As an alternative reading of anime’s global consumption, this paper will explore the multiple layers of transnationality in anime: how the dispersal of agency in anime production extends to transnational production, and how these elements of anime’s transnationality are engaged with in the transnational consumption of anime. This will be done through an analysis of Shirobako (an anime about making anime), revealing how the series depicts anime production as a constant process of negotiation involving a large number of actors, each having tangible effects on the final product: human actors (directors, animators, and production assistants), the media-mix (publishing houses and manga authors), and the anime media-form itself. Anime production thus operates as a network of actors whose agency is dispersed across a chain of hierarchies, and though unacknowledged by Shirobako, often occurs transnationally, making attribution of a single actor as the agent who addresses Japan (or the world) difficult to sustain. Lastly, I will examine how transnational sakuga-fans tend to focus on anime’s media-form as opposed to “Japaneseness”, practicing an alternative type of consumption that engages with a sense of dispersed agency and the labor involved in animation, even examining non-Japanese animators, and thus anime's multilayered transnationality.

Abstract
This paper wants to analyze how Anies Baswedan conveyed his political communication on Twitter social media. In this contemporary era, one of the most dominant political communications is social media, where political communication plays an important role because it can have an impact on political participation, political socialization. In the political field the role of social media is very important because it contributes as openness and transparency, Anies Baswedan is one of the political actors who play social media Twitter to convey political communication while increasing its popularity. In accordance with its previous political promises of integrated transportation and ok oce program. Anies is not uncommon to convey and show the development of political promises that have been running on his Twitter social media. in disseminating information through social media Twitter has proven to be very effective because many users around the world. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and analyzes using the help of NVIVO12 Plus software applications. The results of this study revealed that Anies Baswedan's political communication on Twitter social media was very focused on public services in DKI Jakarta. Political communication from Anies Baswedan also received a lot of responses from his followers on his Twitter account. This can be seen from the number of retweets and mentions done to Anies Baswedan. Anies Baswedan was also quite active in conveying his political communication through Twitter social media such as notifying work programs, political branding, giving political talks that were light in nature and also related to public services in DKI Jakarta.

Abstrak
Tulisan ini ingin menganalisis bagaimana Anies Baswedan dalam menyampaikan komunikasi politiknya di sosial media Twitter. Pada era kontemporer ini salah satu komunikasi politik yang paling dominan adalah media sosial, dimana komunikasi politik sangat memegang peranan penting karena bisa berdampak untuk partisipasi politik, sosialisasi politik. Dalam bidang politik peran media sosial media sangat penting karena berkontribusi sebagai keterbukaan dan transparansi, Anies Baswedan adalah salah satu aktor politik yang bermain sosial media Twitter untuk menyampaikan komunikasi politik sekaligus menaikan popularitasnya. Sesuai dengan janji politiknya terdahulu yaitu transportasi terintegrasi dan program oke oce. Anies tak jarang menyampaikan dan memperlihatkan perkembangan janji politiknya yang telah berjalan di sosial media Twitter miliknya. dalam penyebaran informasi melalui sosial media Twitter sudah terbukti sangat efektif karena banyak penggunanya diseluruh dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak NVIVO12 Plus. Hasil dari ini penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa komunikasi politik Anies Baswedan di sosial media Twitter sangat befokus pada pelayanan publik di DKI Jakarta. Komunikasi politik dari Anies Baswedan juga mendapatkan banyak respon dari pengikutnya di akun Twitter hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah Retweet dan mentions yng dilakukan kepada Anies Baswedan. Anies Baswedan juga cukup aktif dalam menyampaikan komunikasi politiknya melalui sosial media Twitter seperti memberitahukan program kerja, Branding politik, memberikan perbincangan politik yang sifatnya ringan dan juga terkait dengan pelayanan publik di DKI Jakarta.

