Abstract:
In view of the increasing demand for care and staff shortages in Germany, innovative digital solutions are needed to optimise collaboration. Current processes for exchanging vital data and medication schedules are time-consuming and error-prone, which impairs the safety and efficiency of care. The aim of the Docs & Care Network project was to develop standards for structured data exchange and to promote seamless digital integration that enables vital data and medication plans to be transferred promptly and securely. The change management strategy applied in the project ensures that technical, organisational and interpersonal aspects of digitalisation are addressed in a targeted manner and that employees are actively involved. The workshops held have enabled process improvements that increase both the quality of patient care and the efficiency of collaboration between nursing and GP practices.

Abstract:
Introduction. Smart lifecycle services, along with the adoption of other smart manufacturing strategies, show significant potential to increase the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises. There is a clear need for high quality process models and software representations of physical hardware that reflect the evolution of their physical counterparts in particular detail. Digital twin technology can provide fertile ground for the development of IoT based lifecycle applications. This paper proposes a software approach to the process of developing a digital twin. The purpose of this work is to study the methods of creating software frameworks in the context of digital twin technology, as well as to study the process of creating and integrating digital twins and developing our own tool. Existing methods for creating twins are considered and a self developed Python library is described. The work uses the methods of the category of research in action and the philosophy of Agile development. Methods. The choice of methodology in seeking answers to questions that arise when studying methods for improving digital twins mainly falls into the category of research in action. In this paper, research in action is used as a qualitative tool, well suited to situations where the researcher seeks to achieve two different goals, namely: to solve a contemporary problem faced by the organization; contribute to a pool of knowledge that can later be used by other people to solve problems in the same class of problems. Results. Created library supports two modes of data retrieval: using periodic database queries and TCP socket connection. The experiments carried out as part of the work allow us to conclude that the library can already be used as a tool for creating a digital twin and its integration.

Abstract:
Telepharmacy and Technologies for digital health have transformed healthcare delivery by improving accessibility, efficiency, and patient outcomes. This review explores the historical evolution, tools, components, applications, challenges, and emerging developments in telepharmacy and digital health integration. Telepharmacy, which involves delivering pharmaceutical care through telecommunication technologies, has proven effective in addressing pharmacist shortages, enhancing medication safety, and improving chronic disease management. Digital health leverages information and communication technologies to process clinical and genetic data and to optimize patient care and healthcare operations. Numerous advantages arise when telepharmacy and digital health are combined, including increased accessibility, patient convenience, cost savings, efficient medication management, and improved health outcomes. The historical evolution of these technologies’ spans from early automation in the 1950s to the current era of digital integration and interconnectivity. Global policies and patient-centered care initiatives have further promoted the adoption of digital health tools. However, challenges such as limited technology proficiency, confidentiality concerns, algorithmic bias, and device accessibility must be addressed to ensure inclusive and equitable healthcare delivery. Emerging developments and innovations in telepharmacy and digital health integration promise to transform healthcare by enabling uninterrupted access, personalized care, improved patient-provider connections, and a widespread community health impact. In order to overcome challenges and provide fair access for everyone, stakeholders must work together to realize this objective.

Abstract:
Integration is a process that is multifaceted and dynamic. In the modern world, integration and its opposite-disintegration-coexist or change each other concurrently at each point of the growth of countries and of integration associations. If incorporation, from the complementarity of the economies of the participating countries, makes the advantages of integrating disparate parts into a single whole, then disintegration weakens their mutual dependence. The new system of integration should ensure, in general, active human growth. The article explores the key directions of modernization that are appropriate to the Sustainable Development Strategy, allowing, through maintaining national identity and traditional spiritual values, a shift in the living conditions of the population. The processes for choosing life strategies, which is directly influenced by either integration or the other, are transformed by ideas about the environment, culture, and themselves. The task of disintegration is not only to oppose integration, but to create momentum for a new space for regional configuration. The processes of integration and disintegration in the world’s modern political system are becoming more common. In a globalized world, the article analyses the key causes of modern processes of disintegration and integration

Activities that lead to the integration of digital technolgies in kindergartens are a challenge for both developed and developing countries. The aim of this paper is to offer a synthetic overview of the model of integration of digital technologies in the educational environment in Serbia. The paper analyzes the specifics of the learning process of preschool children and the situation in which learning takes place and where the construction, reconstruction and co-construction of knowledge occurs, as well as the benefits of working directly with children in the digital environment. In addition to the analysis and reinterpretation of existing research, the paper uses modeling methods that detect potentials for integrating the use of educational digital technologies (with emphasis on hybrid environments) in the learning process within the old and new concepts of preschool education, ie within "Model A" , "Model B" and "Year of Ascent". The results of the research show that the construction of a digital educational environment requires a more precise legislative framework and a systematic approach that includes a phased strategy for implementation with the necessary comprehensive financial and professional support.

