Abstract:
The article looks at some aspects of Yugoslav-Italian economic relations from the end of the First World War to the beginning of the Great Depression. Those relations were not always driven by pure economic interests, but they also had political and strategic aims. Although Yugoslav-Italian political and diplomatic relations were well served in both Serbian/Yugoslav and Italian historiography, little has been written about economic relations between the two countries. Therefore, the article is mainly based on the documents from the Central State Archives (Archivio centrale dello Stato) and Historical-Diplomatic Archives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Archivio storico-diplomatico del Ministero degli Affari Esteri) in Rome, as well as from the Archives of Yugoslavia (Arhiv Jugoslavije) in Belgrade.

Este trabajo actualiza y amplía el conocimiento sobre la cofradía de Nostra Dona de Montserrat de Roma, fundada en 1506. Reconstruye sus características y las de la comunidad que la compuso durante la etapa inicial. Focaliza en quiénes se encargaron de su gobierno, proporcionando datos biográficos y analizando su repercusión en el desarrollo del patrimonio. Para ello se ha realizado una consulta detallada de los testimonios documentales conservados en el Archivo de la Obra Pía –Establecimientos Españoles en Italia, en diálogo con la bibliografía existente y con otras fuentes procedentes del Archivio Storico Capitolino di Roma, Archivio di Stato di Roma y Archivio Segreto Vaticano. El objetivo es contribuir a una mejor comprensión de la evolución de estas instituciones y de la comunidad de la Corona de Aragón en Roma, así como confirmar su relevancia en el contexto sociocultural romano y mediterráneo.

Abstract:
Il saggio fornisce un'introduzione storica sul saggio di Emanuele Ciaceri, La festa di Sant'Agata e l'antico culto di Iside in Catania, edito sull'«Archivio Storico per la Sicilia Orientale» nel 1905 e riproposto in questo fascicolo. Ne vengono ricostruite le linee interpretative e le fonti utilizzate, così come l'impatto storiografico. L'indagine dello studioso siciliano rimane una lezione di mestiere, per le raffinate competenze filologiche, storiche e archeologiche messe in campo nell'elaborazione della sua tesi sulla festa etnea. Sicuramente il suo orientamento conservatore, che si concretizzerà più avanti nell'adesione al fascismo, ne ha condizionato in termini ideologici l'orizzonte teorico, determinando in larga misura i risultati delle sue ricerche.

Nel presente contributo l'autore indaga sulle fonti conservate negli archivi italiani (Archivio di Stato di Siena, Archivio centrale dello Stato, Roma, Archivio dell'Ufficio storico dello Stato Maggiore dell'esercito) relative ai crimini di guerra commessi nella provincia di Siena nel biennio 1943-1944 dalle forze armate tedesche e repubblicane. I crimini cosě individuati sono stati suddivisi in base alla tipologia di appartenenza (omicidio, ferimento, stupro, rastrellamento, danneggiamento di proprietŕ privata e pubblica, requisizione di beni privati e pubblici) e in modo diacronico, secondo tre fasi. La prima fase include i crimini commessi dal settembre 1943 al marzo 1944, nella quale č protagonista la violenza fascista; la seconda fase comprende i rastrellamenti antipartigiani svoltisi nel marzo del 1944; la terza, i crimini commessi durante la ritirata tedesca nell'estate del 1944. I dati raccolti hanno ricostruito l'intreccio di violenze e politica di sfruttamento al quale concorsero non solo le forze armate tedesche, ma anche quelle della Repubblica sociale italiana.

Abstract:
The author of polish origin, sets the political determinants of Moldovan Csango identity in a historical perspective. Her study’s outcome is based on her documentation work made in the Vatican Secret Archives (Archivio Segreto Vaticano) as well as at the Saint Congregation for Evangelization (Archivio Storico della Congregazione per l”Evanghelizazzione dei Popoli), till now a missing body of documents within csango studies. In her paper the author focuses on the political forces that affected identity change among the Csangos, embracing the period from 1860 to 1916. The insightful conclusion of the study unravells a Vatican who’s worries for it’s own influence in an orthodox country like Romania, though aware of its subjects true needs, make it accept conditions set by the Romanian Government, and with it’s own catholicism-disseminating actions finally contributed to the linguistic, religious and cultural „meeting process” of both the Csango and Romanian population