Kinerja Gubernur DKI Jakarta sering disorot media, khususnya media online terkait penanganan banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pembingkaian kapabilitas dan kepemimpinan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan dalam menangani banjir di Jakarta 2020. Metode penelitian berupa analisis wacana sintagmatis dengan analisis framing Pan & Kosicki pada pemberitaan banjir di Detik.com dan Kompas.com. Hasil penelitian ini Detik.com membingkai Anies Baswedan secara positif. Anies dibingkai memiliki kapabilitas dan kepemimpinan yang baik dalam menangani banjir di Jakarta. Anies cepat tanggap dan mau turun lapangan dalam menangani banjir. Anies juga memiliki visibilitas di mata publik melalui unggahan aktivitasnya di media sosial dalam menangani banjir. Kompas.com membingkai Anies Baswedan sebagai sosok pemimpin yang tidak memiliki kapabilitas karena tidak mampu menjalankan program penanganan banjir dengan baik. Kepemimpinan Anies dibingkai secara negatif karena sejumlah kebijakan penanganan banjir yang dikeluarkannya tidak tepat serta seakan tidak mau mendengarkan keluhan warga terdampak banjir. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa usulan kebijakan keberimbangan bagi media online dalam membingkai kapabilitas dan kepemimpinan tokoh publik, baik dari pemilihan sumber berita maupun proporsi pemberitaan. The pepper is very important horticultural commodities. The purpose of this research was to study the advantagesof Anies IPB varieties and develop the description. Anies IPB was the result of the selection of segregating populations from the crosses of IPB C120 (as the female parent) and IPB C5 (as the male parent). The experiments were performed in four locations namely Boyolali (Central Java), Sumedang (West Java), and Bogor (West Java). The experimental used the randomized complete block design (RCBD) two factors with three replications. The replications nested within the locations. The first factor was 9 lines and 2 open pollinated varieties, and the second factor was the three locations. Each lines on each replicate in each location were planted 24 plants. The results showed that the superiority of Anies IPB varieties were (1) The productivity of Anies IPB was higher than the check varieties. Productivity can reach 18.6 tons ha-1. (2) Anies IPB has fruit that was longer than the Tit Super and Trisula. (3) Anies IPB has early-harvesting time, ranged between 76.67 - 84.67 days after planting. (4) Anies IPB has a high level of stability and classified into the dynamic stability, which means that veryadaptive to the optimum environment.Keyword: non hybrid, pepper productivity superiority, variety

Indeed, the political world is never free of whatever smells of controversy. News that is still widely debated is an article in the Australian newspaper, The Sydney Morning Herald, written by James Masolla dated May 7, 2020. The article was a conclusion from his interview with Anies Rasyid Baswedan, Governor of DKI Jakarta. This study aims at analyzing the political discourse contained in the video interview with James Masolla given by Governor Anies by seeing the persuasive strategy used by both people. The data obtained were then analyzed by employing the theory of persuasive strategy. Researchers used descriptive methods to tell the results of the analysis of this study. The findings of this study show that the interview with James Masolla by Anies attracted a lot of different perspectives within the audience. James’ skill in supporting and directing Anies has also earned Anies supporters’ respect for the Governor. The quality of the argument given by Anies is excellent because it can provide a probability claim and provide a desirably claim. This has been shown that the usage of the persuasion approach allows clarifying the meaning behind an argument. Persuasive techniques may also be utilized to forecast the reaction and the behavior the interlocutors want. There is potential for what Anies did to guide him in the contestation of the presidential election in 2024, although it is still too early to talk about it. Anies’ interview, however, showed that there was a problem between DKI Jakarta’s provincial Government and the national Government.

Maraknya penggunaan media sosial di Indonesia, membuat para penggunanya bebas memproduksi berbagai pesan komunikasi berdasarkan fenomena yang ada. Konsekuensi ini lantas menghadirkan kreativitas warganet dalam memproduksi meme berupa gambar atau video yang berisi gagasan, ide, yang lucu sebagai sarana hiburan. Namun belakangan meme yang tadinya hanya dimaksudkan untuk bahan candaan memiliki tujuan lain yaitu satire untuk menyudutkan pihak-pihak tertentu seperti pada peristiwa banjir Jakarta yang melahirkan meme-meme yang beragam untuk mengkritik Gubernur Jakarta Anies Bawesdan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna semiotika di balik meme Anies Bawesdan tentang banjir Jakarta di twitter. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pisau analisis semiotika Charles Pierce berupa tanda, obyek dan penafsir. Hasil penelitian mengungkap ada hubungan dan kesesuaian antara tanda dengan makna semotika. Warganet ramai-ramai menggunakan gambar sebagai tanda untuk mengungkap ekspresi ketidaksukaan terhadap respon Anies Bawesdan dalam menuntaskan banjir Jakarta. Sedangkan makna obyek dalam meme terebut merupakan sindiran atau nyinyiran atas kelambanan Anies dalam menyelesaikan masalah banjir.Sedangkan daari sisi penafsir ada kesesuaian pemikiran dari warganet dengan meme hasil buatannya yang menyimpulkann bahwa Anies tidak becus menuntaskan masalah banjir Jakarta. Related to the political aspect, language selection becomes a crucial element for the perpetrators. Political language can be considered to have a "purpose-oriented" or it orients towards certain goals. This study aims to find out the types of utterances based on JL Austin's perspective, the types of illocutionary act based on Searle's theory that emerged in the inaugural speech of Governor Anies Baswedan, and also the hidden ideology conveyed by Anies Baswedan by using the types of utterances and illocutionary acts that occur in his inaugural speech. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Data from this study were obtained from Anies Baswedan's political speech which was delivered on 16 October 2017 at the City Hall of DKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that Anies Baswedan uses two types of utterances, namely assertive and performative. In addition, the type of illocutionary act that is most commonly found in Anies Baswedan's speech is assertive illocutionary act.Keywords: Political language, utterances, illocutionary acts

