Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan pengembangan prototype alat pendeteksi dan pengusir tikus pada pembibitan kelapa sawit berbasis Arduino Uno. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: perencanaan, produksi dan evaluasi. Alat pendeteksi dan pengusir tikus pada pembibitan kelapa sawit ini tersusun oleh komponen-komponen elektronik, seperti sensor PIR sebagai pendeteksi pergerakan tikus, Arduino uno sebagai pengendali utama sistem dan penghubung modul GSM SIM900A. GSM SIM 900A berfungsi untuk alat komunikasi antara alat dengan user dalam satu arah. Alat pendeteksi dan pengusir tikus ini akan mengusir tikus dengan menggunakan suara yang dikeluarkan oleh speaker dari audio generator dengan frekuensi ultrasonik. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada alat yang dibuat, didapat bahwa prototype alat pendeteksi dan pengusir tikus pada pembiitan kelapa sawit berbasis Arduino Uno layak untuk digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan mengusir tikus. Pemanfaatan teknologi untuk menjalankan fungsi peralatan dalam rumah tangga saat ini sudah banyak digunkaan dengan berbagai inovasinya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas pemanfaatan mikrokontroler dengan perintah short message untuk mengoperasikan saklar lampu. Ide penelitian ini dengan mengobservasi kebiasaan masyarakat dalam mengoperasikan saklar lampu pada waktu-waktu yang tidak tepat seperti lupa atau sedang bepergian. Mengkolaborasikan Arduino Uno dan GSM Sim800l sebagai penghubung antara perangkat dan handphone melalui sms akan bekerja berdasarkan perintah yang diberikan melalui perintah sms, module GSM Sim800l digunakan sebagai alat perintah sms yang diterima dari android dalam kendali alat mematikan dan menghidupkan lampu. Agar Module GSM Sim800l dalam Arduino uno dapat memberikan suatu instruksi untuk mengontrol lampu dari jarak jauh, Module GSM Sim800l atau pun Arduino uno tersebut memerlukan sebuah program yang di input kedalam Arduino uno R3 dalam aplikasi arduino uno, biasanya program dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa Bahasa C. Dengan menggunakan program arduino dengan command “void”, maka pemograman mendapatkan banyak kemudahan dalam mengatur sistem kerja dari Arduino uno R3 atau arduino uno.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Adapun tahap pengembangan dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, produksi, dan evaluasi. Sistem monitoring kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara tersusun atas komponen-komponen elektronika, yaitu Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali sistem dari semua rangkaian, sensor DHT11 untuk mengukur suhu udara, GSM SIM900A untuk mengirimkan SMS kepada pemilik tanaman, dan soil moisture sensor untuk mengukur kelembaban tanah, dengan cara manancapkan probe pada tanah. Jika nilai yang dihasilkan sensor kecil berarti tanah dalam keadaan lembab, dan sebaliknya. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian alat secara keseluruhan untuk mengetahui apakah alat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan. Dari hasil pengujian telah terukur bahwa sistem monitoring kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara berbasis GSM SIM900A dan Arduino Uno dapat mendeteksi kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara kemudian sms gateway bekerja secara otomatis untuk mengirimkan SMS kepada pemilik tanaman.Kata kunci: Sensor DHT11, Soil Moisture sensor, Arduino Uno, dan GSM SIM900A

The loads can also be controlled by the user of this system via GSM using this project. A Controller input is effectively in GSM Based to a digital energy meter that takes the reading from the energy meter and displays the same on an cell phone display. The reading of the aurdino based energy meter is also sent to the control room by GSM. This GSM can also receive commands from the Software to control the owners electrical loads. On receiving command it can switch ON/OFF the loads.

<p>Global positioning system (GPS) tracker is an innovative technology that is able to track the position of vehicle using global satellite system. In this paper, vehicle tracker system design that is derived from global positioning system and global system for mobile communication (GSM) interface with the use of Arduino Uno board as platform is proposed and presented. Technology in Arduino, GSM, and GPS is studied.GPS module receives the coordinates from the satellite. The GPS coordinates are sent to users in the form of SMS through SIM900A GSM module. By using Google Maps, the exact location of the vehicle can be located. Arduino microcontroller is the gateway to all GPS and GSM hardware and software communication in the system. The design represents that GSM and GPS interface with the use of Arduino Uno board as platform can really make vehicle tracking more efficient and convenient since it can work in any weather conditions and provide real-time location of objects. Automatic display of the coordinate’s geographical location in a map should be integrated in future design.</p>

<p>Developing a smart home environment for the assistive living requires great efforts. The key element of the smart environment is the ubiquitous voice user interface with several additional capabilities such as the recognition of several gestures, which can be a new feature of voice controlled devices. There are many identification technologies used in current intelligent guard systems. Relative to other techniques, the voice recognition technology is generally regarded as one of the convenient and safe recognition techniques. The assistive device project has incorporated the technology of voice recognition to perform the GSM calling. Arduino UNO is the microprocessor used to create an interface between the voice module and the GSM module SIM900. Platform was developed using inexpensive hardware and software elements available on the market People with disabilities showed high robustness for assistive device. Sample voice commands were stored in the temporary memory for the ATMEGA 328P when field tests with several sets of voice commands was done. The GSM module SIM900 could easily connect to the local cellular network carriers. Hence voice recognized emergency calling can be the future of biomedical field. </p>

The aim of the project is to develop a security alarm system on the Arduino controller and writing software code who can set it up themselves. The project presents a block diagram, electronic module and an overview of existing solutions and devices for addressing the deficiencies. We considered available programming languages and substantiated the choice of such languages as C/C++, for writing a smartphone or computer software. A software performance check has been performed.

Abstract:
The fleet system uses a very well-established technology called the vehicle tracking system, the fleet system is the owner of the automobile and vehicle movement of goods around the globe, this technology is very reliable and safe. There’s a proposition of a real-time tracking system in this paper and it’s going to create a system that can be used for positioning and tracking of any vehicle by using Global System for Mobile communication and Satellite navigation system (Global positioning system). This system is designed as an application and will continuously indicate the status of the vehicle by monitoring its movement on demand. The device used for tracking to know the vehicle’s location in real-time is made up of the SIM900A module, Arduino Uno R3, and NEO 6M GPS module. For accomplishing this the Arduino Uno R3 has to be serially interfaced with the GPS and GSM modules. For reporting the location of the vehicle continuously from a remote place the GSM module is used, while the other GPS module is continuously updating the Arduino of data such as latitude, speed, longitude, and distance traveled by using the satellite. For viewing the position of the vehicle on the map Google Map is used. By using the application the user can send a message of a number that is registered on the GSM that’s attached to the Arduino, by doing this. The user will be able to receive information like longitude, google map lining of the vehicle, and latitude by a text message. This proposal contains vehicle security, salesman tracking, and private drivers.