The four brief papers following below continue the line of reports on the archival finds of the Western migrants to the Genoese overseas colony of Caffa from outside Liguria in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, previously published in Archivio Storico Messinese,1 Rassegna Storica Salernitana,2 Studi Piemontesi,3 Studi veneziani,4 and Atti della Società Ligure di Storia Patria.5 The main sources researched for these studies are Caffae Massariae – the public books of accounts of the treasury of the Commune of Caffa drawn by the officers called massarii. These officers were annually rotated and sent from metropolis (Genoa) to its colony (Caffa). Caffae Massariae reflect money transactions and operations of the treasury in the double-entry bookkeeping system. The sources are stored in the archival section of the Bank of Saint George.6 Since Caffae Massariae quote (directly or indirectly) all those city inhabitants, who did with the administration any kind of financial transaction, they reflect the main flows of Latin migration from the West to the overseas Eastern colonies.

Tale strumento si compone di tre parti: introduzione storico- istituzionale, storico-archivistica e metodologica; schedatura analitica del fondo; indice dei nomi di persona e di famiglia, di località e delle istituzioni. Nella parte introduttiva è stato analizzato in particolare il contesto storico-istituzionale in cui ha operato il comune di Padova durante il primo trentennio del XX secolo e le vicende dell'archivio civico in quegli anni.

Questo elaborato si propone di regestare le delibere della Giunta Municipale di Padova prodotte tra gli anni 1868 e 1875. Il lavoro è stato suddiviso in tre parti: la prima parte, finalizzata a introdurre il lavoro di schedatura, ha come obiettivo quello di inquadrare il contesto storico-istituzionale e storico-archivistico del Comune di Padova specificatamente agli anni presi in considerazione, e di definire i criteri metodologici adottati per regestare le deliberazioni della Giunta. Nella seconda parte viene esposto il lavoro di schedatura: questo in parte è stato da me corretto e rivisto (fino al 1872 infatti era stato redatto da altri studiosi) e in parte da me compilato in toto (per il periodo che va dal 1872 al 1875). Nella terza parte è stato stilato un indice dei luoghi e persone citati nelle schede per consentire un rapido reperimento delle informazioni. In tal senso, all’interno del Database utilizzato per la schedatura, è stato proposto anche la connessione tra il singolo verbale o delibera e l’immagine del supporto, digitalizzata in formato .PDF.

Abstract:
Historical research of archival sources of the territoty of the district of Conegliano Valdobbiadene is aimed at the reconstruction of the landscape documentary. An approach of this kind is a possible instrument of territorial development in a broader perspective. The nominations for Unesco World Heritage Site has been its inspiration. Research and identification of all historical sources preserved in the archives of the state, and the Archivio di Stato di Venezia especially, has allowed the general description of each archival collection for the contextualization of the territory for the purposes of an economic history of the landscape.
La ricerca storica delle fonti archivistiche del territorio del distretto di Conegliano Valdobbiadene è finalizzata alla ricostruzione documentaria del paesaggio agrario. Un approccio di questo tipo rappresenta uno strumento possibile di valorizzazione territoriale in una prospettiva più ampia. La candidatura a Patrimonio dell'Umanità UNESCO ne è stata l'ispirazione. La ricerca e l'individuazione di tutte le fonti storiche conservate presso gli Archivi di Stato e, di Venezia in particolare, ha consentito la descrizione generale di ciascun fondo archivistico per la contestualizzazione del territorio allo scopo di una storia economica del paesaggio.

