Abstract:
We assume that one of the key reasons is in the difference between a standalone application and a web service. Both architectures have some advantages and disadvantages. The Standalone application (e.g. Nokia/OVI Maps) provides the required functionality. From the user point of view, main asset of this “offline” approach is network connectivity independence. However, this kind of applications must be upgraded manually. Moreover, it is hard to get any data about the application usage because it requires additional actions from the user – data are usually acquired through conventional ways, such as email or web forms. The online service such as Google Maps (including its mobile application) can offer the same functionality as the offline application. Nevertheless, a permanent connection to provider servers is necessary. This can be taken as a drawback. On the other hand, usage data collection is easier and can be done without the user intervention. The data collection provides a valuable analysis basis of the user habits and needs. This analysis is necessary for design of a complex “user” based solutions such as Google Now.Augmented reality applications are usually based on the first mentioned approach. In this article, we describe our model of augmented reality as a service and compare its features with standalone solutions. Further, other important key aspects for large emergence of augmented reality services in a mainstream market are discussed.

Abstract:
The development of the System Architecture of the IT infrastructure focused on the usage of modern Data Centers is considered. The purpose of the research is to develop a strategy for the development of the System Architecture of the IT infrastructure based on the usage of advanced methodologies and concepts of leading manufacturer’s hardware and software. The following principle of IT infrastructure construction is formulated: IT infrastructure architectures define a set of services. IT services are provided to three groups of clients. IT services and clients are connected by 5 implementation scenarios. The integration of IT services is determined by 5 architectures. As IT services, we understand information technologies aimed at maintaining the following elements in technically good condition: network devices, computing equipment, data storage devices, automatic software deployment services, network services, perimeter protection services, directory services, file and print services, data management services, business application services, IT management services, archiving and recovery services, certificate management services, integration services. Architectures define the fundamental principles of building IT services and their relationship. One of the most important architectures is the architecture of software applications. The architecture of software applications is determined by the business needs of the corporation and the approaches, methods of creating applications by a specific developer. It defines the execution environment for applications, mechanisms of communication between applications and components, tools for controlling the application and managing its state, as well as storage for structured and unstructured data types. Tasks of the architecture: to provide an environment for the execution of application components; support dispatching mechanisms for communications between application components; implement tools for monitoring the level of services and diagnosing problems; provide storage of structured and unstructured information. Standardization of the application architecture allows you to minimize costs associated with the support of several types of architectures, each for a specific type of business application.

Abstract:
Cross-platform mobile application development is the pressing priority in today’s world and generation. Developers are enforced to either construct the same application numerous times for various OS (operating systems) or accept a low-quality similar solution that trades native speed and accuracy for portability. Flutter is an open-source SDK for developing high-performance and more reliable mobile applications for operating systems like iOS, Android and even windows [1]. Flutter is Google’s UI toolkit for building beautiful, natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase. Student Service App is an automation which will provide duplicate degree, duplicate marksheet, migration, transcript, provisional degree and document verification services to all registered the Universities. It will provide University services related to academics to its registered students via mobile devices on their finger tips for which they have to be present physically at respective places. It has Service oriented architecture so that it will be integrated to the existing ERP (Web Portal) of the different universities.

Abstract:
AbstractBusinesses are increasingly confronted with server-related problems. More and more, businesses are enabling remote working and need to rely on network services. The provision of network services requires rebuilding the network infrastructure and the way employees are provided with data. Web applications and server services use common dependencies and require a specific network configuration. This often involves collisions between network ports and common dependencies’ configuration. This problem can be solved by separating the conflicting applications into different servers, but this involves the cost of maintaining several servers. Another solution may be to isolate applications with virtual machines, but this involves a significant overhead on server resources, as each virtual machine must be equipped with an operating system. An alternative to virtual machines can be application containerization, which is growing in popularity. Containerization also allows to isolate applications, but operates on the server’s native operating system. This means eliminating the overhead on server resources present in virtual machines. This article presents an example of web application containerization.

