Geospatial data can be enormous in size and tedious to process efficiently on standard computational workstations. Distributing the processing tasks through highly parallelized processing reduces the burden on the primary processor and processing times can drastically shorten as a result. However, the ArcPy Python library included in ArcGIS 10 provides geospatial developers with the means to process geospatial data in a flexible environment that ca

Once these corridors are identified, local knowledge and expertise may be used to develop routings that satisfy these demands. Direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS) is one of the four main workplace-based assessments (WBAs) in postgraduate medical training. Surgical trainees of all grades and specialties use the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme (ISCP) to make an online record of each DOPS. The DOPS are used alongside other WBAs as formative assessments to aid the evaluation of trainee progression at the annual review of competence progression (ARCP).

The coast of Vendee, south of the Pointe du Grouin du Cou, has been the scene of a fast morphological evolution: the coastal bar of La Tranche, the spit of Arcay with ridges and furrows, and the bar of the Pointe de l'Aiguillon. The rather quick advance of the latter since the Middle Ages has narrowed the opening of the Anse de l'Aiguillon and thus facilitated the deposit of sediment in the Anse, which has reduced the size of the bay. A few centuries ago this bay went further east and north.