Abstract:
To a large extent, the world has come to embrace digitalization which currently permeates all human endeavors and life. However, the process of digitalizing human beings themselves, making them Transhuman and allowing the integration of the digital into every aspect of our daily life has made life both paradoxically appreciative and problematic as it increases the global nature of humanity and its endeavors, posing threats as well as benefits. Merging Transhumanism (H+) with the Digital Humanities (DH) may minimize those threats but the dual evolving human-technological thoughts have been hoofing at a distance to each other for decades whereas innately they share the same perceptions on the future of the digitalization and human beings. This paper is channeled towards breaking the barriers between the two through the help of the critical comparative lens from the conceptual theoretical framework called Digital Knowledge Integration (DKI) using hypothetic-deductive method of reading two e-literatures: Digital_Humanities by Anne Burdick, Johanna Drucker, Peter Lunenfeld, Todd Presner & Jeffrey Schnapp published in 2012 and The Transhumanist Reader: Classical and Contemporary Essays on the Science. Abstract:
PurposeThis paper aims to explore how omni-channel data flows should be integrated by specifying what data, omni-channel agents and information and digital technologies (IDTs) should be considered and connected.Design/methodology/approachA multiple case study method is used with 17 British companies. The studies are supported by 68 interviews with the case companies and their consumers, 5 site visits, 4 focus group meetings and the companies’ archival data and documentations.FindingsThis paper provides novel frameworks for omni-channel data flow integration from consumer and business perspectives. The frameworks consist of omni-channel agents, their data transactions and their supporting IDTs. Relatedly, this paper formalizes the omni-channel data flow integration in the forms of horizontal, vertical and total integrations and explores their contributions to the adaptability of omni-channel, as a complex adaptive system (CAS). It also discusses that how inter-organizational governance mechanisms can support data flow integration and their relevant IDT implementations.Research limitations/implicationsThe breadth and depth of the required IDTs for omni-channel integration prove the necessity for omni-channel systems to move toward total integration. Therefore, supported by CAS and inter-organizational governance theories, this research indicates how data flow integration and IDT can transform the omni-channel through self-organization and autonomy capability enhancement.Originality/valueThis research’s recommended frameworks provide a robust platform to formalize data flow integration as the omni-channel's core driver. Accordingly, it moves the literature from a basic description of “what omni-channel is” and provides a novel and significant debate on what specific data should be shared at what levels between which agents of the omni-channel, and with what type of relationship governance mechanism, to assure omni-channel horizontal, vertical and total integrations.

Abstract:
In an era where digital transformation (DGT) is pivotal for organizational resilience and competitiveness, integrating sustainability into the digitalization process has emerged as a strategic imperative. By employing the resource-based view (RBV) and the dynamic capability theory (DCT), this study delves into the micro-foundations of DGT in medium- and large-sized enterprises, highlighting the synergistic role of managerial digital literacy in fostering digital transformation through the mediation role of digital readiness and the moderation role of the top management team (TMT). To fulfill the objectives of this study, data were collected through a cross-sectional mail survey, yielding responses from 235 senior and mid-level managers across medium- and large-sized firms in various industries within Turkey. Results have confirmed that digital literacy significantly enhances digital transformation and readiness, laying the groundwork for successful digital transformation initiatives. Digital readiness significantly mediates the relationship between digital literacy and digital transformation, indicating that enhancing digital literacy is a crucial step that indirectly influences digital transformation through improving digital readiness. The moderating effect of top management team (TMT) behavioral integration on the digital literacy and digital readiness link is affirmed, highlighting its critical role in facilitating organizational digital adaptation. TMT behavioral integration does not positively moderate the direct relationship between digital literacy and digital transformation. The study’s findings offer a novel lens on digital transformation, revealing that the interplay between digital literacy, readiness, and TMT behavioral integration crafts a strategic scaffold for enhancing organizational agility and competitive edge in the digital era.

