Abstract:

Streszczenie Wstęp: Asymetria morfologiczna jest rozumiana jako zakłócenie symetrii zewnętrznych kształtów ciała po obu stronach płaszczyzny pośrodkowej. Niewielkie odchylenia w postawie ciała nie wpływają w istotny sposób na prawidłowe funkcjonowanie organizmu, zaś odchylenia o znacznym nasileniu mogą stanowić zagrożenie dla prawidłowego funkcjonowania organizmu. Celem pracy było określenie czy asymetria ustawienia łopatek wpływa na wartości wybranych parametrów przemieszczania środka nacisku stóp. Materiał i metody: Do badań przystąpiło łącznie 180 dzieci w wieku 7-10 lat. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego badania fotogrametrycznego wyodrębniono grupę badaną, którą stanowiły dzieci z asymetrią łopatek rzędu 10-20 mm (grupa I: 30 osób). Do grupy porównawczej (grupa II) zakwalifikowano 30 losowo wybranych osób bez asymetrii łopatek. Następnie przy użyciu platformy stabilometrycznej, oceniono równowagę pozycji stojącej w próbie z oczami otwartymi. Oceniono 6 różnych parametrów ruchu środka nacisku stóp (COP). Wyniki: Na podstawie analizy wyników przeprowadzonych badań nie wykazano istotnej statystycznie zależności pomiędzy asymetrią ustawienia łopatek a zaburzeniem równowagi. Wnioski: U dzieci z niewielką asymetrią ustawienia łopatek, zachowanie się rzutu środka ciężkości ciała nie różni się w sposób istotny od analogicznych parametrów u dzieci nie wykazujących asymetrii. Płeć dzieci nie wpływa na zachowanie się rzutu środka ciężkości w pozycji stojącej.

Egzogeniczne i endogeniczne źródła asymetrii informacji są istotnym problemem rynku zamówień publicznych. Czynniki zewnętrzne wywołujące asymetrię informacji skutkują wzrostem ryzyka transakcji, a zarazem kosztów transakcyjnych. Czynniki wewnętrzne (behawioralne) związane są z dwoma ważnymi zjawiskami: negatywnej selekcji i pokusą nadużycia.

Tato přehledová studie se zaměřuje na fenomén laterality obecně i na její konkrétní formy, což jsou leváctví a asymetrie mozkových hemisfér. Autorka se snaží se tyto pojmy definovat, popsat a vysvětlit případný vztah mezi vedoucí rukou a asymetrií hemisfér, konkrétně specializovaných funkčních oblastí v mozku člověka. Ve studii jsou nastíněny teorie, které řeší otázku, proč lateralita rukou a mozku evolučně vznikla a z jakých důvodů se vyvine u jedince, a to z hlediska genetických příčin i možného vlivů prostředí. Studie následně popisuje leváctví a praváctví v lidské populaci, klasifikaci laterality rukou u člověka a možnosti, jak vedoucí ruku určit.

Abstract:

Środowiskowa krzywa Kuznetsa jest formułą opisu asymetrii uwarunkowań rozwoju gospodarczego i wynikających stąd sprzeczności interesów pomiędzy państwami. Owe asymetrie i sprzeczności znajdują odzwierciedlenie w realizowanej przez nie wewnętrznie i poszukiwanej w przestrzeni międzynarodowej policy mix w dziedzinie ochrony środowiska. Na mapie interesów i zależności naturalnie pojawiających się w kontekścieochrony środowiska muszą być uwzględnione korzyści i koszty zewnętrzne, które stwarza polityka ochrony środowiska poszczególnych państw. Z EKC wynika, że owe korzyści i koszty nie mogą być rozłożone równomiernie, co powoduje, że istotne jest zapewnienie takich rozwiązań międzyjurysdykcyjnych, które zapewniają identyfikację świadczeń opartych na wzajemności zgeneralizowanej i realizację ich w jakiejś formule wymagającej międzynarodowego porozumienia o wymianie świadczeń w postaci kooperatywnych elementów polityki ochrony środowiska oraz transferów finansowych. Wzajemność, o której w tym wypadku mowa, ma charakter zgeneralizowany. Jej funkcją jest zapewnienie takich równowag Nasha, które długookresowo zapewniają najwyższy poziom efektywności. Jakkolwiek wyzwala to pewien stopień niekooperatywności w krótkim i średnim okresie, to jednak nie jest ona zupełna, gdyż fundamentalne, długookresowe cele polityki środowiska większości państw są podobne.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of government employees about the impact of asymetric information, enforcement of regulations, the effectiveness of internal control, unethical behaviour, compensation suitability, and leadership style to tendency of fraud in government sector. The population of this study is 110 employees who work at financial subsector on Dinas Kota Bandar Lampung. This study is a population research, therefore the respondents of this study are all of the population. The data were obtained by questionnaire. It’s analyzed by using analyze tool smartPLS 3. The result of this study showes positive impact of asymetric information, enforcement of regulations, and unethical behaviour towards tendency of fraud on government sector, there is no impact between the effectiveness of internal control and compensation suitability towards tendency of fraud on government sector.