Abstract: Emergency calling is fundamental and critical for devices because they must work for Android users while satisfying various carrier and regulatory requirements all over the world. Emergencies can happen anywhere and at any time. The very nature of an emergency is unpredictable and can change in scope and impact. Being prepared and planning ahead is critical to protecting lives, the environment, and property. To overcome problems while facing emergency situations we need a simple and easy application. For this, we create an application that has automatic call and location-sharing services in an emergency situation. This will help us to share the location with our family and nearby hospitals or OPDs and also be useful to the automatic message sending & SOS. For this, we select some famous emergency applications and study them. But some applications are region-based applications And every application has different features. Due to this, it is difficult to use an emergency application in emergency situations. To overcome this problem we develop an application that is not region- based, consists of all features, and is easy to use in any condition.

Abstract:
In the ever-developing field of food delivery services, the " Cross-Platform Application for Food Delivery Services " prototype project brings great solutions to close this gap. The project aims to create a comprehensive and user-friendly platform that perfectly meets the needs and demands of today's customers. With the proliferation of smartphones and the transition to online services and applications, food delivery has become an important part of almost everyone's life, that is, their daily life. However, existing applications often fall short of providing a real and personalized experience, leaving users with varying needs and priorities. The current problem is that existing food delivery applications have limitations or some shortcomings; This is because these apps lack important features like loyalty services, diet filtering for special meals, personalized recommendations and pre-orders or bulk orders. Users are faced with a fragmented experience that does not meet their personal preferences, nutritional needs and other needs. Our prototype aims to define the food app service concept by offering a cross-platform application with missing features. Loyalty services encourage user retention, purchases and reward user loyalty, custom filters help with dietary restrictions, personalized recommendations enhance user experience knowledge, and pre-ordering or multi-ordering streamlines or clarifies restaurant operations and services. The solution is designed to create a comprehensive, user-oriented and technological platform that defines the new online food business model for convenience and people's satisfaction of use. The " Cross-Platform Application for Food Delivery Services " model not only solves the current problems of food delivery services, but also leads to forward-looking innovation in this field. Abstract:
The most used approaches for distributed application integration are based on the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Representational State Transfer (REST) architectural styles. Each is more adequate to a different class of applications and exhibits advantages and disadvantages. This paper not only shows that they are dual architectural styles, SOA oriented towards behavior (services) and REST towards state (structured resources), but also contends that it is possible to combine them to maximize the advantages and to minimize the disadvantages. A new architectural style, Structural Services, is proposed and described. Unlike REST, resources are not constrained to offer a fixed set of operations and, unlike SOA, services are allowed to have structure. To minimize resource coupling, this style uses structural interoperability based on the concepts of structural compliance and conformance, instead of schema sharing (as in SOA) or standardized and previously agreed upon media types (as in REST).

Abstract:
Mobile phone applications have gained tremendous attention over the past few years due to an increase in mobile phone downloads and revenue. However, the more applications are produced, the more applications fail. Mobile application statistics indicate that the main drivers of application failure include high consumer/consumer expectations, inadequate marketing efforts, and technical problems resulting from developers failing to use appropriate methodologies. Some of these applications may not be important, but failures in mobile applications used by civil protection to provide important information in times of crisis, such as location-based services, are not acceptable in any way. This paper provides a framework that uses the Scrum methodology to develop a mobile application to alert citizens to risks and manage the team to improve collaboration, coordination, and communication between the team (s) to get quick feedback from users to address rapid developments in context and achieve desired goals.

