On February 15, 2022, the 1146th meeting of the Moscow Society of Dermatovenereologists and Cosmetologists named after A.I. Pospelov took place.
 The meeting was held in a remote format. There were 120 participants in total. Accepted as a member of MSDC 1 person.

Wolf’s isotopic response describes the phenomenon where a new, different skin disorder occurs at the site of a previously healed skin lesion. The most common primary and secondary diseases are herpes zoster and granuloma annulare, respectively. Psoriasis vulgaris is rare as a secondary disease, with only two cases reported. Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-a) inhibitors, are used widely to treat a variety of chronic inflammatory conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of reports of immune-mediated skin diseases, such as lichen planus, psoriasis, granuloma annulare, following the initiation of TNF-a inhibitors. We present a patient with ankylosing spondylitis previously treated with adalimumab who developed vitiligo shortly after switching to etanercept to achieve better control of his joint disease.
