Business sustainability is crucial for Bali's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in ecotourism. This study examines how Bali’s Tri Hita Karana (THK) philosophy—balancing relationships between God, humans, and nature—shapes MSME practices.
