Abstract. Statistical Proses Control (SPC) is application of method in statistics on measurements and analysis variation in proses. Shewhart control chart is ussually used as a device in SPC. In practice, the parameters prosses are usually unknown. The parameters prosses is estimated using data often from the previous processes, ARL of the control chart with estimated parameters as called as unconditional ARL. Goedhart et al propose a new correction factor to improve unconditional ARL such data unconditional ARL close to the expected ARL. In this articel we apply the correction factor of Goedhart to brix’s data of PT. XXX. We offten the obtained the upper control limit is 39.51, the lower control limit is 36.87 with mean 38.19 applying this control limit to brix’s data results that the proses is under control. Abstract:
The karyotype of the plant species Krameria cistoidea Hook. & Arn. was studied by assessing chromosome characters such as morphology, size, and C-banding pattern. The karyotype of K. cistoidea was composed only by metacentric chromosomes in the two populations studied. The haploid set length was 51.9±2.3 µm and the mean chromosome size was 8.68±0.78 µm. Some similarities in chromosome morphology and size can be observed among K. cistoidea and K. triandra, in addition to the chromosome number 2n=12 which is conserved within the genus. K. cistoidea exhibited a symmetric banding pattern with large C-bands in the telomeres of the short and long arms of all chromosomes, except the short arm of pair 1. The relative length of the C-bands was 23.5% of the total haploid set length. These cytological results on K. cistoidea are the first data on quantitative karyotype morphology and C-banding patterns in the genus Krameria. Key words: Krameria, karyotype, C-banding

