Abstract:

Dieser Beitrag zeigt, dass bei geschickter Gestaltung ein asynchroner Onlinekurs mehr Interaktion bieten kann als eine Online-Live- und sogar eine Präsenzveranstaltung. Nach Ausführungen zur grundsätzlichen Gestaltung eines Onlinekurses in gängigen Lernmanagementsystemen werden konkrete Werkzeuge vorgestellt, die dem Kurs interaktiven Charakter verleihen. Sodann folgen Anregungen, wie die Erstellung eines Onlinekurses erleichtert werden kann. Abschließend werden wesentliche „Glaubenssätze“ insbesondere zur Präsenzlehre kritisch hinterfragt und geprüft, inwieweit oft vorgetragene Argumente tatsächlich gegen asynchrone Online-Lehre ins Feld geführt werden können.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi saat ini telah menggerakkan dosen dan mahasiswa untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi (TI) yang mendukung kegiatan perkuliahan. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana penerapan aplikasi pembelajaran synchronous dan asynchronous di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Lhokseumawe dan bagaimana perspektif mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran synchronous dan asynchronous tersebut. Salah satu cara pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah pembelajaran Synchronous dan Asynchronous. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan jika dosen yang mengajar di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Lhokseumawe ditemukan jika pada sistem pembelajaran synchronous, dosen banyak menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran synchronous yaitu Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp, Google Meet atau Google Classroom dan aplikasi pembelajaran asynchronous yaitu video youtube, power point, e-book, canva, quizziz, kahoot. Sebanyak 89% mahasiswa tertarik dan merasa efektif menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran synchronous dan 92% mahasiswa tertarik, merasa efektif dan termotivasi dengan penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran asynchronous. Kata Kunci: aplikasi pembelajaran, synchronous, asynchronous. Abstract: Current technological advances have motivated faculty and students to use information technology-based learning media to support the teaching activities. This study looks at how the application of synchronous and asynchrone learning applications in the Faculty of education and teacher training IAIN Lhokseumawe and how the student's perspective towards the use of such synchronic and asymphonic learning applications. One way of distance learning is synchronous and asynchrone learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research were found if the lecturer who teaches at the Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Lhokseumawe found that on the synchronous learning system, the teacher used a lot of synchronized learning applications such as Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Google Classroom and asynchrone learning apps such as video youtube, power point, e-book, canva, quizziz, kahoot. 89% of students were interested and felt effective using synchronous learning applications and 92% were interested, felt effective and motivated by using asynchrone learning applications. L’objectif de ce mémoire est d’assurer une commande vectorielle associée à une électropompe asynchrone immergée. La configuration de ce système comporte un générateur photovoltaïque, un bus PV, un filtre PV connecté à un hacheur survolteur, un bus DC et un onduleur de tension alimentant une machine asynchrone couplée à une pompe centrifuge. L’objectif de ce système consiste à assurer un fonctionnement à puissance maximale du système photovoltaïque pour diverses conditions climatiques. L’adaptation entre le générateur photovoltaïque et la charge a été effectuée moyennant le convertisseur DC/DC.

Abstract:

Reallabore in öffentlichen Räumen sollen langfristige Transformationsprozesse beflügeln. Meist sind solche Interventionen projektförmig organisiert. Projekte bringen jedoch ihre eigene Zeitlogik mit sich, die sich nicht mit der Zeitlogik der beteiligten Akteure, Stadtquartiere und Alltagswelten deckt. In diesem Beitrag rekonstruieren wir anhand von zwei Mobilitätsprojekten in München und Barcelona drei Dimensionen der Asynchronität und zeigen Spannungsfelder auf, die mit ihnen einhergehen: Erstens sorgten die Eingriffe schnell für Konflikte, während sich Mobilitätsroutinen hartnäckig hielten. Zweitens waren die Projekte an Förderzeiträume sowie Legislaturperioden gekoppelt. Akteure standen unter Druck, zu handeln und symbolische Erfolge zu erzielen, unabhängig von den Entwicklungen im Quartier. Drittens führte die Transfererwartung zu einer paradoxen Situation, in der lokale Besonderheiten und Beteiligungsversprechen mit der Entwicklung skalierbarer Lösungen vereinbart werden sollten.

Abstract:

Dans cet article, j’ai mis en place une approche de la commande directe du couple (DTC) douze secteurs de la machine asynchrone (MAS) basés sur la théorie de la logique floue (FL) et les réseaux de neurones (RNA). La stratégie de contrôle directe du couple est un moyen efficace et simple pour piloter une machine asynchrone. L’association de ces deux théories à la commande DTC douze secteurs a permis de donner de grandes performances avec une réponse dynamique très rapide sans dépassement. En visualisation les résultats de simulation en utilisant le langage Matlab, ces résultats de simulation montrent que la stratégie proposée de la commande DTC douze secteurs réduit considérablement les ondulations du couple et du flux statorique par rapport à la commande DTC douze secteurs conventionnels.

