Abstract:
Az ökológiai gazdálkodás legfontosabb eleme a talaj termékenységének megőrzése. Ennek érdekében környezetkímélő talajmüvelést kell folytatni, melynek egyik módja a talajtakarás szerves vagy szervetlen anyagokkal. Kísérletünkben háromféle talajtakarási mód (agroszövet, szalma, széna) gyomelnyomó hatását értékeltük. Mindhárom alkalmazott talajtakarási mód jelentősen csökkentette a gyomtömeget a takaratlan kontroll parcellához viszonyítva. A legnagyobb gyomelnyomó hatása az agroszövetnek volt, viszont ez a talajtakarási mód nehezítette a kísérletben alkalmazott (szerves eredetű trágyaféleségek adagolása 2 havonta) tápanyag-visszapótlási módot.

Abstract:
A filmszerű narrátor [para-cinematic narrator] fogalmát bevezető cikk a narratív diskurzus szintjén vizsgálja, miként imitálja a filmszerű regény és novella a filmes formát.

Magyar Sebészet (Hungarian Journal of Surgery) 69, no. 1 (March 2016): 14–19. http://dx.doi.org/10.1556/1046.69.2016.1.3.

Abstract:
Absztrakt Háttér: A laparoscopos splenectomia (LS) során extrém lépméret esetén gyakori technikai probléma a specimen hasüregből való eltávolítása. Munkacsoportunk a problémára megoldásként 2009 óta Pfannenstiel-metszést alkalmaz a specimen eltávolítására. Módszer: A 2002. január 1.

Abstract:
A történelmi regények a szocializáció egy sajátos területét reprezentálják (Burke, 1945; Bettelheim, 1975). A legtöbb történelmi regény nemcsak esztétikai élvezetet nyújt, hanem a történelem, a kollektív emlékezet játéktere is egyben. Ezenfelül minden egyes megküzdési mód kimenetelét, hatékonyságát is értékeltük.

Abstract:
The main topic of this thesis is the implementation and subsequent optimization of high performance applications on a cluster of Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors. Using two approaches to solve the N-Body problem, the possibilities of the program execution on a cluster of processors, coprocessors or both device types have been demonstrated. Two particular versions of the N-Body problem have been chosen - the naive and Barnes-hut. Both problems have been implemented and optimized. For better comparison of the achieved results, we only considered achieved acceleration against single node runs using processors only. In the case of the naive version a 15-fold increase has been achieved when using combination of processors and coprocessors on 8 computational nodes. The performance in this case was 9 TFLOP/s. Based on the obtained results we concluded the advantages and disadvantages of the program execution in the distributed environments using processors, coprocessors or both.

Abstract:
Abstract Although devised in 2003, managed pressure drilling (MPD) has gained widespread popularity in recent years to precisely control the annular pressure profile throughout the wellbore. Due to the relatively high cost and complexity of implementing MPD, some operators still face a challenge deciding whether or not to MPD the well. In the offshore Mediterranean of Egypt, severe to catastrophic mud losses are encountered while conventionally drilling deepwater wells through cavernous fractured carbonate gas reservoirs with a narrow pore pressure-fracture gradient (PP-FG) window, leading to the risk of not reaching the planned target depth (TD). Furthermore, treating such losses was associated with long non-productive time (NPT), massive volume consumption of cement, and lost-circulation materials (LCM), in addition to well control situations encountered several times due to loss of hydrostatic head during severe losses. Accordingly, the operator decided to abandon the conventional drilling method and implement MPD technology to drill these problematic formations. In this paper, the application of MPD is to be examined versus the conventional drilling in terms of well control events, NPT, rate of penetration (ROP), mud losses per drilled meter, LCM volume pumped, and drilling operations optimization. According to the comparative study, MPD application showed a drastic improvement in all drilling performance aspects over the conventional drilling where the mud losses per drilled meter reduced from 19.6 m3/m to 3.7m3/m (123.2 bbl/m to 23.4 bbl/m). In addition to that, a 35% reduction of NPT and also a 35% reduction of LCM pumped, and 67.2 % reduction by volume of cement pumped to cure the mud losses. Moreover, the average mechanical rate of penetration increased by 37.4%. MPD was also credited with eliminating the need for an additional contingent 7" liner which was conventionally used to isolate the thief zone. The MPD ability to precisely control bottom hole pressure during drilling with the integration of MPD early kick detection system enables the rapid response in case of mud loss or kick, eliminating kick-loss cycles, well control events, and drilling flat time to change mud density. This paper provides an advanced and in-depth study for deep-water drilling problems of a natural gas field in the East Mediterranean and presents a comprehensive analysis of the MPD application with a drilling performance assessment (average ROP, mud losses, LCM and cement volumes, well control events) emphasizing how MPD can offer a practical solution for future drilling of challenging deepwater gas wells.