Abstract:
8123 Background: The high-dose sequential (HDS) chemotherapy approach, including early dose-intensification and autograft with peripheral blood progenitor cells (PBPC), was introduced several years ago (Gianni & Bonadonna, 1989); subsequently, it has been broadly used in the management of both non-Hodgkin s (NHL) and Hodgkin s Lymphoma (HL). The outcome of a large series of lymphoma patients treated with the HDS approach at 10 GITIL Centers is reported. Methods: Data have been collected on 1,266 patients, who received either the original or slightly modified HDS regimens. There were 213 HL and 1,053 NHL (630 intermediate/high-grade, 423 low-grade); median age was 46 yrs. Overall, 671 (53%) patients had refractory/relapsed disease, 595 (47%) were at diagnosis. Most patients were autografted with PBPC; 158 (12%) patients did not undergo autografting due to toxicity, disease progression or poor harvests. Results: Overall, 1,013 (80%) patients reached Complete Remission (CR) following HDS. As to December 2006, 93 (7%) patients died for early/late toxicities, 328 (26%) died for lymphoma, 844 are known to be alive. At a lead follow-up of 18 years, and a median follow-up of 5 yrs, the 5-yr Overall Survival (OS) projection is 64% (S.E.: 2%). The long-term survival was quite favorable in patients achieving a Complete Remission (CR), with a 5-yr OS projection of 76%. The prolonged OS in patients achieving CR was consistent in all lymphoma subtypes, i.e. both low and high-grade NHL (5-yr OS: 77% in both), and HL (5-yr OS: 72%). Patients at diagnosis had a significantly better outcome compared to patients treated for relapsed/refractory disease, again CR achievement was associated with prolonged survival in both subgroups (82% and 69%, respectively, at 5 yrs.). On multivariate Cox survival analysis, CR achievement was the most powerful predictor of long-term survival (HR 0.13, c.i.: 0.10–0.17). Lastly, achieving substantial tumor reduction before autografting had a major influence on the clinical outcome. Conclusions: 1. the HDS program is feasible in a multicenter setting; 2. the long-term outcome is well influenced by the CR status after HDS; 3. the influence of CR achievement on the long-term survival holds true in all lymphoma subtypes, including indolent lymphomas; 4. an adequate pre-autograft tumor debulking may contribute to a favorable long-term outcome. Abstract:
Hybrid rice breeding using cytoplasmic male sterility/fertility restoration (CMS/Rf) systems plays an important role in ensuring global food security. Two backcross inbred line (BIL) populations derived from either Xieqingzao B (XB)//XB/Dongxiang wild rice (DWR) (XXD) or XB//DWR/XB (XDX) were used to detect quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for fertility restoration of Dwarf wild abortive- (DA-), Indonesia Paddy- (ID-), and DWR-type CMS in rice. Lines with ID- and DA-type CMS were testcrossed with both the XXD- and XDX-BILs, while the line with DWR-type CMS was testcrossed with the XDX-BILs only. A total of 16 QTLs for fertility restoration of CMS systems were identified, including three for DWR-type CMS, six for DA-type CMS, and seven for ID-type CMS. All of the additive alleles in the QTLs were derived from Oryza rufipogon. Eleven QTLs were clustered in five chromosomal regions, indicating that common Rf loci restored different CMS systems, and the favorable O. rufipogon alleles could be used to develop restorer lines for various CMS types by marker-assisted selection.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of the relationship between genetic abnormalities and clinical and laboratory parameters of peripheral blood and bone marrow in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Material and methods. 105 children diagnosed with ALL were examined (average age 6 years). To detect chromosomal translocations AF4/MLL t(4; 11) (q23; p23), BCR/ABL t (9; 22) (q34; q11), E2A/PBX1 t (1; 19) (q23; p13) and TEL/AML t(12; 21) (q13; q22) the method of polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) was applicated. PCR was performed with specific primers for the appropriate chromosomal aberrations. Detection of PCR products was performed by electrophoresis in 2% agarose gel. Determination of minimal residual disease (MRD) was performed by multiparameter flow cytofluorimetry using monoclonal antibodies. Results. Among patients, the incidence of ALL is most pronounced in children aged 3 to 6 years - 37 people (35.2%) and aged 6 to 9 years - 26 people (24.8%). The highest accidence was found among patients with chromosomal translocation TEL/AML - 22 (21%) of patients with a median age of 5 years. In the second place, the frequency of mutations is the translocation of E2A / PBX1. BCR / ABL translocation was less common - 1.9% of patients, but the expression of this gene indicates a bad course of the disease, as patients after cytostatic therapy under the ALLIC BFM 2009 program had a recurrence. Recurrence has also been observed in patients with TEL/AML chromosomal translocation. Determination of MRD showed its increased level in patients with chromosomal aberrations BCR / ABL and TEL/AML throughout the treatment phase. In addition, patients in these groups were diagnosed with initial leukocytosis followed by leukopenia after a course of chemotherapy. Patients of all groups showed a decrease in hemoglobin. Conclusion. The most significant changes in clinical and laboratory parameters were found among patients with chromosomal translocations BCR/ABL and TEL/AML, as evidenced by the development of relapses in patients of these groups. The low level of association between karyotype disorders, with the formation of AF4/MLL and E2A/PBX1, and clinical and laboratory parameters in patients with GLL may indicate that the isolated clonal disorders are independent prognostic factors for the course of the disease.

Abstract:
The subject of the article is the text-mentative and its functioning in the Russian literature of the XX-XXI centuries. The concept of ‘mentative’ (which appeared in linguistics since the beginning of the XXI century by analogy with ‘narrative’) means a text with a mental reference, dialogically responding to the word and thought of the other. In linguistics, there is a typology of communicative strategies of the mentative in relation to the speech of the other. There are 8 strategies, they are equal logically, but unequal in dialogical and, consequently, heuristic relations. In Russian fiction, the text-mentative was established in the middle of the XIX century. That was due to the beginning of the stage of convergence of the artistic and non-artistic word in Russian literary evolution. The novel “War and Peace” by L. Tolstoy, containing multiple mentative fragments and entire chapters, became a clear sign of the mentative appearance in fiction. The stage of convergence of the artistic and non-artistic word continued until the end of the XX century, and all this time the specific weight and importance of the mentative in Russian fiction were steadily increasing. The article shows functioning of the mentative in the ideologically and artistically most important works of Russian literature of the mid – late XX century. These are novels by B. Pasternak “Doctor Zhivago”, A. Bitov “Pushkin’s House”, V. Pelevin “Generation ‘P’”, A. Chudakov “The Mist Falls on the Old Steps”, texts by A. Solzhenitsyn, V. Rasputin, V. Makanin. In all these works, the mentative allows us to formulate the key thoughts for the self-consciousness of the XX century Russian literature: morality, truth, the meaning of life and the danger of consumerism. In the XXI century, in the works by M. Kucherskaya, E. Chizhova, E. Vodolazkin, the mentative also occupies a large place, appearing in ideologically important fragments of works. As a result of the above, it is concluded that the role of the mentative in Russian literature of the XX century was steadily increasing. The authors of the article suppose that we witness starting of the stage of mental thematization of writing in the Russian literary evolution in the XXI century.