Abstract:
In questa tesi viene descritto l’Archivio storico del Dipartimento di Astronomia di Bologna e, in particolare, la costruzione e presentazione del nuovo sito web ad esso dedicato. La particolarità del progetto consiste nel fatto che si tratterà del primo sito di un archivio astronomico a consentire l’accesso dell’utente alle digitalizzazioni di molti dei documenti in esso presenti. La problematica analizzata è quella di produrre un inventario d’archivio completo e facilmente consultabile e ricercabile online e di una controparte digitale per i documenti che contiene. Si è voluta dare una panoramica del lavoro svolto finora, descrivendo tutte le fasi del progetto, a partire dal completamento del riordino dell’archivio, la produzione dell’inventario e la digitalizzazione delle carte, fino ad arrivare alla scelta dell’approccio informatico più adatto a valorizzare le particolarità dell’archivio e la costruzione di un nuovo sito web. Il progetto finale è in evoluzione, ma è ora possibile effettuare la consultazione online dell’intero inventario dell’archivio ed eseguire una ricerca per stringa fino alle sottoserie (o buste) che contengono l’argomento di interesse; il che fino ad ora era possibile solo su una parte dell’archivio. È inoltre possibile visualizzare le digitalizzazioni di una larga parte dei documenti in esso contenuti. Il progetto sviluppato in questa tesi prevede di poter affinare in seguito la ricerca fino ai singoli documenti e di ampliare la galleria di digitalizzazioni ai restanti documenti.

Abstract:
La ricerca indaga il tema dell'archivio di impresa come progetto culturale e come strumento di produzione. L'archivio è analizzato nella prospettiva degli Studi di moda e delle pratiche del Fashion design, e approfondisce la case history dell'archivio storico Versace. L’Archivio Versace è un patrimonio ricchissimo di idee, informazioni e documenti importanti non solo per la azienda ma rilevanti a livello italiano e internazionale, così come la storia del progetto Versace che tiene insieme fashion design, fotografia, cultura pop, produzione per il teatro e pratiche curatoriali nella moda attraverso le mostre, le pubblicazioni e i progetti editoriali realizzati in oltre quarant’anni. La tesi si articola in tre capitoli. Il primo si concentra sull’analisi degli snodi fondamentali che si sviluppano attorno all’archivio, evidenziando come il movimento centripeto e centrifugo che lo caratterizza intercetti alcune specificità della moda. Il secondo capitolo declina queste stesse caratteristiche nell’ambito del museo d’impresa, dove le problematiche dell’archivio sono guardate rovesciando il punto di vista: patrimonio aziendale e fulcro di strategie di innovazione e comunicazione del marchio, in un’ottica di brand heritage. Infine, il terzo capitolo tratta dall’interno il caso studio dell’archivio storico Versace. Nato come progetto del dipartimento “Information Technology” dell’azienda nel 2011, si è sviluppato nell’istituzione nel 2015 di un “Heritage department” dedicato allo studio, alla conservazione e alla valorizzazione dell’archivio, oltre che alla gestione di moltissime attività che riattivano i materiali d’archivio nelle pratiche di fashion design e in quelle di comunicazione.L’Archivio Versace è un patrimonio ricchissimo di idee, informazioni e documenti importanti non solo per la azienda ma rilevanti a livello italiano e internazionale, così come la storia del progetto Versace che tiene insieme fashion design, fotografia, cultura pop, produzione per il teatro e pratiche curatoriali nella moda attraverso le mostre, le pubblicazioni e i progetti editoriali realizzati in oltre quarant’anni. Un punto fondamentale dell’analisi condotta nel terzo capitolo è l’analisi dell’esperienza della mostra Gianni Versace. L’abito per pensare, curata da Nicoletta Bocca e Chiara Buss al Castello Sforzesco di Milano nel 1989. Le schede di catalogazione degli oggetti e dei materiali esposti in quella mostra, sono state considerate come riferimento per lo studio degli oggetti dell’archivio e per l’elaborazione di modelli di schede di catalogazione e conservazione create insieme al team di restauro tessile delle Galleria degli Uffizi-Museo della Moda e del Costume di Palazzo Pitti. La mostra del 1989 al Castello Sforzesco, si rivela ancora oggi un esempio importantissimo di approccio specifico e scientifico allo studio della moda, precisando anche come il dispositivo della mostra di moda si configuri come strumento di indagine, analisi e riflessione progettuale e apra a considerazioni su come raccontare la moda, le sue storie, i suoi oggetti e le relazioni tra questi. In senso più ampio, lo studio degli archivi aziendali, della storia culturale e materiale degli oggetti in essi contenuti, l’analisi delle tecniche di manifattura e delle strategie di brand heritage, offrono infinite soluzioni da rimettere in circolo, producendo valore e innovazione e possono costituire le basi di una riflessione condivisa tra ricerca accademica, ricerca creativa, pratiche del design, ambiti produttivi, tracciando traiettorie che indicano possibili sinergie tra università e industria.

