Under Title II of the TFEU, the Treaty assembles a general consistency rule (Article 7 TFEU), a number of horizontal ‘mainstreaming’ provisions (Articles 8–13 TFEU), a provision on services in general economic interest (Article 14 TFEU), a principle of EU law plus legal basis (transparency, Article 15 TFEU), a fundamental right plus legal basis (data protection, Article 16 TFEU), and a provision on religion similar to Article 4(2) TEU on respect for national identities (Article 17 TFEU). Thus, the ‘provisions having general application’ have little in common. Several studies claimed that maternal stress, depression, and anxiety level have a negative impact on birth outcomes. Yoga is a well-known exercise for emotional relaxation therapy. This study aimed to investigate the benefits of prenatal yoga exercise during pregnancy. Subjects and Method: A scoping review method was conducted in eight stages including (1) Identification of study problems; (2) Determining priority problem and study question; (3) Determining

Abstract:
“Discourse on the overthrow of the king of Sweden” was written by the French diplomat resident in Copenhagen Charles de Danzay in 1568. It tells about the events of the overthrow of the Swedish monarch Eric XIV that occurred in the same 1568 by his brothers: Dukes Karl and Johan. Danzay in his “Discourse” gives estimates of the regime of Eric XIV. The work allows us to compare it with The Opritchnina regime of Ivan IV the terrible. The article also discusses the “Muscovite plot” related to the overthrow of Eric XIV: the so-called “the case of Katerina Jagiellonka”. In addition, the topic of Fr

Conducting polymers possess similarity in ion transport function to cell membranes and perform electro-chemo-mechanical energy conversion. In an in vitro setup, protein-reconstituted bilayer lipid membranes (bioderived membranes)perform similar energy conversion and behave like cell membranes. Inspired by the similarity in ionic function between a conducting polymer membrane and cell membrane, this article presents a thin-film laminated membrane in which alamethicin-reconstituted lipid bilayer membrane is supported on a polypyrrole membrane. The article considers field emission cathodes from industrial graphites MG, MPG-7, and GMZ operated in the pulse-periodic mode with the pulse repetitionrate of 1 to 30 Hz. The operation of field emitters in the pulsed mode differs from operation at a constant voltage. Under stabilization of the high potential level, the amplitude of the pulses of the emission current decreases that leads to increasing the operating voltage in the pulsed mode. During operation of the graphite cathode (when the pulse current is recorded), the operating voltage at the anode stabilizes and oscillates within 5%. Op