Abstract The appropriateness of the standard practical orthographies for Australian languages, recommended by e.g. Dixon (1980:xxi-xxii), and used in languages such as Warlpiri and Walmajarri, has recently been called to question by linguists and Aboriginal users. A non-phonemic English based orthography has been developed for at least one language (Gooniyandi). However, the issues surrounding orthography design have not been fully brought out and evaluated. My main aim in this paper is to remedy this situation, identify as many relevant issues as possible, and discuss them in the sociolinguistic context of the Kimberley Aboriginal speech communities. The paper is intended to provoke discussion and elicit feedback from others involved in orthography design, rather than make recommendations.

Authors of clinical reasoning exercises analyze diagnostic dilemmas and serve as role models of clinical excellence. We investigated the percentage of women authors in the clinical problem-solving series of three general medicine journals from the inaugural article in each series until July 2019. Women were underrepresented among first, last, and all authors. While the percentage of women among first and all authors has increased, women still constituted <40% of all authors and ≤25% of last authors, and there have been no significant increases in women last authors in any of the three journals. Including more women in clinical reasoning exercises is an opportunity to amplify the voices of women as master clinicians. Abstract:
The article considers the main stages in developing museum attitudes to the costume of the second half of the XX – beginning of the XXI century, collecting and exhibiting costume in foreign and Russian museums. There is examined the theory of Danish researcher M. R. Melchior separating the history of collecting and exhibiting costume in museums into «dress» and «fashion» museology. While the «dress» museology is largely based on the study of garments and their classification, «fashion» museology focuses on organizing events that could be considered fashionable themselves, creating spectacular exhibitions that attract the attention of the public and ensure the museum’s recognition, organizing communications around the museum. The limitations and contradictions of the theory are noted and the issue of the applicability of the theory to the national museum practice is brought up. In the view of the fluidity of terms that comprehend vestmental practices in the human sciences, there is given the analysis of the use of the term «fashion» in relation to stylistic changes in the costume of the Soviet period. There is given a view at the costume collections of the State Historical Museum and the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Art including the main sources of acquisition of the collections and the prospects for their further formation. In both cases, the most representative part of the collection belongs to the 1960s–1980s. And while in the State Historical Museum the costume was gathered mostly as background material for illustrating historical events the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts’ acquisition was purposefully based on the artistic quality of the items, which helped to form up the collection of the author’s costume. In the concluding part of the article there is given a view upon the exhibition practice of the State Historical Museum and the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Art representing the costume of the second half of the XX and early XXI centuries

Abstract:
The genomic diversity, expressed in the differences between molecular haplotypes of a group of individuals, can be divided into components of variability between and within some factor of classification of the individuals. For such variance partitioning, molecular analysis of variance (AMOVA) is used, which is constructed from the multivariate distances between pairs of haplotypes. The classical AMOVA allows the evaluation of the statistical significance of two or more hierarchical factors and consequently there is no interaction test between factors. However, there are situations where the factors that classify individuals are crossed rather than nested, that is, all the levels of a factor are represented in each level of the other one. This paper proposes a statistical test to evaluate the interaction between crossed factors in a Non-Hierarchical AMOVA. The null hypothesis of interaction establishes that the molecular differences between individuals of different levels of a factor are the same for all the levels of the other factor that classifies them. The proposed analysis of interaction in a Non-Hierarchical AMOVA includes: calculation of the distance matrix and partition of it into blocks, subsequent calculation of residuals and analysis of non-parametric variance on the residuals. Its implementation is illustrated in simulated and real scenarios. The results suggest that the proposed interaction test for the Non-Hierarchical AMOVA presents high power. Key words: genetic variability, non-parametric methods, distances matrix, AMOVA.

