Abstract:
In the present paper, one chapter of the Jangar epic, chanted by the famous storyteller, khuurch Rinchin of Inner-Mongolian Baarin origin, is discussed from two main points of view: (1) the spread of Jangar among Mongols not belonging to Oirats and Kalmyks, and (2) how contemporary social circumstances transform the traditional heroic epic into another folkloric genre, i.e. the so-called khuuriin ülger. The chapter ‘Minggan, the Beauty of the World’ told by khuurch Rinchin—discussed here—is well known from other Jangar publications like the ‘Mingyan the Beauty of the World’ (published in the Thirteen Chapters Jangar/Jinggar: Takil ǰula qaγan-u üledel Tangsuγ bumba qaγan-u ači Üǰüng aldar qaγan-u köbegün üye-in önöčin Jingγar-un tuγuǰi arban γurban bölög). The life story of Rinchin and his creative innovation in traditional folklore genres are typical phenomena of the contemporary transitional period in preserving and sustaining folklore genres and performance.

Abstract:
The Geologists& Association has done a valuable service for British geology and for English-speaking geologists outside the British Isles by organizing field excursions and, for or from them, publishing guides. The first GA contribution was a report of a field meeting led by Gregory & Tyrrell (1924). In the 1960s there was a GA series of at least 41 guides covering most field areas in Britain and of these the one by S. I. Tomkeieff (1961) treated Arran. Tomkeieff's guide was brief and was not up to the standard expected of a work concerning this much frequented island. That work may be out of print and this guide appears to be a replacement. McKerrow & Atkins is good value and gives much to think about. Without hesitation, then, the reviewer's advice is that anyone going to Arran should buy it.

Abstract:
The paper continues the discussion about the historical onomastics of Caucasian Albania. The previous article named “Historical Names Albania, Aluank, and Alan in Cross-Cultural Communication” established the existence of a common etymological source of the names Albania, Aluank, and Alans. The present study focuses on toponyms of the western part of the Persian (Sasanian) empire mentioned in the Parthian part of the trilingual inscription on the rock of Ka’ba-ye Zartosht (ŠKZ) near Persepolis (Iran), dating ca. 260–262 CE. The authors propose a corrected reading of the Parthian text of the ŠKZ inscription based on a detailed analysis of the script and existing knowledge about the historical phonology of the Parthian language. They introduce a revised phonetic transcription of the Parthian names for Media, Adiabene, and Caucasian Albania. Particularly interesting is the case of the historical toponym Arran corresponding to (the Caucasian) Albania/Aluank and opposed to the attributing element Alan which appears in the name of the “Gate of the Alans” in the same inscription. The authors explain the reasons for the emergence of the confusing word Ardan in the Parthian text. The graphical difference between the forms Arran and Alan and their cooccurrence within the same text may point to the different etymologies of these words. In this vein, the authors examine the use of the reflexes of the first term in the written languages of Transcaucasia showing the questionability of its Iranian origin and proposing an alternative interpretation based on North Caucasian languages.

Abstract:
Argan oil is extracted from the kernels of argan fruits that have been sun-dried for either a few days or up to several weeks. The influence of the fruit drying time on the quantity, quality, and preservation of solvent-extracted argan oil was compared with press-extracted argan oil. Quantitatively, the time necessary for efficient fruit peeling and the amount of extracted oil were determined with regard to the fruit drying time (0 to 28 days). Argan oil quality was studied using, as markers, moisture content, specific extinction, acid index, peroxide index, fatty acid composition, and Rancimat oxidative stability. Oil from fresh fruit presents a high moisture content, high acidity and peroxide values, and short shelf life. Ten to fourteen days of sun-drying is optimum to obtain high quality argan oil.

Abstract:
For years, in southwestern Morocco, the decline of the argan forest has been accompanied by the concomitant desert encroachment. Preservation of this forest by increasing the economic value of argan tree was proposed twenty years ago, but successful large scale production of certified, high quality argan oil, an edible oil introduced as a functional food, has only been recently achieved. Argan oil is now marketed in most developed countries, despite its elevated price, and protection of the argan forest is now seriously being considered. The aim of this work is to present the recent progress made in argan oil production, the ways explored to commercialize the oil extraction by-products, and recent attempts to use other argan tree parts as part of a long term aim to preserve the argan forest.

