Abstract:
The subject of research in this article is models, methods, and procedures for designing and self-diagnosing automated models of logic control devices implemented in SoCs. The object of work is the procedures for automated design and diagnosis of digital devices on the SoC technology platform. The aim of the study is to develop models and procedures for designing and self-testing in the cycle of automated design of automatic logic control systems on the SoC technology platform, which will significantly increase the reliability of their operation. The article solves the following tasks: consideration of the procedures for interacting the processor core with programmable logic as part of the SoC; improvement of the procedures for designing and testing software and hardware systems based on SoC; further development of procedures for automated design, verification, and diagnosis of cyber-physical logic control systems using programming languages and hardware description languages; implementation of the procedure for hardware self-testing of control automata on the SoC technology platform. The following methods are implemented: synthesis of control automata based on graph models, implementation of control automata models in the C programming language using an automata template, diagnostic experiment by traversing the automata transition graph. Results achieved. Based on the analysis of the procedures for the interaction of the processor core and programmable logic on the selected SoC platform, a model of a cyber-physical logic control system was designed. The practical implementation was carried out on the basis of the Vivado/Vitis/Vitis HLS CAD toolkit. The method of hardware self-testing of control automata on the technological platform of SoC ZYNQ-7000 was implemented. Conclusions. The article analyzes the principles of designing embedded cyber-physical systems implemented in system-on-chip. The principles of building verification systems and embedded self-diagnostics of system-on-chip systems containing software and hardware are considered. The developed methods are tested on a model of a traffic light logic control device on the SoC FPGA platform of the ZYNQ-7000 family by Xilinx. The Moore's control automaton is implemented in the PL block in the C programming language, and the operational automaton is implemented in the PS block. During the organization of the self-diagnosis process, a non-destructive diagnostic experiment was performed by traversing all arcs of the transition graph, starting from the initial vertex. In this case, the tester was an operational automaton, the reference logic and time values of which were stored in the memory of the PS unit. Visual observation of the diagnostic experiment was carried out using the LED panel of the ZedBoard board.

Abstract:
Drying is essential when it is needed. One example of a drying system can be seen on clothing. It aims to enable this system to work without seeing the weather conditions. The system design uses the DHT22 sensor to get the temperature and humidity values, heater and fan, and the Blynk application on Android to know the temperature, humidity, and active or not heater and fan values. The study aimed to create a system that functions independently of weather conditions, offering an efficient drying process. The methodology involves using an Arduino Uno, a DHT22 sensor, a WiFi ESP8266 module, and a 1500-watt heater to control the drying environment. The tests were conducted in various weather conditions, comparing manual, heating-based, and light-based drying systems. The results showed that the automated system significantly reduced the drying time, with an average drying time of 1:30:32 compared to 8:16:23 for manual drying. In addition, the system maintains consistent performance regardless of external conditions. The findings show that the automatic drying system substantially increases efficiency and energy consumption. In conclusion, the automated system effectively overcomes the limitations of manual drying, offering a reliable solution for both domestic and industrial applications. The implications of this research extend to the development of more brilliant household appliances, contributing to energy conservation and the adoption of automated systems in everyday tasks.

Here we proposed development and implementation of automatic dam gate openers using IOT. Manual operation of dam gates is often labour-intensive and time-consuming, prompting the need for automated systems to improve efficiency. The research primarily focuses on system design, sensor integration, and performance evaluation. A hardware design is developed utilizing an Arduino UNO microcontroller, which acts as the central processing unit for the automated gate opener system. An ultrasonic sensor is integrated into the system to accurately measure water level and This information is then used to automate gate movements, maintaining optimal water flow and minimizing the risk of flooding. Also in any case if water level touches it heightest level in a dam the red alert of overflow will be sent to user's device using microcontroller ESP 8266(NODEMCU). For avoiding the error by ultrasonic sensor. we add a combination of water level sensor and a ultrasonic in future. Although our system is cost effective, automatic and IOT enabled.

The integration is shown through the design and implementation of a temperature transducer made up of a MAX6675 converter module and an Arduino Nano controller, which is amplified through its pulse width modulation (PWM) interface and the integrated TL081CP and coupled to the analog inputs of the automaton. As a result of the experimental tests, it was possible to determine that the flow rate of the automated system is directly proportional to the drop or difference in temperature in the hot fluid and inversely proportional to the increase in temperature in the cold fluid, verifying the effectiveness of the automated heat exchanger.</span>

The development of digital technology in recent decades has been rapid. The number of areas of application of DA continues to grow steadily. For example, in the last few years they have been actively implemented in automated systems of various technological processes. During the writing of the article, it was found that the current requirements for software and the rapid pace of technical systems cause growing interest in the theory of digital automata and discrete automata in general. This makes it possible to solve increasingly complex problems and, at the same time, achieve greater efficiency. The aim of this article is to study modern systems of automated control and management of indoor climate with optimization of technological parameters: temperature, humidity, etc. with the development of simple methods for designing indoor climate control systems with advanced mathematical model based on the rules of applied digital theory. The research was performed using a mathematical model and rules of applied theory of digital automata, which allows to create universal algorithms and design a simple and easy for implementation functional and schematic diagram of digital automata.Using the applied theory of digital automata, theequations of Boolean functions are obtained. An engineering approach to maintaining a given microclimate by regulating the temperature and humidity in the room. Developed digital circuit breakerto maintain a given microclimate in the room has eight inputsignals, eight output signals and six transient states. Logical equations allowed to develop a simple functional circuit of DA to control the microclimate in the room, which is quite easy to implement on chips of medium integration, such as KR1561, or other devices, such as microcontrollers