Laureanda: Gallo Lidia 839661 Titolo tesi: Archivio storico del comune di Due Carrare (PD): inventario analitico dei fondi “Congregazione di Carità ed Ente comunale di assistenza – ECA” dei comuni soppressi di Carrara Santo Stefano (1867-1979) e Carrara San Giorgio (1891-1979) L’elaborato qui presentato è la realizzazione di un inventario dei fondi archivistici “Congregazione di Carità poi Ente comunale di assistenza - ECA” dei due comuni soppressi di Carrara Santo Stefano e Carrara San Giorgio, che si sono unificati nel 1995 dando vita all’odierno comune di Due Carrare (PD). Nell’archivio storico del comune di Due Carrare sono perciò confluiti gli archivi dei precedenti due comuni. L’archivio è attualmente in fase di riordino e inventariazione. I due fondi “Congregazione di Carità poi Ente comunale di assistenza - ECA” dei comuni di Santo Stefano e San Giorgio fanno parte dell’archivio comunale come archivi aggregati, non erano mai stati schedati né riordinati; da qui è partita l’idea di realizzarne l’inventario. L’inventario è uno strumento descrittivo che si realizza alla fine di un processo di riordino, permette di orientarsi all’interno delle singole unità che compongono il fondo e consente la ricostruzione della struttura dell’archivio nella sua organizzazione originaria. Esso è composto da tre parti:  introduzione, in cui si ricostruisce la storia istituzionale dell’ente produttore, si da conto delle vicende accorse all’archivio nel corso del tempo e si presenta la metodologia di lavoro seguita;  sezione descrittiva (schedatura archivistica);  indice dei nomi di persone e famiglie, località, istituzioni e cariche e cose notevoli, strumento assolutamente indispensabile per facilitare la ricerca di informazioni all’interno della schedatura. Rispettando questa tripartizione, il lavoro che è stato fatto si compone di:  introduzione generale, in cui si ricostruisce la storia dei due comuni di Carrara Santo Stefano e San Giorgio, delle due Congregazioni di Carità, dei due Enti comunali di assistenza e dei loro relativi archivi; infine si spiega il metodo utilizzato per la realizzazione del riordino e dell’inventariazione;  schede archivistiche: ogni fondo “Congregazione di Carità poi Ente comunale di assistenza” è stato a sua volta diviso in due sub-fondi, rispettivamente “Congregazione di Carità” ed “Ente comunale di assistenza”, ognuno dei quali composto da tre serie: Gestione amministrativa, Gestione assistenziale e Gestione contabile;  indice dei nomi di persone e famiglie, località, istituzioni e cariche e cose notevoli. Grazie alla redazione dell’inventario si è potuta ricostruire una panoramica dell’assistenza effettuata nel territorio dei due comuni dal 1867 al 1978 circa, sottolineando diversità ed affinità. Il punto d’arrivo della realizzazione di questo mezzo di corredo è comunque quello di dare la possibilità di consultazione e di ulteriore studio dei documenti contenuti nell’archivio.