Określił model przestrzenny (chorotyp) położenia (choremę podwójnej bariery, choremę dwóch osi komunikacyjnych), model przestrzenny (chorotyp) struktury (choremę trzech stref, choremę dwóch typów ośrodków) i model przestrzenny (chorotyp) asymetrii (choremę asymetrii powiązań terytorialnych). Modele elementarne tworzą graficzny model syntetyczny struktury przestrzennej Tatr Wysokich, który pozwala na określenie specyficznych cech przestrzennej organizacji omawianego regionu.

Abstract:

AbstractBackground:Epileptiform electroencephalogram (EEG) asymmetries are not uncommon in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME) and can contribute to the misdiagnosis of this syndrome. The objective of this study is to further characterize patients with focal or asymmetric epileptiform electroencephalographic abnormalities and more specifically in terms of response to treatment. Controversial data exists in the literature concerning this issue.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed clinical and EEG data of a group of consecutive JME patients followed at our Epilepsy Service. The first EEG available for each patient was reviewed blindly by two independent electroencephalographers.Results:Twenty-eight patients with JME were identified: 11 (39.3%) were resistant to at least one appropriate anti-epileptic drug (AED), including valproate, lamotrigine, topiramate or levetiracetam. All patients except two had generalized epileptiform abnormalities. Overall, EEG asymmetries were detected in 57.1% of the cases. The proportion of EEG asymmetries between AED-sensitive group (52.9%) and AED-resistant group (63.5%) did not reach statistical significance. Concordance between examiners for identification of EEG asymmetries was good. Analysis of patients with and without asymmetries showed no statistically significant differences in comparisons of age, family history of seizure, presence of polyspike and slow wave, photosensitivity and timing of EEG related to the onset of treatment.Conclusion:Asymmetric electroencephalographic abnormalities are frequent in patients with JME. These features should not be misinterpreted as being indicative of partial epilepsy. In our group, asymmetries were not associated with resistance to treatment.

Abstract:

Pada elemen struktur beton bertulang, kuat lekat antara tulangan baja dan beton sama pentingnya dengan kuat tekan beton. Lekatan antara tulangan baja dan beton adalah salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi perilaku elemen beton bertulang terutama pada saat mengalami keretakan. Kajian-kajian secara ekperimen dan numerik dengan program komputer berbasis metode elemen hingga (FEM) telah banyak dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya, namun kajian-kajian yang telah dilakukan masih menggunakan satu jenis variasi diameter, sedangkan pemodelan secara numerik dengan variasi diameter tulangan belum pernah dilakukan. Pada simulasi numerik dengan ABAQUS SE ini benda uji pengujian pull out dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya yaitu benda uji beton berbentuk silinder dengan dimensi 150 mm x 300 mm dan diameter tulangan (d) 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm dengan panjang penyaluran (l =10d) berturut turut 100 mm, 130 mm, 160 mm, 190 mm. Benda uji dimodelkan dengan 2 dimensi (2D) satu perempat lingkaran (Asymetric), interaksi tulangan baja dan beton dimodekan sebagai cohesive behavior. Hasil simulasi numerik menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar diameter tulangan baja yang digunakan, nilai kuat lekat antara tulangan baja dan beton semakin menurun, model asymetric dan cohesive behavior dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan interaksi tulangan baja dan beton, dengan tingkat keakuratan cukup baik, dimana selisih nilai kuat lekat hasil pemodelan dan eksperimen yaitu antara 0.35% - 2.231%.