. The article discusses the advantages of using geoinformation technologies when creating a mobile application for searching for services and registering a client when ordering a selected service, as well as keeping records of services rendered for an organization providing services. Currently, there are a large number of applications on the software market for solving these problems. However, due to the lack of map services in the app, not all of them are user-friendly. Although the use of map services is optional, they make the application much easier for the end user to use. A good example would be using such an application to find a place to provide services outside the company’s office. The application uses a navigator that automatically builds a route to the place of service. Another example would be the use of map services to collect information about services as well as the quality of services provided. This will further improve the search algorithms in the application, and get the current rating of services

Abstract:
Decentralization and immutability characteristics of blockchain technology has attracted numerous blockchain-based systems and applications to be proposed. However, technical shortcomings such as low transaction speed, complexity, scalability, and vulnerability to certain attacks have been identified, making it challenging to use the technology on general consumer applications and services. To address the problem, we propose a new application service platform architecture called DDNB (Doubly Decentralized Network Blockchain). DDNB divides the system into multiple layers in order to take advantage of permissioned blockchain for its processing speed and security, while allowing permissionless open use of the system to application developers. To allow any node to freely participate in application services, DDNB adopts a novel periodic node self-verification process and query chaining mechanism to authenticate newly joining nodes and validate transactions effectively and efficiently. The proposed architecture is evaluated in terms of its processing speed and security on a real proof-of-concept prototype system.

Abstract: Microservices are emerging as a new computing paradigm which is a suitable complementation of cloud computing. Microservices decompose traditional monolithic applications into a set of fine-grained services which can be independently developed, tested and deployed. In this work we have developed an e-commerce web application using microservices architecture. The drawbacks of monolithic architecture are overcome by microservices in building the e-commerce web application. The web application is developed using MERN stack technology. The services developed in the application are containerized using Docker containers. The containerized services are then managed using Kubernetes which is an orchestration platform. Skaffold is used in the application to sync local code files with the cold files in Docker. The events emitted by services are managed using an event bus called NATS streaming server.

Recently, realistic services like virtual reality and augmented reality have gained popularity. These realistic services require deterministic transmission with end-to-end low latency and high reliability for practical applications. However, for these real-time services to be deterministic, the network core should provide the requisite level of network. To deliver differentiated services to each real-time service, network service providers can classify applications based on traffic. However, due to the presence of personal information in headers, application classification based on encrypted application data is necessary. Initially, we collected application traffic from four well-known applications and preprocessed this data to extract encrypted application data and convert it into model input. We proposed a lightweight transformer model consisting of an encoder, a global average pooling layer, and a dense layer to categorize applications based on the encrypted payload in a packet. To enhance the performance of the proposed model, we determined hyperparameters using several performance evaluations. We evaluated performance with 1D-CNN and ET-BERT. The proposed transformer model demonstrated good performance in the performance evaluation, with a classification accuracy and F1 score of 96% and 95%, respectively. The time complexity of the proposed transformer model was higher than that of 1D-CNN but performed better in application classification. The proposed transformer model had lower time complexity and higher classification performance than ET-BERT.

The aim of this paper is to propose a modeling framework, tailored to build efficient, elastic and autonomous applications from tasks and services. It includes integrated services to develop the software products, reusing on demand in-house services with specific requirements and flexible the representational state transfer (REST) services. The idea is to decouple authorization for reduced service dependency and to provide a possibility for developing the whole application by increasing the existing application flexibility. Based on the fact that there are different web application platforms that serve to offer services to users but they are not integrated; we propose a framework with high flexibility degree, especially integrating the most used services such: e-learning, administrative, and library services, as University services are concern.

Abstract:
Software as a digital product has been shown to improve companies’ performance and efficiency. One product that is now at the core of many businesses is Software as a Service (SaaS). By utilizing cloud computing platforms, SaaS is a method of providing applications as a service. SaaS applications have unique characteristics that can be customized to meet customers’ needs. Hence, SaaS has become suitable for companies of all types and sizes, including small- and medium-sized enterprises. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of customer involvement on the development of SaaS applications and the impact of customer engagement on the co-creation of services, satisfaction, and loyalty, with the co-creation level used as a moderating variable. Data were collected from responses to an online questionnaire by 282 users of a SaaS application in Indonesia who were the decision-makers of the selected SaaS provider. The data were then analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results show that customer involvement in developing SaaS applications significantly positively affects the co-creation of services, satisfaction, and loyalty (t-value > 1.645). Moreover, the level of co-creation was proven to strengthen the impact of customer involvement on the co-creation of services with an interaction Standardize Loading Factor (SLF) path of 1.36. Hence, the findings indicate that higher customer involvement promotes collaborative activities with service providers, and the optimum level of co-creation raises customer satisfaction.

