External and internal analysis will be performed by PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces, McKinsey 7S analysis, selected financial analyses indicators, SWOT analysis and risk analysis by RIPRAN analysis. Abstract:

This Master`s thesis deals with a strategic and economic analysis of a chosen company. The aim is to identify the risks that arising from the used analyzes and to propose measures for the selected affectable risks to reduce them. The theoretical part contains needed information to understand the issue. In the nex part are realized the macroeconomic analysis and microeconomic analysis. From these analysis are arising the risks which are analyze by RIPRAN method. The measures are proposed that are helping to reduce the affectable risks are contained in the last part of this thesis.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management in the payment process optimization project. To fulfill the main objective, the norm ČSN ISO 31000:2009 was followed. In the preparation phase for the analysis of the risks were used strategic, scheduling, resource, and cost analysis. Based on the results from these methods, the project risks were identified. Qualitative approach was used in the quantitative phase. Next, the corrective measures were suggested. In the last part, a process of risks monitoring is proposed.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a project proposal in a selected engineering company, including risk analysis and design of a risk monitoring process. To achieve the main goal, an analysis of the current state of the company was prepared, analyzes in terms of internal and external influences acting on the company were applied, and a final SWOT analysis was prepared from them. In the design part, special methods of project management and risk analysis using the RIPRAN method were applied. Based on the applied methods, measures leading to the reduction of risk value were proposed and a risk monitoring process was designed.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to propose and formulate the growth strategy for ZPA Nová Paka, a.s. company, that produces and sales measurement and control technologies for selected nuclear energy markets in the EU. The theoretical part deals with a basic strategic growth premise analysis, an analysis of the external and internal factors and a risk analysis. The analytic part contains a complex macro-environmental SLEPT analysis, a Porter five forces model analysis of branch competition and a 7S analysis of the internal environment. These results will purpose a means of reducing the strategy-related risks and options of generating profit after the return of the investments.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is concentrated on problematics of the project risk management of the construction of the new building in the company Huhtamaki Czech Republic, Plc. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical knowledge of project management, the analysis of risks, the planning of the project and the strategic situational analysis. The second part analyses the current state of the company. Analysis of external and internal environments and their summary to SWOT were formulated where strength and weakness, opportunities and threats. The last part contains the suggestion of the own solution for the realization of the project. There were identified risks which were evaluated through the method RIPRAN. There were suggested precaution to the chosen risks which reduce the probability and the impact of the risk on the project.

The opening part deals with the principles of customers loyalty programs, formulation of goals and the main methods used for risk identification and quantification. Abstract:

The diploma thesis introduces processing of an analysis that is realized within an engineering company that had decided to transfer its production from Nordic countries such as Norway and Sweden to the Czech Republic. The company decided to deal with the transfer without any use of project management and planning according to project management and its techniques. Therefore the diploma thesis is supposed to present how the project could look like if it was done by project methodology. The main parts of project are analysis of time, sources, costs and risk analysis. These are preceded by situation analysis which is resulted into SWOT. Factors mentioned in SWOT are used as inputs into risk analysis. Subsequently the risks are identified, evaluated and the proposals for reducing the risks are presented.

Dissertation deals with a draft of the system for monitoring and planning of attendance of promoters on the stores of the Slovakian store chain NAY, where the project management is used for securing of versatilely effective project.
