Abstract:
Bankruptcy law is created to protect debtors from the hands of creditors. This law ensures creditors repay loans by engaging in a particular process. The United States Congress has enacted a decree governing bankruptcy in the form of the Bankruptcy Code. The different types of bankruptcy will be referred to in this article by their chapters: Chapter 7, 11 and 13 (Justia, 2019). This article will identify the differences between these three chapters, their objectives, as well as the advantages and repercussions of each. Further, the non-dischargeable debts, recommendable actions for the filers, numbers of petitioners who have undergone bankruptcy cases, the financial ratio of the petitioners, the common denominator on the filers, and the methodology performed by the chief executive officer (CEO) of the four companies, Coldwater Creek, Kmart, SEARS and Toys “R” Us, will be analyzed. Additionally, the design and methodology for reviving each company that were implemented and applied by each CEO will be examined, and the reasons they were proven ineffective will be offered. By investing more, borrowing can become essential and, liabilities can grow beyond what could be repaid. This results in the filing of bankruptcy for protection from creditors.

Abstract:
3,5-Di-tert-butyl-ortho-quinone, 6, and 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-propanone, 7, models for oxidized lignin and for lignin, were used as sensitizers of photo-oxidation. Product studies by HPLC from oxidation of methyl linoleate in solution sensitized by 6 or 7, and in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) sensitized by 6, showed a product distribution of six hydroperoxides, the four conjugated 9- and 13-hydroperoxides of the geometrical isomers: trans-10, cis-12 (2), cis-9, trans-11 (3), trans-10, trans-12 (4), and trans-9, trans-11 (5)-octadecadienoates plus two nonconjugated hydroperoxides. The higher cis/trans to trans/trans (ct/tt) of geometrical isomers (2 + 3//4 + 5) compared to ct/tt from known thermal free-radical peroxidations (Type 1) indicate that singlet oxygen (Type 2) oxidation occurs in reactions sensitized by 6 or 7. Kinetic studies by oxygen uptake are reported on oxidations of hydrocarbons 1-phenyl-2-methylpropene,8, and trans-stilbene,9, sensitized by the quinone, 6, or by a dye, Rose Bengal. Quenching studies imply singlet oxygen reactions. Milled wood lignin undergoes self-initiated photo-oxidation in water, and oxygen uptake was quenched by sodium azide. Cellobiose, a cellulose model, undergoes sensitized photo-oxidation using model quinone, 6, in a mixture of tert-butyl alcohol and water or using the sensitizers benzophenone or the lignin model, 7, delivered on a solid support, silica gel, and these oxidations were quenched with sodium azide. These results implicate singlet oxygen in the photo-yellowing of high lignin content wood pulps.Key words: lignin models, ortho-quinone, photo-oxidation, singlet oxygen, lignin, cellobiose.

Abstract The peculiarity of 2 Corinthians 13:11–13 has been noticed by scholars since the eighteenth century, but suggestions about the passage have often briefly made without a thorough textual examination. Employing several types of evidence used for identifying interpolations, this article will demonstrate that the letter closing of 2 Corinthians (13:11–13) has three distinctive characteristics. Independently, these are not definite evidence, but their cumulative weight increases the possibility that this ending was created by a redactor.

Abstract The apostle Paul employed many techniques that demonstrated his leadership. One of the most understated instances of that is in his ‘Fool’s Speech’ in 2 Corinthians 11:16- 12:13. Paul flaunted his rhetorical skills in calling attention to his own shortcomings, in lampooning his opponents, and in revealing the source of his assurance for foolishness. This article evaluates Paul’s rhetorical masterpiece calling the Corinthians to humble submission to his apostleship by synthesizing the work of both Jennifer Glancy and Lawrence Welborn with Don Howell. AbstractBackgroundObesity and overweight are among the most common and serious health issues in many countries, leading to numerous medical consequences such as heart disease, hypertension, fatty liver etc. This review article addressed the prevalence of obesity and overweight in Iranian students by using meta-analysis.MethodsA number of domestic and international databases were searched, including IranMedex, Magiran, SID, Scopus, PubMed, IranDoc, Web of Science and Google Scholar. Eligible publications were 160 articles that addressed the prevalence of obesity or overweight. Data were combined using random effects model. Heterogeneity of the studies was examined by Q statistics and the I2 index. Data were analyzed using STATA version 11.1.ResultsIn the 160 reviewed studies, a total of 481,070 individuals (6–20 years) were included. The prevalence of obesity among Iranian students based on body mass index (BMI) was 11% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 10%–12%) (in girls 8% [95% CI: 7%–10%] and in boys 11% [95% CI: 10%–13%]). The prevalence of overweight in students based on BMI was 12% (95% CI: 12%–13%) (in girls 13% [95% CI: 11%–14%] and in boys 11% [95% CI: 18%–30%]). The rate of obesity was 13% (95% CI: 11%–16%) in elementary school students, 10% (95% CI: 7%–14%) in secondary school students and 7% (95% CI: 6%–9%) in high school students.ConclusionsThe prevalence rate of overweight was more than that of obesity with a 1% difference. The prevalence of obesity was higher in boys, while the prevalence of overweight was higher in girls. The prevalence of obesity was higher in primary school students than in secondary school students. This prevalence was higher in secondary school students than in high school students.

