Abstract:
Il presente studio analizza l’intersezione tra apprendimento dell’italiano L2, lavoro di cura e ricostruzione identitaria nelle assistenti familiari con background migratorio provenienti dall’Europa dell’Est. Alla luce dell’invecchiamento demografico della popolazione italiana e della crescente dipendenza dal lavoro migrante nel settore dell’assistenza agli anziani, la ricerca si propone di individuare i bisogni linguistici, culturali e professionali di queste lavoratrici, con particolare attenzione ai processi di negoziazione identitaria e alle strategie di apprendimento linguistico adottate.