Studi ini mempelajari mengenai friksi politik dan agama dalam kontestasi pemilihan gubernur DKI Jakarta 2017, pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) DKI Jakarta menjadi momentum politik nasional yang mendeskripsikan fenomena menarik. Mempelajari tentang kemengan Anies-Sandi pada dasarnya tidak bisa dilepaskan dari faktor agama. Adapun permasalahan yang diteliti dalam studi ini, yang pertama adalah friksi politik yang melibatkan isu Agama dan kelompok-kelompok Agama Islam yang membawa dampak signifikan terhadap proses pemenangan Anies-Sandi. Kemudian pembentukan simpul dan jaringan akibat dari rentetan demonstrasi politik identitas dan menjadikan superioritas identitas Agama dalam politik praktis. Teori untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut ada dua yaitu teori jaringan politik dan teori strategi politik. Metode penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dengan sifat penelitian yang berbentuk deskriptif-analisis dan data-data bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Dari analisis data terlihat bahwa temuan yang pertama adalah kemenangan Anies-Sandi disebabkan oleh friksi aktor politik yang dibentuk oleh jejaring Anies-Sandi dan menguatnya populisme Islam. Kedua, yaitu kampanye Anies-Sandi yang menawarkan kebijakan pro rakyat seperti program Oke Oce dan penolakan reklamasi serta penggusuran rumah rakyat dan berhasil membuat hati pemilih milenial dan masyarakat bawah lebih tertarik. Dan Kemenangan Anies-Sandi pada putaran kedua tidak bisa dilepaskan dari adanya limpahan suara dari pasangan nomor urut satu yaitu Agus-Silvi.

<p><em>van Dijk (2009) stated that we need to understand the whole context before understanding a discourse. First context is the internal aspects, which is based on what the speaker said or what was written in the text - from diction and sentence study, to the paragraph's continuity, in creating context of the discourse. Second, based on its social context, which perceived the social situations as part of the discourse. Understanding of the first political speech of the elected governor of DKI Jakarta 2017, Anies Baswedan, is one of the incomprehensive practice of discourse. In addition to causing an incomprehensive understanding, the speech also reaps a controversy driven by mass media toward Anies Baswedan for the misleading meaning of the word 'pribumi'. Therefore, the researcher would like to understand Anies Baswedan political speech using van Dijk critical discourse analysis. The frame and analytical units used in this speech will be based on analysis on the social, social-politics, and social-culture contexts. The analysis result shows that the polarized social situation post-election created a social identity among community, proponent of Anies-Sandi and the political opponent, Ahok-Djarot. Moreover, we can infer that Anies Baswedan is a prominent orator, has the faith to harmony in politics, has affiliation motives, and proper knowledge about the history and culture of Jakarta and its people</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Van Dijk (2009) menyatakan bahwa untuk memahami sebuah praktik wacana perlu dilihat konteks secara keseluruhan. Pertama, dilihat dari konteks internal berupa tuturan penutur wacana atau dari apa yang tertulis di dalam sebuah teks—termasuk studi kata, kalimat, hingga kesinambungan paragraf yang saling mendukung dalam pembentukan konteks suatu wacana. Kedua, konteks sosialnya</em><em> yang </em><em>menganggap bahwa situasi sosial adalah bagian dari pewacanaan. Pemahaman terhadap pidato politik pertama Gubernur terpilih DKI Jakarta 2017, Anies Baswedan, merupakan salah satu praktik wacana yang tidak menyeluruh. Selain menyebabkan pemahaman yang tidak komprehensif, pidato tersebut juga menuai banyak kontroversi. Hal itu disebabkan adanya penyempitan makna oleh media massa terkait kata ‘pribumi’ yang terdapat pada pidato Anies Baswedan. Oleh karenanya, peneliti terpicu untuk memahami pidato politik Anies Baswedan dengan menggunakan analisis wacana kritis van Dijk. Kerangka dan unit-unit analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis praktik wacana dalam konteks sosial, sosial-politik, dan sosial-budaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa situasi sosial yang masih terpolarisasi pascapemilukada, membentuk identitas sosial masyarakat, yaitu pendukung Anies-Sandi dan pendukung lawan politiknya, Ahok-Djarot. Selain itu, dapat diketahui bahwa Anies Baswedan memiliki keterampilan sebagai orator, memiliki keyakinan terhadap pentingnya harmoni dalam politik, memiliki motif afiliasi, serta memiliki pengetahuan sejarah dan budaya yang cukup mengenai masyarakat dan kota Jakarta. </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

The researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. It starts with searching and downloading videos on Youtube, recording speeches delivered in the video, and analyzing what types of deixis are used. in this study obtained a total of 25 data and all types of deixis used by Anies baswedan in his speech, namely person deixis, place deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, and social deixis. Este artigo tem por objetivo descrever a percepção do consumidor sobre o processo de compra de animes em mídia streaming e plataforma ilegal. O comportamento do consumidor foi investigado utilizando-se as etapas do processo de compra em relação às diferentes plataformas de animes, buscando conhecer suas preferências e percepção acerca das mídias streaming e pirata. Realizou-se uma survey com uma amostra de 252 respondentes. O estudo aponta que a relação dos consumidores de animes com as plataformas legais e ilegais é complexa. Os assinantes de serviços não abandonam o uso da pirataria, enquanto aqueles que utilizam apenas as plataformas ilegais afirmam, em maioria, não se interessar por assinar um serviço haja vista a existência das opções gratuitas, mesmo que sejam ilegais. Esse estudo revela o posicionamento e percepção do consumidor quanto à mídia pirata e pode contribuir para pesquisas em diferentes tipos de entretenimento digital.

A seleção dos animes para serem analisados foi feita com o auxílio de alguns fãs deste tipo de entretenimento e arte.Os desenhos animados de maneira gradativa conquistaram sua importância dentro do mercado de entretenimento, e neste crescimento o mercado de animações japonesas se desenvolveu e alcançou destaque mundial. Os animes são um importante segmento dentro deste mercado de animação. Para realização da pesquisa proposta foram assistidos mais de 230 episódios, totalizando cerca de 90 dias. Foi feita a busca utilizando a caracterização da Ciência da Informação e suas aplicações feita por Borko e Saracevic, entretanto foram descartadas aparições simples de bibliotecários, uma vez que o foco do artigo e a presença da Ciência da Informação e não apenas de um personagem bibliotecário.

This essay explores Jennifer Jason Leigh’s portrayal of the young prostitute Tralala in Last Exit to Brooklyn (Uli Edel, 1989) as a case study in performance style that can be usefully understood as bisexual. Drawing firstly upon Joan Riviere’s concept of womanliness as a masquerade, it examines how Tralala’s feminine performativity masks a confused, neurotic and androgynous gender identity and a raging bid for phallic power. As played by Leigh, Tralala’s snarling speech and undulating swagger evokes the wounded rage, rebellion and alienation of 1950s Method “bad boy” stars such as Marlon Brando, James Dean and Montgomery Clift, and the result is a performance style that oscillates freely between male and female subjectivities. Reading the male Method stars in terms of alternative masculinities that transgress the social order, the article argues that Tralala’s essential masochism is fuelled by a similar disavowal of her biological gender. In this regard, she demonstrates a desire to annihilate the self that has less to do with standard screen representations of female masochism than with the explosive psychic processes of classic Method masculinity.

The prospects of using aniles DL-camphor as anti-aging agents have been established. The best effect is achieved when using N-[(1RS)-camphane-2-ylidene]-2-methylaniline in combination with an effective vulcanisation system including sulfur donors tetramethylthiuram disulfide, 4,4'-dithiodimorpholine, and N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulphenamide.