Abstract:
In this article, an analysis of medical records of 51 patient who underwent eye preserving treatment of choroidal melanoma (brachytherapy or combination of methods) with subsequent secondary enucleation is shown. According to their initial sizes, tumors were divided into small, medium and large (11, 13 and 27 eyes, respectively). In small melanoma cases, the period of time before secondary enucleation was the longest, in cases of medium size tumors, it was more than 1.5 times shorter, and in large choroidal melanomas - two times shorter (р = 0,02). A characteristic feature of the small and medium-size melanoma groups was a low rate of postradiation complications (2 of 11 eyes, and 2 of 13 eyes, respectively). In large melanomas, morphologically the tumor was proven in 23 out of 27 eyes, and postradiation complications as an indication for enucleation were much more frequent (13 eyes).

Abstract:
ABSTRACT In the last 20 years, the role of first-trimester ultrasound screening has expanded from individual calculation of the risk of aneuploidy through measurement of the nuchal translucency to a powerful technique to evaluate important aspects of the fetal anatomy. Traditionally, the full anatomy scan for detection of structural anomalies has been performed in the second trimester of pregnancy. However, with the implementation of the first-trimester scan at 11 to 13 weeks of gestation many of the structural anomalies traditionally detected in the second trimester can now be identified earlier in pregnancy. In the first part of this review we discuss the main ultrasound findings that may facilitate the prenatal detection of fetal brain, face and neck abnormalities in the first trimester of pregnancy. Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of public promise as a legal fact. The institution of public promise of awards in the structure of the current Russian civil legislation occupies a rather uncertain position. It is shown that the mechanism described in article 1055 of the civil code of the Russian Federation in relation to the public promise of a reward is quite similar to the procedure for concluding a contract. The public promise of a reward, as presented in clause 1 of article 1055, contains all the essential terms of the contract, including its subject (action), term of performance, and price (amount of the reward). Thus, the performance of the action specified in the announcement is an acceptance, the peculiarity of which is that the obligation to pay the reward arises regardless of whether the corresponding action was performed in connection with the announcement made or independently of it (clause 4 of article 1055).

Abstract:
Tobacco use is a major public health problem in our society. Tobacco addiction begins in adolescence and majority of smokers start using tobacco in the age group between 11-13 years. There are a number of tobacco prevention strategies targeted towards the youth such as school-based educational interventions, community-based interventions, advertising restrictions on tobacco use, youth access restrictions and public health education. The purpose of this article is to review smoking prevention educational interventions in adolescents conducted either in the school or community setting. In order to collect the materials for the study, a search of CINAHL, MEDLINE and ERIC databases was conducted for the time period 1985-2006. A total of 15 studies met the inclusion criteria. Eight out of the 15 interventions were targeted towards students in grades 6-7 which makes sense as majority of the adolescents start using tobacco in the age group 11-13 years. Nine out of 15 interventions reviewed did not use any behavioral theory. The six articles that used theory used social learning theory, community organizing theory, transactional and systems theory of environmental change and some constructs from transtheoretical model. There is need to explicitly reify behavioral theories by tobacco prevention interventions. Characteristics of the length of the intervention, personnel conducting the intervention, types of activities included in the interventions, and process evaluation results are discussed in the article. Recommendations for developing future educational interventions for preventing tobacco use in adolescents are discussed.

Abstract:
This article examines the principles on which the successful development of the personnel development strategy is based, with its main element - talent management, as well as its relationship to the overall business strategy of the organization. The person simultaneously acts as the object and the subject of management. To date, the growing role of man is due to the rapid development of the surrounding world, its transition to an information society for which time and knowledge are the greatest achievements in competition. Modern society is a complex multifunctional system. Therefore, one fact remains unchanged: workers are the basis of any enterprise, and their significance is reinforced by strategic competitive advantages of the enterprise, which are largely based on the applying necessary knowledge, skills and competencies in the changing business environment. The authors consider the approaches to the process of forming the personnel development strategy in an organization, and the relationship between business strategies and private strategies. The article also describes the main economic instruments and principles used in the drafting the personnel development strategy. The article defines the need to develop a talent management system that brings the human element to business strategy and business planning, giving people the close attention that they deserve. Russian organizations are increasingly interested in managing talented employees. Although so far the introduction and application of these solutions still remains the lot of large companies that have the capacity to grow additional human resources capabilities, as well as possessing a stable base of personnel management. However, in recent years, the demand for automation of talent management processes has increased several times. The demand for highly qualified employees and managers that is increasing with the market does not meet the offer. Effectively formed and implemented talent management as an element of the personnel development strategy is the guarantor of a purposeful and pre-conceived process of using and developing employees in order to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.

