Absztrakt Egy 56 éves férfi beteg esetét ismertetjük, akinél korábban retroperitonealis liposarcomát távolítottunk el. A betegnél a fossa inguinalisban kiújult daganat a femoralis csatornán keresztül, az arteria femoralis mellett terjedt a combra és klinikailag incarcerált femoralis hernia képét mutatta. A CT-vizsgálat igazolta a recidív tumor gyanúját. Hasi és végtagi feltárásból távolítottuk el a tumort. Az eset kapcsán a kórkép differenciáldiagnosztikai kérdéseit és műtéttechnikai részleteket tárgyalunk.

Absztrakt Bevezetés: Az Endologix a hagyományos implantációs technikától eltérő, aortoiliacalis stentgraftrendszert fejlesztett ki (Nellix, EVAS – endovascular aneurysm sealing system). Magyarországon az első beültetés 2016 elején a Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinikán történt. Metodika: A Nellix két, egyenként 10 mm-es, választható hosszúságú, ballonos fedett stentből, az ezeket körülvevő két endobagből, ezekbe tölthető, az aneurysmazsákot kitöltő biokompatibilis polimerből és egy művelet-összehangoló konzolból áll.