Abstract:

In Einführungsmodulen, die sowohl als Fachmodul als auch als Importmodul für verschiedene Studiengänge angeboten werden, unterscheiden sich die Vorkenntnisse, Ziele und Motivationen der Teilnehmenden erheblich. Im Zuge eines Projekts zur Digitalisierung der Lehre in der Informatik wurde daher über zwei Jahre ein Konzept für ein solches Einführungsmodul der Informatik entwickelt, das individuellere Lernangebote bereithält und synchrone mit asynchronen Lernphasen verbindet. Dabei wurden die Konzepte des Flipped Classroom und der Projektarbeit als didaktische Basis verwendet. Als Programmierumgebung und zur Bereitstellung der Lernmaterialien wurden Jupyter Notebooks genutzt. Durch verschiedene Evaluationsmethoden sowohl mit den Studierenden als auch mit den studentischen Tutor:innen, die diese betreuen, konnten nach dem ersten Jahr Aspekte identifiziert werden, die im zweiten Jahr weiter verbessert wurden. Trotz der Belastungen durch das digitale Coronasemester ist ergänzt um einen Gamification-Ansatz ein Konzept entstanden, das Studierenden individuelle Lerngelegenheiten bietet und zu einer hohen Zufriedenheit führt. Insbesondere scheint es durch asynchrone Lernmaterialien gelungen zu sein, die bei klassischen Vorlesungen häufig fehlende Vor- und Nachbereitung der Studierenden zu fördern.

Abstract:

Ce papier présente une étude expérimentale portant sur une génératrice asynchrone triphasée de 0.37 kW destinée à la production d’électricité en zones rurales. Le but du travail est d’étudier les effets des facteurs: capacité, vitesse et rémanent, permettant un temps d’amorçage minimal (< à 700 ms), tout en maintenant la tension et la fréquence dans les limites admissibles. La méthode adoptée est celle de plan d’expériences factoriel 2n qui permet de mettre en évidence et à quantifier l’influence de ces facteurs. Le logiciel Minitab aide à l’analyse des données obtenues. De cette analyse, il ressort que le temps d’amorçage subit l’influence simultanée des facteurs suscités. Les résultats de cette étude montrent que la valeur du rémanent, non spécifiée dans les travaux antérieurs influe significativement sur le temps d’amorçage de la génératrice asynchrone.

Abstract:

L’article présente les étapes d’un travail de conception d’une e-évaluation dynamique formative effectué dans le cadre d’un cours de troisième cycle universitaire sur les usages pédagogiques du numérique. La e-évaluation conçue porte sur le concept d’alignement pédagogique et a été implémentée dans un cours d’introduction aux méthodes et stratégies d’enseignement dans sa version en ligne et asynchrone. La fonctionnalité Test dans Moodle a été utilisée pour ce faire. La e-évaluation prend la forme d’un quiz comportant huit questions et leur rétroaction pour lesquelles le processus de création est présenté. Une mise à l’essai de cette e-évaluation a eu lieu dans un cours majoritairement asynchrone. Un aperçu des résultats obtenus par les apprenantes et les apprenants ayant eu accès à la e évaluation est brièvement présenté. Pour terminer, une appréciation globale propose des critères d’évaluation d’une e-évaluation.

Abstract:

Zusammenfassung Während der Covid-19-Pandemie bestand die Herausforderung, Inhalte des DaZ-Moduls online und asynchron an die heterogene Studierendenschaft zu vermitteln. Aus diesem Grund mussten Lernumgebungen entwickelt werden, die es den Studierenden ermöglichten, selbstständig zu lernen, und zwar auf eine Art und Weise, die auch das Engagement und damit ein vertieftes Lernen fördert. Lernpfade (LPs), eine Kombination aus internetbasierten, sequenzierten Lerninhalten und Selbstlernaufgaben, ermöglichen das Lernen nach individuellem Tempo und individueller Tiefe und bieten automatisierte Tests zur Überprüfung des eigenen Lernprozesses. Es zeigt sich jedoch, dass unterschiedliche Studierende bei der selbstständigen Arbeit mit digitalen Lernpfaden unterschiedlich erfolgreich sind. Daraus ergeben sich folgende Fragen: Wie setzen sich die Studierenden mit den digitalen Inhalten auseinander, welche Lernmöglichkeiten nehmen die Studierenden wahr und wie nutzen sie diese? In der durchgeführten Studie wurden Aussagen der Studierenden darüber untersucht, wie sie einen Lernpfad bearbeitet haben und warum sie einen bestimmten Ansatz gewählt haben. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der Erfolg des Kurses in hohem Maße davon abhängt, inwieweit die Studierenden ihre selbstregulierenden Lernfähigkeiten aktivieren konnten.