Abstract:
Abstract This paper details the successful first implementation of closed-loop Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) technology offshore Australia, on a 6th generation semi-submersible rig. The paper covers the process of achieving safety case acceptance to implement MPD technology from the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), the government regulatory authority. The paper describes the project concept design phase, including a Drill Well on Simulator (DWOS) exercise, which was completed to confirm MPD techniques would mitigate problems experienced on conventionally drilled offset wells. The MPD risk assessments completed included HAZID / BOWTIE / HAZOP / FEA studies which were included in the safety case formal safety assessment that was submitted to NOPSEMA. In parallel the Well Operations Management Plan was submitted, detailing the planned MPD methodology. The detailed Well Engineering scope including the MPD Programme, Operational and Contingency Procedures and Commissioning Process was developed to form a Joint Operations Manual. Four levels of project specific MPD training were developed, reviewed, accepted and monitored by NOPSEMA, including classroom based and rig site practical training. Post MPD system installation in Singapore, the System Integrity Testing was successfully completed offshore Australia. Lastly the paper details MPD operations on the first well including the effective use of MPD well control, dynamic MPD FIT, LOT and Pore Pressure testing and establishing the high formation temperature effects on drilling mud density. The closed-loop MPD system allowed the riser deployed sections to be drilled using a statically underbalanced mud system and confirmed the improved capability and flexibility in terms of detection and controllability during mud loss events.

Abstract:
Abstract It is common to have measured depth exceeding 20,000 ft for unconventional oil and gas wells. To ensure the pressure pulse can be detected on the surface, many MWD tools have been designed to generate mud pressure pulse with very large amplitude. While the large pressure pulse solved the problem of sending the measured information up to the surface, it creates significant impact on drilling system energy variation and downhole drilling dynamics. This paper focuses on understanding the effects using big data and drilling system modeling. When a commonly used MWD tool generates mud pulse sequence, it chokes the flow path at designed patterns. This creates mud flow variation in the mud motor below the MWD tool. It also generates axial force variations due to pressure changes, which affect WOB. These changes cause the motor and the bit to experience significant rpm variations. The combined rpm variation and WOB variation often excite more severe axial and lateral shock and vibration. These effects are quantified by thousands of high-frequency downhole datasets and advanced numerical modeling. In the high-frequency downhole datasets, some of them are obtained from BHAs with MWD tools generating large mud pressure pulse, and some of them are obtained from BHAs with MWD tools generating smaller mud pressure pulse or transmitting the measurements using electromagnetic signal. Statistics of rpm variation and axial and lateral shock and vibrations are compared. It clearly shows that the BHAs utilizing large mud pressure pulse experience more severe torsional, axial, and lateral vibrations. When looking into specific datasets, it showed that mud pressure pulse could cause the motor to lose more than half of its rpm during the flow choking phase. Typical datasets indicate that mud pressure pulse correlates to severe high-frequency torsional oscillation (HFTO) in motorized rotary steerable BHA. An advanced transient drilling dynamics model was built to simulate the whole drilling system subjecting to mud pressure pulse incurred loading conditions. It was found that large-magnitude mud pressure pulse induced more stick/slip and axial and lateral vibrations as recorded in downhole high-frequency data. The increased rotational, axial, and lateral vibrations correspond to more loading variations in the mud motor components and PDC cutters on the drill bit. These variations could cause accelerated damage to the drill bit and downhole tools. In summary, large mud pressure pulse utilized by some MWD tools introduces significant rpm variation and shock and vibration, which is quantified by big data and further demonstrated by drilling system modeling. The information could help make decisions on BHA design and tool selection to achieve improved drilling performance and reduce the risk of premature tool failure.

"Using Managed Pressure Drilling Equipment to Troubleshoot Well Control Issues with Total Lost Circulation and Ballooning on A Semisubmersible Rig." In SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition. SPE, 2021. http://dx.doi.org/10.2118/205982-ms.