In the title complex, [Cu(C8H6NO2)2(C6H7NO)2(H2O)], the Cu2+ ion has a highly distorted square-bipyramidal (4 + 1 + 1) coordination environment, and is bonded to three carboxylate O atoms of two 3-pyridylacrylate anions (monodentate and asymetric bidentate), two pyridine N atoms of 3-pyridylmethanol ligands and one water O atom. Abstract:

Recent redefinition of Lophoziaceae has led to many nomenclature and taxonomic changes but several problems remains. Here we discuss and make the necessary new combinations for Lophoziopsis longidens subsp. arctica, Lophoziopsis pellucida var. minor, Heterogemma patagonica and Trilophozia quinquedentata var. asymetrica. A number of new synonyms are proposed. Lophozia handelii is shown to be a synonym to Lophozia pallida and the species is treated separate from Lophozia guttulata. Four problematic names in Lophozia (Lophozia groenlandica, Lophozia murmanica, Lophozia confertifolia and Lophozia longiflora) are discussed and a conspectus of the genus is given.

Abstract:

A very accurate 8X8 matrix approach to dynamical theory of X-ray diffraction in which fewer approximations are made than in the classic vonLaue approach, is described here. The method is related to the very general matrix method of Kokushima and Yamakito, and is particularly suited to numerical solution with a computer. It can be used to solve problems in ideal, undistorted crystals with high precision even at near grazing incidence without special consideration of refraction or external reflection. It is also easy to apply to problems where periodicity of oblique Bragg planes varies in the direction normal to the surface. Such strain may be induced, for example, by variation of composition with depth. Certain problems wherein simultaneous diffraction by two sets of Bragg planes occurs can also be treated by this approach.

The paper investigates the issue of the asymetric worms´ profile (Fig. 10) of the spiroid gear comprising the direct line worm surface which occurs by the motion of the constituent direct line u upon the helix regarding the steady-state coordinate system 0 (x,y,z). There are described the characteristic attributes of spiroid gears in the article. Some kinematical inaccuracies caused by mistakes in gearing assembly are analyzed there. A testing stand is supposed to carry out an experimental research of inaccuracies influence on smooth run of machine aggregate.

Abstract:

W artykule podjęty zostaje problem interpretacji tzw. efektu Knobe’a, czyli pojawiającej się asymetrii w orzekaniu o intencjonalności wywołania skutku ubocznego. Występująca tendencja jest wyjaśniana „zabarwieniem moralnym” ocenianych czynów. Do tej pory dyskusje prowadzone były głównie wśród filozofów, którzy w znacznej mierze teorię moralności postrzegają jako etykę zasad. W artykule analizy rozszerzają dotychczasowe badania o nurt teleologiczny w etyce, a w szczególności o tradycję etyki tomistycznej. Dociekania filozoficzne koncentrują się na problemie porządków normatywnych, a w szczególności na dwóch typach poznania: informującego o ocenie moralnej i informującego o faktach. Zbadanie tego zagadnienia okazuje się pomocne nie tylko dla poszukiwań wyjaśnienia efektu Knobe’a, ale także lepszego zrozumienia samego zagadnienia intencjonalnego działania stosowanego w filozofii działania. W rezultacie występowanie asymetrii w przypisywaniu intencjonalności działaniom autor tłumaczy mieszaniem porządków poznawczych, które można sprowadzić do zagadnienia kompetencji normatywnych. Przy analizowaniu efektu Knobe’a kompetencje normatywne odpowiadałyby za rozróżnianie zbieranych danych poznawczych oraz porządku „czysto informującego” od porządku oceniającego, odnoszącego się do norm lub wartości.
