Dating couples ( N = 84 pairs) engaged in a 10-min videotaped discussion about an unresolved conflict and then reviewed the recorded discussion. This study examines the effect of system quality (SQ) determinants on social commerce (s-commerce) context from the s-commerce consumers’ perspective by adapting IS success model. 220 data samples from online survey were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and the structural equitation model (SEM) to test the research model.
