Upon photoexcitation by green light, BR produces a proton gradient across PM, which can be applied to generate photocurrents. Furthermore, PM is very stable and can be two-dimensionally attached to substrates so it can be used as a sensing platform. To elucidate the photocurrent and attachment properties of PM, monolayer PM photoelectric biochips were prepared by avidin/biotin bioaffinity immobilization of PM onto ITO glass and analyzed for the layer-by-layer coa

碩士
國立臺灣師範大學
化學系
93
With the proceeding of Nanotechnology and biomedicine, there is a tendency towards integrating the material science and biotechnology. We could separate the magnetic materials from the biomolecules by the characteristics of their magnetism. As a result, there are numerous literature published related to synthesis and application of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) up-to-now. The thesis demonstrates the organometallic synthesis of FePt MNPs. With the various surfactants and seed-mediated growth methods, we got not only tunable sizes ( about 3 nm ~ 7 nm ) but homogene

Structure and components of alloy or bimetallic nanoparticles due to the profound improvements in many industrial catalytic processes have been found. In this study we prepared the Au-Ag-Pd and Pt-Ru nanoparticles and to investigate their characterization. Dispersed alloy-like Au—Ag—Pd nanoparticles with average diameters of 4.4 ± 1.5 nm have been prepared by laser irradiation of a mixture containing g

By coating or blending process, we prepared coating ADP chitosan nanoparticle, encapsulated ADP chitosan nanoparticle and encapsulated fibrinogen and ADP chitosan nanoparticles. We investigate these prepared particles in particle characterize and in hemostasis functions. The results show that all particles size about 250~300 nm. Coating ADP chitosan nanoparticle have fastest fibrin clotting time and plasma clotting time. Encapsulationed Fibrinogen and ADP chitosan nanoparticle

The encapsulation of guest molecules and nanoscale materials in these supramolecular networks holds promise to tailor their functions for various applications. In this work, adenosine 5’-triphosphate modified porous hollow superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (PHNPs) was served as a scaffold for defining assembly of the amorphous shell from adenine and gold ions.