The number of universities using digital technologies is growing year by year. Digital technology in the modern world is not only a tool, but also a living environment that opens up new opportunities: learning at any convenient time, continuing education, etc. This article aims to describe the specificity of digital education, the current state of its implementation, the expected results and concerns in this respect. Having shown the core of the digital education and the state of its implementation in modern society, this type of education must be critically analyzed in terms of advantages and risks with reference to contemporary students and the effectiveness of the teaching – learning process, in which they participate. In the study pros and cons of digital learning are revealed. The current study presents information about advantages of using electronic educational resources in teaching a foreign language based on the experimental work which was done in Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of Kazan Federal University. The success of the experiment presented in this paper is demonstrated by comparing the results of the test group who were taught using electronic educational resources with the reference group who were taught in a common traditional way. The results of the questionnaire suggest that the majority of students believe they have acquired food knowledge using digital technology in education. The statistical analysis shows that the test group students had better achievements compared to the reference group since students from test group have the digital skills.

Abstract:
Integrating digital technology in education is essential for preparing students with 21st-century skills, yet its implementation varies across regions. In Malaysia, national policies such as the Malaysia Education Blueprint (2013-2025) and the Digital Education Policy (2023) emphasize digital transformation in teaching and learning. However, research on regional disparities, particularly in Kedah, remains limited. This study examines the extent of digital technology integration among teachers in Kedah and identifies demographic and professional factors influencing its adoption. A two-phase research design was employed: Phase 1 involved translating, adapting, and validating the EFL Teachers' Actual Integration of ICT Questionnaire into Malay, resulting in the Skala Integrasi Digital dalam PdP (SIDP), a culturally relevant assessment tool. Phase 2 comprised a large-scale quantitative survey of 15,061 teachers across Kedah, analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple logistic regression. Findings indicate that 90.4% of teachers achieved a satisfactory level of digital integration, with female teachers and those in Social Sciences, Islamic Education, and TVET fields more likely to integrate technology effectively. Neither rurality nor age significantly influenced digital adoption, but special education teachers exhibited lower integration levels, highlighting the need for targeted support. This study underscores the necessity for context-specific interventions, digital literacy training, and evidence-based policymaking to enhance technology integration in education. The validated SIDP provides a reliable tool for future assessments, ensuring continued progress in Malaysia’s digital education landscape.

Abstract The study abroad (SA) experience now involves increased learner access via technology to the home (in the L1) and to the host culture (in the L2). L1 technology use could detract from host culture integration and language learning by allowing SA participants to remain immersed in the L1, while L2 technology use could aid in host culture integration by connecting participants to L2 speakers. Given this, it is urgent to determine the nature of the impact of L1 and L2 technology use abroad on motivation, language gains, and host culture integration. In the present study, we analyzed daily technology logs, learner motivation and L2 gains, and guided reflections on host culture engagement and L2 learning goals by eleven US university students studying abroad in Argentina. Motivation and L2 abilities increased significantly, and were positively correlated. Also, L1 and L2 digital contact showed important qualitative relationships with motivation and host culture integration.

Abstract:
The industry is currently undergoing a digital revolution driven by the integration of several enabling technologies. These include automation, robotics, cloud computing, industrial cybersecurity, systems integration, digital twins, etc. Of particular note is the increasing use of digital twins, which offer significant added value by providing realistic and fully functional process simulations. This paper proposes an approach for developing digital twins in industrial environments. The novelty lies in not only focusing on obtaining the model of the industrial system and integrating virtual reality and/or augmented reality but also in emphasizing the importance of incorporating other enabled technologies of Industry 4.0, such as system integration, connectivity with standard and specific industrial protocols, cloud services, or new industrial automation systems, to enhance the capabilities of the digital twin. Furthermore, a proposal of the software tools that can be used to achieve this incorporation is made. Unity is chosen as the real-time 3D development tool for its cross-platform capability and streamlined industrial system modeling. The integration of augmented reality is facilitated by the Vuforia SDK. Node-RED is selected as the system integration option, and communications are carried out with MQTT protocol. Finally, cloud-based services are recommended for effective data storage and processing. Furthermore, this approach has been used to develop a digital twin of a robotic electro-pneumatic cell.

