Abstract:
Au XVe siècle, la restauration de l'abbaye de Baume (Jura), ruinée depuis 1336, fut le fait de deux abbés : Amé de Chalon (1389-1431) et Henri de Salins (1431-1451 ?). Après avoir redressé le temporel, le premier restaura dès 1399 les bâtiments conventuels, l'église et sans doute une partie du cloître. Pour le chantier, il utilisa le système des corvées et exploita les proches carrières de Crançot. Le réfectoire et de nombreux vestiges des importants aménagements liturgiques qu'il fit réaliser subsistent : des stalles, trois autels, de nombreuses statues ayant appartenu au jubé, à l'autel majeur et à sa chapelle particulière, inspirées d'œuvres de Dijon ou Poligny. L'abbé fit ériger son somptueux tombeau sous une arche, au nord du sanctuaire, orné de peintures murales et de plusieurs sculptures. Son successeur éleva l'actuelle façade occidentale de l'église, dotée de statues et restaura une vaste chapelle mariale hors-œuvre, typique de l'architecture clunisienne, et s'y fit inhumer

Abstract:
Il s'agit d'etudier la plage, le role et la signification de la peinture et des peintre dans l'oeuvre romanesque d'aragon. Afin de comparer le satut de la peinture dans l'oeuvre d'aragon avec celui que la peinture occupe dans la realite, la premiere partie de cette etude traite de la peinture comme phenomene sociologique, intellectuel et historique (le marche, les debats esthetiques, la fin de la periode academique. . . ). Par ailleurs nous avons essaye d'etablir quelles consequence les positions d'aragon sur l'art ont sur son oeuvre, en interrogeant les romans ecrits entre 1934 et 1958, a savoir le cycle du monde reel, aurelien et la semaine sainte. De plus nous cherchons quels types de relations il est possible d'etablir entre l'appartenance d'aragon au p. C. F. , sa fidelite a sa jeunesse et la presence de la peinture dans son oeuvre. Nous etu dions la contradiction entre la defense du realisme et la permanence du surrealisme, tant au sein des choix picturaux (presence, absence, ou disparition de certains courants picturaux), que de l'acte d'ecriture (essentiellement au travers de l'utilisation du collage)

Abstract:
L'étude menée dans le cadre de ce travail de thèse porte principalement sur le contrôle de la synthèse des nanotubes de carbone monoparoi (SWCNTs) par la méthode de l'arc électrique. Trois régions privilégiées sont étudiées : la zone anodique, le milieu plasma et la zone de croissance des SWCNTs. Le diagnostic du plasma a été réalisé par spectroscopie optique d'émission atomique et moléculaire afin de corréler son état réel (champ de température et de concentrations des espèces) avec la propreté et le rendement des SWCNTs obtenus. La caractérisation des matériaux issus de chaque expérience a été réalisée par Microscopie Electronique en Transmission Haute Résolution (METHR). De nombreux paramètres sont étudiés tels que la distance interélectrode, la densité apparente des poudres de remplissage, le volume du réacteur. . , afin d'évaluer leurs influence sur les caractéristiques du plasma, sur les gradients thermiques dans la zone de croissance, et sur la propreté et le rendement des SWCNTs obtenus. Il est démontré dans ce travail qu'un refroidissement relativement faible et une forte densité de carbone dans le plasma, couplés et à de forts gradients thermiques dans la zone de croissance sont des éléments clés pour l'obtention de rendements élevés en SWCNTs propres
The study carried out within the framework of this thesis relates to the synthesis control of the Single Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs) by the electric arc technique. Three privileged regions are studied: the anodic region, the plasma medium and the growth region of SWCNTs. The plasma diagnostic was carried out by optical emission spectroscopy in order to correlate its real state (field of temperature and concentrations of the species) with the yield and purity of SWCNTs obtained. The characterization of carbon materials was realized using High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM). Many parameters are studied such as the interelectrode gap, the apparent density of the filler materials, the engine volume. . , in order to evaluate their influence on the plasma characteristics, on the thermal gradients in the growth zone, and on the yield and the purity of SWCNTs obtained. It is shown in this work that a relatively weak cooling and a high density of carbon in the plasma, coupled with high thermal gradients in the growth zone, are keys elements for obtaining high yields of clean SWCNTs

