Abstract:
Zinc is an essential nutrient for mammals. Zinc has only one oxidation state Zn2+ but it has many coordination states, which can alter without demanding energy. Coordination states depend on prevailing pH. In soils the coordination state changes from octahedral (nonphysiologic) form to tetrahedral (physiologic) form when pH rises to about 6.5. Weathering processes of common soil mineral mica are also pH dependent. Large scale argricultural field liming began from 1950's onward in the Western Countries and since that time the incidence of T1D began to increase in the Western Countries. Liming elevates soil pH often near 6.5 and favours mosaic mica-vermiculite nanoparticle formation in which vermiculite corner binds zinc in tetrahedral (physiological) coordination state. In this pH mica corner remains in native form and offers the plane for soluble pMHC molecule (binded with antigenic beta-cell specific self peptide) to adhere on mica and as a consequence to trigger the activation of autoreactive CD4 and/or CD8 T cells. Beta-cell specific autoantigens are released because abundant zinc derived from endocytosed zinc-mica-vermiculite particles in lysosomes leads to incresed beta-cell apoptosis, also the physiological neonatal beta-cell mass remodeling enhance beta-cell specific auto-antigen release. Furthermore enterovirusinfections during first years of life are common and can release beta-cell specific auto-antigens. The probable disease mechanism is dealt with this review article.

Abstract:
Bioclimatology is applied for growing tea in the West of Nghe An province, where the tea is considered as a high economic efficient plant to be priorly cultivated for reducing poverty and getting rich. Based on the bioclimatic characteristics of tea plant and regional climatic data from 1980 to 2014, the bioclimatic diagrams are built and the tea cultivability is mapped in term of annual average temperature and total precipitation, for this region with regarding its district of Con Cuong as an analytical key. The climate, including both temperature and precipitation, in Con Cuong is relatively suitable for the tea plantation. The Western Nghe An, a land of approx. 1.4 million ha, could be classified in five areas with different suitability for tea plant. The unfavorable area occupies only 1% of total region and the four favorable rests account for 99% of total, in which, the most favorable area is largest with about 746,355 ha, i.e. over 50% of whole region. The three other areas are cultivable but they are less favorable in terms of either temperature or precipitation. Growing tea in Western Nghe An, even in favorable areas, it should be taken into account of the weather disadvantages in certain moments of the year such as extreme dry, cold, hot and rainy events.ReferencesAhmed S., 2014. It is now widely accepted that financial price series are generally not stationary and consequently, conventional statisti- cal procedures like F-statistic and t-statistic are no longer appropriate for testing market efficiency and estimation. Since nonstationary variables have infinite variance that make the F- test or t-test invalid, the standard hypothesis testing does not apply to time series with unit roots. This article adopts Engle and Granger''s (1987) two-stage estimation. Firstly, apply augu- mented Dickey & Fuller unit root test (1981) to the argricultur markets are with unit roots which means both time series variables are nonstationary. Secondly, apply Engle & Granger''s (1987) Cointegration Test to test whether the cointegration relationship, including wheat, corn and soybean futures market, between CZCE and CBOT exists or not, the former one is established on May 28th, 1993 in Mainland China and the latter one is established since 1865 in the United States. The result is the wheat, corn and soybean futures prices in these two markets are not cointegrated which implys by now these two markets have no longterm equilibrium relationship, also implys CZCE and CBOT are segmented, not cointegrated. On the contrary, applying Engle & Granger''s (1987) Cointegration Tests to test the different argriculture futures market in CZCE, cointegration can not be rejected. That implys one argriculture futures price can be predicted by other argriculture futures price and the market efficiency hypothesis is rejected. Therefore this article has the following conclusion : the empirical results by now presented the rejection of the market efficiency hypothesis for three argriculture products -- wheat, corn, and soybean -- traded on China Zhengzhou Commodities Exchange.