Abstract:
Abstract This study aimed to analyze the mediating effect of digital literacy on the association between digital technology use and intergenerational integration in later life. The sample included 315 older Korean adults aged 65 and above (M=68.83, SD=4.19, range=65-84) who participated in an online survey in December 2021. The participants’ use of digital technology was measured by the sum of thirteen questions about how often they used each digital technology in their daily lives. Intergenerational integration was measured by the sum of thirty questions concerning awareness of understanding and empathizing with characteristics and cultures between generations to live harmoniously in the times through communication and cooperation. The mediating variable, digital literacy, was measured by the sum of thirty-five questions from the New Media Literacy Scale, asking individuals’ ability to find, evaluate, and communicate information in a digital society. Age, gender, education level, household income, marital status, and living conditions were controlled for to reduce confounding effects. According to the mediation path analysis using SPSS PROCESS macro and bootstrapping, digital literacy significantly mediated the effects of digital technology use on intergenerational integration in later life; the higher the level of digital technology use, the higher the level of digital literacy, and this had a positive effect on the level of awareness of intergenerational integration among older adults. This study is significant in that it confirms the mechanism underlying the link between digital technology use and intergenerational integration and provides a new empirical model to promote intergenerational integration in terms of digital aging.

Abstract:
Introduction. As education evolves in the digital age, integrating technology into teaching and learning has become pivotal. This digital transformation carries profound implications for youth experiences and cognition warranting extensive research. This study aimed to elucidate the impact of embedded digital technologies and online tools on learning experiences and consciousness among Kazakhstani and Turkish youth. Specifically, it sought to examine the relationship between key variables and interpret the findings through robust philosophical frameworks spanning critical theory to pragmatism. Study participants and methods. The study surveyed 90 bachelor's and master's students from reputable Kazakhstani and Turkish universities, examining the relationship between digital integration, online tools, learning experiences and human consciousness. Quantitative analysis entailed correlation and regression techniques. Robust philosophical frameworks spanning critical theory to axiology anchored the investigation. The results. Strong positive correlations emerged between all variables – learning experiences, online tools, digital integration and human consciousness (range of r = 0.660 to 0.834). This tight alignment implies technology integration fundamentally transforms education by enabling more interactive, creative and personalized learning. Likewise, extensive online tool use strongly associates with peer collaboration, global awareness and analytical thinking, suggesting enhanced cognition. However, ethical risks around misinformation and critical analysis diminishment must be addressed. Regression analysis further evidenced the significant positive impact of digitalization on consciousness (p < 0.001), underscoring its promise. Yet equitable governance is essential to ensure prudent oversight alongside optimization. Overall, given judicious and ethical implementation, embedded digital tools demonstrate immense potential to enrich diverse student experiences and minds. Conclusions. This pioneering analysis enriches philosophical understanding of how embedded digital tools are transforming youth learning and minds. The robust correlations substantiate prevailing assumptions that judicious technology integration fundamentally expands interactive, creative education opportunities aligned with students' needs and interests. The findings also reinforce sociocultural notions of peer socialization in virtual environments catalyzing enriched consciousness. However, risks around misinformation and critical analysis diminishment temper techno-utopian visions, compelling context-attuned governance frameworks. Key contributions include illuminating these complex dynamics and ethical dimensions within Muslim-majority nations. Overall, the research carries profound practical implications for pedagogical digital competence models, assessment mechanisms, and proactive policies prioritizing equitable access and ethical digital literacy. As education evolves for digital native generations, optimizing technology’s merits while mitigating its risks remains an imperative, multifaceted challenge.

Abstract:
Increased competition in an uncertain digital environment requires new approaches to improving marketing and business efficiency. Automation of business processes and marketing ensures management decisions aimed at improving customer experience by collecting, processing, and analyzing a huge amount of objective customer data from various sources and software services. For the company, it saves time and resources by automating routine processes, and, given the improved customer experience and corresponding loyalty of the target audience, it helps to increase the efficiency of marketing investments and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing (DM) and business. The article is aimed at substantiating the structure of a single user profile based on the integration of ESP and other DM software services with a CRM system. The hypothesis is formulated: creating a single user profile based on the integration of ESP and other DM software services with a CRM system by speeding up communication and improving customer experience will increase the efficiency of DM and business in general. The research was conducted using general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis, system-structural analysis, comparison, systematic, logical generalization of results. Considerable attention is paid to email marketing, which remains one of the most popular DM automation tools, as it allows you to smoothly guide the consumer through the sales funnel with a high return on marketing investment. The effectiveness of integrating a CRM system and an ESP is proved, due to the specialization and functional features of the latter in interacting with consumers via email. The technologies, stages and tools of DM automation are systematized. It is proposed to collect all information about a particular consumer in a single user profile. This requires finding a technical solution for each business process and connecting software services into a single digital ecosystem. Collecting information about the company’s customers and their journey at all points of interaction in one place by integrating the services used into a single user profile allows you to make more effective decisions in marketing and business and achieve business goals