Formally established in 2017 in the Argentinian Node, up to June 2019 we collected more than 25,000 genetic variants deposited by 17 different laboratories. Nowadays the HVP country nodes represent more than 30 countries. In Latin America there are four country nodes: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela; the first two interacted recently launching the LatinGen database. In the present work we want to share our experience in applying the HVP project focusing on its organization, rules and nomenclature to reach the goal of sharing genetic variants and depositing them in the Leiden Open Variation Database. Contributing laboratories are seeking to share variant data to gain access all over the country. It is one of our goals to stimulate the highest quality by organizing courses, applying current nomenclature rules, sponsoring lectures in national congresses, distributing newsletter to serve the Argentinian genomics community and to stimulate the interaction among Latin America countries. Abstract:
The post-reform period in the Russian Empire laid down new principles for the organization and functioning of regional statistical services. Since the second half of the 19th century, the demand for statistical data had increased significantly. De jure and de facto, the Ural Statistical Committee dates back to 1896. Beginning in 1900, all military statistics were transferred to the committee. In connection with the increased load on the committee from the military capital, the regional statistical center was allocated an allowance of 1,500 rubles, and the total budget was 4,000 rubles. All the activities of the committee are represented by the implementation of mandatory statistical work and the socio-cultural study of the region. In 1901, the Ural Committee developed and introduced agricultural cards for collecting information about the industry under study and the systematic formation of data. In 1910, the committee conducted a survey of the property and occupations of the population. The Ural Statistical Committee paid special attention to “optional” works, most of which were devoted to the life and occupations of the population.

Plant cells carry their genetic information in three compartments: the nucleus, the plastids and the mitochondria. In last years, next-generation sequencing has allowed the development of genomic databases, which are increasingly improving our knowledge about the role of nuclear and cytoplasmic genes as well as their interactions in plant development. However, most plant breeding efforts consider the utilization of the nuclear genome, while less attention is given to plastid and mitochondrial genomes. The objective of this review is to present current knowledge about cytoplasmic and cytonuclear effects on agronomic traits bearing in mind the prospective utilization of all the genomes in plant breeding. Key words: Cytoplasmic genes, cytoplasmic-nuclear interactions, plant breeding methods.

Abstract:
In the 1990s the end of the Cold War and the US’s efforts to build a “new world order” actualized in scientific discourse the problem of understanding the principle of state sovereignty. Moreover, due to the WTO accession, the discussion among United States’ scholars intensified about the preservation of sovereignty of their own state. As a result, both the US authorities and most experts advocate the inviolability of the sovereignty of their country, noting, however, that it might be temporarily limited by different international obligations, first of all by economic agreements, but this does not affect it radically and the possibility of withdrawing from various kinds of contracts remains. At the same time, the last superpower’s foreign policy actions at the end of the 20th century (interference in the internal affairs of Grenada, Nicaragua, Panama, Haiti, Yugoslavia, etc.) clearly illustrate the disregard for the sovereignty of other states. In an attempt to explain this policy, they argued that sovereignty, while remaining a significant principle in general, can be lost, which opens up the legitimate path to the internationalization of a conflict. All in all, despite the fact that such an understanding of sovereignty as a conditional principle, is not new in itself, the United States took some steps to extend this understanding to the whole world, granting itself the right to single-handedly determine cases where and why sovereign rights are lost.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the problem of succession in the ranks of Ekaterinburg’s merchant class and the variants of its solution used in the second half of the 19th — early 20th centuries. Succession is considered as a process of capital transfer by Ekaterinburg merchants to their heirs in order to continue the commercial and industrial affairs of the testator. The article discusses the methods of training merchants’ successors, including their use as employees and their inclusion in family companies as partners. Considerable attention is paid to studying the mechanism of inheritance transfer in emergency situations and conflicts that arose during inheritance process. The author explores the cases when the heirs on a female line (widows, daughters) acted as the successors of commercial and industrial affairs, the examples of involvement of sons-in-law in the management of family capital are also given. The article uses documents from the funds of the State Archive of the Sverdlovsk region (GASO), as well as the periodical press (newspapers “Permskie gubernskie vedomosti”, “Ekaterinburgskaya nedelya” and others). From archival materials, documents from the funds of the Ekaterinburg City Duma and the Ekaterinburg District Court are mainly used. The following conclusions are made. The procedure of transferring the inheritance by Ekaterinburg merchants to their successors was a complex and ambiguous process. Not all Ekaterinburg merchants managed to solve the problem of succession: for this reason, a number of family firms existed only during one generation. At the same time, many representatives of the city merchant class managed to solve the problem of succession by various ways, at least for 2–3 generations. The instability of merchant capital was largely a consequence of state policy, and to a lesser extent, the result of the unresolved problem of succession.

