Abstract:
Although health psychologists' efforts to understand and promote health are most effective when guided by theory, health psychology has not taken full advantage of theoretical insights provided by evolutionary psychology. Here, we argue that evolutionary perspectives can fruitfully inform strategies for addressing some of the challenges facing health psychologists. Evolutionary psychology's emphasis on modular, functionally specialized psychological systems can inform approaches to understanding the myriad behaviors grouped under the umbrella of “health,” as can theoretical perspectives used by evolutionary anthropologists, biologists, and psychologists (e.g., Life History Theory). We detail some early investigations into evolutionary health psychology, and we provide suggestions for directions for future research.

Abstract:
The importance of legal psychology at the international level has gained ground in the last ten years due to the increase in criminality within the so-called transnational organized crime. Drug trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, femicides, migrant smuggling, and genocide are examples of criminal behavior that crosses borders between countries. The social, cultural, political and economic implications that these antisocial behaviors entail makes it necessary to implement specialized and trained professional teams for the identification and management of criminal profiling, where Legal Psychology as one of the applications of Social Psychology entails a great weight and implies the clear delimitation of its functions and the conceptual theoretical structure that grounds it as a science. The objective of this work is to publicize the importance of this behavioral science in the legal field, dimensioning its characteristics and applications. Highlighting the broad development of forensic psychology, the delimitations of criminological psychology, the overwhelming future of criminal and victimological psychology, and the deficits in the field of judicial and legal psychology are some of the issues that are reflected in this brief historical introduction.

Abstract:
This study aims to explore how organizational psychology principles—specifically motivation, leadership, and organizational culture—can be practically applied to enhance organizational performance. A comprehensive qualitative analysis was conducted through a systematic literature review. The study integrates classical and contemporary theories with empirical case studies to understand the interplay between intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, leadership styles, and cultural attributes. The findings reveal that intrinsic motivators, such as autonomy and personal growth, significantly enhance long-term employee engagement and productivity, while extrinsic motivators, though effective short-term, can undermine intrinsic interest if overemphasized. Transformational leadership fosters positive organizational cultures and drives innovation, contrasting with transactional leadership, which is effective in stable environments. Organizational culture profoundly influences ethical behavior and decision-making. Organizations should adopt a balanced approach integrating both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, develop transformational leadership capabilities, and foster an ethical culture to sustain effectiveness and innovation. These strategies align psychological principles with practical organizational needs, helping to navigate the complexities of modern work environments.

Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is profoundly transforming interdisciplinary domains like dermatology and psychology, providing revolutionary possibilities in the areas of diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. AI-driven solutions in dermatology are improving diagnostic accuracy by analyzing medical photos to identify skin disorders such as melanoma with a level of precision comparable to that of professional dermatologists. These technologies utilize machine learning algorithms that have been trained on extensive datasets to detect minor patterns and anomalies in skin lesions. This enables the early detection of skin conditions and the creation of personalized treatment strategies. Moreover, artificial intelligence (AI) assists in optimizing the efficiency of workflows, minimizing diagnostic inaccuracies, and enhancing the availability of dermatological treatment, particularly in places with limited access to healthcare services. Within the field of psychology, artificial intelligence (AI) has a significant influence. It is utilized to assess individuals' mental well-being by analyzing their text and speech patterns, employing techniques such as natural language processing and sentiment analysis. Artificial intelligence algorithms have the capability to observe and analyze patient interactions, offering immediate and accurate observations regarding emotional states and possible psychological illnesses. The incorporation of AI enables more precise evaluations and prompt actions, enhancing conventional therapeutic methods. In addition, chatbots and virtual therapists that utilise artificial intelligence provide instant assistance and ongoing supervision, thereby extending the accessibility of mental health care. The integration of AI with dermatology and psychology not only improves diagnostic skills and treatment results but also highlights the significance of interdisciplinary collaboration in advancing healthcare. By using artificial intelligence (AI), these industries can utilize data-driven analysis to provide more accurate, tailored, and easily accessible healthcare, thereby enhancing patient results and quality of life.

Abstract:
This paper describes the psychological evaluation of educational multimedia applications, which has the potential to be a new direction for applied psychology, arising as it does at the intersection of multimedia technology, education, and psychology, including general, cognitive, developmental, educational, and personality psychology. The paper analyzes the current situation in the field of educational multimedia, and proposes a framework for psychological evaluation of educational multimedia applications. The proposed approach to psychological evaluation of the quality of educational multimedia products involves the following five dimensions: (1) the individual; (2) the learning approach or model; (3) specific characteristics of multimedia technology; (4) the environment; and (5) the relationship among the previous four dimensions.
