Phrasal verbs are an intrinsic part of Late Modern English, and are found in both informal and colloquial language (check out, listen up) and more formal styles (a thesis might set out some problems and then sum up the main points). They are highly productive: 'up' can be added to almost any verb to signify goal or end-point (read up, finish up, eat up, meet up, fatten up); and once a phrasal verb has been coined, a conversion often follows (for example, the verb 'phone in' was first recorded in 1946, and the noun 'phone-in' in 1967; 'dumb down' was coined in 1933, and we read of 'dumbed-down'

Abstract:
In a time of digital disruption, users are deciding how they want banks to respond and even exceed their expectations. Banks rushed to face-lift their front-end look and enable non-essential digital services without acknowledging users’ needs. This recent attitude has harmed a good digital banking experience, and consequently the adoption of e-banking. To have a clear vision of how banks can stand out in a digital transformation 634 e-banking users were interviewed from the generations’ X, Y, and Z. A qualitative analysis was conducted using Leximancer software, to determine similarities and d

The educational potential of management simulation games (MSGs) is substantial. MSGs are an improvement above prior methods of teaching. Independent work, innovative thinking, readiness to make choices, and independence from others are encouraged, as is a more positive attitude toward learning and a more involved interaction between students. Incorporating MSG into the classroom is a great way to give students a taste of the world of business while benefiting from the tried-and-true ways of instructing in most schools. As a result of their adaptability, MSGs may be used for scenario analysis,

Abstract:
This report reviews the literature on men and family planning (FP) in Bangladesh. A variety of topics are covered: male fertility preferences, opinions about male methods of contraception, family planning (FP) decision-making, and recent efforts to involve Bangladeshi men in FP programs. Men’s desired family size in Bangladesh is small; only one-third of respondents in the most recent DHS survey wanted more than two children. The same survey revealed that knowledge of at least one modern method of FP is practically universal and that attitudes toward contraception are overwhelmingly favorable.