This study analyzes the factors of interest in the involvement of ulama in electoral politics by taking the case of the support of the Ulama and Habaib Forum (FUHAB) against Anies-Sandi in the DKI Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada) 2017. The research method used is qualitative with the technique of collecting interview data with the FUHAB figures, Anies-Sani's success team, politicians, and academics as well as a literature review. The results showed that the dimensions of the interests which were arranged in the form of the economy of the ummah were based on identity. They strongly perceive some of the programs offered by Anies-Sandi as pro-people represented by the urban poor, such as stopping reclamation. In a practical manner, the political support of the FUHAB was fluid because in the early rounds they supported Agus-Silvi. The forms of their political work included using recitation and khutbah jum'at as well as securing votes at lower levels in the voting process. After Anies-Sandi won, the Habaib Ulama Forum (Fuhab), like other organizations, then received grant funds from the government and this shows that civil society organizations have a political bargaining position in elections which is useful for their interests.

Diet is one of the key modifiable behaviors that can help to control and prevent non-communicable chronic diseases. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the overall diet composition of the population through non-invasive and independent indexes or scores as diet quality indexes (DQIs). The primary aim of the present work was to estimate the adequacy of the intake of critical nutrients in the Spanish “Anthropometry, Intake, and Energy Balance Study” (ANIBES) (n = 2285; 9–75 years), considering, as a reference, the European Food Scientific Authority (EFSA) values for nutrients for the European Union. We also assessed the quality of the diet for adults and older adults using four internationally accepted DQIs, namely the Healthy Diet Indicator (HDI), the Mediterranean Diet Score (MDS), the Mediterranean Diet Score-modified (MDS-mod), and the Mediterranean-Diet Quality Index (MED-DQI), as well as the ANIBES-DQI, stratified by education and income. The ANIBES-DQI was based on compliance with EFSA and Food and Agriculture Organization recommendations for a selected group of nutrients (i.e., total fat, saturated fatty acids (SFAs), simple sugars, fiber, calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin A), with a total range of 0–7. Misreporting was assessed according to the EFSA protocol, which allowed us to assess the DQIs for both the general population and plausible reporters. The majority of the Spanish population had high intakes of SFAs and sugars and low intakes of fiber, folate, and vitamins A and C. In addition, about half of the population had low DQI scores and exhibited low adherence to the Mediterranean diet pattern. Overall, older adults (>65–75 years) showed better DQIs than adults (18–64 years), without major differences between men and women. Moreover, primary education and low income were associated with low MDS and ANIBES-DQI scores. For the ANIBES-DQI, the percentage of the population with low scores was higher in the whole population (69.5%) compared with the plausible energy reporters (49.0%), whereas for medium and high scores the percentages were higher in plausible reporters (41.2% vs. 26.2% and 9.8% vs. 4.3%, respectively). In conclusion, the present study adds support to marked changes in the Mediterranean pattern in Spain, and low education and income levels seem to be associated with a low-quality diet. Additionally, the misreported evaluation in the ANIBES population suggests that this analysis should be routinely included in nutrition surveys to give more precise and accurate data related to nutrient intake and diet quality.

Given the fact that in a context of crises, people are concerned with their safety, among other things, partisan response toward policies and public leaders is an intriguing topic. This article examines the extent to which partisanship pertains to the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. We employ natural language processing (NLP) and social network analysis (SNA) on Twitter data to analyse public responses toward prominent political leaders, namely, Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan (Anies), in handling the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. We then put the social media analysis in a framework of political partisanship. Our sentiment analysis through NLP across time and categories found that supports and demands towards the two public figures indicate positive and negative partisanship that replicates previous electoral supports. Similarly, our SNA indicates a high polarization rate among the accounts connected with the two leaders in response to the crisis. Extended analysis of the accounts who are at the epicentres of the sentiment conversations, either positive or negative about Jokowi and Anies, reveals that there are connections with their past political support. Though we find negative partisan responses for both leaders, a type of hard-core partisanship has been leveraged for Jokowi but not for Anies. We conclude that electoral polarization contributes to the extent to which partisanship responses circulate in a context of crisis.