Abstract:
In the framework of the historical and legal research, the author analyzed the legislation of the Russian Empire of the XIX – early XX century on state supplies and its comparison with current legislation on supplies for state or municipal needs. Revealed similarities and differences, established their nature and legal nature. The conclusion is formulated that the evolution of the legislation on supplies for state needs has taken the path of liberalizing the legal status of the supplier, as well as the requirements for it. This concerns, first of all, the participation of the supplier in agreeing the terms of the supply contract to be concluded, as well as the possibility of concluding it without applying enforcement measures. It has been suggested that this pattern may be a consequence of the general strengthening of the lack of discretion of civil law, however, the question of the validity of such transformations, taking into account the specifics of supply relations for state and municipal needs, is questionable. It was concluded that the borrowing of the provisions on the mandatory provision of such agreements may positively affect the stability of the emerging legal relations.

Abstract:
The article highlights and considers five key principles of perfect communion of human persons in the image of Divine Persons. According to the principle of unity in difference, while existing in the fullness of communion with other persons, each human person at the same time gains his or her personal uniqueness. The possibility of approaching such perfect communion opens up for a person while realizing the principle of personal constitution, which involves that, in the image of the monarchy of the Father, the human community is headed by a person who is able to overcome the tragic attitudes of both individualistic isolation and leveling suppression. As the third theological principle of perfect communion, the principle of triple personal relatedness is presented, which implies the overcoming of dyadic restraint both in the vertical dimension, that is, in relations with God, and in the horizontal dimension, that is, in relations between people. Further, perfect communion meets the principle of personal all-embracing, meaning that in the state of God-like perfection, each human person perceives the Divine energies in communion with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as well as embraces all human nature in communion with people. Finally, in accordance with the principle of free giving, in the image of spreading of uncreated Divine energies by the Father through the Son in the Holy Spirit outside the Divine inaccessible essence, the various components of the fullness of being obtained in interpersonal communion are transmitted by its participants to everyone around, and ultimately to the whole created world.

In the context of the development of female education in the XIXth  early XXth century approaches to the home education of all the girls are of great interest. The analysis of these approaches let us not only to identify the degree of educators influence and moral development of the girls, but also we are able to observe a controversial image of governesses, nannies and teachers in the girls minds. A low level of morality, teacher training and poor material security formed a negative image among the girls, and also all those factors did not meet the goals of the education and upbringing at the education at that time. Families lacked control over the educators and the teachers, and, because of this, the situation became worse. In addition, most mothers of that time did not have the necessary pedagogical education. Anyway, the role of the mothers increased significantly, when most women began to perceive upbringing as their important social duty. Womens diaries and memories allowed us to trace this trend.

Abstract:
We consider the problems of development of small land tenure in Eastern Galicia in the second half of 19th – early of 20th century. We show the dynamics of the property stratification of peasant population, the reasons for the households fragmentation. We characterize the develop-ment of the rural bourgeoisie and the rural proletariat, the growth of the number of small-land and landless peasant households among the Rusyns-Ukrainian population is shown. We show the change in the peasants’ social and economic status, the dynamics of demonstrations related to the problems of land parcelling between landowners and peasants after the serfdom abolition. For the purpose of lands protection the peasants resorted to the demonstrations including, first of all, such forms of fight as disruption of works (performed in the withdrawn territory by woodcutters, shepherds, ploughmen, etc.). We conclude that in Galicia, the vast majority of peasant families could not feed themselves from their land, and therefore a huge number of poor low-income and landless peasants were forced to leave their native land, looking for work mainly in the New World counties and Prussia. We characterize an unequal taxation of the peasant and landowner households. The land cadastre was carried out so that quite identical lands of peasants and landowners were assigned to different categories, always considering peasant lands better than landowners’.

