This research investigates the characteristics of self-awareness that play a crucial role in shaping the character of prospective primary school teachers or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The research focused on understanding the level and type of self-awareness of future teachers at the primary education level. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through in-depth interviews and observations of future primary school teachers. The research findings identified that self-awareness involves a deep understanding of personal values, strengths and weaknesses and their impact on teaching practices. In addition, this study explored how self-awareness can motivate prospective teachers to adapt to classroom situations and build empathetic relationships with students. The results of this study can provide valuable guidance for developing future teacher training programmes at the primary level, taking into account the importance of developing self-awareness in shaping positive and empowered character.

E-marketing communications offer a great way to establish and enhance connections with customers. In this digital realm, there are various key strategies to consider. One of them is delivering relevant and captivating content that truly resonates with the target audience. Another strategy involves encouraging internet users to engage with the content by leaving comments, sharing their own content, or even participating in interactive games provided by the company. The main objective of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the knowledge, characteristics, and impact of owned media on digital marketing. To conduct this research, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis related to owned media were utilized. Data was collected from multiple journal sites indexed in Scopus over a span of six years. The findings of this study reveal that having a large social media following does not necessarily translate to increased sales. In fact, owned social media platforms tend to be more effective for brands with a smaller number of followers. Additionally, while it may be tempting to adopt a one-size-fits-all global social media strategy, it is crucial to take into account the cultural context of each country. In countries with a high power distance, a more nuanced approach is required for owned social media to be truly effective. This research contributes to a better understanding of the functions of social media and provides valuable insights for developing effective marketing strategies.

The application of the telework work system in this era has been applied to all lines of the Company's field. The purpose of this systematic review literature review is to analyze how the implementation of the Telework work system using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review method. Data was obtained from the online database, namely Scopus with a range of 2021 to 2023 and 53 articles were obtained. By using keyword searches, namely "telework" and "teleworking". The results of the analysis obtained show that the implementation of a telework work system has an implementation, namely the environment and conditions of telework work, work improvement, work arrangements, control of working time, relationships with colleagues, interruptions and intrusions when working telework, increasing flexibility, welfare, organizational competitiveness, job satisfaction, work performance, improving the relationship between managers and subordinates, to a well-developed work-life balance.

This article aims to provide a systematic review of the literature on the current state of research on highly diverse and collaborative and internationalization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We analyze the processes that affect the internationalization of SMEs. Additionally, highlighting the limitations of the literature, especially in terms of theoretical fragmentation; existing theories are deployed and illustrated but are rarely extended in a way that significantly informs subsequent work. With this, we highlight the need for a more rigorous and empirically informed exploration of contextual effects that considers the consequences of development in global economic ecosystems. From the results of a review of several literatures, it shows that there is an internationalization theory that tries to analyze, process, and produce results. Because in the era of globalization, small and medium companies see internationalization activities as a great opportunity to progress and develop.

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) focusing on the interplay between Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and their impact on financial performance and firm value. The primary objective is to examine how GCG and CSR practices influence company outcomes, particularly in the context of long-term sustainability and competitive advantage. The research methodology involves the collection and analysis of articles from national and international journals using keywords related to corporate management, financial performance, and CSR. The findings demonstrate a positive correlation between GCG, CSR, and firm value, with financial performance acting as a moderating factor. The aim of this study was to describe the research results related to students’ mathematical literacy analyzed based on their learning style or cognitive style. The method used in this study was Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The sample was 27 articles consisting of 18 and 19 articles about students’ mathematical literacy based on: learning style and cognitive style, respectively. The samples were articles indexed in SINTA, published in 2018 until September 2022 and located in Indonesia. The description in this study will be reviewed based on the journal indexes, year of publication, methods used, level of education, number of subjects, research locations, and the theory used both in the learning style and cognitive style. Through the SLR method, it was found the articles were dominantly published in SINTA 4, there were a decreasing and increasing in number of articles published in SINTA, qualitative method was dominant followed by mix method and quantitative method, the research conducted in junior high school was dominant, 18 out of 27 researches used more than 30 subjects, the research was dominantly conducted in Java, De Porter Hernacki theory and Witkin Goodenough were dominantly utilized in learning style and cognitive style research, respectively.

Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is a thermal power plant using one or several nuclear reactors as its heat source. NPP uses radioactive materials such as uranium as the heat source by utilizing fission reactions. The fission reaction produces enormous heat energy. Currently, there are many studies on NPPs, ranging from technological developments to the environmental impact of the NPP itself. This study aims to identify research developments on nuclear power plants from around the world obtained from relevant international journals in 2017-2023. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and conclude all available research with interesting topic areas, with specific relevant research questions. Data were obtained by searching journals with Harzing's Publish or Perish application from the Scopus journal database. There are 191 journals with the keyword " Nuclear Power Plant " obtained from the Scopus database. Then these journals are filtered by type of article and if the number of citations is more than 32, then 49 articles are obtained which will be reviewed. This SLR method shows the development of research on NPP in several developed countries that have been using this technology for a long time. In addition, research topics such as the Fukushima accident, fault diagnostics, and safety assessment are the most discussed topics in the research so that they can be used as a reference for countries that are developing NPP.

The purpose of this study is to answer questions related to the trend of knowledge hiding in the last five years. To find out this, this study uses grounded theory which helps in the development of SLR content analysis. The results obtained are that it can be seen that the knowledge hiding is a topic that is of great interest to researchers for further research. This can also be seen from the increase in knowledge hiding articles every year. This study also shows some recommendations obtained from the limitations of previous studies that can help future researchers in exploring and developing research related to knowledge hiding.

Background: Artificial intelligence is a new wonder to predict and assess the severity of mental health disorders. Undoubtedly, the Audio/Visual Emotion Challenge (AVEC 2016) has boosted the research in the related subject but there is still a dearth of reviews related to artificial intelligence and depression. Aim: To extrapolate the handouts about the quality assessment of included studies of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR). To find out the most widely adopted AI approach to predict depression. To find out the most widely used biomarker for predicting depression. To identify the Model Accuracy of the included studies. Methods: The articles related to the applications of artificial intelligence predicting depression were searched by inputting the keywords (“Depression”) AND (“Artificial Intelligence” OR “Machine Learning” OR “ML”) AND (“Prediction” OR “Diagnosis”) in the search engine of websites like Science Direct, Web of Science, PubMed and Springer link. The outputs were filtered with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality assessment was done based on the Quantitative Assessment Tool for Studies with Diverse Designs (QATSDD). Results: A narrative approach was adopted to encapsulate the Quality assessment of included studies to predict depression. The findings of this study concluded that the study carried out by Marques, et al., (2020) came with the highest quality score of 36 on rating with the QATSDD among the included studies of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study also found that the top accuracy of the developed model was detected from the model developed by Sharma, et al., (2018).

However, a systematic literature review is needed to help the researchers for getting specific and scientific overview of this domain. This paper conducts a systematic literature review on 324 papers for analyzing the trendiness and associated factors of this domain. After that, this paper considers 16 papers to thoroughly review and states the evolution of automatic program repair. Hopefully, this study will be a valuable resource for the researchers of this domain.

The aim of this study is to analyze the benefits of having a rotational system of work in a company. The method used in this research is PRISMA. (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). The data sources used were obtained through the Publish or Perish software that covers Google scholar and ScienceDirect with the search year range 2018-2023, then the results of 347 journals. Using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the 10 journal to be analyzed. The results of this literature review study show that with the rotation of work applied to the organization or company, many positive aspects are obtained such as increased employee motivation, reduced boredom, and improved employee performance.

Temuan utamanya adalah tantangan dalam keamanan informasi yang umum dibahas termasuk Kebocoran data, Penyimpanan data yang tidak terstruktur sehingga menyebabkan data mudah hilang, kurangnya perhatian akan pentingnya keamanan dalam lingkup sistem informasi, dan kurangnya solusi yang menyediakan pemantauan secara real-time. Dan praktik terbaik untuk meminimalisir terjadinya masalah dalam keamanan sistem informasi meliputi penggunaan firewall yang lebih canggih, mengembangkan aplikasi yang sudah ada, melakukan audit keamanan sistem informasi secara rutin. This research aims to understand and analyse developments in the study of human rights.The research involves the collection and analysis of data from various sources and literature on human rights. And not limited to academic journals, research articles, reports of international organizations and legal documents. The research method applied to this research is systematic literature review using 145 scientific articles sourced from data scopus. The results of the research reveal that this research seeks to produce a comprehensive and in-depth picture of how human rights studies have evolved and changed over time. The limitation of this research is that the articles used are only sourced from scopus databases so the research findings cannot describe comprehensively about human rights in the world. Further research needs to use scientific articles that come from other reputable international databases, such as the Web of Science and Dimensionds Scholars.

Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi analisis literatur dari 6 penelitian, baik nasional maupun internasional, yang dikaji secara sistematis. Kajian literatur berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti Science Direct, Scispace, dan Google Scholar dalam enam tahun terakhir. Temuan review 6 artikel penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan meditasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan, termasuk dalam menjaga kestabilan tubuh serta menurunkan tingkat kecemasan dan stres. Kesimpulan dari tinjauan literatur ini menguatkan peran meditasi dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan individu yang berlatih meditasi.

Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu kelompok yang memiliki peran penting dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi. Mereka adalah individu yang sedang berada dalam fase transisi antara masa remaja dan kedewasaan (Paramita, 2010), di mana mereka mengembangkan identitas, nilai-nilai, dan kompetensi yang akan membentuk masa depan mereka. Sebagai agen perubahan dan inovasi, mahasiswa memiliki potensi besar untuk mempengaruhi dan membawa perubahan positif dalam masyarakat. Namun, dalam perjalanannya, banyak mahasiswa pendidikan matematika yang menghadapi berbagai kesulitan. Ada beberapa kesulitan yang umumnya dihadapi oleh mahasiswa pendidikan matematika, yang dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga aspek utama: kesulitan konseptual, metodologis, dan teknologi, (Kesulitan Konseptual, Kesulitan Metodologis, Kesulitan Teknologi,). Peneliti mendapatkan ide untuk membedah kesulitan-kesulitan mahasiswa di dalam pendidikan matematika dengan kajian-kajian yang di lakukan peneliti terlebih dahulu. Dari hasil Penelitian yang di dapatkan olehe penulis Kesulitan belajar dalam matematika oleh mahasiswa pendidikan matematika meliputi pemahaman konsep, kemampuan pembuktian, dan faktor psikologis serta lingkungan. Untuk mengatasinya, pendekatan yang fokus pada penguasaan konsep dasar, pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi, dan integrasi teknologi diperlukan. Selain itu, literasi matematika, pendekatan multikultural, dan kolaborasi antar mahasiswa juga penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kemampuan pembuktian matematis mahasiswa dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika di perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menyelidiki literatur terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar yang disesuaikan dan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pembuktian matematis. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam menyelesaikan masalah pembuktian dan dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. The main purpose of SLR is to answer the RQ with the results of previous studies as evidence that has been identified, assessed, and interpreted. The RQs on SLR identify the significant journals, the most influential researchers, topics, methods, and theories. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 20 papers indexed by Scopus were obtained that discuss the implementation of mobile banking, with publication years ranging from 2010 to 2021. The implementation of mobile banking focuses on six topics. The most widely used method is survey research with a cross-sectional design. While TAM is the most commonly used theory, the SLR outlines implications that can assist practitioners in surmounting the deceleration issue in implementing mobile banking and preparing for the cashless era in Indonesia.