Abstract:
At the present stage of development, the musical society has the centuries-long artistic experience. The evolution of educating professionals in the performing sphere has contributed to the creation of musical masterpieces in different genres. The birth and decline of numerous musical styles and trends has led to new requirements for trumpeters and their capabilities. Of course, the development of trumpet playing has always been accompanied by the new techniques and methods aimed at implementing the composer tasks. However, we can often observe the use and borrowing of the same performance techniques and methods aimed at overcoming common difficulties, for example, in academic or jazz music. Modern Ukrainian primary and secondary educational institutions maintain their position to educate narrow specialized trumpeters, while European countries are increasingly frequently raising universal performers. The trumpeters having one-vector performance skills, for example, academic or solely jazz ones, narrow own performance capabilities. It limits their professional performance in their subsequent solo and orchestral practices. This suggests the need to create the methods for training special universal skills for trumpeters, which will expand their capabilities and ensure the ability to play different music. The article explores the universal performances abilities of a modern trumpeter. The capabilities and skills are singled out, combinations of which allow the trumpeter to master the professional performance of both academic and pop-jazz works. The classification of techniques and skills laying the foundation for broad specialization and professional experience of a trumpeter is proposed. The characteristic of the technological component of the universal trumpet skills is provided. Based on the research of scientific explorations and practical achievements of modern trumpeters, a list of the masters is specified, who are the bearers of universal abilities, the names and achievements of these professionals are presented in the article. Background. By analyzing and comparing the researches and publications of some authors, we distinguish the components that can provide the trumpeter with a universal ability to work with academic and pop-jazz material. The education of modern trumpeter specialists is based on the scientific and methodological works of the leading specialists: J. Arban, E. Bolvin, S. Watterman, I. Gishka, K. Gordon, T. Dokschitzer, K. Caruso, G. Clarke, Ch. Colin, D. Muedinov, H. Orvid, J. O’Neill, O. Stepurko, etc. Each author uses his own methods aimed at gaining or developing some particular practical skills of the trumpeter. However, such works are characterized by a clear orientation, which is projected solely on academic or pop-jazz specifics. The works of J. Arban, G. Clarke, T. Dokschitzer are devoted to the development of solely academic features of the performing musician, while S. Watterman, E. Bolvin, J. O’Neill and O. Stepurko take care of the jazz image of their fans. Thus, a completely newest step in the trumpet art would be a creation of a fundamentally new methodological concept in formation of specialists that would be based on production of symbiosis patterns and combination of universal skills in playing the academic and pop-jazz music. Objectives. The purpose of the paper is to distinguish and study the universal performer skills of the trumpeter, which will allow using the experience of a specialist in academic and pop-jazz art work in many various aspects. Methods. The following methods of research have been used in the paper: historical – when reviewing the methods and algorithm of training trumpeters in Ukraine and in the world; comparative – when analyzing and comparing the well-known theoretical works on the method of teaching playing the trumpet; empirical – when analyzing the thoughts expressed by prominent performing trumpeters and educators having the universal capabilities of academic and pop-jazz performances; inductive and deductive – when studying the issue on acquiring universal performance skills that will expand the specialization of the trumpeter and promote mastering the skill of performing academic and pop-jazz works. Results. At the beginning of the paper, we have considered the concepts of universal skills and performances of trumpeters. The achievements of the most prominent performing musicians having the universal capabilities of playing academic and pop-jazz music have been distinguished. The main part of the paper studies the process of acquiring universal skills by the trumpeter, which is defined as: 1) experience, and 2) technology. In our opinion, the basis of professional experience of the trumpeter’s universal art is: a) fluency in traditional and non-traditional techniques of playing the trumpet; b) practicing the different styles of music and performance; c) experience in improvisation and arrangement. The final part of the paper provides a list of universal skills of the trumpeter: a) the endurance of the lips muscles; b) the knowledge of the articulation and fingering combination theory; c) the use of high-tone sound focus and epithelium muscles flexibility control; d) the manipulation of the sound tone; e) the technique of playing the extreme limits of the range; e) the skill of long-term playing in the extreme limits of the high pitch sound-dynamic zone. Conclusions. Musicians-trumpeters, working in a narrow specialization, understand well that the level of performance technology has grown so fast in the recent years that performers should seek alternative methods to master it. Nowadays, the trumpet performing art needs new ideas for its improvement and development. Therefore, when educators-trumpeters base their school on the narrow specialization skills, i.e. performance in academic or pop-jazz manner, the music industry lacks valuable professionals. Thus, we have outlined the need to expand the mastering of the trumpeter’s special skills, which will allow performers acquiring a wide range of skills, achieving mastery and showing themselves in a wide range of orchestral and ensemble groups. The universal skills, considered herein, should be recommended for the trumpeters to introduce into their own system of personal training. Skilfully mastering them, the trumpeter will open the world of new performance opportunities.

Abstract:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model is the main-stream access control model. When addressing large-scale and distributed application, the highest Security Administrator(SA) of RBAC model always try to transfer his management authority to his inferior SAs to decrease his workload. However, How to ensure that these inferior SAs perform their management authorities legally is a big problem. Although there are a technology framework of administrative RBAC model, named ARBAC97, the supervise mechanism and audit mechanism on the utilization of transferred authorities is incomplete in RBAC model. In this research, an audit-integrated ARBAC (au-ARBAC) model is presented. In the au-ARBAC model, a right and liability mechanism has been set up, an audit role is defined and auditing permission is assigned to this role. At the same time, we put forwards two types basic audit business: routine audit and accident audit. As to accident audit, a decision process for division of responsibility is designed to clarify the responsibility of wrongdoer SAs. The Au-ARBAC model can help to improve the Consciousness of authorization responsibility and to perform their management authorities responsibly and legally.

Abstract:
AbstractSince the pioneering paper by Emenau (1956) there have been many attempts (cf. Masica 1976, 2001; Ebert 2001; among many others) to select areal features which are shared among languages spoken in South Asia. However, there has been little consent on the number of such features and the possible direction of their spread. In this paper we are focusing on two selected isoglosses, namely alignment and constituent order. Both of them have been used to define the Indo-Aryan linguistic area: alignment is one of the key elements to distinguish western from eastern Indo-Aryan (Peterson 2017) and word order is one of the innovations which differentiates some of the “Outer” languages from “Inner” Indo-Aryan languages (Zoller 2017: 15).This article focuses on two languages which are said to determine these isoglosses: Awadhi and Kashmiri. Our study of Awadhi shows that the isogloss delineating ergative or accusative case marking zones is situated in the area where the so-called Eastern Hindi dialects (among them Awadhi) are spoken. As we will demonstrate, this specific isogloss is substantially supported by diachronic evidence. The second language under consideration, namely Kashmiri, is an example of an “Outer” language with a quite stable V2 feature. Both Awadhi and Kashmiri are compared with Pahari, a language branch which functions as a link between the two of them. Our comparison of Kashmiri with certain Western Pahari Himachali languages shows that there is no clear borderline between two language groups supported by word order. We conclude from these case studies that the study of isoglosses is by definition a study of fluid boundaries, and qualitative, historical studies of one language can prove or disprove hypotheses based on synchronic similarities between languages.