Abstract Based on the Petri net definitions and theorems already formalized in the Mizar article [13], in this article we were able to formalize the definition of cell Petri nets. It is based on [12]. Colored Petri net has already been defined in [11]. In addition, the conditions of the firing rule and the colored set to this definition, that defines the cell Petri nets are further extended to CPNT.i further. The synthesis of two Petri nets was introduced in [11] and in this work the definition is extended to produce the synthesis of a family of colored Petri nets. Specifically, the extension to a CPNT family is performed by specifying how to link the outbound transitions of each colored Petri net to the place elements of other nets to form a neighborhood relationship. Finally, the activation of colored Petri nets was formalized.

Abstract:
The article presents the research on personal qualities and characteristics of rescuers manifesting signs of professional estrangement. In extreme and extraordinary conditions, in particular, during fires and natural disasters, the requirements for certain personal characteristics of rescuers are significantly increased. That is, professional activity in special conditions significantly affects such professionals: on the one hand, personal development is promoted, and on the other hand, personal qualities can be deformed, therefore, it is necessary to determine specialists whose psychological characteristics do not corresponds the requirements of their work, or to re-allocate them for workplaces with taking into account their individual psychological peculiarities. The obtained results suggest that personal qualities of rescuers identifying themselves with their profession and rescuers with signs of professional estrangement are significantly different. Professionals with a high level of professional identification are characterized as decent and courteous in relations at work and out-of-work. They usually respond adequately to criticism or remarks, and behave on the base of their own emotions and ambitions at conflict situations. Specialists manifesting professional estrangement are often characterized as depressed individuals, dissatisfied with their position or the state of affairs at their work; so they often show ineffectiveness, indecision, and inconsistency in their actions during assignment implementations. Such specialists are characterized by their colleagues as conflict, irresponsible, stubborn and undisciplined people. They can respond inadequately on criticisms or comments. In general, the professional work for them is too difficult and leads to excessive mental stress, rapid fatigue, a feeling of impotence and exhaustion.

Abstract:
This article provides a systematic review of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) adoption model. Firstly, an analysis of the literature discussing the current EA adoption models was undertaken. The EA adoption models were reviewed to identify which adoption phase can be connected. This paper also discusses the limitations of the models. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria defined in the review process, 13 articles were reviewed. There are 13 different EA adoption models across the number of adoption phases which were selected from 13 articles. A total of 11 adoption models were designed for the post-adoption phase and applicable for the EA implementation phase and two (2) adoption models were formulated for adoption phase. This SLR reflected that there was relatively little research conducted in the adoption phase. Previous scholars had adopted one or a combination of different underpinning theories in their studies to identify the existing approach and perspective formulating EA adoption model. The finding also revealed the limitation of previous studies such as generalizability and fragmented perspective. Therefore, this review will provide further investigation into the potential development of EA adoption model at an early stage that could provide wide-ranging and rational views of business, information, and technology for the organisation.

