The aim of this bachelor thesis is variant design and assessment of loadbearing structure of steel footbridge over I/11 route. Main superstructure will have two steel arched beams joined with lower orthotropic deck using suspenders in the „V“ shape. For assessment of superstructure a three-dimensional structural computational model was created in software Dlubal RFEM 5.20. The span of the footbridge is 48,71 m, free width is 4 m, height is 7,5 m. The subject of this master’s thesis is the design and assessment of footbridge in Železný Brod across the Jizera river. The preliminary assessment contains 3 different variants of footbridges. Based on the multi-criteria analysis will be chosen the most suitable type for detailed design. Detailed static analysis contains assessment of the main load-bearing parts of the structure including joints. The length of span is 60,0 m and the width of passage is 2,5 m. The structure is made of steel class S355 and S460.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a bridge in Most. It bridges the railway line and the river Bílina. Three possible variants have been proposed. One of the variants has been selected and further elaborated. The solved variant was an arc with a suspended pre-stressed bridge beam. The supporting element is a reinforced concrete backbone. Master's thesis addresses the design and assessment of the load bearing structure of the shopping gallery. The building is designed as a three-storey rectangular plan with a flat roof. The structure is composed of steel frames and composite steel and concrete slabs. There are proposed two possible solutions - variant with a flat roof and direct central gallery, a reinforced rigid steel frames and a variant with a cupola roofed circular inner atrium, solidified with rods.

Diploma´s thesis is about timber structure of footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the Slatina river in the city of Zvolen as cast of alternatives. In the first alternative is footbridge designed as a simple arched beam, made of glued laminated timber. Footbridge is also designed with semi through bridge deck, made of structural timber. The second alternative is designed as a tied arch structure. At this alternative is the bridge deck left unchanged(material, sizes of members). Both alternatives are attested by currents standarts.