<p>The policy of closing Jatibaru Raya Road on December 22, 2017, has caused new problems because the road closure has caused public losses. The public policy applied by Governor Anies indicated that he had a strong political contract with the community and one of the powerful figures in Tanah Abang so that the policy benefited the people of Tanah Abang who had been disciplined during the previous governor's term. These issues are very relevant to be studied using qualitative methods with a grounded approach to obtain material and in-depth information. Regarding the road closure policy, the existing policy is seen as a step in the realization of Anies campaign promises to establish 200,000 MSMEs at the time of the DKI Jakarta Pilkada in 2017. The public policy for road closure is basically an incremental policy because there are not many policy programs that have been running and was designed during the previous governor's term. Considerando os estudos sobre consumo ritualístico no cinema e a presença de conteúdos míticos em narrativas contemporâneas, esse artigo busca aplicar a teoria da quaternidade mítica proposta por Canevacci em três animes através da metodologia de análise fílmica proposta por Vanoye e Goliot-Lété. Examinando representações arquetípicas em Sakura Card Captors, Code Geass e The Seven Deadly Sins, concluímos que tais elementos fundamentam a diegese dos animes através de uma estrutura que movimenta a narrativa ao perpetuar e ressignificar conteúdos presentes no inconsciente coletivo. Assim, a ritualização dos arquétipos apresentados por Canevacci lida com estruturas inconscientes não específicas apenas de uma cultura, mas consolidadas no indivíduo e constantemente reapresentadas com diferentes roupagens nas narrativas midiáticas.

Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran perlu dilakukan agar dapat menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang valid, praktis, menarik dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau yang sering disebut Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini diadaptasi dari ADDIE yang berbasis pada Multiple Intelligences dan Kompetensi 4K Anies Baswedan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validasi dari ahli desain pembelajaran menunjukkan rata-rata 4,8 dengan presentase 96%. Ahli materi dan LKS menunjukkan rata-rata 5 dengan presentase 100%. Hasil ahli perangkat pembelajaran matematika kelas V yang didapat menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 4,7 dengan persentase 95%. Respon siswa terhadap learning media matematika berbasis kompetensi 4K Anies Baswedan dan Multiple Intelligence yang dikembangkan menunjukkan hasil persentase rata-rata diatas 85% yang berarti sebagian besar siswa memberikan respon positif atau sangat kuat. Background: Intraoperative hypothermia is detrimental to the patient. This, however, can be minimized with infusion of warmed fluids. Objectives: We investigated the warming capabilities of the Ranger© 24500 (Ranger) and ANIMEC AM-2S (ANIMEC) at various low infusion rates. We also examined the use of two ANIMEC warmers placed in series along the intravenous tubing. Methods: We had three comparative trial groups for our experiment. Trial group 1 involved the use of an ANIMEC fluid warmer. Trial group 2 involved the use of two ANIMEC fluid warmers placed in series. Trial group 3 involved the use of the Ranger. Three different infusion rates (1 ml/min, 5 ml/min and 10 ml/min) were examined. Results: The use of two ANIMEC fluid warmers delivered the warmest fluid in all three study infusion rates. The mean (SD) delivered temperature was 24.11 (0.62)°C at 1 ml/min, 29.59 (0.10)°C at 5 ml/min and 29.27 (0.10)°C at 10 ml/min. The Ranger delivered the lowest temperatures at infusion rates of 1 ml/min and 5 ml/min. The mean temperatures were 21.01 (0.38)°C and 23.87 (0.34)°C respectively. The mean temperatures of utilizing one ANIMEC fluid warmer were 21.49 (0.35)°C, 25.47 (0.08)°C and 24.78 (0.12)°C at infusion rates of 1 ml/min, 5 ml/min and 10 ml/min respectively. Conclusion: The ANIMEC performs better than the Ranger at low flow rates of up to 5 ml/min. A novel method of placing the two ANIMEC warming devices in series can further improve its warming capabilities.

