition, distribution channels and expected future trends. This characteristic also covers the financial sector analysis as well as value and bankruptcy models. Third section covers Porter five forces analysis and defines impact of new competitors, customers, suppliers, substitutes as well as existing competition. Last section consist of the SWOT analysis of identified market leader. It describes his strengths and weaknesses, and based on previous analyzes formulates opportunities and threats for the industry in which he is located.

The diploma thesis is devoted to the problem of the modern world of differences among two of the most important standards in the world of financial accounting and reporting: IFRS and US GAAP. The main focus was on comparing and searching for the possible differences on the financial reports of US Steel, which has its basement in the USA and it is using US GAAP standards and its subsidiary in Slovakia using IFRS, within the steel sector. The concrete financial statements were analysed by the tools of financial analysis. Hypothetical scenarios were made on the basis of the results, which could have occurred during the decision making process and which were influenced by the differences among the applied standards. The main goal and important thought of the thesis was to indicate to a reader, in which state the convergence between these two standards is and which differences need to be eliminated to make standards equal in giving the view on the financial statements and financial decision making of each company.

The essential part of this dissertation is based around two separate research projects which resulted in new, previously unknown data. The obtained information confirmed the assumed hypothesis and brought experts' opinions on selected issues. It can be concluded that: 1) Czech firms change their point of view on marketing research -- they are beginning to understand its benefits and use them to their own advantage. 2) Clients' requirements for quality and professionalism of marketing research are increasing. 3) The percentage of international marketing research is growing, whereas the number of projects on national level is in decline.

The main goal of this thesis is to find out whether is within individual industries preferred as the main source of financing debt financing for the period from 2011 to 2015. Then determine an industry that prefers foreign capital the most and select three representatives from that industry and analyze them in detail. Materials that are used for this work have the character of available public resources. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part explains the indicators of the debt, theories to determine the optimal debt and other terms that are used in the third part. In the second part are described individual industries using the classification CZ NACE. Work is finished by the summary, which sums the findings

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse actual development of company in tourist trade sector and focus on threats and risks of business in this field. The theoretical part is focused on the tourist trade area and at the same time it reports common information about crisis management. It also defines methods of analysis, which can be used in order to achieve better immunity and preparedness of company against any criris. Afterwards in practical part the thesis describes surveyed hotel Krystal and with the help of SWOT analysis and another three methods discloses threats, which are actual for the hotel. From results of all analysis follows that the hotel is going strong in crisis management field. Despite it I tried to draw up some proposals and recommendations, which can level the current crisis immunity and preparedness of the hotel up.

The purpose of this thesis is to present the financial analysis as a system of both simple and sophisticated tools used for examining the financial health and condition of selected enterprises and apply them subsequently to the selected companies in the provision of fitness and body care services. The study analyzes not only the financial health of every single company, but also, based on its findings, investigates what they have in common and what is different. Measured data are interpreted in the specific context of the selected market segment and in case of identification of significant differences, these deviations are more analyzed.
