Abstract:
The article focuses on the issues of embracing integrated control in sports as a tool for athlete training management. Currently, in order to determine the functional state and physical fitness of athletes, conventional control methods are currently widely complemented with diagnostic equipment. Its application in athlete training management has been proven quite efficient. Owing to modern approaches to integrated control, it becomes feasible to prevent the overtraining of athletes. The significance of integrated control increases with the growth of performance in all sports, including skiing.