SLR provides a way to assess the quality level and magnitude of existing evidence on a question or topic of interest. It offers a broader and more accurate level of understanding than a traditional literature review. A systematic review adheres to standardized methodologies/guidelines in systematic searching, filtering, reviewing, critiquing, interpreting, synthesizing, and reporting of findings from multiple publications on a topic/domain of interest. The Cochrane Collaboration is the most well-known and widely respected global organization producing SLRs within the healthcare field and a standard to follow for any researcher seeking to write a transparent and methodologically sound SLR. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA), like the Cochrane Collaboration, was created by an international network of health-based collaborators and provides the framework for SLR to ensure methodological rigor and quality. Teaching students to conduct a rigorous systematic literature review (SLR) may be challenging, given the growing output of scientific literature and the increasing plethora of supporting software and artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT. A SLR supported by design science artefacts and emerging artificial intelligence tools have the potential to overcome the challenges posed by increasing scientific literature. However, guidelines and steps required to conduct a SLR still need to be clarified in the existing literature. Furthermore, existing design science artefacts and software tools do not support teaching students to conduct rigorous systematic reviews. This paper presents guidelines on the required steps for a rigorous SLR and proposes a Researchbuddie artefact to support teaching SLR. Using a systematic review and design science findings, identify SLRs four main phases of planning, conducting, evaluating and reporting reviews, each supported by itemised sub-steps. Furthermore, a design science artefact Researchbuddie is proposed to support teaching SLR. Therefore, the paper contributes to guidelines for teaching SLR for Information Systems students with phases, sub-steps and a proposed Researchbuddie artefact.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA terhadap semua artikel hasil penelitian yang terindeks dalam Google Scholar, Garuda, ERIC, dan Semantic. Strategi pencarian disesuaikan dengan kriteria seleksi dan melibatkan beberapa variabel moderator yaitu tahun publikasi, jenjang pendidikan, indeks jurnal, materi penelitian, dan jenis pembuktian yang diteliti. Data yang diperoleh disajikan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian SLR ini memperlihatkan bahwa studi terkait kemampuan pembuktian matematis relatif mengalami peningkatan meski sempat turun pada tahun 2019 dan 2021. Studi mayoritas dilakukan pada jenjang perguruan tinggi dan didominasi materi aljabar. Jenis pembuktian yang sering diteliti adalah pembuktian langsung. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah studi lebih lanjut terkait kemampuan pembuktian di jenjang sekolah menengah dengan materi geometri serta jenis pembuktian lainnya.

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara korupsi dan penerimaan pajak (tax revenue) melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan menganalisis 87 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal terindeks Scopus dan Web of Science selama periode 2000-2024, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola, tren, dan kesenjangan pengetahuan mengenai dampak korupsi terhadap penerimaan pajak. Hasil SLR menunjukkan konsensus kuat bahwa korupsi berdampak negatif terhadap penerimaan pajak, namun dengan variasi signifikan dalam besaran efek berdasarkan konteks institusional, jenis pajak, dan metode pengukuran. Analisis menunjukkan lima mekanisme utama yang menghubungkan korupsi dengan penurunan penerimaan pajak: (1) penggelapan dan penghindaran pajak, (2) pertumbuhan ekonomi informal, (3) distorsi kebijakan fiskal, (4) erosi kepercayaan wajib pajak, dan (5) efisiensi administrasi perpajakan yang rendah. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi variabel moderator penting, termasuk kualitas institusi, transparansi fiskal, dan digitalisasi administrasi pajak. Temuan SLR ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual integratif mengenai hubungan korupsi-penerimaan pajak dan menyarankan agenda penelitian masa depan yang menekankan pendekatan interdisipliner, penelitian berbasis mikro-data, dan eksplorasi mengenai dampak reformasi anti-korupsi terhadap penerimaan pajak di berbagai konteks.

A model that helps organizations to self-assess their digital readiness can be a valuable organizational development tool. This paper systematically reviews such models in the context of Fourth Industrial Revolution. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is employed to review 57 papers from peer-reviewed academic journals and industry reports, published from 2007 to 2019. Through this technique, 22 digital readiness models with 119 model dimensions have been explored. The SLR results revealed five major concepts on digitalization: Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Technological, Organizational and Environmental Framework (TOE), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT). Furthermore, four Critical Success Factors (CSFs) have been proposed through thematic analysis that can help managers and companies achieve digital readiness: (a) Digital Agents and Skills, (b) Digital Tools and Applications, (c) Digital Systems and Infrastructure, and (d) Digital Eco-system and Culture. Digital readiness is a trending topic, and in that perspective, this paper provides a review of four factors that can provide a research agenda for future research on digital readiness.