Le 11 décembre 1481, le roi Louis XI rattachait le comté de Provence souverain au royaume de France. Cela ne s’accomplit pas sans que les grands sanctuaires provençaux reçoivent de sa part des offrandes importantes, tels la chapelle de la Sainte-Baume, le chef-reliquaire d’or de Sainte-Marthe de Tarascon, et, dans une certaine mesure, le tombeau du dernier comte Charles III de Provence dans la cathédrale Saint-Sauveur d’Aix. Mais sa munificence religieuse de quatre décennies en Provence, connut bien d’autres développements (fondations, rentes, privilèges). Cette étude originale est un essai de synchronisation d’une ambitieuse politique de munificence avec son contexte de marche à l’annexion. Pour une vision d’ensemble, la zone étudiée s’élargit aux petits États périphériques du comté de Provence, Avignon et le Comtat Venaissin, la principauté d’Orange, le comté de Nice, la seigneurie de Monaco et le Bas-Dauphiné. Dans ce dernier, à la cathédrale Notre-Dame d’Embrun, au contact du Gapençais provençal, Louis XI a vraisemblablement offert de somptueuses grandes orgues dont plusieurs éléments sont encore visibles. La présence physique du dauphin Louis, puis la forte présence politique du roi Louis XI dans cette « aire provençale », sont révélatrices du grand intérêt que suscite le Midi de la part du royaume de France, selon une tradition remontant aux Capétiens. Les modalités et la croissance de cette convoitise chez Louis XI, ses implications économique et sociale, ses manifestations plastiques, les véhicules de l’idéologie monarchique tels que l’esthétique flamboyante, mais aussi la rivalité inévitable avec l’influent comte René d’Anjou, tiennent ici lieu de problématiques
On december 11th 1481, the king of France Louis XI achieved the incorporation of sovereign Provence into the kingdom of France. This did not happen without the greatest provençal sanctuaries receiving from him important offerings like the Sainte-Baume chapel, the Sainte-Marthe of Tarascon gold head reliquary, and the last earl Charles III of Provence tomb in the Saint-Sauveur cathedral of Aix. Actually, his four decades religious munificence in Provence spread out with various forms (foundations, annuities, privileges). This original study is an attempt to synchronize an ambitious policy of munificence with its context of an annexation in progress. For a general sight of the situation, the geographical area of the study is extended to the small provençal states surrounding the earldom of Provence, it is to say Avignon and the Comtat Venaissin, the principality of Orange, the earldom of Nice, the lordship of Monaco and the southern Dauphiné. There, in the Notre-Dame cathedral of Embrun, in close contact with the provençal earldom of Gap, Louis XI appears as the donator of the flamboyant organ, still visible in parts. The physical presence of the dauphin Louis, then the strong political presence of king Louis XI, in this “provençal area” reveal the great interest of French kingdom for the south, following an ancient tradition started by the capetian kings. The details and the growth of Louis XI’s covetousness, its economical and social implications, its artistic demonstrations, the medium of the monarchic ideology, as the flamboyant gothic esthetics, but the unavoidable rivalry with the influential earl René d’Anjou as well, are the main issues investigated here

A movie called "Seediq Bale" will be in theaters soon. This film is about Seediq, a branch of aborigines in Taiwan, to resist Japanese colonial domination during Wushe Incident. Film company applied the designed mark "Seediq Bale" for trademark registration. The approval of Intellectual Property Office caused a protest from Seediq. The trademark "Seediq Bale" had subsequently been canceled by Intellectual Property Office. In Taiwan, no matter political, economic and cultural status, aborigines are in a weaken position. Taking an aboriginal group’s name as a trademark will make indigenous people feel insulted, disparaged, not respected and even discriminated. Thus, such trademark may be deemed to violate public order or morality, and the trademark application shall be rejected. According to the cancellation of "Seediq Bale," other similar trademarks which violate public order or morality shall be canceled via the process of opposition or invalidation. The doctrine of public order and morality could connect current laws with public benefit and social ethics. Like R.O.C. Civil Code and R.O.C. Administrative Procedure Act, there is the doctrine of public order and morality in R.O.C. Trademark Act. Violating the doctrine is one of negative elements of trademark registration. If the proposed trademark satisfies this negative element, a trademark application shall be rejected. Unlike other negative elements of trademark registration, doctrine of public order and morality is an indefinite legal concept which is too abstract to be understood. Comparing 15 U.S.C., Trade Marks Act 2002（NZ） and the interpretation of R.O.C. Trademark Act by Intellectual Property Office, I suggest legislature, executive and judiciary should reify the doctrine of public order and morality as far as possible. Then we may enforce the doctrine more efficiently in the future.
