博士<br>國立清華大學<br>動力機械工程學系<br>100<br>本研究從理論與實驗探討滾珠自動平衡器之滾珠與軌道間的摩擦、外力激振及非線性承載底座對於滾珠精密定位性能的影響。由於滾珠定位會直接影響轉子系統的不平衡量,若不平衡量無法完全消除,會造成轉子有較大的殘餘振動量,故滾珠定位是自動平衡器性能的重要指標。 首先探討滾動摩擦阻力對自動平衡器之滾珠定位與穩定度的影響,將滾珠自動平衡器分為等效轉子與等效定子兩部分,並將該平衡器視為一自主(Autonomous)系統,推導出等效轉子與滾珠的動態方程式。其中,滾珠與軌道間滾動摩擦的數學模型及其相關參數可以實驗的方式加以鑑別,運動方程式考量滾珠的驅動力與滾動阻力的關係以定義滾珠的定位,從結果可以看出,滾動摩擦係數的大小直接影響滾珠的定位範圍。 另外,本研究亦探討滾珠自動平衡器受到外力激振與非線性隔振裝置的影響,國際上多數研究會先忽略外力激振與承載底座非線性的影響,然而外力與非線性特性會造成系統振幅與相位的改變,進而影響滾珠運動的驅動力。本研究用複合時間比例法求解滾珠的穩態位置並以Floquet法探討其穩定性,研究動態系統的滾動摩擦、外力激振與非線性特性對滾珠定位間的關係。數值模擬與實驗研究進一步驗證了理論推導的結果,且透過此研究亦建構出相關實驗裝置,分別是外力激振和高速攝影機觀察滾珠的定位與運動軌跡的影像辨識軟體。研究結果亦顯示,諧和外