The topic of this article did not attract the attention of researchers. Using of newspapers, letters and memoirs, museographical publications and some other authentic sources enabled the author to identify and highlight women's participation in the creation and activities of many museums in Siberia. First, the article shows the museum charity of women from wealthy families. They were the daughters of merchant Piotr I. Kuznetsov – Yulia (in Matveyev's marriage), Alexandra and Eudokia, the wife of the founder of Yeniseisk Museum Anastasia Kytmanova, merchant wife Mukhina and others. The author of the article emphasizes that the most important contribution to the museum science of Siberia was made by those women, who worked inside museums. The first of them was Alexandra Potanina – wife and helper of the outstanding Russian traveler and museologist Grigory Potanin. Together with her husband, Alexandra Potanina worked in the expeditions through Mongolia and China, collected herbariums, made sketches of natural landscapes and cultural artifacts, composed different historical sources and transferred them to museums in St. Petersburg, Siberian town of Kyakhta and Irkutsk. Then the author tells about Elizabeth Clements, who played a prominent role in the museum science of Siberia. She had a higher natural science education, worked in the Minusinsk Museum, and was one of the first who used museum collections in cultural and educational work. Together with her husband Dmitry Clements, she participated in scientific expeditions through Siberia and Mongolia, engaged in archaeological excavations, made herbariums and transferred all collected materials to Minusinsk and Irkutsk museums. In addition, she worked up the museum collections by herself. Maria Kostyurina played an important role in Tobolsk Museum. She was native of Tobolsk, participated in revolution movement of narondnik (populist), and was exiled to Siberia. Some later she came in Tobolsk, pub-lished the newspaper “Siberian Vestnik”. In 1890 Kostyurina joined the executive committee of To-bolsk Museum, took place in collecting of different museum materials on folklore and peasant culture around Tobolsk. She was engaged in issuing several museum catalogs, used museum materials in in-vestigations and scientific publications. The article includes the information about Maria Krasnozhe-nova, who collected, worked up and published the museum sources in Krasnoyarsk Museum. Thus, the materials of the article allow opening a new page in the history of museum science, and telling about the first Siberian women-museologists.

Abstract:
After the full entry into force on 01.09.2017 of the EU – Ukraine Association Agreement one of the main tasks of its implementation was to align Ukraine's national legislation with EU law. The Agreement itself, as well as the annexes thereto, set out both the directions of this process and the specific provisions of EU acts (directives and regulations) to align with national legislation of Ukraine and timeframes of these actions. An important area of harmonization in the context of the Association Agreement’s obligations is environmental protection; its main vectors are set out in Chapter 6 "Environment" of Section V "Economic and Sectorial Cooperation" (Art. 360–366) and in Annexes XXX and XXI to the relevant Chapter 6. In total, following the Annex XXX, Ukraine has to adapt its legislation to the provisions of 26 EU directives and 3 regulations. Since that time both successes in Ukraine's implementation of the EU environmental acquis, as well as weaknesses, problems and difficulties in way to bring the legislation into compliance were revealed. Positive impact on implementation of the Agreement’s requirements was, in particular, the creation of bilateral and national mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of the Agreement, both at the institutional, organizational, legal and procedural levels, for analyze the implementation of Ukraine's commitments on a permanent or periodic basis. Among the main problems which arise during bringing to compliance are the following: lack/insufficiency of a systematic approach in the harmonization process, failure to take into account strategic guidelines and perspective development of EU environmental law, on the one hand, and features of the Ukrainian legal system, on the other hand; attempting to formally transpose EU law without proper link to national environmental law. Finally, there are many environmental issues, the regulation of which is inert to the factors of harmonization with EU law, but is important for domestic national regulation. Unfortunately, in recent years, these aspects of the development of environmental legislation of Ukraine have been constantly neglected, and all legislative activity in the environmental field has been fully focused on bringing the legislation in line with the requirements of the Association Agreement.

The first scientific organization in Siberia was the Siberian Department of RGS (Irkutsk), later transformed into the East Siberian Department of RGS. In the late XIX – early XX century. Geographic Departments and sub-departments of RGS opened in Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul, Yakutsk, Chita and other Siberian cities. The emergence of geographic societies was caused by the need of economic development of Siberia, which caused an increased interest in the scientific study of all aspects of life at the region. Physical-geographical geological, statistical, economic, ethnographic data on Siberia played an important role. The collection, systematization and analysis of these data became one of the main activities of Siberian geographic societies. The specificity of each geographic society was determined by the area of action, presence of intellectual, financial and material potential.