Abstract:
Neoplastic diseases in prosimians have been sporadically reported in the literature. To provide a comprehensive review of prosimian neoplasia, a retrospective evaluation of neoplasia in a large captive prosimian colony and an extensive literature review were performed. Primates that belong to the Order Primata, Suborder Prosimii with histologic evidence of neoplasia were included. One hundred twenty-three cases of spontaneous neoplasia were identified in 101 prosimians from the Duke Lemur Center, and 124 cases were reported in 116 prosimians in the literature. Overall, this review compiled a total of 247 neoplasms in 217 prosimians. Of the 217 affected animals, 88 of 217 were males (41%), 100 of 217 were females (46%), and sex was not reported in 29 of 217 (13%). Ages ranged from 2 days to 36 years. Prosimian families represented were Lemuridae (80/217 [37%]), Cheirogaleidae (61/217 [28%]), Galagidae (44/217 [20%]), Lorisidae (28/217 [13%]), and Indriidae (4/217 [2%]). The most commonly affected species were the gray mouse lemur (Microcebus murinus) (28/217 [13%]), thick-tailed greater bush baby (Otolemur crassicaudatus) (23/217 [11%]), and black lemur (Eulemur macaco) (19/217 [9%]). Organ systems affected, in order of descending occurrence, were digestive (75/247 [30%]), reproductive (40/247 [16%]), hematopoietic (34/247 [14%]), integumentary (28/247 [11%]), endocrine (26/247 [11%]), and urinary (17/247 [7%]). The respiratory, nervous, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular systems were infrequently affected. The most common neoplasms were hepatocellular (32/247 [13%]), lymphoma and/or leukemia (29/247 [12%]), biliary (15/247 [6%]), and mammary neoplasms (12/247 [5%]). This article should serve as a valuable reference for the types and relative frequencies of neoplasms that occur in prosimian species.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the considering theoretical and practical issues of the wellness industry development in Novosibirsk and the use of its opportunities for organizing leisure time for older people. The authors consider the development tendencies in the wellness industry as way for organizing the leisure of consumers whose physical, psycho-emotional and financial possibilities are lower than active age people. The statistical data cited in the article indicates that the development of services in this sector is rapidly growing, the range of services are expanded, wellness companies are oriented to different groups of consumers: children, pregnant women, disabled people, etc. However, attention is not paid to people of the third age. This research provides mapping the market of services of enterprises and organizations rendering wellness services. In particular, those organizations that provide fitness and dance services are considered. It is these services in the wellness industry that can solve for the elderly at least two tasks at a time - maintaining and strengthening psychosomatic health and creating conditions for versatile communication. The results of mapping show that Novosibirsk has large number of such organizations, however, only two among them (included in the federal fitness network) provide services for the elderly people. The survey of elderly people in Novosibirsk allowed to identify the need for fitness and dance services, and made it possible to determine priorities in time, cost and types of employment in the centers of the wellness industry. Also the authors note that classes for people of this target group should take into account its features and should be conducted by trainers with special education. According to these features specialized programs should be developed, including the use of recreational and service technologies as an alternative to the usual fitness.

Object The number of citations a published article receives is a measure of its impact in the scientific community. This study identifies and characterizes the current 100 top-cited articles in journals specifically dedicated to neurosurgery. Methods Neurosurgical journals were identified using the Institute for Scientific Information Journal Citation Reports. A search was performed using Institute for Scientific Information Web of Science for articles appearing in each of these journals. The 100 top-cited articles were selected and analyzed. Results The 100 most cited manuscripts in neurosurgical journals appeared in 3 of 13 journals dedicated to neurosurgery. These included 79 in the Journal of Neurosurgery, 11 in the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry, and 10 in Neurosurgery. The individual citation counts for these articles ranged from 287 to 1515. Seventy-seven percent of articles were published between 1976 and 1995. Representation varied widely across neurosurgical disciplines, with cerebrovascular diseases leading (43 articles), followed by trauma (27 articles), stereotactic and functional neurosurgery (13 articles), and neurooncology (12 articles). The study types included 5 randomized trials, 5 cooperative studies, 1 observational cohort study, 69 case series, 8 review articles, and 12 animal studies. Thirty articles dealt with surgical management and 12 with nonsurgical management. There were 15 studies of natural history of disease or outcomes after trauma, 11 classification or grading scales, and 10 studies of human pathophysiology. Conclusions The most cited articles in neurosurgical journals are trials evaluating surgical or medical therapies, descriptions of novel techniques, or systems for classifying or grading disease. The time of publication, field of study, nature of the work, and the journal in which the work appears are possible determinants of the likelihood of citation and impact.

The purpose of this article is to identify the technology of political holograms, as well as an attempt to comprehend possible scenarios for the development of this little-studied phenomenon. The main methodological techniques were the principles of comparative and content analysis. The article defines political holograms, holographic policies, and periodizes the evolution of political hologram technologies. The results of the study show that the introduction of holographic technologies in politics is so far more widespread among political leaders than among mass civil movements and parties. The author gives an explanation of this phenomenon. It is revealed that the hologram in politics is embodied not only in limited technologies, but also acquires much more diverse practical functions. Moreover, the paper gives three scenarios for the further development of a political hologram: radical, authoritarian and deliberative. Finally, author’s considerations are given regarding the risks and opportunities of political holograms for the development of communication and democracy.

Abstract:
In this article we present the following new fact for prime p = 11. For knots 62 and 72, mincol11 62 = 5 = mincol11 72, along with the following feature. There is a pair of diagrams, one for 62 and the other one for 72, each of them admitting only non-trivial 11-colorings using five colors, but neither of them admitting being colored with the sets of five colors that color the other one. This new fact is in full contrast with the behavior exhibited by links admitting non-trivial p-colorings over the smaller primes, p = 2, 3, 5 or 7. We also prove results concerning obstructions to the minimization of colors over generic odd moduli. We apply these to finding the right colors to eliminate from non-trivial colorings. We thus prove that 5 is the minimum number of colors for each knot of prime determinant 11 or 13 from Rolfsen's table.
