Abstract:

Folgende Dissertationsschrift setzt sich zum Ziel, den gegenwärtigen Diskurs über Europas Osten auf der literarischen Ebene zu untersuchen. Wie Hartmut Böhme zu Recht anmerkt, seien sich Reisen und Schreiben in ihrem Wesen sehr ähnlich. Während Reisen ein Er-Fahren der Welt bedeutet, kann Schreiben als Durchquerung der Sprachräume gelten. Die Bewegungen im Raum der umgebenden Welt und im Raum der Imagination und der Sprache führen dazu, dass die symbolischen Topographien neu kartiert und dadurch neue Orientierungen vermittelt werden können. Anhand der Prosawerke der jungen, nach dem Krieg geborenen Generation der deutschsprachigen SchriftstellerInnen, die mit der Selbstverständlichkeit der bipolaren Teilung der Welt aufgewachsen sind, wird untersucht, wie die literarische Karte Europas im gegenwärtigen literarischen Diskurs neu entworfen wird. Die Verfasserin argumentiert, dass es keineswegs die der Ost-West-Dichotomie immanenten Denkmuster sind, die die auf der literarischen Ebene vermittelte Wahrnehmung der Region prägen. Im Gegenteil, während die AutorInnen auf überraschend viele literarische Stoffe, Motive literarische Denkmuster zurückgreifen, bestätigen sie die Gültigkeit der These von Horst Steinmetz auch in Bezug auf die neueste deutsche Literatur: dass literarische Werke nicht nur auf die konkreten Aspekte der umgebenden Welt, sondern darüber hinaus auf literarische Traditionen reagieren, denen sie sich immer wieder, zum Teil im Widerspruch, und zum Teil unbewusst, eingliedern.
The following PhD-thesis aims to analyze the contemporary discourse on Eastern Europe which has been established in the most recent German-language prose works. Just as Hartmut Böhme stated, traveling and writing are both very similar. While traveling means exploring the world, writing can be experienced as a transition through the spaces of language. All these movements, either in physical space or in the sphere of language and imagination, lead to new mapping of symbolic topographies and can so convey new reference points. On the basis of the prose works of the young post-World War II generation of German-language authors who grew up with the overwhelming awareness of the bipolar division of the world, the thesis investigates how they re-map the perception of Europe. The author argues that these are not the traded patterns of perception referring to the East-West-Division which are being used in contemporary prose works. On the contrary, by making recourse to a surprisingly large number of topics, subjects and motives from the prior literary works, the new generation of authors seems to confirm the assumption of Horst Steinmetz in regard to the most recent literature – literary works react not only to the concrete aspects of the contemporary world, but also to the literary traditions, that they repeatedly and constantly refer to. They contradict or affirm, in an unconscious or considered manner, prior literary traditions.

Abstract:

Med utgångspunkt i diskrimineringslagen och läroplanen analyseras i denna uppsats framställningen av kön och sexualitet i tre läroböcker för tyska för nybörjare. Analysen har ett normkritiskt och queerteoretiskt perspektiv och utgår ifrån att samhälleliga normer skapar makt och hierarkier mellan människor och grupper samt att det talade och skrivna språket spelar en betydande roll i norm(re)produktionen. Läroböckerna skapar en mycket heteronormativ bild av verkligheten, då figurerna ofta är stereotypt manliga och kvinnliga och då enbart heterosexuella kärleksrelationer och familjekonstellationer visas upp. I diskussionen ställs frågan om detta är förenligt med läroplanen, som bl.a. menar att skolan ska motverka traditionella könsmönster, och normkritisk pedagogik diskuteras som ett sätt att göra undervisningen mer inkluderande.

Mit dem Diskriminierungsgesetz und dem Lehrplan als Ausgangspunkte, wird in dieser Arbeit die Darstellung von Geschlecht und Sexualität in drei Lehrbüchern für Deutsch als Fremdsprache analysiert. Die Analyse hat eine normkritische und eine queertheoretische Perspektive und geht davon aus, dass gesellschaftliche Normen Macht und Hierarchien zwischen Menschen und Gruppen herstellen und befestigen. Es wird auch vorausgesetzt, dass die gesprochene und geschriebene Sprache eine bedeutende Rolle an der Norm(re)produktion spielt. Die Lehrbücher zeigen ein sehr heteronormatives Weltbild auf, indem die Figuren oft stereotyp männlich und weiblich sind und weil ausschließlich heterosexuelle Liebesbeziehungen und Familienkonstellationen vorhanden sind. Es wird die Frage gestellt, ob diese Tatsache mit dem Lehrplan vereinbar ist, der u.a. meint, dass die Schule traditionelle Geschlechtsmuster beseitigen soll. Die normkritische Pädagogik wird als eine Lösung präsentiert, die den Unterricht inkludierender machen kann.