Abstract:
The pre-revolutionary industrial estates of the Ivanovo (until 1871 referred to as the village of Ivanovo, and since 1871 – the city of Ivanovo-Voznesensk) are the least studied and most susceptible to loss of architectural monuments of the city. This is greatly facilitated by the lack of a comprehensive architectural study, including an architectural analysis of all buildings that were part of industrial estates and their relationship at different stages of development of the complexes. The object of the study is all residential buildings of industrial estates that were part of the complexes in the second half of the 19th century - the beginning of the 20th century. The methodological basis of the work is based on the principles of an interdisciplinary approach, which allows considering the entire range of issues related to the object of research from the point of view of archeology, history, history of architecture, and urban planning. The study was carried out on the basis of a comparison of field surveys and archival sources of the state archives of the Ivanovo and Vladimir regions as well as the Ivanovo State Historical and Cultural Museum named after D.G. Burylin. As a result, the classification of residential buildings of industrial estates of the second half of the 19 th century – the beginning of the 20th century is presented on the basis of the façades and architectural projects made by the author.

Abstract:
The Devdorak Glacier located on the Eastern slope of Mt. Kazbek is known since the end of the 19th century for its catastrophic ice discharges into the river Terek canyon. The so-called «Kazbek blockages» stopped the river flow, thus leading to formation of a dammed lake. The lake was then broken through by the heavy floods. Evidences of such events are available for 1776, 1785, 1808, 1817, and 1832. Later on, the glacier surges did sometimes occur, but they never reached the river. The blockages interrupted the traffic on the Georgian Military Highway – the basic way across the main ridge of the Caucasus, for long time periods. Investigations of the Devdorak and other Mt. Kazbek glaciers were organized in 1862 and lasted until the end of 19th century. But the scientists could not reach a common consensus in resolving the main issues, i.e. the causes of the «blockages» and possibilities of their soon repetitions. Different hypotheses explaining the ice discharges by either morphology of the glacier and the river valley or by earthquakes were proposed. Some authors insisted on a probability of occurrence of new «blockages». But the mostly widespread opinion was that since all the Kazbek glaciers were in the state of degradation any risk of new «blockages» was absent while this tendency remained. Since the previous disasters, the Devdorak Glacier posed no threat for about two centuries. However in May 2014, a huge downfall of rock and ice suddenly came down on the glacier in its upper zone. As a result a large mass of rock, stones, and mud blocked the Terek river bed again. This event was not related to regime of the glacier itself. Most likely it was a new manifestation of the Mt. Kazbek volcanic activity.

Abstract:
Purpose. The purpose of the study is to characterize the image of the pike in the worldview and ritual practices of the Khakass. To achieve our goal, we analyzed the folklore and ethnographic information available and identified the key constituent elements of the creature analyzed, as well as discovered the semantic links of its image with natural objects and elements. The chronological framework of the work covers the end of the 19th – middle of the 20th centuries. The pike has never become the focus of ethnographic studies before. Results. We came to the conclusion that the pike played an important role in the spiritual culture of the Khakass. The characteristic features of the pike’s mythological image as a predatory fish were influenced mainly by its biological nature and, first of all, the morphology of its body, its behavior, lifestyle, way of hunting, and, of course, its habitat. In popular mythological consciousness, the projection of its zoological features was expressed through considering the pike as an agile, rapacious and greedy creature, as a rule. At the same time, the pike was also perceived as a wise creature possessing secret knowledge about aquatic depths and their inhabitants. In addition, in many plots the pike acted as a wonderful assistant and helped the protagonist in solving his problems. On the other hand, heroes themselves often turned into this fish in order to achieve their goals related to the other world. In the religious and mythological ideas of the Khakass people, the pike was an incarnation of the spirit of the water host – sug eezi. This deity used to play a key role in the traditional rituals of the Khakass. Conclusion. In sacral practices, the pike performed the function of a tos, a shaman’s spiritual assistant. Its image was present on their ritual paraphernalia – tambourines. Due to this, using a pike as food was strictly prohibited for the Khakass and other peoples of Southern Siberia.