SLA is a widely adopted framework for examining rural livelihoods globally and nationally, however, there are limited studies that have adopted the SLA to examine urban poor household livelihoods. Hence, this paper aims to fill a gap of knowledge on analysing sustainability of urban poor livelihoods in Malaysia. Adopting Transparent Reporting of Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses method known as PRISMA, the results of SLR revealed significant urban livelihood themes are financial, human, social and physical capitals. As a relatively new research field, community smells have received a lot of attention in recent years. This study aims to identify, evaluate, and synthesize previous works on community smells using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Protocol. Initially, a total of 125 research papers were retrieved from three electronic databases based on our defined search string. 21 papers were finally selected based on the selection criteria to be synthesized and analyzed in detail. After analyzing the documents, the research trends and approaches adopted in community smell research are discussed and presented Besides, the gaps in this domain have been identified. We concluded that more studies need to be done in this specific area to address the gaps.

Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendokumentasi semua artikel yang memiliki penelitian serupa pada laporan penelitian. Artikel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 15 artikel jurnal nasional yang diperoleh dari database google scholar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Harzing’s Publish or Perish. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa makanan tradisional dalam etnomatematika lebih dominan dalam materi geometri seperti bangun datar dan bangun ruang serta juga terdapat pada pola bilangan. For educational institutions to continue to progress and develop, there are several indicators that must be met. One of them is scientific work that is recognized by academics. However, in its implementation, there are various obstacles faced by researchers. Given these problems, this study aims to identify the main challenges in writing scientific papers. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SRL) method whose data comes from articles found on the Google Schoolar website published in 2020-2024. With the SLR method, systematic interpretation and identification are carried out. The results of this study indicate that the main challenge in writing scientific papers is the lack of understanding of automatic citation and bibliography applications, namely the mendeley application. Based on the results, the research conclusion suggests that an effective solution to the challenges of writing scientific papers is in-depth training on the use of the mendeley application to support quality scientific paper.

Background: Supervisor support behavior in a way that optimizes the use of employee knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired in on-the-job training. By getting positive support from the leadership and all employees, employee work performance will be motivated to be better. Objective: This article presents a systematic literature review of supervisor support and job satisfication. Method: Descriptive research with a qualitative approach, systematic literature review study. Researchgate, Google Scholar and ScienceDirect searches reviewed supervisor support and job satisfication. A total of 13 studies conducted between 2014-2023 were included in this review. Results: A total of 141.700 titles were identified and found 13 studies that met the requirements/criteria which discussed supervisor support and job satisfication. Conclusions: Positive support from the leadership and all employees will encourage employee work performance to be better. Apart from that, support also provides encouragement to employees so that they can trust and help each other, as well as good relations between employees in the work environment.

This research aims to conduct a literature review related to the types of errors in mathematical proofs. The research method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). From the search results on Google Scholar, a total of 24 articles were found. These were then filtered according to specified criteria, which included only journal articles and excluded proceedings, theses, and dissertations. Articles from the period between 2017 and 2024 were considered, resulting in 22 articles after exclusion. Further screening was done based on the accreditation level of the journals (1-3) and reading the abstracts to assess their relevance to the research topic, which yielded 9 articles suitable for this study. The findings of this research indicate five main categories of errors: conceptual errors, logical errors, procedural errors, representation errors, and communication errors

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of occupational safety in various working environments and conditions. The method used in this study is the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method and Bibliometric analysis using VosViewer. Sources of data obtained from Scopus and Taylor & Francis for the 2017-2022 period. The results of 136 journals were obtained, then data reduction was carried out using inclusion and exclusion criteria, 34 journals were obtained which would be reviewed. The results of this study indicate that the application of work safety will be very effective if you always follow and adapt to technological developments and the times.

