Le gyre subpolaire Nord Atlantique est une région cruciale pour l’océan et le climat. La circulation dans cette région est complexe et fortement influencée par la topographie. Abstract:

A recent court decision prohibits the Arizona Department of Water Resources from enforcing gallons per capita per day standards, a key strategy for regulating municipal water use. A Superior Court ruling stated that the provision of Arizona's Groundwater Management Act's Second Management Plan by which DWR imposes maximum GPCD requirements "is vacated and set aside because it fails to address water utilization by end users." The judge also ordered DWR to pay plaintiff's attorneys' fees of $137,900.

abstract: Scholars have attended to paradoxes inherent in wider public discourse where subordinated groups most affected by laws and sanctions have the least political, material, and rhetorical capital to speak back to them. Such scholarship often focuses either on the subordinated status of a group or the work of subordinated groups going public as part of a collective mass movement for social change. In doing so, scholarship risks undermining the agency of subordinated rhetors or treating mass-movement rhetoric as somehow both exceptional and yet necessary for enacting cultural citizenship.

Abstract:

Von der Professur Montage- und Handhabungstechnik der Fakultät für Maschinenbau der Technischen Universität Chemnitz wird seit 2009 das jährliche Simulationsanwendertreffen SAXSIM organisiert. Ausgewählte Beiträge werden in Form eines Tagungsbandes veröffentlicht. Das 2. Anwendertreffen SAXSIM fand am 27.04.2010 an der TU Chemnitz statt. Erstmals wurde diese Veranstaltung durch einen Mathcad Workshop am 26.04.2010 ergänzt, dessen Beiträge ebenfalls hinterlegt sind.