Abstract:

Animationsserien sind ein fester Bestandteil der deutschen Fernsehlandschaft und sollen vor allem Kinder als Zielgruppe ansprechen. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich zum einen die Frage, welche Wirkungen und Funktionen von Animationsserien auf und während der Sozialisation zu erwarten sind. Zum anderen möchte diese Arbeit aber auch die Seite der Produzierenden von Animationsserien näher beleuchten, die gerade in der Trias „Produktion, Distribution, Rezeption“ eine zentrale Rolle einnehmen und an wesentlichen Entscheidungsprozessen beteiligt sind. Mit Hilfe von qualitativen ExpertInneninterviews sollten verschiedene Fragen beantwortet werden: Welche subjektiven Wirkungs- und Funktionsannahmen besitzen ProduzentInnen von Animationsserien und welchen Einfluss haben diese auf die Gestaltung der Serie? Abstract:

After the democratic euphoria of the early 1990s, today the "third wave of democratization" seems to be less a triumph of political liberalism and much more a success story of a "defective" form of democracy. The authors argue that none of the strategies which can be found in contemporary democratization studies is satisfactory. They offer an alternative two-step-strategy of (1) specifying the root concept of democracy and (2) building subtypes of democracy which are based on this specified root concept. In doing so, the authors conceptualize the model of embedded democracy, from which they generate the concept of "defective democracy" and present a typology of these "defective democracies".

Abstract:

Denna rapport har utförts hos Anders Krahner AB i Skillingaryd som ingår i koncernen Proton Group AB. År 2005 omsatte Proton Group 920 mkr med 730 anställda medan Anders Krahner omsatte 160 mkr med 90 anställda. Anders Krahners kunder finns främst inom fordonsindustrin.

Syftet med rapporten är att studera om möjlighet finns att optimera produktionsflödet för två artiklar i befintliga lokaler. Genom att studera vad som påverkar genomloppstiden för artiklarna negativt kunna ge förslag på hur detta kan förbättras. Frågan är om detta kan ske i dagens lokaler eller är nybyggnation enda sättet att effektivisera produktionsflödet. Studien har skett från råvarulager till det att slutartikeln levereras till kund.

All data i rapporten är hämtad ur Anders Krahners MPS system och baseras på ett års underlag. Ur dessa data har genomsnittstiderna för processtider och lagertider beräknats. Likaså har de planerade tiderna för operationerna erhållits ur MPS systemet. För att få förståelse för materialflödet i produktionen har layoutflödesscheman skapats. Genom analys av dessa har de totala interntransportsträckorna beräknats.

I resultatet framgår det att de planerade operationstiderna stämmer väl överens med de verkliga tiderna. Detta visar på att operationerna fungerar väl ur ett tidsperspektiv, dock finns det vissa kvalitetsbrister. Det som påverkar genomloppstiden mest i negativ riktning är tiden för råvaru- och mellanlager. Ytterligare en bidragande orsak till den långa genomloppstiden är de komplicerade interntransporterna. Vidare orsaker till den komplexa interntransporten är att närhet mellan olika operationsmoment saknas idag. En del av de operationer som utförs för att färdigställa artiklarna sker på legoproduktion. Dessa tillverkningsmoment skapar en del av de komplicerade interntransporterna.

För att skapa närhet mellan de olika operationerna har nya layouter skapats i den befintliga lokalen. En del av de operationer som sker på outsourcing har tagits hem för att ske i egen regi. Detta för att erhålla större kontroll över det totala flödet och öka kvalitén. Den skillnad som uppstår mellan layouterna i den befintliga lokalen jämfört med ny anses vara små då det finns potential i den nuvarande.

This report has been performed at Anders Krahner AB in Skillingaryd which is a part of Proton Group AB. Year 2005 Proton Group had a turnover of 920 smkr with 730 employees while Anders Krahners turnover was 160 smkr with 90 employees. Anders Krahners customers are mostly within the automobile industry.

The aim of this report is to study the possibility to optimize the production flow for two articles in the existing premises. By studying the factors that have a negative impact on the throughput time give proposal of how this can overcome. The question is if this can be done in existing premises or if a new premise is required. The study has been made from raw material stock until the delivery of the end product to the customer.

