Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union was originally viewed by national constitutional courts as an important provision for upholding state sovereignty. The German Constitutional Court emphasized the provision in its reconciliation of the Lisbon Treaty with state sovereignty. Resumen: Este artículo analiza los croquis de las primeras versiones del proyecto de la Cité de Refuge de Paris desvelando las sucesivas estrategias empleadas en el proceso de proyecto así como la génesis de la propuesta finalmente construida. A growing interest in Two-Way Bilingual Immersion (TWBI) programs has led to increased attention to bilingualism, biliteracy, and biculturalism. This article describes the writing development in Spanish and English for 49 kindergarten students in a 50/50 Two-Way Bilingual Immersion program.