Abstract:
Il presente lavoro si propone di approfondire e testare, utilizzando strumenti della Geomatica, moderne modalità di documentazione di un Bene Culturale, nello specifico un oggetto architettonico, quale il Grand'Arco di Ingresso alla Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, situato a Milano, ed il relativo materiale archivistico conservato oggi a Fontanelice (Bo). La ricerca condotta nasce dalla richiesta dell'ente "Archivio Museo Giuseppe Mengoni - Centro studi per l'architettura - Centro documentazione Valle del Santerno", ubicato a Fontanelice, di migliorare la fruibilità dell’immenso patrimonio di documenti progettuali conservato relativo all’Arco progettato da Giuseppe Mengoni, e la condivisione del sapere ad esso annesso. Si è voluto strutturare un percorso conoscitivo ed un approccio metodologico multi-fase e multi-disciplinare, applicabile sia al restante materiale presente in archivio, sia ad altri casi di studio simili. L'elaborato si divide in tre parti: - la prima, legata alla ricerca storico-conoscitiva dell'oggetto indagato, dell'ingegnere-architetto che sviluppò il progetto e del luogo di conservazione del materiale archivistico; - la seconda, finalizzata all'inquadramento generale delle tecniche geomatiche atte alla documentazione dei Beni Culturali, approfondendo gli aspetti teorici della fotogrammetria digitale, tecnica applicata per il rilievo sia dell’Arco sia del materiale archivistico; - la terza, atta alla definizione della miglior soluzione per soddisfare la richiesta dell'Archivio Storico, quindi la descrizione delle fasi operative del rilievo e di elaborazione dati, fino all’ottenimento del risultato finale, consistente in un sistema digitale su piattaforma GIS di archiviazione e consultazione della documentazione archivistica, del patrimonio documentario; a questo si affianca, e potrà in futuro interfacciarsi, un modello digitale tridimensionale dell’Arco.

Abstract:
Storytelling presented in digital archives can provide indigenous communities with a voice needed to tell stories and thus enhance the society’s understanding for that community. The objective was to evaluate a digital archive prototype from a perspective of rendering Sami stories and storytelling. This was done by collecting data with the method Research through Design where a prototype was designed and demonstrated in two steps to the indigenous people of Scandinavia known as the Sami people. The findings suggest that the prototype can render Sami storytelling to some extent but that digital archives, in regard to indigenous cultures, must be designed with sensitive ethicalities in mind. These digital archives must also be designed so that immersive stories can be rendered whilst also providing the indigenous people the right to be prosumers in order to provide them the empowerment to own their own culture. These issues and future research are discussed in the paper.

Il lavoro di ricerca proposto si colloca nel campo delle Digital Humanities, ed ha come oggetto principale un complesso architettonico, il Monastero dei Benedettini di San Nicola l Arena di Catania. Di esso si propone la rappresentazione attraverso le tecnologie semantiche, al fine di potere indagare le relazioni tra uomini, luoghi e testi che ne hanno caratterizzato il contemporaneo cantiere di recupero guidato dall architetto Giancarlo De Carlo. Lo strumento qui fornito, l Ontologia del Monastero dei Benedettini, si pone come base di partenza per metodologie di sperimentazione di semantica dei luoghi , indispensabile per cogliere le dinamiche sociali storicizzate. Grazie alla semantica dei luoghi è possibile cogliere le tensioni del suo passato più recente, quello del suo recupero, a supporto dei processi di restauro e riuso. La ricerca qui presentata è introdotta da un ampia rassegna sulle metodologie informatiche in ambito umanistico e sulle interazioni uomo-macchina, oltre che un necessario approfondimento sulle tecnologie legate al web semantico. L occasione fornita dal lavoro di ricerca ha permesso di incrementare un recente filone di studi che non riguarda solo le vicende storiche del Complesso ma soprattutto quelle legate al suo riuso come sede universitaria e bene pubblico per la città di Catania.

The article consists of two intertwined sections. In the first, I intend to reconstruct the processes of political and social transformation that took place in Lucca under the actions of Bishops Berengar (837-843) and Ambrose (843-852): foreigners appointed in succession by the Court. In order to do this, I will take the viewpoint offered by the numerous private charters preserved in the Archivio Storico Diocesano of Lucca. Secondly, I will present the first results of a study on the manuscripts of the same period preserved there – an heritage not yet fully explored and appreciated. I will focus in particular on the most-recently entered text in ms 490: the so-called Dicta Gelasii papae. It was written in a Carolingian hand that Armando Petrucci has compared to that of Bishop Berengar. The text constitutes an exceptional insight into the turmoil that animated the sacred palace after the «penitential reform» of 813, and which spread throughout the Empire within a general movement of correctio.