Politisasi diukur dengan tiga indikator: isu/ kepentingan, agenda politik, dan partisipasi. Secara metodologis, artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam pengumpulan data, facebook menjadi sumber utama untuk melihat prakter politisasi dari kedua kubu di medsos. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga hal. Pada indikator pertama, kubu Ahok mengangkat isu Pilkada damai, Jakarta milik semua, dan keadilan untuk Ahok. Sementara kubu Anies menonjolkan isu pemimpin Muslim santun dan reklamasi pantai. Pada indikator kedua, kubu Ahok dan kubu Anies melakukan kampanye melalui konten yang menarik. Pada indikator ketiga, partisipasi yang dilakukan masyarakat adalah memberikan respon pada postingan akun medsos berupa like, share, dan komentar. Dari ketiga indikator terserbut, isu/kepentingan merupakan indikator paling dominan yang menyebabkan terjadinya politisasi isu pribumi pada Pilkada Jakarta 2017 di medsos.This paper examines the politicization of indigenous issues both of Ahok and Anies factions in the 2017 Jakarta gubernatorial election on social media. The politicization is measured by a threefold indicator: issues/interests, political agenda, and participation. Methodologically, this paper uses qualitative research by applying case study. For data-gathering, Facebook is the primary source to investigate the politicization of both factions on social media. The finding demonstrates three things. First, Ahok faction offers the peaceful election, Jakarta belongs to all and the justice for Ahok. Meanwhile, Anis faction proposes the issues of Muslim leaders and reclamation. Second, both factions fight to campaign through social media to attract society’s belief. Third, the participation conducted by society is responding to both factions’ social media accounts with their like, share, and comments. Among those three indicators, the issue/interest is the dominant indicator causing the politicization of indigenous issues in the 2017 Jakarta Gubernatorial election on social media.

This research discusses animus personality within some female major characters of Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire: A Game of Thrones novel. It is aims to describe the implication of psychological study towards the field of literature. Those female major characters chosen are Arya Stark and Sansa Stark.. The theory applied by the writers in this research is the animus theory developed by Carl Jung. The writers use Carl Jung’s animus stage of development which consists of four stages of development that are The Man of Power, The Man of Action, The Man of Word and The Man of Meaning. The findings of the analysis show that as what Carl Jung believes that animus imprint exists in women’s characters. The difference is only about how far the animus dominated the women itself.

In this study, the researchers aim at describing illocutionary acts and the most frequently found in Anies Baswedan’s speech dealing with Covid-19. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative method to choose the data. The researcher tends to analyze the data using the pragmatic theory specifically a speech act proposed by Searle (1979) delivered by Anies Baswedan. Illocutionary acts can be divided into 5 types, there are representative, declarative, directive, commissive, expressive. Then, the researchers obtained the data from Anies in Mayoral Meeting Cities Against Covid-19 Global Summit 2020 with the clauses as the data analysis. The result shows that there are 102 data found in the video. Then, the dominant number found is representative with the total number 55 (53,9%), then followed by declarative 22 (21,6%), directive 12 (11,8%), expressive 8 (7,8%), and commissive 5 (4,9%). Then, representative one is dominant since the data tends to deliver the message by reporting, stating, describing a phenomenon, Covid-19 as the issue that must be solved. It is concluded that this study is in the line with the theories and the previous studies dealing with the illocutionary act. On the contrary, there is a previous study that contrasts with this study.

Dietary habits amongst the Spanish population are currently a relevant cause for concern, as macronutrient profiles and micronutrient intakes seem to be inadequate and globally moving away from the traditional Mediterranean dietary pattern. However, recent food consumption patterns have not been fully assessed. In the present study, our aim was therefore to describe the current food consumption from the “anthropometric data, macronutrients and micronutrients intake, practice of physical activity, socioeconomic data and lifestyles in Spain” (ANIBES) study population by assessing data defined by age and gender. The ANIBES study is a cross-sectional study of a nationally representative sample of the Spanish population. A three-day dietary record was used to obtain information about food and beverage consumption. The sample comprised 2009 individuals aged 9–75 years, plus a boost sample for the youngest age groups (9–12, 13–17, and 18–24 years, n = 200 per age group). The most consumed food group across all age segments were non-alcoholic beverages followed by milk and dairy products and vegetables. Consumption of cereals and derivatives, milk and dairy products, sugars and sweets, and ready-to-eat meals by children was significantly higher than those by the adult and older adult populations (p ≤ 0.05). Conversely, intakes of vegetables, fruits, and fish and shellfish were significantly higher in adults and older adults (p ≤ 0.05). In order to comply with recommendations, adherence to the Mediterranean dietary patterns should be strengthened, especially amongst younger population groups. Therefore, substantial nutritional interventions may be targeted to improve the Spanish population’s dietary patterns nowadays.