In recent years, with the rapid industrial and commercial development and large concentration of population, making the water demand increasingly. Because of insufficient use of surface water, the type of seasonal rainfall, topography special, short steep rivers, water is not easy to grasp, resulting in a large number of dug wells. Due to the low cost of groundwater, water quality and quantity is more stable than the surface water, resulting in a large number of cut excessive pumping phenomenon. The nature replenishment slowly can not keep up Drilling wells, then water environment caused irreparable harm. Pay attention to illegal wells, investigation of wells difficulty and pumping groundwater will cause subsidence and salinization and water resources in coastal areas lead to soil salinization, and so the situation must immediately investigate and evaluate the necessity for sealing and fill wells. In this study, the water quality is estimated by means of empirical method, measure method of water flow in wells and the electricity consumption method for each industries of pumping water to develop the land subsidence control program in different regions. At the same time, discuss the reduced and sunk amount of the water table to provide follow-up study of academic. After the analysis of research that there is no inventory of the six districts of Tainan industrial wells. Compare the divergence of industry of quantity come from the Taiwan Water Corporation and emissions of water of Environmental Protection Agency of Tainan City Government, there were kind of three industry the more emissions of water than quantity we found: Community sewage systems, buildings, and the industry of non-industrial areas. Than we remove the possibility of pumping well of the first two after researching, but suspected of pumping wells of 8 industry include the Dyeing, electroplating, and department stores, while it need the water large quantity and no reason to prove the different of quantity. The result for investigating the wells in agriculture that as follows: there is 7 wells and estimated amount of water is 7,900 tons/year in Eastern District; 159 wells and estimated amount of water is 172,300 tons/year in Southern District; 33 wells and estimated amount of water is 62,100 tons/year in Annan District, then there is no well in North Distric and Central Western District, Anping District. Assess the necessity for wells sealing and fill through the environmental score factor. The six Distric of Tainan are part of control area of groundwater, although the government initiate powerfully, the populace`s recognition of degrees is low still. Therefore, assessment of sealing and fill operations must increase knowledge of well of people and develop the better management strategy of well.

Article 153 of the Constitution provides that the State must develop legislation to protect farmers, including agricultural land and the farmer duty free allowances, as the main care policies. Since the 2000 amendments Agricultural Development Act, regardless of the agricultural policy for the pipe to people in agricultural land for the next agricultural use, access to land transfer tax exemption and the farmers to apply for health insurance, unique agricultural land for agricultural use certificate, as the trial recognize qualifications of important documents, such cumbersome administrative procedures, to really be able to take care of the people engaged in agriculture it? This study investigated the Council of Agriculture on December 8, 2010 Agricultural Development Section 38-1 updated article, and July 23, 2013 amended agricultural land for agricultural use and issuance of identification proof way, the cause of agricultural land tax system in place change, compliance with tax fairness. In the government financial difficulties, the use of agricultural land for agricultural use certificate as one of the supporting documentation, control of farmers to participate in the health insurance eligibility, can really effectively seizing fake farmers suffered questioned. In this study, literature study and interviews of qualitative research study, explore and participate in the duty-free agricultural land farmer health insurance review mechanism. Learn from the literature study of the world's major countries such as Japan, the United States and South Korea of the land transfer tax and compared, and for agricultural use of agricultural land to enjoy duty-free, how other countries develop, the availability of places worth learning. After the interview study method to explore the Council of Agriculture on December 8, 2010 a new clause stipulates that agricultural development ordinance 38-1, and July 23, 2013 amended agricultural land for agricultural use and issued proof of identification methods, exemption of agricultural land review mechanism, what changes? Further understanding of amending the law, the presence or absence achieve tax equity. Farmers participating in the health insurance must review whether the review mechanism to implement genuine care for people engaged in agriculture. We are trying to provide policy recommendations and the legal side of the face to improve the currently missing. The study found that agricultural land is occupied partially or lump public use facilities, in effect, the application process, identify benchmarks and duty-free conditions are different, resulting in part of the occupied state facilities for the public use as a tax-free lump sum, but a lump occupied facilities although the state of public use, not necessarily tax-free, generating tax is unfair. Agricultural Development Section 38-1 Cancellation of time restrictions, the detail plan for after the completion, then reclassified or urban land area prior to acquisition is not completed, because after the completion of the provision of land use value, not considered during land holdings short, we must increase the tax rate in order to prevent land speculation. After attending farmers' health insurance, the farmer can receive benefits, this policy must be to improve the institutional side, in order to avoid false farmers produce. In this study, the current exemption regime of agricultural land, and the lack of farmers to participate in the health insurance and provide policy recommendations face: to amend the constitution to incorporate capital gains tax, according to land holdings during the set LAT preferential mechanisms, relax farmland agricultural policy should have review and updating of inter-generational transfer of aggravated inheritance tax, agricultural land was occupied by the public facilities tax exemption, before the completion of the development of urban planning tax exemption, rural regeneration facility built in agricultural land should be completed before the change of land scheduled program, change the farmers' subsidy released. Legal surface proposal: private agricultural land for public use facilities there was no tax-free, non-urban, and urban planning to use public facilities tax exemption mechanism established rural regeneration facility construction method should return control, delete or amend the urban plan is not completed within the Local Taxation weight before the expropriation plan or tax-free zones, duty-free agricultural land must be continuous operation for some time, agricultural land apply tax breaks should eventually return to the tax treatment, the development of farmer retirement laws. We are hoping to improve the current system in order to take care of the people really in the business of agriculture.