Chapter 2 brings together several strands of analysis which, together, produce an argument about both official archives and the representation of archives or archival material in works of fiction. Beginning with a narrative about the Parisian police archives on October 17, this chapter charts the archives’ slow road to declassification and the various obstacles that have led to the persistent belief that the machinations of the French state make it impossible to ever fully know their contents. The second section operates in two modes: ethnographically, detailing the author’s own experience of consulting the freshly declassified police archives, and hermeneutically, that is, in the manner of literary critic, offering typological assessments and interpretations of the archival material itself. The final sections of this chapter connect the archive to the anarchive, demonstrating that the latter stages its own archive stories—narratives about the provenance of the archive, its history, and its effect on its user—by foregrounding the subjective experience of characters (researchers, detective, scholars, reporters) who work in, against, or in the absence of archives.

This chapter demonstrates that some intimate biographical acts are designed as archival projects to be mined later. It suggests that compilers of intimate archives, such as Radclyffe Hall, his long-time partner Una Troubridge, alongside her lover Evguenia Souline prioritize future researchers over midcentury readers. This chapter focuses on Ann Cvetkovich's notion of the “archive of feelings” and further proposes that some queer feminist life stories were intentionally left incomplete—even unwritten. The chapter concludes with a substantial engagement with Sylvia Townsend Warner's late-career life writing. Claiming that the archive of her partnership with Valentine Ackland could not be published without a safe margin for everyone to be dead in. Warner spent years after Ackland's death assembling an intimate archive of their literary life together. Like Troubridge and Souline's letters, Warner's archive was intentionally assembled, collated, annotated, and saved for a more generous future audience.

E-mail: giancarlo.salamone@uniroma1.it Keywords (3-5): Restructuring, Rome, Trastevere, process, reading method, tools, analysis in urban morphology Conference topics and scale: Tools of analysis in urban morphology Trastevere, the only area of the historic center of Rome (together with the Vatican / Borgo complex) located on the right side of the Tiber river, shows a morphological structure that depends on the pre-existing substrate, both road that typological, which was modified during the post-unity period by the establishment of the Tiber fronts and, above all, by the opening of Viale Trastevere. In the way of thinking about urban morphology as a scalar product of the factors that influence each other, in particular building typology, local structure, overall structure and territory, and that contribute together to generate an organism, it is therefore possible to read this part of the historical center as the last product, but not definitive, of a "process". The reading method on the consolidated structure, later renovated in a post-unification era, is based on the analysis of the most abundant building typology and on the permanence and derivations of local typological processes that led to the formulation of the “line house” in nineteenth-century line, the predominant building type of roman expansion in nineteenth-twentieth century. The reading of the restructuring, understood as synchronic action on the historical center, has been implemented instead by the analysis of synchronic variations at “line house” through the research of all projects registered for the edification of each block. Thus we can see how the blocks resulting from the transformation, in the logic of a restructuring "contromaglia" like the one for the opening of Viale Trastevere, will be the result of the disconnection of the existing blocks in which the building type adopted has had to adapt to a lower return situations: a reading of a synchronic action on a diachronic process that gives us the modern morphological apparatus. Historical research report on the external architectural surfaces of the fortress of San LeoThe hinterland of Rimini is characterized by the presence of many castles, but the fortress of San Leo is certainly the most representative because of its position and the different constructive contributions that over time have updated its appearance and military functions. Cited by Dante and Machiavelli for the impervious nature on which it stands, its origin dates back to the early Middle Ages. It was rehashed following the imprint of Francesco di Giorgio Martini in the fifteenth century, restored by Giuseppe Valadier at the end of the eighteenth century and converted to a prison in 1631. A peculiarity that makes the studies on the fortress of San Leo absolutely interesting is the treatment of the external architectural surfaces of which there is ample documentation in the historical archives and of which there are multiple uses in the various areas of the factory; the research aims to offer useful knowledge for the subsequent conservation and restoration project. The theme, completely original, arises from indirect investigations of a documentary and iconographic nature, conducted at the State Archives of Pesaro, Florence, Rome, the Central State Archive and the Vatican Secret Archive, which repeatedly refer in the accounting of works, starting from the seventeenth century, the execution of plasters executed outside the monument. The interpretative tension of the archival documents and the drawings continued by looking for a direct comparison between historical information and materiality of the fortress, in order to identify a correspondence between historical data and constructive reality. It emerges clearly that the external surfaces of many parts of the fortress were treated and finished with plaster since its origins, probably due to the exposure to atmospheric agents; therefore a rethinking of what is reported in the literature is necessary both in terms of interpretative profile of the fortress, and about how its image was perceived over the centuries.