Abstract. Eine der großen Herausforderungen beim Betrieb von Schaltungen bei extrem niedrigen Versorgungsspannungen ist die starke Zunahme des Einflusses zufälliger Prozessvariationen auf die Verzögerungszeiten der Gatter. Dies erfordert sehr hohe Sicherheitsmargen im Timing der Schaltungen, was zu einer deutlichen Verringerung der Geschwindigkeit und einem Anstieg der Energie pro Operation führt. Asynchrone Schaltungstechniken, die durch ihre Kodierung das Ende einer Operation detektieren können, sind daher bei dieser Anwendung eine interessante Alternative. In dieser Veröffentlichung werden die notwendigen Sicherheitsmargen in Delay-Line basierten Subthreshold-Schaltungen diskutiert und mögliche asynchrone Dual-Rail Entwurfsmethoden vorgestellt. Transistor-Level Simulationsergebnisse für einen einfachen, in den diskutierten Techniken realisierten Zähler werden vorgestellt, um die Funktionsfähigkeit dieser Techniken im Subthreshold-Bereich zu demonstrieren. Multiplizier mit unterschiedlicher Wortbreite dienen als Beispiel für eine komplexere Schaltung, welche bezüglich Geschwindigkeit, Energiebedarf und Flächenaufwand mit einer entsprechenden Standard-Realisierung verglichen wird, was abschließend eine Aussage darüber zulässt, wann die untersuchten Techniken gewinnbringend eingesetzt werden können.

Abstract:

This study investigates how using a voice-based Asynchronous Technology-Mediated Communication framework (ATMC) can affect English for Academic Purposes (EAP) students’ fluency, accuracy, and intelligibility. Research has highlighted the benefits of ATMC in improving various elements of spoken communication, but to date, its application to EAP contexts has been little studied. In EAP speaking/listening courses at a large Canadian university, a team of instructor-researchers developed a system to provide learners more speaking and listening practice opportunities and to give individualized video feedback (veedback) on speaking performance. The instructor-researchers used a practitioner enquiry research methodology to investigate the effectiveness of the voice-based ATMC for 14 participants, drawing upon qualitative data from student interviews and the instructor’s qualitative and quantitative assessment of the students’ responses to tasks. Findings indicate that the system resulted in overall gains in fluency, accuracy, and intelligibility due to a combination of the voice-based ATMC design, repetition and practice, and the veedback. Qualitative comments from participants indicate personalized feedback led to increased motivation. The framework described in this article, therefore, represents several important benefits for the application of voice-based ATMCs in EAP classrooms. La présente étude examine les façons dont le recours à un cadre de communication asynchrone au moyen de la technologie (ATMC) axé sur la voix peut affecter la maîtrise de la langue, la précision et l’intelligibilité chez les apprenantes et apprenants d’anglais académique. Les recherches ont fait ressortir les avantages de la communication asynchrone au moyen de la technologie pour l’amélioration de divers éléments de la communication orale, mais cette méthode d’enseignement a été peu étudiée jusqu’ici dans des contextes d’anglais académique. Les membres d’une équipe de professeurs-chercheurs actifs dans l’enseignement de l’utilisation et de l’écoute de l’anglais académique dans une grande université canadienne ont élaboré un système permettant de fournir aux apprenantes et apprenants davantage d’occasions d’apprendre à utiliser et à comprendre l’anglais académique en mettant à leur disposition un système de rétroactions personnalisées par vidéo (veedback) qui leur permet de constater la justesse de leur expression orale. L’équipe de professeurs-chercheurs a utilisé une méthodologie de recherche basée sur l’interrogation des praticiens pour examiner l’efficacité de la communication asynchrone au moyen de la technologie axée sur la voix chez 8 participantes et 6 participants à l’aide de données qualitatives obtenues lors d’entrevues avec ces derniers et d’évaluations qualitatives et quantitatives fournies par les enseignantes et enseignants relativement à la réponse des étudiantes et étudiants aux tâches qui leur étaient assignées. L’étude a permis de constater que le système produisait des avantages globaux dans les domaines de la maîtrise, de la précision et de l’intelligibilité de l’anglais académique grâce aux effets combinés de la conception du système de communication asynchrone au moyen de la technologie axé sur la voix, à la répétition, aux exercices et au veedback. Les commentaires qualitatifs fournis par les participantes et les participants indiquent que la rétroaction personnalisée faite par le système a eu un effet positif sur leur motivation. C’est donc dire que le cadre décrit dans le présent article représente plusieurs avantages importants relativement à l’utilisation d’un système de communication asynchrone au moyen de la technologie axé sur la voix dans les classes d’anglais académique.

Abstract:

Patient ventilator asynchrony (PVA) is a prevalent phenomenon seen in almost 25% of our intensive care unit patients. PVA can be trigger asynchrony, flow asynchrony, cycle asynchrony or mode asynchrony. Ineffective triggering is the most commonly occurring asynchrony. The best way to identify PVA is via the ventilator graphics. Corrective steps and manipulating the ventilator on the conventional mode to suit the patient's needs can help reduce the incidence of PVA. Recent advances have given rise to newer modes of ventilation such as Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist and Proportional Assist Ventilation with the goal of reducing the frequency of PVA. Many new methods to reduce asynchronies are being studied; however additional large scale trials are needed to come to conclusive results. This article is an attempt to simplify the various asynchronies for better application to all healthcare professionals.