Abstract:
Most studies of the so-called CACSD (Computer-Aided Control System Design) have aimed at the development of computer systems which will assist control engineers to design effectively, making better use of sophisticated machine interfaces and the graphic environment, and do not aim at automated control design beyond assisting the user in designing control systems. The present study has developed a system, which is aimed at the automation of classical control system design, by describing the dialogue between man and computer as a computer program through techniques of knowledge engineering. In particular, hypothetical reasoning systems supported by TMS (Truth Maintenance System) are used in order to automate trial and error procedures which are problems in classical design methods. In other words, a hierarchical system has been constructed where a control system-designing expert system based on hypothetical reasoning is placed at the meta-rule layer above the procedure and tool layers. This paper illustrates the basic structure of this expert system and the utilization forms of hypothetical reasoning in control system design, and shows the actual operation of the system as seen through a design example.

The need to increase efficiency, reliability and work capacity becomes a priority in small and large companies. High-level automation entails minimizing human labor and the human factor itself, but it still needs monitoring, surveillance, and inspection through human action. An automated system is much more efficient, its degree of repeatability being definitely a much higher one. The palletizing process used before the development of the automated pallet system implied in a 90% percentage the human factor through a human-machine cooperation, and the only automated mechanisms used were the conveyor belts and a mechanism for fixing the lid of the products transported on the belt. Thus, the industrial handling robot used in the automated pallet process becomes an essential resource, much faster.

Abstract:
This article implements the method of automated simulation and design of new non-radiating nanoelectronic encryption modules. Currently, cryptographic equipment is practically not protected from electromagnetic attacks and information decryption, as it is created according to outdated complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor microtechnology. To increase the error-free operation of encryption devices, the article uses a system of automated design of nanodevices based on quantum cellular automata using majoritarian principles of their operation. Automated simulation proved that the consuption of the nanodevices developed in the work does not exceed 3,8´10-23 J. Therefore, unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with the nanodevices developed in the article are completely protected from electromagnetic attacks. The results of automated modeling and verification using a computer design system QCADesigne fully confirmed the effectiveness of introducing single-electron nanodevices into encryption devices of unmanned systems. The proposed logic takes advantage of low power consumption quantum-dot cellular automata together with complicated clocking circuits as a paradigm of nanotechnology advances in encryption engineering.

Abstract:
Abstract: The proposed waste segregation system is an automated, sensor-based solution designed to efficiently sort household waste into wet, dry, and metallic categories. It comprises two integrated subsystems that work collaboratively to streamline the segregation process. The first subsystem includes a 12V power supply, voltage regulator, Arduino Nano, IR sensor, wet sensor, and a servo motor, enabling the identification and sorting of wet and dry waste at the point of disposal. The second subsystem features an advanced setup consisting of a power supply, voltage regulator, Arduino Nano, two relays, two servo motors, a conveyor motor with its mechanism, electromagnets, an LCD display, a metal sensor, and an IR sensor. This unit further processes the waste by detecting metallic components and transporting them appropriately using the conveyor system and electromagnets. The system not only automates the classification of waste but also monitors bin levels, reducing the risk to public health and environmental hazards by promoting effective waste handling, management, and disposal. As manual segregation at the domestic level remains largely unimplemented, this project introduces an efficient and economical solution to revolutionize domestic and small-scale waste management practices

Abstract: In the realm of urban logistics, the deployment of automated drone delivery systems has emerged as a transformative solution for urgent package deliveries. This research endeavors to design and construct a fully autonomous drone tailored for rapid and precise deliveries from scratch. Leveraging innovative technologies, including Arduino Uno as the central processing unit, along with GPS modules, NRF24LO1, Ultrasonic sensors, and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, we create a sophisticated delivery system. Central to our approach is the strategic placement of multiple delivery stations across the city. Each drone is dedicated to a specific route between two delivery stations. When a delivery order is placed, the drone's software autonomously calculates the optimal distance to the nearest delivery station, ensuring swift and energy-efficient deliveries. Crucially, our system operates without human intervention, relying solely on advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to navigate the urban landscape effectively. This paper elucidates the technical intricacies of our drone's design, detailing the integration of sensors, software algorithms, and communication modules. Through rigorous experimentation and analysis, we validate the efficacy of our automated drone delivery system. Our findings not only showcase the practicality of autonomous drone technology in urban logistics but also underscore the potential for its widespread implementation in real-world scenarios, revolutionizing the future of package deliveries.