Abstract:
The active development of the mobile platforms sector such as smartphones, smart watches, fitness bracelets and other wearable electronic devices in the last 4 years has caused a huge growth of the market of mobile applications-services. Western countries are actively implementing mobile applications-services for household energy users. In Belarus, there is a positive dynamics in the number of active users of applications-services, every year it is possible to attract 7 % of unique customers. In the present paper the experience of implementation and operation of the mobile application for power systems is analyzed. The dynamics of the market of mobile applications-services has been traced: the amount of time spent by the person in interaction with the device was determined as well as the total expenditure of funds in the application at the moment; also, the growth of expenses within the applications was forecasted. The potential benefits for business and end-users of services from the implementation of mobile applications-services were demonstrated. Their properties, main qualities and advantages over traditional methods of “business – client” interaction are considered. A number of features needed for the successful functioning of the mobile application in the power system of Belarus are identified. The process of creating software for smart devices has been studied and the functionality needed by the mobile application for the power system has been proposed for attracting new users. A special algorithm for the launch and successful “life cycle” of a mobile application has been proposed. It allows to operate and develop mobile applications-services as efficiently as possible, as well as to avoid the most common errors at the stages of their development and launch. The implementation of a mobile application in the power system of the Republic of Belarus, in the long-term, will significantly increase customer loyalty, simplify interaction with users, make it possible to build new models of distribution of electricity, and, consequently, regulate the demand for energy resources.

Abstract:
There are two different enterprise IS architectures, older application architecture and younger service oriented architecture. The application architecture its structural element is a classical web-based application can accept a partial or complex solution of enterprise IS. The first has got problems with data-process-communication integrity disturbing among IS applications. The second is convenient for large enterprises not for small and intermediate. Classical web-based applications are too inflexible to accepted necessary changes concerning a progress in the enterprise market-production environment. The service oriented architecture of IS can be based on enterprise web-services. Computerization of such small and flexible units can be given by classical web-services. There is constructed a new web-based application that plays a structural unit role for service oriented architecture. This application consists of a sequence formed by enterprise web-services calling. Enterprise web-services can easily accept necessary changes concerning a progress in the enterprise market-production environment. That‘s why contemporary younger service oriented architecture seems to be more acceptable for any enterprise than older application architecture.

Abstract:
<p>The tourism sector is one sector that plays an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. Improving services to tourists when traveling with the use of technology is one of the efforts to support the development of tourism in Indonesia. The eCotourism application is a mobile-based application that serves to provide services to tourists such as providing information about tourist locations, lodging locations, culinary locations, and souvenir locations. In addition, in the eCotourism application, several functions can provide services to tourists while traveling, such as a digital guide system using a QR code. However, in the development process, a system is needed that can provide services to the functions and data that exist in the eCotourism application. In this study, the system that will be created is a web service for eCotourism applications where the web service will function as a bridge for the process of exchanging data between eCotourism applications and the database. In addition, the web service that is built is also able to support the functions that exist in the eCotourism application and is multi-platform so that it can be accessed by various application platforms. The architecture used in making the web service is REST (Representational State Transfer Protocol) architecture which uses the HTTP method to process data exchange via URL (Uniform Resource Locator). Making a web service can help eCotourism applications in providing services to tourists when traveling by providing data and existing functions. In addition, making this web service is also able to integrate eCotourism applications with other applications.</p>