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Identification of fruit and seed characters when they reach physiological maturity is very important to get high qualiy chili seed. The purpose of the research was to study the fruit characters and to determine seed physiologycal maturity of six chili genotipes (Capsicum annuum L.) i.e. Anies 1, Anies 2, Seloka 1, Seloka 2, Seloka 3 and SSP. Characterization was assayed at 32, 35, 38, 41, 44 DAA. Chili seed was taken from two groups of branches, lower branches (2nd-5th branches) and upper branches (6-7th branches). The result revealed that seed physiological maturity was achieved at 38-44 DAA, that was indicated by changes of the fruit color from brown to red (Anies 1) and dark green to red on five others genotipe; maximum seed dry weight, seed viability and vigor. When the seed reached physiological maturity, SSP’s had the longest fruit but fruit diameter and weight, seed number and seed weight per fruit was the lowest. However, SSP seed rendement was the highest. Flowers of lower branches developed faster, their fruits size, seed dry weight, and seed number was significantly higher than the upper branches. Nevertheles the seed viability and vigor was not different between lower and upper branches.</p><p>Keywords: fruit color, seed dry weight, seed viability, seed vigor</p>

Nowadays, information can be conveyed not only through words, but also through images. An image is also a form of one-way communication because, through an image, people can convey the meaning. This study aimed to describe Anies Baswedan�s political cartoons on his first 100 days as a governor. This study employed a qualitative research approach, and the content or document analysis as the research design. The researchers collected and analyzed the data dealing with the relationship between the utterances and Anies� cartoons on his first 100 days as Jakarta�s governor. In analyzing the data, some steps were taken: first, categorizing the sign into icon, symbol, index using a typology of signs; second, interpreting the meaning of the political cartoons; last, drawing conclusions based on the result of the analysis. The study found that the signs in those political cartoons had powerful meanings to convey the aspiration of Indonesian people freely towards Anies� government. Also, the fact that the cartoons were in the forms of images eased the readers in understanding the meanings behind them, and the political cartoons deal with the relationship between visual and verbal signs of cartoons because it will be helpful for the researchers to know about events depicted in those cartoons.The study also offers some potential use of cartoons for language teaching, even though the challenges of employing them are evident.

No entanto, muitas animaes so apenas reprodues do material impresso, sem um uso adequado da tecnologia, sem uma adaptao para o aluno/usurio e no alinhadas s concepes pedaggicas atuais. Este artigo pretende buscar na literatura bases para um procedimento de elaborao de materiais didticos (animaes grficas) conectado s concepes construtivistas por meio da aplicao dos princpios do Design Centrado no Usurio (DCU). Para isso, os autores apresentam reviso bibliogrfica, comparam os princpios das concepes construtivistas de Vygostky e do DCU, e indicam um possvel processo de Design que pode auxiliar na confeco de animaes grficas mais engajadas nas linhas construtivistas e mais prximas dos alunos.

Jakarta 2017 election into the spotlight when Basuki Tjahja Purnama or Ahok allegedly defamed the religion of Islam. In the first round, Agus-Sylvi pair must accept defeat and the couple Ahok-Djarot and Anies-Sandi go to the second round of 2017 Regional Head Election of Jakarta. On April 12, 2017, KPUD DKI Jakarta held the last debate discussing the problems and the exposure of work program which has been diserausn by both candidates based on the hashtag #DebatPilkadaDKI. The purpose of this study is to know the direction of opinion Ahok-Djarot candidates and Anies-Passwords on the hashtag #DebatPilkadaDKI as well as the process of forming public opinion. This research uses three concepts are public opinion, social media twitter, and candidate debate. The paradigm used is positivism, quantitative research, descriptive research type, unit analysis using thematic analysis unit (pro, contra, and neutral categorization), variable definition is public opinion variable and social media twitter, analysis model is content analysis, opinion and social media twitter, population and sample that is random sampling, data collecting technique that is documentation, research instrument is sheet coding, data analysis technique using formula percentage, and validity and reliability of data using inter-coder reliability. The results of this study indicate that the pair Ahok-Djarot opinion direction in the last debate tend to be positive than the couple Anies-Sandi.

In accordance with the second stage of agenda setting Mc Combs that highlighted is attribute. The attribute referred here is indigenous word which refers to the Dutch designation to demean Indonesian citizens, indigenous words discriminate race and ethnicity, indigenous words can divide Indonesian citizens, and indigenous words not worthy of saying.