All the facts have been required from Anders Krahners MPS system and are based on one year’s basis. The average time for the processes and the stock has been calculated from this data. The planed times for the operations has also been collected from their MPS system. To gain an understanding for the production a layout flowchart has been made. Throughout analysis of these the total internal transport stretch has been calculated.

It is shown in the result that the planed operation times equal the actual operation times quite well. This interpret that the operations works well out of a time perspective, but there is a lack of quality at the products. A thing that influences the throughput time negative is the time for raw material- and middle material stock. More reasons to the complex internal transport today are the lack of nearness between operations. A part of the operations that are made in the process in completing the articles are made external. These operations create some of the complicated internal logistics.

To create the wanted nearness between the operations new layouts have been created in the existing premises. Some of the operations that are made external before have been suggested to be made in house. Due to this a greater control over the entire flow is received and higher product quality. The main difference between the suggested layout in the existing premises and a new one is considered to be small.

Abstract:

This article analyses research on development (Entwicklungsforschung) as a new discipline for understanding world development as an integral process. It starts by describing the crisis of social science as the crisis of the enlightenment project and of rationality. The dialectics of enlightenment consists in a modernisation project that optimises the means of intervention in society, neglecting rational deliberation on its ends. Today, social sciences who do not subordinate itself to the cash nexus are being marginalized by liberal reforms aiming at the privatisation of knowledge. An alternative and integrated social science has to overcome disciplinary boundaries as proposed by interdisciplinary research. However, interdisciplinary research is limited too, as it is de-linked from society, citizens and political and economic conflicts. Transdisciplinary research is the form of social science that organizes the dialogue within and beyond science, thereby, fostering a democratic project of an open and dialogical society. Research on development analyses not only the periphery of the world, as done by development studies, but aims at an integral analysis linking centre and periphery. World development is seen as a contradictory unity which needs a dialectical analysis which gives due credit to the dynamics of development. Therefore, Marxism and the critique of political economy are proposed as the most consistent conceptual framework for understanding world development. Research on development has the potential to overcome the dialectics of enlightenment by uniting reason and ethics, based on dialectical approach which takes side on those at the margin o society and at the periphery of the world economy. Therefore, its realisation turns out to depend on overcoming capitalism and constructing democratic socialism. (author's abstract)

Abstract:

The author argues that growth determines employment and not the other way around. He opposes the widespread view among German economists that more employment generated by wage cuts or increased labour market flexibility will stimulate growth.
For him, this view relies on theoretical prejudices that have to be rejected in light of some recent, simple evidence. The fact that all cyclical rebounds during the 1990s have been cut short by restrictive monetary policy explains the inability of the German labour market to regain full employment.

A análise das ideias de Günther Anders e a relação destas com teses de pensadores contemporâneos preocupados com a questão das mudanças climáticas é o objeto deste trabalho, baseado sobretudo em seu livro mais significativo, Die Antiquiertheit des Menschen (A Obsolescência do Homem). Ainda pouco divulgado nos meios acadêmicos e praticamente inédito no Brasil, Anders cria conceitos filosóficos densos e carregados de consequências morais e políticas, ao descrever e buscar entender a perplexidade e o horror diante da possibilidade de aniquilamento da humanidade pela própria humanidade, que tornou-se evidente após os campos de extermínio nazistas e o lançamento das bombas atômicas sobre Hiroshima e Nagasaki, em 1945. Conceitos como tempo do fim , defasagem prometeica , cegueira apocalíptica e prorrogação (délai) se mantêm atuais e pertinentes (ainda que com algumas diferenças inevitáveis), para se pensar um problema igualmente inescapável e onipresente: a crise ambiental global devida ao aquecimento do Sistema Terra, decorrente da queima de combustíveis fósseis pela ação humana, a qual se acelerou exponencialmente desde a Revolução Industrial.
The present dissertation aims to analyse some of Gunther Anders ideas, extracted mainly from his most important book Die Antiquiertheit des Menschen (The Outdateness of Human Beings), referring them to those of other contemporary philosophers. Still very much unknown in the Brazilian academic world and mostly unpublished in Brasil, Anders, in his effort to understand the perplexity and horror of those facing the possibility of the anihilation of humanity by humanity itself, which became evident after the nazist s extermination camps and the launching of the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, in 1945, creates many philosophical concepts with important moral and political consequences. Concepts such as Endtime , Promethean discrepancy , apocalyptic blindness and delay are still up to date and relevant (although with some inescapable differences) when thinking of such an astounding and omnipresent problem as the global environmental crisis due to the heating of the Earth System caused by the human action of burning fossil fuels, which has exponentially increased since the Industrial Revolution.
