It is known that the biochemical enzymatic reaction of the reversible transfer of an amino group from an amino-acid to a keto-acid is called a transamination reaction. However, the transamination reaction is applicable not only for biochemical enzymatic reactions, but is also often used in organic synthesis to produce aromatic azomethines. As objects of study in the transamination reaction, we selected substituted N-benzylidenanilines (imines, Schiff bases) and anilines, containing a biologically active heterocyclic fragment in the para-position of the aniline ring. Three general routes for the synthesis of (E)-2-alkenyl-tethered anilines have been developed. The first route involves a 3-aza-Cope rearrangement of N-allylic anilines in the presence of a Lewis acid. The requisite N-allylic anilines were prepared by the addition of vinylmagnesium reagents to the corresponding aldimines. The second route details a direct cross-metathesis of 2-allylic or 2-homoallylic anilines with styrenes. The third route involves a palladium-catalyzed C–N cross-coupling of aryl halides. According to the WHO report of 2015, there were 214 million cases of malaria with 438,000 deaths worldwide. Ninety percent of world’s malaria cases occur in Africa, where the disease is recognized as a serious impediment to economic and social development. Despite advancement in malaria research, the disease continues to be a global problem, especially in developing countries. Currently, there is no effective vaccine for malaria control. In addition, although there are effective drugs for t

Abstract:
A number of imines, including 12 new compounds, previously not reported in the literature, derived from variously fluorinated benzaldehydes and different anilines or chiral benzylamines were synthesized by a solvent-free mechanochemical method, which was based on the manual grinding of equimolar amounts of the substrates at the room temperature. In a very short reaction time of only 15 min, the method produced the expected products with good-to-excellent yields. The yields were comparable or significantly higher than those reported in the literature for the imines synthesized by other methods.

They find application generally as disperse dyes. The importance of disperse dyes increased in the 1970s and 1980s due to the use of polyester and nylon as the main synthetic fibers. Also, disperse dyes were used rapidly since 1970 in inks for the heat-transfer printing of polyester. The main synthetic route for the pr
