Abstract:
This article reviews the contributions of social/organizational psychology to social reform in the area of law and legal institutions. Social/organizational psychology provides theoretical models for legal authority based on popular legitimacy, something that is created and maintained when laws are created and when legal authority is implemented through just procedures. This alternative model provides a contrast to the generally dominant deterrence model and, when adopted, leads to a more desirable relationship between community members and legal authorities because it motivates not only compl

One underlying element of this mixture is cognitive authority - which sources (e.g., individuals, institutions, texts, etc.) can be trusted to fulfil the information needs? In order to gain insight into the dynamics of cognitive authority selection behavior which is an information seeking behavior, this study explored primary source text data (316 text records) that reflected selection in the mundaneness of life (advice column submissions and responses). There are two main bases of PAF assumptions: Firstly, the role of bureaucracy in areas close to the state in formulating policy and the related desire for increased authority gained through advancement in individual careers. This study aims to discuss the motives, causes and factors of crime, to understand and explain it, within the framework of criminal psychology and some sciences related to it. Crime and violent behavior are two sides of the same coin: "criminality". In this context, criminal psychology is positioned between the legal context and the psychological approach. Even if we consider, at first glance, that political dimensions have a role in modifying criminal behavior, this implies, in return, reformulating texts and laws, or even decrees, so that they respond to the psychological, social and emotion

Stress has been identified as a contributing factor to road crashes due to its negative impact on driving performance [1-3].