Penanganan pertama pada gigitan ular adalah aspek penting dalam penjagaan kesehatan masyarakat, mengingat risiko insiden ini di berbagai wilayah. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan tujuan untuk menyusun, mengevaluasi, dan menganalisis seluruh penelitian yang relevan dengan tujuan menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian literatur sistematis ini, atau SLR, menguraikan prinsip-prinsip kunci yang berkaitan dengan pertolongan pertama pada gigitan ular. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dalam konteks gigitan ular berbisa, langkah-langkah penanganan awal melibatkan menjauhi ular, menjaga korban agar tetap tenang, membersihkan luka, dan segera mencari pertolongan medis. Tindakan tambahan seperti memberikan tekanan ringan dengan perban elastik juga dapat diperlukan. Untuk gigitan ular yang tidak berbisa, penting untuk membersihkan luka dan memberikan perawatan yang sesuai. Respons cepat dan pemahaman tentang waktu yang kritis dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama adalah kunci dalam menghindari komplikasi serius. Pemahaman akan pentingnya pertolongan pertama yang efektif dan prinsip-prinsip dasar penanganan dapat membantu meningkatkan keselamatan korban gigitan ular dan mengurangi dampak insiden ini dalam masyarakat.

Jurnal ini berujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan kerja, serta apa pengaruh dari pengetahuan akan pertolongan pertama pada kercelakaan kerja. serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan kerja. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan maksud untuk merangkum, menilai, dan menganalisis seluruh studi yang relevan guna menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang telah ditetapkan serta mengidentifikasi literatur yang relevan, termasuk studi-studi yang terkait dengan tampilan dari pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pentingnya standar minimum dalam penyediaan pertolongan pertama dalam konteks kecelakaan kerja tidak dapat diabaikan. Hal ini meliputi ketersediaan kotak pertolongan pertama yang harus selalu tersedia atau berbentuk kit pertolongan pertama yang portabel jika diperlukan di lokasi yang berbeda. Dalam melakukan PPPK melibatkan penggunaan alat dan bahan dari kotak PPPK untuk memberikan pertolongan pertama dalam kecelakaan. Ini bisa dilakukan oleh orang awam sebelum bantuan medis ahli datang. Memahami dasar-dasar keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja adalah kunci dalam PPPK, termasuk aspek fisik, perilaku, lingkungan, ergonomi, pengorganisasian pekerjaan, dan budaya kerja. Ini membantu meningkatkan kesiapan dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama dan kesadaran akan keselamatan di tempat kerja untuk mencegah kecelakaan.

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu satu sektor penggerak utama perekonomian masyarakat di Indonesia. Adanya kewirausahaan membuat roda ekonomi terus mengalami perkembangan, seperti menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meratakan pendapatan melalui pengembangan ekonomi. UMKM memiliki peran yang strategis serta mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah dalam bentuk berbagai kebijakan dan kegiatan lapangan. Banyak para peneliti yang melakukan riset terkait factor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM kedepan. Pengembangan Kinerja UMKM bukan hal yang mudah dan kerapkali menghadapi beberapa kendala. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat salah satu peran dari variabel yang dominan berasal dari aspek keuangan yaitu aspek Inklusi Keuanganyang berdampak pada Kinerja UMKM. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari aplikasi Publish Or Perish yang di akses melalui Google Scholar dengan rentang waktu tahun 2018-2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pemetaan data Informasi melalui “Pertanyaan Penelitian”. Yaitu tahun tren publikasi; jumlah penerbit; hasil penelitian serta implikasi dari hasil penelitian terkait inklusi keuangan. Data penelitian diperoleh berlandaskan pencarian awal didapati berjumlah 200 artikel dan hanya 80 artikel yang dipakai sebagai sumber data dan akan diteliti lebih mendalam. Hasil dari riset menunjukkan bahwa Inklusi Keuanganmemiliki dampak dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM, melalui factor-faktor pendukung berupa penggunaan digital finance mempermudah akses UMKM dalam memaksimalkan kinerja usahanya, pelatihan literasi keuangan, pengalaman serta arus informasi teknologi yang berkembang. Faktor lain yang mendukung tapi tidak terlalu dominan dibahas oleh peneliti terdahulu adalah faktor Pendidikan pelaku usaha, budaya serta gender dari pelaku usaha itu sendiri.

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di antara tugas-tugasnya yaitu mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa untuk menjadi generasi yang unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup di masa depannya nanti. Dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sebagai guru tersebut, sudah selayaknya para guru mendapatkan imbalan atas jasa-jasa yang telah mereka berikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dilakukan dengan metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review) yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, serta menafsirkan semua penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan erat dengan kompensasi dan kinerja guru.