Il progetto d’informatizzazione del Catasto Gregoriano Urbano di Roma è stato avviato circa dieci anni fa, grazie a un finanziamento della Fondazione Cariplo, ed è ora nella sua fase conclusiva. Il progetto è stato realizzato dal Dipartimento di Studi Urbani dell’università di Roma Tre, dall’Archivio di Stato di Roma, dalla Sovrintendenza Capitolina e dall’Archivio Capitolino e l’attività di ricerca ha permesso di ricostruire l'immagine urbana ed archeologica della Roma preunitaria e post-unitaria. Le mappe del Catasto Gregoriano e i relativi brogliardi costituiscono la base del Sistema Informativo Geografico (GIS) al quale sono stati collegati altri documenti cartografici e documentali: la pianta di Roma di G.B. Nolli del 1748; un consistente numero di schede relative a documenti di archivio in materia di architettura urbana e archeologia; documenti iconografici sulla architettura della città storica. Il progetto intende conseguire un duplice obiettivo: realizzare un sistema informativo geografico in grado di contenere, gestire e divulgare i dati sulla città storica provenienti da fonti diverse; creare uno strumento web a carattere partecipativo e didattico destinato ad un’ampia platea di utenti e non solo a ricercatori e studiosi del settore. La piattaforma web e la banca dati geografica sono state integralmente realizzate con prodotti e software Open Source. The digitization of the Gregorian Urban Cadastre of Rome (Catasto Gregoriano Urbano di Roma) has started about ten years ago thanks to the funding by the Cariplo Foundation, and it is now in its final stage. The project has been implemented by the Department of Urban Studies of the “Roma Tre” University, the Archivio di Stato di Roma, the Sovrintendenza Capitolina and the Archivio Capitolino. The research has allowed to reconstruct the archaeological and urban image of Rome in the pre- and post-unification periods. The maps and registers of the Gregorian Cadastre represent the basis of the Geographic Information System (GIS), which has been linked to maps and documents from other sources: the 1748 map of Rome by G. B. Nolli, a substantial number of datasheets from archive documents related to buildings and archeology, other iconographic documents concerning the architecture of the old town. The project has a dual purpose: on the one hand, the implementation of a GIS able to store, manage and disseminate data about the historic city from different sources; on the other, the activation of a participatory and educational web tool open to a wide audience, not only to researchers and scholars of this particular field. The web platform and the geographic database have been fully implemented with Open Source products and software.

We discuss the archiving procedure of a corpus comprising posts submitted to Torilauta, a Finnish dark web marketplace website. The site was active from 2017 to 2021 and during this time one of the most prominent online illegal narcotics markets in Finland. A reduced version of the corpus, Finnish Dark Web Marketplace Corpus (FINDarC), has been archived in the Language Bank of Finland. In the current work, we focus on the protective measures for storing the data and how researchers can apply for access rights to the corpus under the CLARIN RES licence.

The purpose of the Storm Ice Oil Wind Wave Watch System (SIOWS) developed at Satellite Oceanography Laboratory (SOLab) is to solve the main issues encountered with satellite data and to provide users with a fast and flexible tool to select and extract data within massive archives that match exactly its needs or interest improving the efficiency of the monitoring system of geophysical conditions in the Arctic. SIOWS - is a Web GIS, designed to display various satellite, model and in situ data, it uses developed at SOLab storing, processing and visualization technologies for operational and archived data. It allows synergistic analysis of both historical data and monitoring of the current state and dynamics of the "ocean-atmosphere-cryosphere" system in the Arctic region, as well as Arctic system forecasting based on thermodynamic models with satellite data assimilation.

This is a practical workbook to guide local communities and heritage gatherers through the process of capturing and storing their heritage for future generations. Through initiatives with the British Academy and the Coalition for Religious Equality and Inclusive Development (CREID), the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) has been working with young people in Egypt, Iraq and Syria to capture their oral heritage, so that it may be preserved for future generations. Alongside life history interviews and topic interviews - which cover particular aspects of communities’ heritage - a key component of this heritage preservation is how these records will be stored. Thinking about the language and accessibility of digital archiving practices, this workbook is a practical guide to capturing and storing “heritage harvests”, including community interviews, photographs, and short films.

