The renin-angiotensin system plays a central role in the maintenance of blood pressure. Discharge prescription data were analyzed for patients ≥65 years old hospitalized for AMI in Quebec between 1996 and 1998. La cohorte CKD REIN a inclus 3033 sujets atteints de MRC stades 3-4 en France (âge moyen 67 ans, 65% d’hommes) et a permis d’évaluer l’impact de l’âge sur la prise en charge des maladies cardiovasculaires (MCV) associées à la MRC et la néphroprotection.