Abstract:
Abstract When drilling from a deepwater semisubmersible rig, the operator encountered wells problems, including lost circulation, influxes, and ballooning, in the 14 3/4-in. hole section. Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) equipment that helped to mitigate these issues specifically, when stripping in the hole with the bottom hole assembly through the Rotating Control Device (RCD) bearing assembly while managing surge and swab pressures, monitoring the well while displacing heavy mud into the open hole, conditioning the contaminated mud, removing gas from the well, and fingerprinting the flow back to verify ballooning against influxes, and finally stripping out of the hole. The operator experienced a total loss of circulation at the 16-in. liner shoe at 1,633m while drilling the 14 3/4-in. hole section. Several lost-circulation material (LCM) pills of different weights were pumped to cure the losses without success. Then the well was flow-checked, the gain was noted, and the well shut-in. Having the MPD chokes and the Coriolis flowmeter in place made it possible to adjust the surface back pressure (SBP) accordingly within a small operating window. As a result, the operator could achieve the key objectives of stripping the drillstring in the hole, stripping out of the hole, and rolling over to spot 1.88SG heavy mud on the bottom using the pump and pull method. After LCM was pumped and a hesitation squeeze performed, well operations were stabilized, and the casing was run to a 2,111m measured depth. Advanced flow monitoring enabled the MPD to determine the required SBP for balancing the well. MPD applied 60psi of SBP and noted a gain of 8.3bbl/hr from the flowmeter. Next, MPD applied 65psi SBP and the well was static. Then, MPD applied 70psi SBP, and the well took losses at a rate of 19bbl/hr. MPD allowed to successfully strip the BHA in the hole through the RCD bearing assembly to the shoe. Correct string displacement observed via the MPD Virtual Trip Tank, achieved by adjusting the SBP from 62psi to 125psi. The closed-loop circulating system enabled safely circulating and conditioning contaminated gas-cut mud in the hole back to homogeneous mud. MPD reduced SBP incrementally and fingerprinted flow back at every step to give assurance that well ballooning, and not influxes, caused the flow back. Dynamically adjusting SBP, coupled with advanced monitoring of the returns flow using the Coriolis flowmeter, enabled balancing the well despite the challenges of a mixed mud gradient in the annulus and a narrow operational window. The MPD riser consisted of an RCD below-tension-ring (BTR)-s, flow spool, and top and bottom crossovers. Rig modifications involved fabricating the fixed piping to allow integrating MPD equipment with the rig system.

Abstract:
Abstract This paper reviews the recently concluded successful application of a Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) system on a High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) well with Narrow Mud Weight Window (NMWW) in the UK sector in the Central North Sea. Well-A was drilled with the Constant Bottom Hole Pressure (CBHP) version of MPD with a mud weight statically underbalanced and dynamically close to formation pore pressure. Whilst drilling the 12-1/2" section of the well with statically under-balanced mud weight, to minimize the overbalance across the open hole, an influx was detected by the MPD system as a result of drilling into a pressure ramp. The MPD system allowed surface back pressure to be applied and the primary barrier of the well re-established, resulting in a minimal influx volume of 0.06 m3 and the ability to circulate the influx out by keeping the Stand Pipe Pressure (SPP) constant while adjusting Surface Back Pressure (SBP) through the MPD chokes in less than 4 hours with a single circulation. After reaching the 12-1/2" section TD, only ~0.025sg (175 psi) Equivalent Mud Weight (EMW) window was available to displace the well and pull out of hole (POOH) the bottom hole assembly (BHA) therefore, 3 × LCM pills of different concentrations were pumped and squeezed into the formation with SBP to enhance the NMWW to 0.035sg EMW (245 psi) deemed necessary to kill the well and retrieve BHA. MPD allowed efficient cement squeeze operations to be performed in order to cement the fractured/weak zones which sufficiently strengthened the well bore to continue drilling. A series of Dynamic Pore Pressure and Formation Integrity Tests (DPPT and DFIT) were performed to evaluate the formation strength post remedial work and to define the updated MMW. Despite the challenges, the MPD system enabled the delivery of a conventionally un-drillable well to target depth (TD) without any unplanned increase/decrease in mud weight or any costly contingency architecture operations, whilst decreasing the amount of NPT (Non Productive Time) and ILT (Invisible Lost Time) incurred. This paper discusses the planning, design, and execution of MPD operations on the Infill Well-A, the results achieved, and lessons learned that recommend using the technology both as an enabler and performance enhancer.

Abstract:
A self-field MPD thruster in its most basic form consists in a central cathode surrounded by a concentric anode. With this coaxial geometric shape is very difficult to use experimental techniques to visualize the plasma flow parameters. In the following paper a previously proposed numerical method for the ideal magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) equations is extended to deal with resistive MHD viscous flow. The numerical method is based on the well known PISO algorithm and makes use of the AUSM-MHD scheme for flux calculation. For validation three test cases will be addressed. We start with a resistive MHD problem, namely the Shercliff test case. The second and third test cases are standard 2D ideal MHD problems, these will be used to validate our method for complex interaction of MHD shocks. We will close this paper with some preliminary results for a quasi-bi-dimensional self-field magnetoplasmadynamic (MPD) thruster, where the effects of cathode length in the performance of the nozzle are analysed.