Abstract:
The aim of the article. How state-of-the-art in the field of home building influenced onto capital constructing in defense industry, putting into exploitation and operation of the new military plants during the industrialization period is examined. Methodology. General principles of historism and objectivity are the theoretical-methodological base of this work. Author also uses special historical methods: logic, systematic, chronological, actualisation and periodizing. Results. This article is based on documents storing in the Russian State Archive and Russian State Economical Archive. Collections of historical documents related to the Soviet period of Russian history are also used. On the base of these documents it is shown that poor situation in the field of home building was the reason of persistent deficits of building and exploitation workers. Due to this fact it was impossible to apply the funds given by the Government for building some plants (especially at the periphery), building works were delayed and proper operation of already built ones was spoiled. These problems were not completely solved till the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. All this effected negatively to the Red Army combat readiness before and during the war, especially at the beginning period. Practical application. The field of results application. Practical significance of this work is as follows: the archive data, which are for the first time used for scientific investigation and also the conclusions formulated in this article can be used for further scientific research on the USSR military industry in the industrialization period and also for scientific research on the USSR period in general.

The aim of the article. One of the most interesting and topical problems in the USSR military industry development is the establishment and development of the USSR ammunition industry. The article is devoted to the study of one of the reasons for the poor supply of the Red Army by ammunition in the initial period of the war of 1941 - a lack of sleeves, which limited the production of artillery shells. The author sets the purpose of revealing the reasons for the unsatisfactory state of affairs in the field of manufacture by the industrial enterprises of the USSR industrial enterprises before the war, as well as the influence of this factor on the production and use of the sleeves during the war years. Methodology. General principles of historism and objectivity are the theoretical-methodological base of this work. Author also uses special historical methods: logic, systematic, chronological, actualisation and periodizing. Results. This article is based on documents storing in the Russian State Archive and Russian State Economical Archive. With the help of this documents and materials the author make the following decision: in 30th years of XX century in the USSR under forcing of industrial development the governmental bodies were not able to perform the efficient planning policy in the field of enterprises control especially in the defense branches. High-level personnel purposively disturbed technological process. It spoiled enterprises operation and it was the reason of defect production manufacturing. Practical application. Practical significance of this work is as follows: the archive data, which are for the first time used for scientific investigation and also the conclusions formulated in this article can be used for further scientific research of the USSR military industry in the industrialization period and on military production lend-lease during the Great Patriotic War and also in Soviet history in general.

Fort Huachuca Environmental and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) sent funds to ERDC-CERL to develop a historic context that assists Fort Huachuca personnel in identifying the likely history and provenance of numerous historic range features located across Fort Huachuca's training lands. The historic context will be used by cultural resources personnel to evaluate and manage the resources appropriately. Various historic training range features (e.g., structures, fragments, and items left over from previous activities) are located across the ranges of Fort Huachuca, representing its long and storied history. To help identify and catalog these features, ERDC-CERL conducted a field survey of the training ranges in 2016 in or-der to photograph the historic range features. Forty-one historic range features were identified. Researchers conducted archival research, literature reviews, and image analysis of historic and current maps and photographs to identify the 41 historic range features and place them within a chronological context of Fort Huachuca's training ranges. The report concludes with guidance on how to identify and associate sites and features within the overall historic training range chronology and evaluate them appropriately for significance and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility.

Abstract. The article deals with the concept of "electronic justice" and features of the use of electronic justice for the consideration of economic disputes. In the digital economy e-justice is one of the legal constructions that provide a comfortable legal environment for economic activity. This is a complex of legal relations and technological solutions that provides individuals and legal entities with the opportunity to use digital technologies at all stages of the judicial process, to obtain information about the activities of courts through electronic access. The e-justice mechanism includes video and audio recording of court sessions, electronic document management with the use of an electronic signature, an electronic archive for storing electronic documents, the use of cloud technologies, as well as the use of electronic documents as evidence. Improving the legal regulation of e-justice in the digital economy, along with reforming procedural legislation, should include the development of a Federal law on electronic documents.
